Hi team,

I have applied for two loans since December end by agent Anil who was assisted by Axis bank sale department Kiran Kumar N (kirankumar.[protected]@axisbank.com) with his other axis bank collegues named Doodnath Gupta (ID attached separately), Jitin, Regional head, verification people, seal person (for putting seal on statement) and credit department person.

Loan details
Sandeep Goel:PPR[protected] loan amount :25lakhs

I already informed in starting only that i already have an existing loan in axis along with three other loans in other banks and additionally i have credit card bills so i dont think loan will clear so they asked to depisit money in other account as below

Tradlink India Trad[protected]

They told by putting money in this account credit balance will become null and loan will credit. Until march first week i have given close to 17.5 lakhs which includes commission to all those who helped kiran in getting this loan clear which was mostly 1% of loan.

Loan was not getting cleared so finally I decided to cancle loan and get back refund amount which they told im starting it will take max 6 hourdls but till now I have not received refund money.

Kiran and doodnath has been continously saying refund will credit but nothing came. My money is stuck from 4 months and i gave all the chanses to them but finally i have to take some step therefore I am writing first here so that someone from axis bank get me back my money or else I will have to file fraud case on whitefield axis bank employees which would create bad image of the bank.

Let me know if any further detail is required. I have all proof with me and attaching some here too.

    Charged late payment fee without any reason for a credit card even though paid the dues correctly, not reversed the complete amount and today they blocked some amount in a debit card for an unknown reason.

      I am fed up with Axis bank services where I am using the Axis Mutual funds, SIP, TErm Insurance and other Insurances, Credit card and Saving however they freezed my account without providing any intimation. Now I am only able to see the funds and funds can come to account but I cannot withdraw with any source. Called CUSTOMER care several times where they asked me to visit the branch to which I went to branch and filled form but no issue resolved again went to branch after 15 days and filled the form again but stil waiting from 9 days to get it resolved. Now I spoke to CUSTOMER care where they said I need to visit the branch and when I visit and met with branch manager then call CUSTOMER care they will tell branch manager what needs to be done... I mean like what is this ###.

      I am closing the SIP, Mutual, Credut which is in my hands and will transfer the Term insurance if possible. But seriously was never expoected this type of service from Axis bank.

        Hello,

        I was recently charged Rs. 1, 000 by my bank. I have no idea why. As my balance was low (I was waiting for a deposit as a transaction was getting reversed) my balance is now -1, 040.

        I got this message from the bank today.
        Your A/c 473758 is reversed INR 7851.86 on[protected]:23:16 Info- PUR/ExpressVPN/+[protected]/ExpressVPN/Seq No[protected]

        however when I open my banking app the amount is still showing -1040.

        I want my 1000 rupees back plus the amount that was reversed into my account. The charges are atrocious. I am a student and this is unacceptable.

            I have submitted all the debit card check book, credit card we had for deceased customer mahesh prasad Gupta.

            The account was closed but the linked credit card is still active. Now they are sending messages to pay the annual maintenance charges messages. With late payment.

            My complaint is when i have submitted the request for complete closure. Then why they haven't closed the credit card aswell.

            Also i want to add Even for dead person they are charging late payment when it was informed on time and account was closed and full and final settlement was completed. Even there PNO is not coming up with proper support. not professional staff ... Worst bank ever .

                Iam kaliammal from Department of revenue iam residing in Chennai (Tharamani)my brother have bought two wheeler loan in axis Bank customer id[protected] he skipped only one month due amount 2493 he is the regular customer to axis Bank just only one month has been skipped today morning 6.00am itself Sathish agency of axis Bank came to my home and shouted to the hell he is behaving very rude to me when my brother is not in home he shouted to my mother and sisters he talked vulgarly he didn't display the I'd card too he behaved very badly he spoked to someone to come and to damage the vehicle and hit us my mother bp shooted up high because of this person his words are too bad and cursed my family members he asked me too pay the amount or else I won't leave him he is threatening us and called some of the person to hit he hit the door hardly I have paid the amount he didn't give the receipt of my payment i[censored] did n't take proper action means I will file a case on consumer court I have all evidence and video and audio.

