I have applied for an IPO on Feb 24, 2021. IPO amount has been blocked in my bank account. Later, IPO is not allotted for me. But still, my money has not been refunded yet. It's been more than 3 days since the initialization of refunds as said from the IPO timeline. When I have contacted Axis customer care, they don't even have the right information with them. Some say wait till End of the day, some say to contact your branch, some say to send us an email from the IPO allotment app, some say to contact directly the IPO listing company. What is this kind of responses from your team? Don't you know how to treat your customers. Some of your executives directly hang up the call while speaking? Is this the service you provide by taking our money?
