LIfe insurance towards home loan

I was told that life insurance is mandatory for home loan. I asked them to give a email confirmation that it is mandatory, I have not received any confirmation but premium amount of INR 50K was added to my approved home loan amount.

Rs 1650 was debited from my axis Bank account by Google/pur without my approval on 29/04/2021. I did not receive any OTP for the same. This is a fraud transaction and axis Bank must refund my money and take action against these fraudsters.

    I'm holding Axis Bank Credit card and Savings account (converted from NRO) for over 10 years.

    Due to Covid-19 I have no permanent income source and acute funds shortage.

    I have outstanding in my credit card and not paid the same for last 1 month. The credit card department made harassing calls (I would harassing as one collection caller have no records what the other caller discussed and they are calling several times in a day for same reason)

    I assured the collection department that I have acute shortage of funds due to no job in this Covid-19 times. But its seems that they never recorded it.

    I had borrowed some money from a friend to take care of my home expenses due to acute shortage of funds but the credit card collection people marked a lien on my account despite my assurance that I will pay that amount in next month. The blocked amount almost drained my savings account with no money left for home expenses in the time of lock down (19th April 21 to 3rd May 21).

    When I checked with branch, they told me that the lien was marked as it was under same customer ID. I wonder what they would have done if I had savings account in other bank and not Axis bank. At least I would have taken care of my home expenses.

    I call this move as insensitive move by Axis bank without giving any credit to my customer relations for long time or assurances made by customer.

    I am forced to think that should I continue my relations with Axis Bank or subsequently close my account and credit card.

      Hi, i have salary account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted 599 from my account written as Consolidated Charges in every month they deduct 500 to 800rs as consolidate charges and also no response from customer care department and near by branch.plz help me to get my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts wihout telling peoples my register mobile number is [protected] i want my money back

          I've been cheated here. For no reason, there are consolidated charges applied to my account.

          Please give me the answers.

          Auto Debit Failure of Rs. 14533/-, whereas sufficient funds were available in my bank account i.e Rs. 15000/-. (Statement attached for your reference)

            Currently I own 3 bank accounts(2 NRO & 1 NRE) under the same customer id.
            I have submitted an account closure request on 9th April 2021 by submitting a form to my home branch to close one of my NRO bank account.

            The bank employee had shredded up my passbook and ATM card after handing over the filled form to him.

            After 9th April I have visited the branch 2 more times to know the status but every time it was promised to me that the approval is on the way and once it comes the account will be closed and the bank will let me know.

            Today is 29th April almost after 20 days of submitting the form I don't believe that my request is taking further up.
            I am a loyal customer of the bank and now own a NRI account, if my account could not be closed then I will switch my bank account to some other bank.

            I really want a action against the branch and the person who took my form for false promise and want immediate closure of my account.

              Rs 999 deducted by Axis Bank for TXN approved without additional factor of authentication as per RBI. What is the reason behind this deduction still I cannot understand. Please explain.

                    first they told that we have to submit document as a current account under company act then after 15 days i visit to branch then they told me to open current account under TRUST then also i submitted all documents as per their requirements.. then after 10 days i visited to branch then they told me to open current account under company act.. i today i received a call and they told me to change your PAN card after that they will open my current account...
                    their team is waste my time from 20 March to till time .. i have to apply for commencement of business certificate to MCA...
                    But they are not serious ... Branch manager and officer Niranjan Limiye is giving false commitment to me from last 30 to 40 days...

                      Hi, From past 7 days, i am trying to close my fast tag wallet but its not getting closed from axis bank fast tag management, they keep bringing false reasons and keep the closure request pending, after sending about 15+ mails with all the necessary information they asked i have sent them, still they are asking stupid questions like whats the reason for closure, cancelled cheque is not attached BUT infact i have provided them all the required information still they are not closing it, it looks like they dont want to do it and keeps the request pending with false fraud reasons. Please look into this matter and give me grievance.

                        Hi team,

                        I have applied for two loans since December end by agent Anil who was assisted by Axis bank sale department Kiran Kumar N (kirankumar.[protected]@axisbank.com) with his other axis bank collegues named Doodnath Gupta (ID attached separately), Jitin, Regional head, verification people, seal person (for putting seal on statement) and credit department person.

                        Loan details
                        Sandeep Goel:PPR[protected] loan amount :25lakhs

                        I already informed in starting only that i already have an existing loan in axis along with three other loans in other banks and additionally i have credit card bills so i dont think loan will clear so they asked to depisit money in other account as below

                        Tradlink India Trad[protected]

                        They told by putting money in this account credit balance will become null and loan will credit. Until march first week i have given close to 17.5 lakhs which includes commission to all those who helped kiran in getting this loan clear which was mostly 1% of loan.

                        Loan was not getting cleared so finally I decided to cancle loan and get back refund amount which they told im starting it will take max 6 hourdls but till now I have not received refund money.

                        Kiran and doodnath has been continously saying refund will credit but nothing came. My money is stuck from 4 months and i gave all the chanses to them but finally i have to take some step therefore I am writing first here so that someone from axis bank get me back my money or else I will have to file fraud case on whitefield axis bank employees which would create bad image of the bank.

                        Let me know if any further detail is required. I have all proof with me and attaching some here too.

                            I am fed up with Axis bank services where I am using the Axis Mutual funds, SIP, TErm Insurance and other Insurances, Credit card and Saving however they freezed my account without providing any intimation. Now I am only able to see the funds and funds can come to account but I cannot withdraw with any source. Called CUSTOMER care several times where they asked me to visit the branch to which I went to branch and filled form but no issue resolved again went to branch after 15 days and filled the form again but stil waiting from 9 days to get it resolved. Now I spoke to CUSTOMER care where they said I need to visit the branch and when I visit and met with branch manager then call CUSTOMER care they will tell branch manager what needs to be done... I mean like what is this ###.

                            I am closing the SIP, Mutual, Credut which is in my hands and will transfer the Term insurance if possible. But seriously was never expoected this type of service from Axis bank.

                              Hello,

                              I was recently charged Rs. 1, 000 by my bank. I have no idea why. As my balance was low (I was waiting for a deposit as a transaction was getting reversed) my balance is now -1, 040.

                              I got this message from the bank today.
                              Your A/c 473758 is reversed INR 7851.86 on[protected]:23:16 Info- PUR/ExpressVPN/+[protected]/ExpressVPN/Seq No[protected]

                              however when I open my banking app the amount is still showing -1040.

                              I want my 1000 rupees back plus the amount that was reversed into my account. The charges are atrocious. I am a student and this is unacceptable.

                                  I have submitted all the debit card check book, credit card we had for deceased customer mahesh prasad Gupta.

                                  The account was closed but the linked credit card is still active. Now they are sending messages to pay the annual maintenance charges messages. With late payment.

                                  My complaint is when i have submitted the request for complete closure. Then why they haven't closed the credit card aswell.
