DSA of Axis Bank Home Loan acting as axis Bank employees collected my papers for Balance transfer from DHFL in Mid of Oct 2020 along with a cheque of Rs. 5900 as processing fee which they promised will be submitted for presentation on Sanction letter generation as case was already pre-discussed and Axis Bank is open for BT of DHFL cases. To my surprise cheque was presented for clearance on 5th Nov 2020 but there was no email or SMS from axis bank that my application is approved or sanction letter is generated. I reached out to DSA and they kept on disregarding my follow up calls during whole November. Post my efforts I got alternate contact details of DSA on 15th Dec 2020 and I was shocked to know that Axis Bank has misplaced my file after debiting the fees on 5th Nov. Knowing this I requested my DSA to cancel the application and refund me the fees as this is utter negligence from a reputed bank. It's been 2 months and have been following up with Axis Bank but all efforts are in vain as every person in their loan processing department has entered into blame games sometimes pointing DSA, Credit team etc but avoiding all questions on pathetic service delivery or losing my file however very adamantly claiming that login fees is non refundable (without even having any document or file which they claim to have logged in).

RBI has cleared guidelines in DSA model but these banks have found out all means and ways of making fool of customers by looting their login files without delivering any email or SMS or sanction confirmations. DSA made their money from bank by giving them login cheque and bank made their cut by debiting 5900 cheque. Everyone is Happy at customers cost and customer is looted.

All I got from them is an Application number 13014449 logged on 5th November

    I was travelling from Nasik to Pune on 08.10.2020. At Toll plaza HIWARGAON PAWSA, due to a problem in fastag barcode scanning, toll asked me to pay cash (Rs 85) as there was error in scanning fastag. Accordingly, i paid cash & moved from toll plaza. But when i covered some distance, i received msg of deducting amount from my fastag account (Rs 85).
    Accordingly, I have sent a mail on next date and till date i am chasing for the same. but no proper response for AXIS customer care. Till date no amount refunded . Please help.

      I've been using axis credit card for some time now. Recently I missed a credit card payment and it showed negative balance in my bank account and they debited the money from my savings account without my permission or knowledge. I made the entire settlement for my credit card but still my savings bank account shows negative balance. How can a customer trust such a bank with their money? This has happened before too. They lease your money from the savings account without the knowledge of the customer that too due to their technical default. I got no proper response from the customer support and bank representatives. It took a couple of months to get my money back. The same incident has again repeated now and there is no response from the axis. If this is the service you offer I no longer wish to continue being a customer of Axis bank.

        I have cleared my credit card bill on 2015 and and I have received a statement with "0"due amount. But till now I didn't receive any NOC from the Bank. Please resolve my problem to get NOC.

          Hello,

          I had a credit card with Axis and it was badly overdue and card blocked and the outstanding was transferred to my debit account which went into a negative balance. I could not settle the amount due to lockdown for almost 6 months and in December Axis gave me a settlement offer which I accepted and paid the settlement amount to close the balance. It's more than a month now after paying the settlement amount and getting the settlement certificate for the same but still my account shows a negative balance of INR 23000+ and against it show consolidated charges of XX amount being cut every month. When contacted with customer care the response was that since i have not maintained minimum balance the consolidated charges have accumulated. Please be aware that my account had a negative balance for almost 10 months and hence the minimum balance was not maintained. How can this be legally taken to task? Now even after settlement this is day light robbery by the bank!

          I am having a salary account with Axis bank. About 3000 rs been charged as the consolidated charges for the last four consecutive months from my axis account. I have tried reaching out to the customer care center representatives and every time I got was just a wishy-washy answer or a false commitment. The consolidated debit transaction doesn't even show in my account statement so that I know when and why the charges have been debited. I was committed that the details of the consolidated charges will be shared with me on my mail but I haven't received any statement over my email id yet. Also, the customer care representatives abruptly disconnect the calls or put you on hold for a long time so that you disconnect the call from your end and they can escape easily.

          This looks like a big scam.

            My old debit card was getting expired due to which my new debit card was dispatched by Axis bank located at MG road branch to my office address at sec 44 gurgaon without my confirmation as we are working from home since march -2020 due to Covid pandemic which got returned to MG road branch dated on 17th Oct-2020.