                  My Axis Bank account was inactive from 1 year n there was a negative charges left so i paid those fees and eeopen my account but one dsy my account got closed n my remaining balance was debited from my account in the name of kyc not updated n acc is closed for anniversary account closure. I called customer care service and they keep repeating me that i ll get DD at my personal home address in 7 to 8 working days but still i didn't receive any DD at my home.. Now i am getting irritated from this type of poor service from Axis bank department

                          I have been charged 290+18 as consolidated charges every month, again 30+gst for BNA Convenience fee although I didn't deposit anything after their working hours / on holidays. Still, the bank charges as they want, also from my peers I heard that after their recent CEO change, the bank has started charging too much and unnecessarily. Planning to close the account with Axis asap. I have been holding an account for 5 years, now they made to change our mind "to look for something else". Thanks, Axis !!

                                  I own a NRE account and 2 NRO accounts with AXIS Bank branch of Dhampur, Uttar Pradesh.

                                  I had submitted a form to close one of my NRO bank account on 9th April 2021 at the Dhampur Branch and after that I had visited the Dhampur branch 3 times to check the status but every time the person who took the form told me once the approval will come then he will close my NRO account.

                                    1. That I am client of Axis Bank for more than 15 years and using the Axis Credit Card for last 5 years and never failed to clear the dues in time.

                                    2. That since my dependence on both Axis debit and credit (which may be seen from the volume of monthly transaction) I always maintained sufficient balance in my saving a/c. Which was the case when I was in Kolkata for self treatment from 2nd week of February to last week of March, 2021 I was fully dependent on my axis a/c for all my requirement. But without any notice my saving a/c was made debit freeze which on visiting the nearest Axis Branch came to know that because of KYC which need to be updated they froze my a/c. It was needless to say that the kind of trouble I was in. What is disturbing was that without any prior information, when there are plenty of avenues open, like email SMS service whatsapp and even through a call which they are doing at their hearts content by calling not less than ten times in a day for promotional purposes. As I mentioned majority of my transaction done through Axis a/c and I had number of regular beneficiaries added for transfer of fund which included my daughter too who is in Ahmedabad for studies. Neither I could use my ATM for withdrawal or make any payment by using Axis app. Also since I have gool amount of online investment like forex trading I had to maintain required by funding as and when needed margin by using this a/c only.

                                    That myself and my daughter had gone through horrible period for failing to pay in time and I could not complete my treatment and returned back. Also as mentioned due to want of fund my investment in currency trading turned zero from $1400 which is not a small amount and had I added fund in time I would not have to suffer such huge loss.
                                    That I was during this period tried to clear my outstanding balance of around Rs.62, 000/ which I had utilized from my Axis credit card through the mobile app but because debit freeze I could not clear the dues and my every failed attempt's screen shot was shared in axis whats up No. available in axis app. Even I visited the nearest Axis Branch in Rajpur in Kolkata where I tried to clear the dues through axis cheque, could not be done because of debit freeze.
                                    That on my return immediately I visited the home Axis Branch and completed the formalities on 31st March, 2021 but till date the KYC was not updated and I was now asked to clear my outstanding dues of Rs. 80, 799/- by 3rd May, 2021, As I mentioned from 2ned week of March, 2021 I could not use the credit card and the dues at that point was only 62, 000/-.
                                    That I want the bank to duly compensate my entire losses and not to overcharge my credit card bill .

                                      My name is Johnson.J my Bank A/C Number is ([protected]) registered mobile number is [protected], I am a very good customer of axis bank i never expected anything like money deduction whiteout me opting for any service i have been deducted total amount of Rs-1328 in the period of 5 months twice kindly find the attachment of deduction & in one bank A/C there is two axis direct A/C kindly find that attachment to Kindly reverse my amount kindly do the needful , when i went & spoke to my bank branch the manager named Mr.Harish he spoke very rudely with me my Bank branch is Richards park axis bank Bangalore as a grateful customer kindly do the needful & take action please.
