This is disgusting, getting too many calls (Atleast 2-3 calls/day) from Axis bank and their consultancies for personal loans and credit card. A day is starting and ending with Axis bank call. Hope you can understand how they are irritating. I didn't apply for loan/credit cards in any axis anywhere.
Couldn't understand how bank got my numbers.
Kindly remove my number (+91 - [protected], +91-[protected]) from your database. Expecting from now not to get any call till i apply for loans.

            Address: Axis bank, Mangalore branch

            The amount Rs 500 has been deducted from my account towards the cheque return charges and the NACH
            transaction fees for the towards the "HDFC Bank Limited with the mandate reference number:
            UTIB[protected]."In this regard I want to mention that I have not given any debit instruction to
            deduct money from HDFC bank as ACH charges. I have already closed my Home loan account with HDFC ltd on
            date 25th December 2020. you have deducted Rs 500 without any reason. This is totally fraud from axis
            bank side. It is totally not acceptable. If you will not deposit the above money I will close my axis
            bank

              Hello Team,

              I have received couple of messages on 3/6 & 3/8 which says

              INR 118 debited from A/c no. XX1888 n 06/03/21 11:42:24 IST
              at sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop. Call [protected] if not done by you.

              INR 118 debited from A/c no. XX1888 n 08/03/21 01:32:14 IST
              at sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop. Call [protected] if not done by you.

              I haven't issued any such mandate.Hence i would be requesting you to please check and help me on this. And if it's a fake or something could you please stop it immediately?

              Please let me know if you need any further information on this.

                Hello, 15 days back on 22/02/2021, I opened my salary account in Axis bank, still it is not activated. Although I have submitted all the required documents. I am also contacting concerned person of my branch, his name is sohel (contact: [protected]), he is giving me faulty promise every day. Branch is Axis bank, Balaghat.

                  I have applied credit card on Dec 2020 & I got married on 6th January so my address has changed, this is the reason card returned.
                  But I visited AXIS Vikhroli branch and shared all the reasons with them. They said we will apply to return credit card in Kurla branch and they also provide me one receipt. They told me someone will call you from Kurla branch to receive your card.
                  But I didn't get call from anyone. I just received message as 1234.48 amount need to pay before 8March.

                  My question is why they are asking for money if I didn't received that card.

                    Again today fastag toll deducted twice, ie. At chandwad toll plaza and again at Dhule ( Laling ) toll plaza, if Rs.135 deducted at chandwad toll then next dhule toll should not be deducted... 😠, Sending here screenshots of text messages..
                    Please revert my extraa amount to my fastTag account as soon as possible,
                    This is happening to me third time now...
                    If I didn't get my excess money back, then I have to go to consumer court and media also...

                        The bank has charged Rs.354 last year(2020) - I raised the issue with the branch manager but there was no response! As well as this year Rs.354 is debited. Why is it debited when I was told no charges apply for my account??? why the bank manager nor the employees are able to give an answer or explanation for the same?

                                  I have applied for an IPO on Feb 24, 2021. IPO amount has been blocked in my bank account. Later, IPO is not allotted for me. But still, my money has not been refunded yet. It's been more than 3 days since the initialization of refunds as said from the IPO timeline. When I have contacted Axis customer care, they don't even have the right information with them. Some say wait till End of the day, some say to contact your branch, some say to send us an email from the IPO allotment app, some say to contact directly the IPO listing company. What is this kind of responses from your team? Don't you know how to treat your customers. Some of your executives directly hang up the call while speaking? Is this the service you provide by taking our money?

                                      Due to this, I'm failed to my commitments for which I have face the loss of 3000 rupees. Who should bear? Customer care is asking me to visit the branch after banking hours? whom they are fooling? Please take this as a serious, money of public involved. Like me there might be many customers whose amount is blocked even after refund has been released from IPO Registrar. Resolve at the earliest.
