From past 15 days I am trying to recharge my fast tag but I am facing problems. I contacted customer care several times but no proper response from them..
Even I complained blue Hyundai Mysore road Bangalore who attached this fast tag with this car then also no use..

      Dear sir,

      This is Sai Kiran, One of the customer of Axis Bank, Due to COVID crisis and loss of Job, I was unable to pay my EMI amount and requested bank to convert the outstanding into EMIs for easy payment method but bank refused everytime and harrased me for 5 months.

      On December 2020 bank gave me a settlement offer for Rs.1, 80, 000/- with 5 installments with due date of April 2021 and updated me as 'even if I miss the EMI, I have to clear the entire outstanding by April 2021, However I have to clear the entire amount of Rs.1, 80, 000/- by April 2021.

      As per the acceptance I have paid The December and January EMIs of Total Rs.88, 685/-.

      From past 2 weeks they started harrasing me to pay another Rs.25, 000/- immediately and visiting my home and asking money to my parents and threatening as they cancel my settlement, if in failure of payment for Rs.25, 000/- before Saturday (20/02/2021)

      I explained them as I have a due date to clear the entire settlement amount by April-2021, but still they continuously calling and visiting home and threatening my family every day to make the payment immediately.

      in this cases of pressure and harrasments, on Friday (19/02/2021) I lended an amount from local financier and paid Feb Month's minimum EMI of Rs.23, 750/-(As per their Written mail) over online Axis bank credit card portal

      But today(20/02/2021) morning their agents again visited my home and stating to my mother as that payment was done online billdesk which takes 2 days and it will be not considered as payment & asking to pay another Rs.25, 000/- immediately in cash and threatening as cancelling the settlement and total amount which I paid Rs.1, 12, 435/- will be calculated as interest.

      Even after paying this much of huge amount which equals to 80% of my annual income, these recovery bank agents are continuously harrasing me and my family for the payments.

      Because of this issues my parents are highly stressed and their health got affected and increasing mental depression in me also.

      I Sincerely requesting you to please find the attached settlement letter and payment details and conversations happening with bank.

      I have paid my EMIs on 20th December 2020 and 20th January 2021 & 19th February 2021, But still bank people threatening to pay another Rs.25, 000/- immediately or else my account to be converted into NPA.
      I am paying regularly but still bank is Stating as they not received any payment from past 90 Days.

      I request you to kindly look into this and do the needful.

        I used (Axis bank ) atm card at kachhi pakki muzaffarpur bank of india atm, Amount 10000, has been debited in my account but i could not recive money in this time gard is not available in atm center then i call for customer care axis bank after that i am visit for axis bank mithanpura muzaffarpur main branch but branch incharge not respond the case

          Hi,

          This issue has been persisting for quite sometime, hence I was force to apply for the closure of my axis bank account. I opened this account in Feb 2019 and since then every month money has been deducted from my account in the name of consolidation charges, total amount deducted in the period of 2 years is Rs 9000+, whenever i ask i do not get any response and they just send a template stating the charges deducted are in accordance with their policies. However, noone till date has reached out to us to understand what is out issue.

          1. charges have been deducted every month irrespective of the fact that minimum balance is maintained or not
          2. In some months charges have been deducted multiple times under same heads
          3. There has been no intimation on the charges deducted, while I do get an intimation of every transaction done by me be it withdrawal or deposit but never for any charges deduction
          4. Amount goes less than 10000 on Friday and within 1 day's time the consolidated charges are deducted, however their staff themselves told us it cannot be done but were not ready to loo into the issue when we visited the bank for closure of our account.
          (they seemed quite happy when we submitted our application for closure of account, i guess they were happy at the fraud money they made)
          5. Axis bank is worst when it comes to handling customers, I have written them on twitter and facebook to get someone over call so that i can discuss my issue but no use as they just send the same template response.

          I need urgent help here and i need the refund of my amount deducted for no reason.

            I am not able to recharge my fastag account provided by Axis bank for the last 20 days despite providing all the required documents. Since then, the email support team and phone support team assure me every day that it will be resolved in the next 2 days as their technical team is working on it. However, I see no progress what so ever and the support teams also don't have a clue about the progress. It has become a daily routine for me to call the phone support team and then email them the same documents whenever they ask.

            Axis fastag has been an issue since I purchased it from them. I have raised a complaint about Axis fastag before as well (ID: 2530691). Think it is time to switch to a proper bank which really understands customer support.

My account appear in a grey list. In this concern we visited the main branch IndraPushti Fergussion Collge Road branch. My problem is handling Mr. Sanjay Deeepak Sonawane. I personally visit the branch, my office person also visited the branch no. of time. He hardly pick up the phone.We also share the problem through whats Up. but my problem is still unsolved. This is completely unprofessional approach. As you know the fastag is compulsory from last two days. I am not ale to go out. I hope the authority will look in to my matter

                      Dear Sir,
                      I made a complaint on the 18th Jan 21 regarding twice fraud transfer of money in the name of naukri.com website. The money was taken away by fraudsters through the axisbank credit card asking to transfer money in the name of naukri.com website account.
                      My complaint no. is 65104675. i was told that somebody will call from axisbank in this regard within 10 days but neither anybody called nor any action in this regard has been done from your end.

                      Request an early action in this regards.

                          Greetings!!

                          I currently have a savings account with axis bank at HRS Layout . Just recently I noticed that my account balance has turned negative, due to non-Maintenace of minimum balance.

                          Upon checking with the nearest branch I was informed that my salary account has automatically been converted to savings account and there are changes levied to that.
                          I was not informed on the change of account nor was I updated for non-Maintenace of minimum balance over phone/email.


                          I would like to resume using my account and would ensure to maintain the minimum balance in the coming days. I also look forward to apply for a credit card with Axis bank.

                          Request you to kindly waver the negative balance as I look for a long term banking with Axis.

                          Have provided all necessary account details below for your reference.

                              Hello! Your a/c no. xxxx919 has been debited by rs. 118 on 17/02/2021. The a/c balance is rs. *. Info: sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop.

                              I don't think i have issued any such mandate.
                              Could you please help me to understand what is going on? And if it's a fake something could you please stop it immediately? Please resolve the issue immediately.

                                      Axis Bank has purposly issued a credit card on my saving account and now charging me without my permission. This very annoying as I suffered a lot becuase of Axis bank invalid credits card charges I do not want to repeat that trauma.

                                        Hi I took fastag from Axis bank through car showroom while buying my car. I minimum balance and also ₹200 as security deposit. Now all till plaza it’s showing blacklisted. I am not able to recharge also, as it is saying" You have crossed the recharge limit" I m getting frustrated as even toll free is not reachable. Iam really fed up with this. I don’t know why this careless. Need immediate support or else will raise serious complaints....
