    This has happened twice. I didn't receive refund from Flipkart. Upon several mails and calls to customer care executives, I received my refund. Again same thing has happened from Amazon also. They refunded my money but still the amount is not credited. Why do we have to follow up so much to get our money. Everyday I would get so many calls for credit card and all from Axis Bank. But upon facing issues they won't respond.

      This is Avinash Kumar B ..axis bank deducted my money without any intimation of charges n i didn't got message of deductions also. I don't what for charges are. Axis bank return money to my account soon it is needy money as it is pandemic situations

            I have got a call in which the person stated that he's an HR in Axis Bank recruiting cashier, system operator, branch manager etc., asked me to send resume. So I've sent my resume to the number then got a msg that they will held a telephonic interview. I got a call from the person as HR in Axis Bank conducted an interview after an hour got another call stating that I've being selected as Cashier with 25, 000 salary n asked me to pay 1350/-...

            The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.

            The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my DEBIT CARD stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.

            A deduction of Rs.2566.63 (BRN-PYMT-CARD-[protected]) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well.

            I've paid all bills and charges before or on time always. Still, such deductions are being done.

                Bank has opened the Demat account without my consent, and also purchased some holdings in it. To open the account, a new Gmail ID was created. I don't know any details of the account, the only info with me is that an account is opened. I have requested many times in the branch to close the account, but have not seen any response, they always say that we have forwarded the request, it will be done in few days, and this has been going on for a year.
                Please help me with closing this account, as soon as possible.

                  Dear concerned, I have purchased mobile in the month of January with 6 emi, but in the next month itself, entire has been deducted & again 6 emi with interest & GST generated including late fee...Iam wondering, why this much fradulency?????regarding this tried to reach your customer care, but I think that also useless

                              I have opened my axis asap savings account on 30th may 2021 online and received costumer id & account number with virtual Visa card as well. When i have tried to activate internet banking through costumer id & Visa card number then it says that invalid credentials. Kindly help me activate my account.

                                This is to inform you that we have dispatch one courier on dated 17.04.2021 via AWB no:BLR[protected]. The address was mentioned over envelope was of Muzaffarpur district( BIHAR) however its has been booked for Bhagalpur district (Bihar).
                                When i contacted the professional courier Bangalore they ask me to contact Bhagalpur (Bihar ) courier person and this all is happening from last one month and I am not getting any reply. Is it my duty to call concern place or courier personal duty to booked it correctly?????
                                From Last one month i am not getting any reply or any movement for delivering the courier.I have contacted to mob no:[protected] and that employee is responding rudly.

                                  I paid on amazon using my axis bank debit card on date 22/05/2021 with an amount of inr 72990/-. Later this order was cancelled and amazon has generated a refund for this amount with refund reference no(RRN) 022311 on[protected]. However, i have not received the refund from your end yet. Request you to please see in this matter as soon as possible it's emergency case

                                    Mu card was blocked 6 days ago and after that I had called to know how it can be resolved. I was told that an Axis Bank agent has MISTAKENLY blocked my card and that it will be fixed in 3 working days. I kept waiting and calling for updates. Each time I was given a new date and time of resolution but nothing happened. I have spoken to multiple people after calling the Complaint Redressal Desk but in vain. I am tired and exhausted yet nothing has been done to resolve my issue. I am unable to make any online transaction or use my UPI id. It is frustrating and annoying to see that the customer service has nothing to offer. And no other number provided by the bank seem to work

                                      Hi, I applied for Flipkart Credit Card on 29/05/2021 and same is approved on 31/05/2021. Even got SMS with Ref No 10990967 from AXIS bank on 01/06/2021 that I will receive dispatch details after 48 hours but today 05/06/2021, I did not receive the card or dispatch details yet.
