The amount of 904.4 was deducted from my account, I have not applied for any Axis Direct services, when I called up the customer care no. for the first time, they told me this not the department for this and asked me to call some other number, which I was unable to connect since it kept saying that the number is busy. I again called the customer care, only to hear this time the servers are down hence they cannot report my complaint, note that all these calls are also charged.
Request you to kindly revert this transaction ASAP.
