One of your employee from lucknow area have done lots of abuse with a girl
His name is deepak bisht used mobile number alloted from axis bank [protected]

And now blocked all number from where we are reaching to him.

Please take a strict action against him else we are going to lodge a complaint against the branch for protecting such employee in their branch.

We do have all screenshot if you need.

      I have submitted a request for PF withdrawal for which Axis Bank account details were provided by me to the PF application form. The withdrawal request status now says "Claim Settled" and also received SMS like the amount will be credited in 3 working days.

      After waiting for 4 working days, went to axis bank madipakkam branch at counter no 4 to enquire about the status. But they said we are not able to track this kind of information. Even I only asked about the cheque leaf status for which they can check and tell. That was also not properly answered. Now waiting for the amount to get credited to my account. Hope it will get credited.

        Sir I Anurag Bansal is your costumer, my salary account is in axis bank sanganer branch, according to loan department they said that I have 1300000 pre approved car loan on my salary account.. after so many calls I made a mind set to purchase a car, I need 350000 loan for car, they said that it is a digital process loan will be available after half an hour... They submitted the application by my mobile and now it's taking 2-3 days, I am on leave due to this only, it is a mental harrasment that what is pre approved when it's taking normal time... Who will pay for my 3 days leave... Even it's not confirmed till now... Even when I went to branch then 1 of axis employee said there will be no impact after 1 account closure... You may do what ever u want... Shame on the system.. it's not about laon... It's your system where no buddy want to work in time...kindly try to understand my situation... I assure you I'll leave the axis bank if it's not happy with costumer like me..

              Dear team,

              I have received following message on 29th June, 2021 which says
              Message at 5.04pm -
              INR 59 debited from A/c no. XXXXXX on[protected]:59:04 IST at Sign verf chrgs.Avl Bal- INR xxxx. Call [protected] if not done by you - Axis Bank

              I have not issued any such mandate.
              Please let me know the reason for the above mentioned charges. And if it's a fake something could you please stop it immediately?

                My home branch is at Vadodara but in this period of Corona we have moved to Halol . Today I submitted duly filled closure form with Debit cards & surplus blank cheques to Halol branch . I have auto FD facility with my account. Branch Manager of the branch wants me & my wife to visit the branch for the procedure of closing . We don't want to go out during this Corona period.

                  I am extremely fed up with the way this bank functions. I had taken up a home loan in 2014 and back then the EMI was around 24-25k but as the years passed, the EMI amount decreased. In the past few months of 2021 all EMI amounts have been between 13k-14k-15k however for July, they have been sending incorrect emi payment amount for rs 22878. This left me perplexed. I email them, their email services have been migrated. I tweet to them they give me random responses. Now, they have even stopped responding on Twitter. Surprisingly even after raising queries their messages with the wrong EMI amount haven’t stopped. Banks like this take customer grievances forgranted.

                          Wrong Charges Debited From my Savings Account two times

                            I was not able to pay my personal loan EMI from axis bank this month..for which they debited the EMI amount from my account..Nd the balance came in negative..then today when money was credited to my account..then this negative balance was debited first amounting to 8499..then I paid the overdue amount of this month EMI also..that means either 8499 rs has been deducted twice from my account or they have locked my amount as lein against EMI of rs 8499..as now I have paid the outstanding due..so they should refund this 8499 rs in my account back..

                              ECS NACH transaction fee

                              Hello Sir

                              This is in reference to the ECS NACH transaction fees charged by Axis Bank.

                              I noticed these charges being applied in every month's consolidated charges.
                              It is always 25 rs and going through my bank account statement for the last
                              1 year I found that these charges are applied since November 2020.

                              As I have enabled ECS payment for Mutual Funds SIP from ClearTax ELSS schemebr...

                              I have a Axis Neo Credit Card ending with 1489 in the name of Mrs. Pampa Chandra.
                              Right now I have Total Ourstanding of that particula Credit Card Rs. 2, 00, 000.
                              But due to pendamic situation I'm unable to paid my Dues. Each and Every Day I get calls from Call Center. Several months I have charged Late Payment Fees as well Interest.
                              Now I can't able to pay any Bill Amount further. My financial condition very bad and going to wrost.
                              In this situation I want a permanent solution by Settlement of Credit Card.
                              I'm able to pay 10% - 20% maximum of my Total Outstnding. Also that amount I want to pay in installments.
                              Please look into matter priority basis.

                                I have salary account with Axis bank & an Axis bank credit card. due to delay in salary i was unable to make payment on time. when i got salary, Axis has put my salary amount in Lein, when I called customer care to remove the Lein, they refused & they asked me to arrange some other money & to make the payment through other sources.
                                Now Whatever money I had axis put them on hold & I requested them to transfer the Lein amount to credit card so that balance would be cleared, but all their executives are refusing for it. Axis wants me to arrange money from other sources & to make payment from other account, once payment is cleared they will removed.

                                How can I make payment when Axis hold my payment?
