My first salary account was in axis bank in 2017.I left my job and in last 2 years of pandemic I m not able to maintain the balance and also I did not get any prior intimation to close the account.Now in last week only I restarted my account with amount 8000. Yesterday they have cut all the money from my account and it's now 0. I am not using this account from last 2 years (not had any source to maintain the balance) and now when I m stepping ahead to do some saving with axis bank they are charging me this much which is totally unfair for customer like us(even without prior intimation)

    In April 2021 my account debited by 700rs and now again in June 2021 my account balance debited by 500rs in the name of consolidation charges so what is that can you explain???

      16204.8 Rupees have deducted from my account in Tha name of consolidated charges which I have never been informed through Email, or massage. I have been emailed after deducting Tha money.

      13732.89 rupees - Consolidated charges
      2471.91 rupees @18% GST charge

        I am receiving messages in my phone regarding transactions o[censored]nkown saving bank account. I do not have any account in the bank. I have many times requested bank to correct the detail in their account.

          I have many times complained to Axis Bank but my problem has not been resolved. I do not know whose account is it but I receive messages in my phone regarding this unknown saving account holder.

            I have salary account in axis bank from my company. Recently I opened the bank statement and I could see the negative balance. Since it is a zero balance account, why I am receiving the negative balance. Request you to help with the same

              Hello Team,

              This dispute is regarding my axis bank account consolidated charges. Very disturbed to have these chargese twice in a month. On starting of this month
              I got charged Rs. 1153 and then I have been charged Rs 4961+18% gst today which is too higher and unnecessary. I dont know why these guys are making fool o[censored]s. Kindly find the attached screenshot stating charge been deducted.

              I want my money back. Please help me.

                      Account showing Negative balance

                      I have a Salary account in axis bank from 2017 and i use to keep minimum balance RS. 1500/-, but now my account is showing negative balance of RS. 7272/- on 18.07.2021 that too after crediting RS.4686/- on the same day....

                      I was open priority savings with axis bank and 5 years before and 2 years before account charges for nonmaintanance balance and when i was open account with bank the marketing person said this account is no charges for non maintain balance but account was negative 3000 rupees and i was not use account 2 years and above.

                            Sir,
                            The Savings ac. [protected] at Silchar (AS ) was requested for closure by Smt. Minati Das ( Sr. Citizen ) from Kolkata which is her current place of residence.
                            The closure request was made by her at Axis Bank Garia Br. Kolkata on 02.02.2021 where an acknowledgement slip was issued by the Bank. Having no immediate response, she submitted a second closure request for the Silchar Ac on 08.02.2021 . The acknowledgement was duely issued by the Axis Bank Garia on 08.02.2021. One Axis Bank employee of Garia Branch Mr. Barnanka Roy ( Ph [protected] ) had been following up the closure, however he had been refusing to provide any further update on closure request made by Smt. Minati Das. Smt. Minati Das had not yet received any bank draft on the left over amount post closure of Savings ac. [protected] at Silchar (AS ) as requested .

                                  Hi,
                                  My Axis Credit Card limit is 2, 70, 000 ₹

                                  My May bill 2, 85, 683.06 ₹. Bank reverted me 17, 684 ₹ and after the adjustments it showed me that I have to pay 2, 69, 999 ₹. So I paid rest of the amount. Later I swiped the card of 2, 69, 999₹
                                  In June I got bill asking me to pay 2, 81, 953.17 ₹(extra 12, 553 ₹ Debit & GST Charges) instead of 2, 69, 999 ₹. When I called customer service they told me it can't be reverted because I did not pay full amount of May bill 2, 85, 683.06 ₹. I told them that 17, 684 ₹ was credited to my card from your bank in May itself as adjustments so I paid rest of the amount. They are saying that I have to pay full billed amount irrespective of later credited amount of 17, 684 ₹ and I have to wait till next bill cycle.
                                  My concern is why would I pay the incorrect debit charges done from your end and also which are reverted to my card from your bank in the same month?
                                  Is this not injustice? This is nothing but simply looting money from customer in this pandemic situation. Its been 20days I am calling, mailing them but they are not solving my issue. Meanwhile I am going to get next bill cycle of July.
                                  Request you to do the needful.
