Hi, From past 7 days, i am trying to close my fast tag wallet but its not getting closed from axis bank fast tag management, they keep bringing false reasons and keep the closure request pending, after sending about 15+ mails with all the necessary information they asked i have sent them, still they are asking stupid questions like whats the reason for closure, cancelled cheque is not attached BUT infact i have provided them all the required information still they are not closing it, it looks like they dont want to do it and keeps the request pending with false fraud reasons. Please look into this matter and give me grievance.

Complaint marked as Resolved After putting up complaints, I got mail that its being closed, so issue is resolved now.
Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
