I was travelling from Nasik to Pune on 08.10.2020. At Toll plaza HIWARGAON PAWSA, due to a problem in fastag barcode scanning, toll asked me to pay cash (Rs 85) as there was error in scanning fastag. Accordingly, i paid cash & moved from toll plaza. But when i covered some distance, i received msg of deducting amount from my fastag account (Rs 85).
Accordingly, I have sent a mail on next date and till date i am chasing for the same. but no proper response for AXIS customer care. Till date no amount refunded . Please help.
