    I have received following message today, which says
    INR 59 debited from A/C no.XXX on[protected]:15:53 IST at Sign verf chargs .

    Can you please tell me why this amount has been deducted which never happened in the past 5 years

        I booked my ticket through railway portal and I had paid through Axis bank card. During the booking it hadn't informed about the surcharge. But after 2 days this bank is charging the surcharge and deducted my money from bank account without my consent.

          Dear Sir.
          I have noticed some additional charges mentioned in my May month 2021 Credit Card Statement.

          18052021 DEBIT INTEREST CHARGES REF [protected] Amount 498.04

          18052021 GST CHARGES REF[protected] Amount 89.65

          regarding thus issue i have sent a mail to Axis Credit Card Customer support Team this week but till date i have not received any reply from Bank End.

          I have paid my all dues regularly & there is no overdue or any late payment charges in my Axis Bank Account.

          In may 2021 month i have received a notification from Axis Bank end stated that there is some software upgradation process from 8 may 2021 to 11 may 2021.

          My last date for Axis Credit Card payment was 10 May 2021.
          So I can't able to use or pay by using my Axis Bank Net banking.

          I approached my Home Branch and they advised me to provide a cheque for my Credit Card Dues.
          I have submitted my cheque on 10 May 2021 and the Cheque has been cleared.
          I don't opt any ECS Debit for my monthly Credit Card Payment Dues.

          But this month they included some additional Debit Interest Charges & GST Charges.

          I don't know the reason for this additional Debit Interest Charges & GST Charges will be included in my Axis Credit Card Statement for this month.

          So i kindly request you to reverse this Additional Debit Interest charges & GST Charges in my May 2021 Axis Credit Card Statement.

          I have enclosed the screen shots copies for your reference.

          Dear Mr. S Srinivasan,

          Thank you for writing to Axis bank.

          We hope you and your loved ones are safe and healthy.

          We understand that you are seeking clarity regarding the financial charges which is levied on your credit card number ending with****0580.

          We acknowledge that we have received your screen shot shared by you.

          Our bank record shows that outstanding balance on your credit card as per the statement dated 17/04/2021 is total amount due Rs. 6, 451.68 /-. Minimum amount due was Rs. 6, 024.00/-The due date to make the payment for the same is 10/05/2021.

          We have received the payment of Rs.6, 024.00/- dated 10/05/2021 which is not the complete outstanding balance on your credit card as per the statement dated 17/04/2021.

          Hence, you had been charged with debit interest charges of Rs. 498.04/- (plus 18% GST).

          You can view your Axis Bank Credit Card statement in any of the following ways:

          1) Log into Internet Banking >> Accounts >> My Credit Cards >> Select Credit Card Number >> Click on Current Statement.

          2) Log into Axis Mobile >> Credit Cards >> Select the Card Number >> Select Statements >> Select Between Current or Past Statement.

          3) Through our website >> www.axisbank.com >> Get Support >> Credit Cards >> Statement>>Click on the tab ‘Download Using Registered Mobile Number >> Enter your Registered Mobile Number >> Enter OTP >> Select your Credit Card No. >> Your latest statement will be downloaded on your device

          Debit Interest is calculated due to partial payments made or non-receipt of payments towards your Credit Card.

          To explain this better let us look at the following example:

          You made a transaction of Rs.25, 000/- on 9th January’2019, the statement is generated on 12th January’2019 with an outstanding balance of Rs.25, 000/- and the due date to pay that statement is on 1st February’2019 with a minimum due of Rs.1250/-.

          Interest charges are applicable only if:

          1. You pay the minimum due of Rs.1250/- on or before the due date

          2. You make any partial payment (a payment of any amount that is less than Rs.25, 000) on or before the due date

          3. You do not make a payment at all by the due date (In this case there will also be a late payment fee charged along with the interest charges in the next statement)

          Please note: Whenever there is financial charge levied on the account, there will be GST charged @18% on the said amount of the financial charges.

