I had ordered fasttag from Axis Bank for vehicle number MH26AF0704 on 26th December and they promised to deliver the same within 7 days.

Even till today I have not received it. Their fasttag customer care number is always busy and I am completely unaware about what to do next.

Even on BlueDart site it is showing that shipment is not yet handed over to them.

      Hi,

      I'm using card last 2 years and i have paid the Regularly Bill before due date but last month I left the job because of Contacts Terminated that's why I'm paid the bill after due date. I have received statement in the month as mentioned is late fees charges and GST but i haven't no money because of i have no job. So please request you to the late fees charges reversal Asap on the priority basis.

            I have account in axis bank from the year 2008 with Kolkata, Kakurgachi Branch. i surrender this account with my debit card, cheque book with account closure form and never used that account and i am went out of state for working in my home town. I received every month account statement one day I called customer care to know about that closed account. But they denyed to give me any information by phone. need to come to own branch. Now i am went to my local branch for asking the status of account they told you have negative balance for not maintaining minimum balance we kept negative balance. They are told that is our business policy. My friend told that as per rbi no negative balance in savings account. I went another time for showing and closing that account but they told why we need to follow those rules. And we didn't received any instructions like that from our bank so you need to clear negative balance to close it.
            This type of cheating customers and rbi done by axis bank please take action against these type of cheating banks.

              I have been using flipkart axis card from past 2 years. Due to lockdown i have applied for moratorium. On september 2020 i got a call stating that i have to make immediate payment i was unable to make any payment. I have requested that im out of the state and cant make any payment as per now. And immediately my card stopped showing up in credit card section in internet banking. Im unable to see outstanding balance or any other details whatsoever as it says apply for a new card. Where did my card details go? My account was put on hold for 32000. Later on november 4th 2020 i have paid 35500 which was the full amount as they said including 10500 intrest. Later my account was still on hold for a week and 4000 have been deducted when i have transfered in my account. I didnt get the extra money that got deducted. Neither i got my card back. When i contacted the bank they said its premanently blocked. Nobody is helping me out even after paying the full amount. All i need is my credit card to should show up in my internet banking so that i can access autodebit. Its so unfair that in the times of pandemic these banks are playing with people charging heavy intrest and even after paying that there is no use. Customer care is pathetic and the bank employees dosent even know what 100% on auto debit means. Sheer useless.

                    I raised request to block this card four/five years ago when it was stolen by somebody and some amount of also stolen by same person. I don’t want the status hotlisted and I need the status permanently blocked instead of hotlisted. Usually the status should be permanently blocked.

                          Sir, I left my job due to covid pendemic and fails to maintain balance in account, I send account closure form with unused cheque and card to bank and request them to close the account by courier as I am unable to contact them.. I have not received any response against my letter, I contacted by customer care and they refused to close my account untill I clear the negative balance but my friend told me that it is against RBI guidelines to charge customers account creating negative balance.. they have not informed me about the penalty amt. or negative charge at the time of opening my account.. kindly help me in this matter..

                          Solved by sending courier to my home branch and get service request number for closure through customer support team against DRS for it.. Download account closure account>fill form>courier it>DRS>Contact customer support with DRS> get Service request number> Branch reversed my negative charge and close account within 3 working days..

                                Respected Sir/madam,

                                I Ruban Dutta would like to bring your kind attention that recently I have been immensely being bullied with unethical, intimidating & coercive behavior from one of the loan recover agents appointed by Axis Bank. (backed up by call recordings to support further)

                                Long story short (against me), post March 2019 credit card dues have been outstanding but somehow also managed to clear my small amount of minimum dues (even after opting for moratorium) upto some amount but since September I have been unable to pay my monthly dues as I have zero source of any income now. Hit hard by the pandemic.

                                I know defaulting is not an ideal situation from my side but all I have tried to convince is that the default is temporary and the repayment would soon become regular. (starting from February 2021)

                                Now here comes the recovery agent. There are many recovery agents I have been getting call from various number but one person/lady against which i received a call has turned into a nightmare. She started from defaming me, speaking coercive & including threats like (ab aap dekhiyega kya karti hu) and lot more. (ready to share call recording). Humiliation at personal level and several unethical ways to extort money like "make it by 3pm immediately or face the consequences, then she calls and says make it by 5pm right now, & then states make it by 11pm in a rude aggressive and with a bully tone which is not at all acceptable.

                                From the very first day i have never missed any calls from any loan recovery agent and have been cooperating and requesting for some time means i have already stated that as I have been hit by pandemic as well as jobless I will be starting my regular easy monthly emis from February. I am willing to restructure but they are continuing forcing me to pay a sum of 3690 immediately which at the time is impossible. Also I believe that defamation and humiliating of one's status over the phone is very unfair and not acceptable.

                                Always willing to cooperate but the third parties (agents) not willing to listen. As i said i don't have any complains regarding any agents except the one that I'm complaining for. I have already shared her number to the concerned department.

                                This has to stop sir. We all are civilized people and have got civil rights. Everyone os believed to behave in a civilized manner. I urge you to please look/investigate into this matter or else the harassment and irregular calls and bully will keep continuing against me from the respected lady. (agent)

                                (URGENT) Now this is a serious issue. Today morning I received a call again and the words she used against me I can't even explain. Explicit Derogatory terms has been used against me and threats. Hope the matter gets acknowledged. Again call recordings with me.
                                I don't know if problem doesn't get solved here maybe i will to right to nodal officer next. Waiting for a reply from the concerned team.

                                  Very very very very very very very worst bank in the world...They steal the money without notifying to their valuable customers. If you ask about the reason for deduction. They will respond with irresponsible behaviour like some "auto-pay subscription is enabled to your account" even though we don't ask them to enable it.

                                      Sir/Madam, I have purchased Credit card from AXIS Bank and on 01 January 2021, I have received message from ECPP Assistance for your Credit card account debited 1, 699/- by ECPP assistance. Without my permission One assist Charged 1699/- from my Credit card account after that i have called One assist Complaint Number for Cancellation of My insurance policy and refund the amount but there is no response from there. Kindly Cancel the policy and refund the amount.
