Respected sir,
We Exmenforce-1 from madurai, tamilnadu. We have the current account in axis bank as our main account for our organization. We are doing all main transaction and EMI Transaction in that account only. last month we receive a letter for updation of KYC. after receiving the letter we take a immediate step to update our kyc details in our branch (AXIS good shed branch ). We completed all the formalities but suddenly on 26.02.2021 our account is blocked because of no updation of KYC. So we contact the branch after that we come to know that Mrs.keerthi didnt do her work properly, she didnt update our kyc details. after our account blocked then only she did that. so its being 5 days till now our account is blocked. we contact mr. karthick but he didnt give a proper answer. our 3 emi dues are bounced today, so who is responsible to this. This is a black mark for us. Today also we met the operation head, he says that it will be done it two days.
Please give a solution for this issue soon.