          The interest rate of 2.95 % or 3.40% p.m is applicable on your credit card whenever there is a part payment made by you for your purchases.

          The interest amount is calculated on the basis of the following 4 criteria:

          1) From transaction date to statement date (on transaction amount)
          2) From statement date till payment date (on outstanding balance)
          3) From payment date till next statement date (on balance amount)
          4) From transaction date till the next statement date (fresh transaction)

          These details have been mentioned in the welcome kit sent to you along with your credit card. Alternatively,

          Please be informed that you need to pay minimum amount due before the Payment due date to avoid late payment fees. Also, the debit interest charges will be levied if you missed to pay your total outstanding as per statement by the payment due date.

            While going through any transaction using my new debit card, its showing the msg "your mobile number is not updated with us for online transations"
            . but i get otp msg for different requests for internet banking without any problem. only while using the card, its saying that my mobile number is not updated

              I Applied for Fastag through PhonePe App on 25th April of which 3000/- was deducted from my account. I emailed for delay on 4th May and shared all documents through email. 4th May interaction ID was created (Interaction ID [protected]).

              4th May I was asked to share mini statement which I did on very same day.

              On 7th May "NO" response through email for status update, same repeated unprofessional careless behavior repeated on 10th May, incompentance shown with no response through email on 14th May.

              Customer care guys are so poorly trained that they don't know how to give solution to any problem, All they could do is tell me that they can`t find my Chassi no or mobile No. on website, beyond that they are useless & pathetic . All they know is to apologies.

              I was told on 20th May by 1 customer care executive that he has raised ticket for quick response and promised me that I will receive "ANSWER" by today, which I waited.

              Answer me!! why did he lie to me?

              Why is your service so dam poor through web portal? or you want me to visit nearest branch in this pandemic?? then why did you guys have online grievance portal!!!???

              Why can`t you people at least acknowledge emails?

              Now Team Axis either return my money or tell me exactly 'DATE' when I can get my Fastag.

              And please no more excuses. I want your quick immediate action on this matter ASAP!!!

                Ear Sir/Madam,

                Whomsoever, I'm Chetana Kumar K S fed up with explaining my issues with Axis Bank. As I'm a loyal customer of this bank for the past 5years and more, for the first I believe I did not make payment on time of INR 6500/- only. If not making the payment, I was getting infected with Covid -19 on 20th April 2021, with Covid Test ID[protected] and BU No. 576618. On 30th Apr I got hospitalized till 10th May, I was to supposed to do my bill payment on 3rd May I was not in a position to get up do my bill payment, and these Axis banks have blocked the Axis bank net banking from 4th to 6th May for maintenance purpose. I have shared my Discharge details and other Covid Test details even though they are not ready to decline my Late Payment fees of INR 1, 538.58/-

                I request to take proper action against the Bank and inquire how a hospitalized person can make payment.

                    I am a savings account holder in axis back last 8 Years since 2013, I was using this account as a salary account till a couple of years later I have to change the back due to my employer preference, and the axis account converted to a savings account, Bank was charging minimum balance charges of 500 to 700 rupees every month without notifying me on call or SMS even though I am paying every month SMS changes of 15 rupees.

                    As the account was not using actively I was unaware of the charges transaction.

                    When I lend some money to a friend for medical needs, he transfers the amount to this account and axis back debited around 4202 rupees immediately from my account. This time also I have not received any SMS while debiting my account from the bank side.

                    I am attaching the transaction details of recent debits.

                    I also contact axis bank to resolve this query but they said the details was available in welcome kit which was received during account opening 9 years back.

                    If axis bank sent few notification of insufficient balance and keep the minimum balance, I could have save this charges for last 2 years.

                    I humbly request you to prevent this malpractice from the bank side and save the customers from this daylight robbery.