            I have contacted customer care team multiple times but till date no response. Pathetic services. Really frustated with their services. I am facing financial problems due to this as Unable to withdraw my amount neither from ATM nor from netbanking.

            Kindly take urgent action on this

              Hi,

              I need to update the communication address in my saving bank account. Since, i live in a rental house, i have to keep moving. I have proper rental agreement with the owner but bank is denying to change the address and also in app the option is not available . I don't know what to do.

                  I have a Salary Account with Axis Bank Ac. No. [protected] and Bank deducted Amount of Rs. 2, 715.00 as consolidated charges and Rs. 488.70 service tax on the same (Total: Rs. 3203.7) on 17/01/2021 without any prior notice. Without any prior information how you have deducted from the account. If I didn't get any refunds regarding this I will surely close all my axis accounts. Every month some consolidated charges are debited and i was ignoring but this time i was shocked to see such amount deducted from my account.

                  Please refund the total deducted Amount of Rs. 2, 715.00 as consolidated charges and Rs. 488.70 service tax on the same (Total: Rs. 3203.7)

                  I have a very good relation with Axis Bank as a Customer and I timely pay my LOAN's EMIs and Bills to Axis Bank. You can check my track record. I Want the Consolidated charges to be reversed asap.
                  Please do the needful.

                      I had applied for credit card in the month of march 2020 but axis bank sent me credit in the month july 2020, the bank has charged me from march 2020 which was illegal.
                      I approached many times to bank but they did not reply .

                            My axis bank account shows negative balance. With out any instructions from the bank side. It was a salary account but monthly they are debiting consolidation charges, about account showing -1039.75 rupees if I ask customer care they are not answering properly they say as per our policy norms it will get minus axis is no. How could it be possible. Totally unsatisfied with axis bank.

                                Hi, I have saving account in axis bank & when I checked my balance they have deducted 48.31 Rs from my account written as Consolidated Charges. And then after few transactions closing balance is 553 Rs but my my Axix bank APP is showing only 2.09 Rs of total amount in my bank. plz help me to get my money back.

                                  Since Last year continuous Consolidate charges Rs2100/- and GST 350/- are deducting from my account each and every month that too without any notice. I am tired of maintaining balance in my axis bank account now. I informed customer service multiple times but still they didn't gave me valid reason for all the deductions.

                                    I have a salary account with AXIS BANK, Malkajgiri Branch. I have withdrawn the insurance proceeds from my damaged flood affected car which was in my spouse name from her savings account (BOI) and deposited them in my salary account (Axis Bank). My wife does not have an internet banking facility hence i could do an NEFT to my salary account and instead we have withdrawn cash via self check.

                                    I deposited 5, 55, 000 on Dec 12, 2020 in Axis bank and before depositing clearly told the concerned person that i want to move the proceeds to an FD account for 6 months only.

                                    At the time of depositing the amount the staff did not alert me for any cash transaction limit nor did they say me anything about the charges that would be levied.

                                    Today (19/01/2020) i got an SMS alert that my account is debited Rs1775 towards cash transaction fee plus GST extra totaling to 340.20. I went to the branch which is half km away from my residence and confronted the staff who did my FD. He did not alert me that i should not do a cash transaction to that extent and happily took the deposit.

                                    I called the AXIS customer case and their CC Sucks!!! They were of no help!

                                    The ugly part is i got INR 588 towards interest for a month and they deducted INR 2115 from my savings account. I cannot digest my hard earned money going in the drain due to the cunningness of the bank staff who knowingly took the deposit for which they can levy higher transaction charges. This is my hard earned money which i earned after paying 30% income tax.

                                    Iam not making anything extra on my deposit and instead losing money from my principal portion too!!!

                                    AXIS bank is robbing its customers of their hard earned money and its high time RBI should look into their charges and should protect sincere tax payers from situation like this.

                                    I request justice to be done to me and numerous others who do not lodge a formal complaint.

                                    Sincere request if this could be taken to RBI's attention at the earliest. Will close my account with the bank soon and will keep enlightening others till justice is done.
