    I am a savings account holder in axis back last 8 Years since 2013, I was using this account as a salary account till a couple of years later I have to change the back due to my employer preference, and the axis account converted to a savings account, Bank was charging minimum balance charges of 500 to 700 rupees every month without notifying me on call or SMS even though I am paying every month SMS changes of 15 rupees.

    As the account was not using actively I was unaware of the charges transaction.

    When I lend some money to a friend for medical needs, he transfers the amount to this account and axis back debited around 4202 rupees immediately from my account. This time also I have not received any SMS while debiting my account from the bank side.

    I am attaching the transaction details of recent debits.

    I also contact axis bank to resolve this query but they said the details was available in welcome kit which was received during account opening 9 years back.

    If axis bank sent few notification of insufficient balance and keep the minimum balance, I could have save this charges for last 2 years.

    I humbly request you to prevent this malpractice from the bank side and save the customers from this daylight robbery.

    Hello Team, as per the shared link axis bank use to sent sms about the consolidation charges break up, in my case the sms was not sent to notify me the charges break up. and debited bulk amount like 4k+ this is is not the way a banker should serve their customer.

    >> c. SMS: Bank sends an SMS with a break-up of the charges applicable on your account.

      This is regarding my axis bank zero balance salary account. When I opened the account, the staff at the Axis Bank branch assured me that it was a zero balance salary account. But a few days later, I began receiving messages about stock investment, etc. Then I noticed that when I received my salary, money was being debited from my account with the name "Axis Direct". Amounts of 400+ rupees at a time were being debited. This happened more than 3 or 4 times. I learned that Axis Direct was a Demat account but I had never asked for a Demat account. I repeatedly requested the staff who helped me open the account to look into this but they did not do so. Then I had to transfer the funds entirely to another account. This is not the kind of thing that a reputed bank such as Axis should be doing. I do not want the demat account and don't want to be charged for it.

        My axis bank ac no. is [protected]
        I want to close my account for so long but was unable due to the charges.
        I called today to the bank they are saying it is now 12428 rs.
        Please please please help me.
        I can not give this much amount to close it.
        Moreover the bank told me if I will not close it soon it is going to keep on increasing with MAB charges plus 18% Gst.
        I am very helpless please help me.

          I don't know why axis Bank is getting this kind of cheating with CUSTOMER as per RBI no negative charges on savings account I didn't use this account after long time I don't have money to for this kind of ###. Axis bank already deducted my 2000/- rupees from my account please close my account as soon as possible

              My account was salary account & when my job left it was converted into normal saving account so you should inform me that 10000 is madatory to maintain in my account but you never informed about the 10000.
              Dear Sir,

              I was not informed that how much amount I need to maintain in my account & refer to statements which were being shared by your side negative balance was not mentioned in any statement so let me know how to get informed that I have negative balance in my account & what amount is mandatory to maintain.
              So please waive off the charges which are applied for non maintaining the minimum balance.

                Axis bank is charged me the overlimit fee in my credit card. Last month I paid only minimum amount due then they charged the interest and after charging the interst my spend went beyond the credit limit. This is without my information and no calls or sms recieved. Now raised a compalint regarding this but they are telling me waiver is not possible. Every other bank use to give the first time this overlimit fee cases. But Axis bank is not at all supportive and the overlimit spend which they are telling is just beacause happened due to their interest charged. Very bad service and in this kind of situation if they are not helping seems a bad behaviour to customer.

                my card ending number is 1132 and registered email id is rnj.[protected]@gmail.com. complaint number registered is 67398719. i need the waiver otherwise this will notify to R.B.I. THis overlimit is coming in my account just beacuse your interest charges. Atleast should inform before charging if limit is not available

                    I have a Current Account with Axis Bank Ac. No. [protected] and Bank deducted Amount of Rs. 3750.75 as consolidated charges and Rs. 657.13 GST on the same (Total: Rs. 4407.88) on 13/03/2021 AND
                    in the month of April Bank deducted Amount of Rs. 5654.91 as consolidated charges and Rs.1017.88 GST on the same (Total: Rs. 6672.79) on 17/04/2021

                    in the month of May Bank deducted Amount of Rs. 9118.34 as consolidated charges and Rs.1641.30 GST on the same (Total: Rs. 10759.64) on 15/05/2021

                    Grand total 21840.31

                    without any prior notice. Without any prior information how you have deducted from the account. If I didn't get any refunds regarding this I will surely close all my axis accounts. Every month some consolidated charges are debited and i was ignoring but this time i was shocked to see such amount deducted from my account.

                    Please refund the total deducted Amount from my account

                    Please do the needful.

                      Axis bank is deducting money from my account in the name of consolidated charges and gst for that, around rs 2000 has been deducted since today. As I wasn't using this account for a while they are deducting huge amounts like this. Recently axis bank has started doing like this.

                        Customer care executives not supporting

                        Hi,

                        I have started chat with Axis Bank Ltd customer care executives, but after some time when they not able to resolve my query they dropped my chat, please check screenshot for both executive names,

                        And if you don't able to solve queries of your customers then shutdown the customer care support, and bank also😠

                        Worst experience with this bank ever

                        I lost my debit card and i requested the block and replace for the debit card, my old debit card got blocked, the new one i got it in a month, but i m not able to set its PIN, by calling on customer care they said my new has also been blocked, also when i checked in internet banking my new card is showing inactive. I am not able to do any transaction.
                        I visited one of the Branch also, but got no help from them too.
                        What should i do to make my debit card active and set its PIN.

My account is salary account. in the month of march 21 to till now( may 21) every month rs 708 detective in my account for the charges of consolidate .. but i am working in a private school and my salary is very low so if it is going on continueously then i am not able to continue in axix bank account .it is no possible for me..so i requested to pls lookup in this metter as soon as possible..

                              Account closure - Not closing my savings account from past two months

                                  My mother have savings account in axis bank.minimum balance of this account 2500 Rupees.The bank deduct 500 Rupees in my mother's bank account for consolidated charges.Any other private banks are not deduct consolidated charges for transaction.your bank only deduct amount in customers account.don't deduct this type cheaper.