                    Hello Team, as per the shared link axis bank use to sent sms about the consolidation charges break up, in my case the sms was not sent to notify me the charges break up. and debited bulk amount like 4k+ this is is not the way a banker should serve their customer.

                      This is regarding my axis bank zero balance salary account. When I opened the account, the staff at the Axis Bank branch assured me that it was a zero balance salary account. But a few days later, I began receiving messages about stock investment, etc. Then I noticed that when I received my salary, money was being debited from my account with the name "Axis Direct". Amounts of 400+ rupees at a time were being debited. This happened more than 3 or 4 times. I learned that Axis Direct was a Demat account but I had never asked for a Demat account. I repeatedly requested the staff who helped me open the account to look into this but they did not do so. Then I had to transfer the funds entirely to another account. This is not the kind of thing that a reputed bank such as Axis should be doing. I do not want the demat account and don't want to be charged for it.

                        My axis bank ac no. is [protected]
                        I want to close my account for so long but was unable due to the charges.
                        I called today to the bank they are saying it is now 12428 rs.
                        Please please please help me.
                        I can not give this much amount to close it.
                        Moreover the bank told me if I will not close it soon it is going to keep on increasing with MAB charges plus 18% Gst.
                        I am very helpless please help me.

                          I don't know why axis Bank is getting this kind of cheating with CUSTOMER as per RBI no negative charges on savings account I didn't use this account after long time I don't have money to for this kind of ###. Axis bank already deducted my 2000/- rupees from my account please close my account as soon as possible

                              My account was salary account & when my job left it was converted into normal saving account so you should inform me that 10000 is madatory to maintain in my account but you never informed about the 10000.
                              Dear Sir,

                              I was not informed that how much amount I need to maintain in my account & refer to statements which were being shared by your side negative balance was not mentioned in any statement so let me know how to get informed that I have negative balance in my account & what amount is mandatory to maintain.
                              So please waive off the charges which are applied for non maintaining the minimum balance.

                                Axis bank is charged me the overlimit fee in my credit card. Last month I paid only minimum amount due then they charged the interest and after charging the interst my spend went beyond the credit limit. This is without my information and no calls or sms recieved. Now raised a compalint regarding this but they are telling me waiver is not possible. Every other bank use to give the first time this overlimit fee cases. But Axis bank is not at all supportive and the overlimit spend which they are telling is just beacause happened due to their interest charged. Very bad service and in this kind of situation if they are not helping seems a bad behaviour to customer.

                                my card ending number is 1132 and registered email id is rnj.[protected]@gmail.com. complaint number registered is 67398719. i need the waiver otherwise this will notify to R.B.I. THis overlimit is coming in my account just beacuse your interest charges. Atleast should inform before charging if limit is not available

                                    I have a Current Account with Axis Bank Ac. No. [protected] and Bank deducted Amount of Rs. 3750.75 as consolidated charges and Rs. 657.13 GST on the same (Total: Rs. 4407.88) on 13/03/2021 AND
                                    in the month of April Bank deducted Amount of Rs. 5654.91 as consolidated charges and Rs.1017.88 GST on the same (Total: Rs. 6672.79) on 17/04/2021

                                    in the month of May Bank deducted Amount of Rs. 9118.34 as consolidated charges and Rs.1641.30 GST on the same (Total: Rs. 10759.64) on 15/05/2021

                                    Grand total 21840.31

                                    without any prior notice. Without any prior information how you have deducted from the account. If I didn't get any refunds regarding this I will surely close all my axis accounts. Every month some consolidated charges are debited and i was ignoring but this time i was shocked to see such amount deducted from my account.

                                    Please refund the total deducted Amount from my account

                                    Please do the needful.

                                      Axis bank is deducting money from my account in the name of consolidated charges and gst for that, around rs 2000 has been deducted since today. As I wasn't using this account for a while they are deducting huge amounts like this. Recently axis bank has started doing like this.
