Credit card issue which been dragged for a year

Hi Axis bank CEO,

I have met with worst service from your bank when it comes to customer support.
An amount of 2000 inr has been dragged and final reached to 11000 inr because of yours's sloppy and unprofessional nodal officers and customer service representative.
First of all they don't believe customer evidences and then they manipulate actual problem and submit that according to them.

Amount deduction

My account was debited twice a day before while booking tickets from icrct login. Apart from fare, two different amounts were deducted claiming TIPS/SCG/NON MCC.

I don't know how such deduction are possible without my concern....

Credit Card

I own a credit card with axis banl and on february 5th ther's a charge of 607.44INR+109.34GST It says its for auto debit payment bounce..the point is i never told any bank employe or have never turned on auto debit on my credit card.this is completely a intentional cheating and usually i recive my bill on 15th ecery month 14th i ordered a product and cancelled it immediately for some personal reasond 15th i got my bill and 16th i got a refund...

Axis Bank debit for Rs 1599/- for one assist service

From my axis account, an amount of Rs 1599/- was debited for one assist service on 25/02/2021 without any intimation.
I hadn't requested any such service. Please revoke that service and refund my money....

I have two AXIS Bank Credit Cards, each having a limit of 35K. I've converted both of them into EMI in the months of November/December on AXIS Bank's offer for the complete amount I was due until then. I kept paying the EMIs, and the amount was getting credited and was usable, as I was promised by the team converting them to EMI.. until December and the first week of January.

Demat and Bank Account

I opened salary account with Axis in 2016 and they also opened DEMAT account without my consent. Axis started sending me messages and charged Annual Maintenance charges. Then they started deducting money from my Bank account directly. I raised complaint many times but they aren't responding properly. Moratorium penalty charges

I have took loan from other banks but axis bank it's my beneficiary account, other bank after applied morotorium given acknowledgement number then to morotorium period they done cheque presentation in axis bank account it's not my mistake but am getting penalty charges up to 60, 000

My salary account in Axis bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me ). Amount is blocked as lien amount

I opened salary account in Axis and its the worst every decision i made, their app sucks always and i shifted to HDFC later which i am happy but I deposited amount through Cash depositing machine as that is the nearest ATM to us and immediately someportion of the amount is blocked as lien amount i am not sure what that mean, I dont have any overdue credit balance or nothing....

Salary account in negative balance

I am an employee in axis bank and already my account is in negative balance and day by day the amount is increasing it was -250 and its -4442
And salary account should not be in negative balance

Iam having good relationship with axis bank and holding axis bank accounts and credit card... there was multiple visit by Collection guys to home in this covid situation...they do not wear mask and even id card also.

threatening phone calls..
calling on Sundays more than 10times..even I'm on medical leave.but still getting...

I received message on 15th February 2021, as upgrade debit card has been delivered, but unknowingly on January 19, 2021 while emerging to take money at ATM instead of clicking NO button by mistake I have selected YES which contains the message for upgrading debit card but later I didn't receive any confirmation message to my mobile, and Rs.885 got deducted from my axis bank account.

Kindly I request you to cancel the upgrade...
