My axis bank account no[protected].i went to the branch to close my account.but they are not allowing me to close my account by raising frivolous issues like i have a axis bank forex card-

    I applied for a credit card but i did not receive the card because the delivery boy couldn’t understand the address. But after a few days a bill was generated in which i was charged the annual fee and membership fee along with 18% gst. Also i was given a late payment fee.
    I called axis bank and they said they will send the card again but it has still not reached me and it is in temporary block mode. It has given me so much hassle, i just want my late payment fee to be reimbursed and to cancel the card but axis bank wont let me.

      I'm using a Liberty salary account. Without my permission some amount is getting debited from my account, It is mentioned in the statement like PTL/SCG.VISA.POS. why you guys charge me for using a debit card. While opening this Liberty salary account I was informed that there are no charges for Swiping but actually, they are charging.

      I need a proper response for this and I need my money back.

        Fraud done in my credit card in the month of August ending, bank committed that we will investigate your issue and refund you if possible. Already provided a complaint copy in cyber cell burhanpur District (MP). Still not getting response.

          Why am I harassed?
          I am badly burdened and harassed by credit card department for paying the credit card bill which I have not even activated. I am getting a bill every month and it is getting increased 1000rs every month as late charges, debit interest and GST for the thing I have not even activated. Also getting so much harassed by the recorded IVR of 10 calls/day minimum. What does the Axis bank think about themselves?
          I have requested for the cancellation of the card last month with the request number 64676756 and how the bill is getting generated even after blocking??
          When I have visited the bank not even branch manager was ready to help. What type of customer service they are giving?
          Calling the customer care is another hazarded work. Never ever get connected to the right department. If connects to the right department, the person who attends the call will be clueless on what is happening to the account and never be able to solve the query.
          Axis bank is a fraud company.

            Opened SB a/c 9210******3109 at Kanchipuram branch on 25/01/2021.ATM kit had been sent to my Aadhar address at Ayyampet which is invariably returned noting that door locked.The same is not received by the Kanchipuram branch since Home branch is wrongly entered as Neyveli vadakuthu instead of Kanchipuram.Pl look into the matter and be sure of delivering the kit to Kanchipuram branch and make necessary corrections regarding Home branch.

              My Lien Amount of 20000 is not getting release from last 2 week.
              I have tried almost all the possible way to getting to bank to all your customer care number everyon is just transfering the call saying this is not their department.

              Very nonsense and unprofessional behaviour from the axis bank. I have never thought about this kind of experience from the axis bank.

              Please release my lien of 20, 000 also I have applied for 2 IPOs and it was 30000 thousand I dont know why it is showing 20, 000 lien amount and also not getting released from last week.

                I provided all possible support proofs for credit card bill payment of 5000/-, then too support Axis bank Team on facebook isn't doing their part in reversal of charges since a month.

                    I took home loan from axis bank in 2020.My monthly EMI is Rs. 20000/- and I was paid all installment time to time I never fails to due any single installment But from last 2-3 months I start receiving call from Axis bank reminding maintain EMI balance in my bank account.
                    I receive call daily morning between 7 Am to 9 Am and another round between 1 PM to 3 PM.
                    I tried to contact home branch they deny to assist also I updated my phone number in loan account still phone calls are continue.
                    Please help me to deregister from this calls.

                      At[protected] deposited rs 100 in a CDM machine it got stuck and i got a reciept saying note tender 1 cnt 100 bt the money wasn’t credited to my acc i talked to customer care immediately and got a refresh no. And they said to wait for 3 days bt the issue still isnt resolved

                        I am an axis bank credit card user. On 01.02.2021 I received a message telling 1699 spend on ECPP ASSISTANCE SERVICE. I Dont want to continue this service. Please take required actions to cancel this service and refund the amount back

                            Axis bank deduction of brn-pymt-card done without information

                            Bank has also deducted the money from my saving account li

                            A deduction of rs 540 (Brn-pymt-card-[protected]) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well.

                            Please refund it, what is that deduction for?

                              I worked for an MNC where the axis bank salary account was opened and then I quit the job and the account was moved from salary account to savings account without permission in 2018 .Now i am having negative balance without any intimidation.                                 DSA of Axis Bank Home Loan acting as axis Bank employees collected my papers for Balance transfer from DHFL in Mid of Oct 2020 along with a cheque of Rs. 5900 as processing fee which they promised will be submitted for presentation on Sanction letter generation as case was already pre-discussed and Axis Bank is open for BT of DHFL cases. To my surprise cheque was presented for clearance on 5th Nov 2020 but there was no email or SMS from axis bank that my application is approved or sanction letter is generated. I reached out to DSA and they kept on disregarding my follow up calls during whole November. Post my efforts I got alternate contact details of DSA on 15th Dec 2020 and I was shocked to know that Axis Bank has misplaced my file after debiting the fees on 5th Nov. Knowing this I requested my DSA to cancel the application and refund me the fees as this is utter negligence from a reputed bank. It's been 2 months and have been following up with Axis Bank but all efforts are in vain as every person in their loan processing department has entered into blame games sometimes pointing DSA, Credit team etc but avoiding all questions on pathetic service delivery or losing my file however very adamantly claiming that login fees is non refundable (without even having any document or file which they claim to have logged in).

                                RBI has cleared guidelines in DSA model but these banks have found out all means and ways of making fool of customers by looting their login files without delivering any email or SMS or sanction confirmations. DSA made their money from bank by giving them login cheque and bank made their cut by debiting 5900 cheque. Everyone is Happy at customers cost and customer is looted.

                                All I got from them is an Application number 13014449 logged on 5th November

                                  I was travelling from Nasik to Pune on 08.10.2020. At Toll plaza HIWARGAON PAWSA, due to a problem in fastag barcode scanning, toll asked me to pay cash (Rs 85) as there was error in scanning fastag. Accordingly, i paid cash & moved from toll plaza. But when i covered some distance, i received msg of deducting amount from my fastag account (Rs 85).
                                  Accordingly, I have sent a mail on next date and till date i am chasing for the same. but no proper response for AXIS customer care. Till date no amount refunded . Please help.

                                    I've been using axis credit card for some time now. Recently I missed a credit card payment and it showed negative balance in my bank account and they debited the money from my savings account without my permission or knowledge. I made the entire settlement for my credit card but still my savings bank account shows negative balance. How can a customer trust such a bank with their money? This has happened before too. They lease your money from the savings account without the knowledge of the customer that too due to their technical default. I got no proper response from the customer support and bank representatives. It took a couple of months to get my money back. The same incident has again repeated now and there is no response from the axis. If this is the service you offer I no longer wish to continue being a customer of Axis bank.

                                      Credit Card NOC

                                      I have cleared my credit card bill on 2015 and and I have received a statement with "0"due amount. But till now I didn't receive any NOC from the Bank. Please resolve my problem to get NOC....
