I bought this card two months back, but axis bank. But I couldn’t make online payment after setting. Though I raised request many times, Axis bank is not responding me. Each and every time checking with nearest bank manager is very in convenient for me. In the nearest branch, nobody answering except manager. I paid for this card also....

I raised request to block this card four/five years ago when it was stolen by somebody and some amount of also stolen by same person. I don’t want the status hotlisted and I need the status permanently blocked instead of hotlisted. Usually the status should be permanently blocked.

A deduction of rs 100 (Brn-pymt-card-[protected]]) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well....

Very very very very very very very worst bank in the world...They steal the money without notifying to their valuable customers. If you ask about the reason for deduction. They will respond with irresponsible behaviour like some "auto-pay subscription is enabled to your account" even though we don't ask them to enable it....

The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.

The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.
