Complaint marked as Resolved I tried a lot at their customer service contact number but it could not connect me to any person. Then i tried online chat from bank website after two or three try it got connected to an service agent, that person ask for the problem and gave me some time to wait for the resolution, then i got credit in my account next day of complaint.
Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
