I have applied credit card on Dec 2020 & I got married on 6th January so my address has changed, this is the reason card returned.
But I visited AXIS Vikhroli branch and shared all the reasons with them. They said we will apply to return credit card in Kurla branch and they also provide me one receipt. They told me someone will call you from Kurla branch to receive your card.
But I didn't get call from anyone. I just received message as 1234.48 amount need to pay before 8March.

My question is why they are asking for money if I didn't received that card.

    Again today fastag toll deducted twice, ie. At chandwad toll plaza and again at Dhule ( Laling ) toll plaza, if Rs.135 deducted at chandwad toll then next dhule toll should not be deducted... 😠, Sending here screenshots of text messages..
    Please revert my extraa amount to my fastTag account as soon as possible,
    This is happening to me third time now...
    If I didn't get my excess money back, then I have to go to consumer court and media also...

        The bank has charged Rs.354 last year(2020) - I raised the issue with the branch manager but there was no response! As well as this year Rs.354 is debited. Why is it debited when I was told no charges apply for my account??? why the bank manager nor the employees are able to give an answer or explanation for the same?

                When I call[protected], the message I receive is that this number does NOT exist!!

                  I have applied for an IPO on Feb 24, 2021. IPO amount has been blocked in my bank account. Later, IPO is not allotted for me. But still, my money has not been refunded yet. It's been more than 3 days since the initialization of refunds as said from the IPO timeline. When I have contacted Axis customer care, they don't even have the right information with them. Some say wait till End of the day, some say to contact your branch, some say to send us an email from the IPO allotment app, some say to contact directly the IPO listing company. What is this kind of responses from your team? Don't you know how to treat your customers. Some of your executives directly hang up the call while speaking? Is this the service you provide by taking our money?

                      Due to this, I'm failed to my commitments for which I have face the loss of 3000 rupees. Who should bear? Customer care is asking me to visit the branch after banking hours? whom they are fooling? Please take this as a serious, money of public involved. Like me there might be many customers whose amount is blocked even after refund has been released from IPO Registrar. Resolve at the earliest.

                                Axis bank had debited amount of rupees 1687 stating that BRN charges when i paid all my payment on time this is for the first time i am seeing this kind of debit from the bank side and its seriously not fair i have to pay my loan amount tomorrow so i have kept exactly the loan amount in my account but now suddenly 1687 amount had been debited from my account so now how can i pay the loan amount tomorrow if not paid again they gonna charge me interest for that to all because of bank people kindly refund my amount at the earliest.

                                      We Exmenforce-1 from madurai, tamilnadu. We have the current account in axis bank as our main account for our organization. We are doing all main transaction and EMI Transaction in that account only. last month we receive a letter for updation of KYC. after receiving the letter we take a immediate step to update our kyc details in our branch (AXIS good shed branch ). We completed all the formalities but suddenly on 26.02.2021 our account is blocked because of no updation of KYC. So we contact the branch after that we come to know that Mrs.keerthi didnt do her work properly, she didnt update our kyc details. after our account blocked then only she did that. so its being 5 days till now our account is blocked. we contact mr. karthick but he didnt give a proper answer. our 3 emi dues are bounced today, so who is responsible to this. This is a black mark for us. Today also we met the operation head, he says that it will be done it two days.

                                      Please give a solution for this issue soon.
