I haven’t brought any shares or anything but they charged 885rs from my salary account even I said I don’t want any demat or any other tail account while creating account. Now when I started calling the number which is available on same message saying “if not done by you” then they are running advertisements in it and no one is answering the call[protected] . I have tried other numbers also there also running advertisements and no one is answering the call. Finally I came here to complaints and to complaints on socials sites.
Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I was charged 885 Today Morning, not sure why

    I am having Saving account in axis bank at infosys Mysore branch. I have been using this account for the past 3 years. Last year, I was forcefully provided with credit card from the bank and I haven't started using that till now. Without bringing to my notice, they deducted Rs. 885 from my account. I want to raise a complaint against this bank.

        Dear Sir,

        I have a salary Account in axis bank, gulbarga branch, it was informed while opening account that debit, credit & demat account were free of cost & no charges will be levied on them as it is a salary account. Today (3rd april 2021) i got a sms from axis bank informing that Rs. 885/- has been debited from my account for consolidated dp charges. Why this dp charged? Please clarify and resolve the issue

          My salery account is in axis bank. Yesterday I saw that Rs 885/- was deducted from account in the name of Axis Direct, without my consent. But I never use Axis Direct service. Then why this amount deducted from my account? I want refund this Rs 885/- amount immediately.

            Axis direct charges of rupees 885 is debited from my account...however I do not hold any demat account neither have i made any sort of transaction.
            I demand a proper explanation also refund at the same time .
            And this is not the first time money is debited it has happened several times
            and many complaints have been registered from my side .

              It was my salary account initially so I guess demat account was activated but I have never made any transaction from my axis bank demat account still money 885 has been deducted.

                Today at 10.13pm ₹855 was debited from my account without my notice.
                @Axis bank please let me know why this amount was debited without my notice

                  This is my salary account.
                  Amount 885 got deducted without any reasons. This happened all the time. I haven't opened any demat account neither i have purchase or sold any stocks. I would request to refund my money asap. You guys do such things without any customers consent. I will esclate this issue because this happend earlier also. Please look into this issue and resolve asap.

                  Amount 885 got deducted. I have never opened any demat account niether purchase or sell any stock so why this charges is applied to my account. This happened earlier also. Axis bank often do these kinda deductions without customers consent. I would request to resolve this issue asap. And take the steps so that no one can suffer like this.

                    I have a salary a/c in axis bank DLF Gurgaon branch, as informed by bank while opening the account debit, credit & demat account were free of cost & no charges should be levied on them as it is a salary account.                       Why my 885rs deducted from my axis account on basis of axis direct. I am not using axis bank's demat account, i am using zerodha. Not your platform, axis bank is just used to transfer money to the zerodha.

                        Axis Bank is charged me Rs. 885 for Axis Direct. Even though I don't use any demat account from Axis. I just a proper justification for this. Last time also they did the same thing and I had complaint for the thing. But this time I won't let go. Kindly revert.

                              The bank is fooling around the customer.

                              The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.

                              A deduction of rs 100 (Brn-pymt-card-[protected]) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well.

                              I've paid all bills and charges before or on time always. Still such deductions are being done.

                                I Mukesh have been charged of Rupees 2476/-as BRN-PYMT-CARD on the 2nd of april and also after the deduction i have not received any mail/sms about the transaction the card payment was made on 1st itself and also there was an preauth transaction made via credit card there was a refund to be done on the date but still i have not received any can u look in to this (Face issues from both Debit and credit cards)

                                  I have paid JEE main fee on official Website on 28th March the website showed me transfer failed but money is deducted. Waiting from 5 days no refunds no response . Application window is closing on 5th April my career will be ruined if I did not fill the form
