This is to state that while I was present in PS Pahar Ganj on duty, I transferred Rs 45, 000 using
PhonePe from my SBI Account to Axis Bank Account on 20/12/2020 at 11:59 pm. The transaction was successful and the amount got deducted from my SBI Bank but was not credited into my Axis Bank. The transaction ID is T2012202359196730028681 and UTR is[protected] for the transaction. Again on 31/12/2020 at 05:38 pm, I transferred Rs 100 using PhonePe from my SBI Account to Axis Account which was again successful but the amount was again not received into my Axis Bank Account. The transaction ID was T2012300738059450768739 and UTR was[protected] for the transaction. Due to some urgent need, I again tried to transfer Rs 10, 000 from my SBI Bank to Axis Bank using PhonePe on dated 15/01/2021 at 12:20 pm. The amount was again debited from my SBI Account but was not deposited in my Axis Bank Account till date. The transaction ID was T2101151220097206254037 and UTR was[protected] for the said transaction. I raised several complaints with SBI Bank, PhonePe and Axis Bank. According to PhonePe, if the
transaction was successful and the amount has not received the receiver’s Bank Account, the money is pending with the receiver Bank and they are taking more time to deposit the same. A long time has lapsed and no amount is credited into my Axis Bank Account till date. Hence, it is requested to kindly look into the matter and do the needful. My Axis Bank Account Number is [protected] in Asaf Ali Branch with IFSC Code UTIB0003330 and my SBI Bank Account Number is[protected] in Nagod Branch with IFSC Code SBIN0001348. All the relevant documents are being attached herewith. My phonePe number is [protected]. And as per PhonePe, if the transaction was successful, the payment is aproved by the beneficiary bank (Axis Bank in this case) and it is taking more time to deposit it into you account.

    I have 2 Credit card of Axis bank with individual credit limit but some days back axis bank merge credit limit of both card that's why my account gone in negative and customer care executive refuse to give any type of help .

      I have axis bank 0 balance savings account, bankers have deducted Rs. 5700/- by just mentioning as consolidated charges. Regarding this I didn't get any mail as well. Last month they deducted around Rs. 860/- as consolidated charges. I thought it may be a annual charges, but this month it is 5700/- which is a huge amount for me

          By Sunday afternoon 17/01/2021, I noticed my account balance is 0. I checked it and called axis customer support. They said it's colsolidate charges and it's not updated in the system yet. So I waited and again checked my balance in night. I checked the balance and it was rs. -865. I contacted axis support and they said it's not updated. The customer support executive is rude and disconnected my call. With in a day axis took more than 1300 from my account.

            Hi,

            I have recently applied fast tag from axis and has been allowed a fast tag account no. [protected]
            And on 17 of jan an amount of 800 been auto sweep from my account. I have never selected any such option to auto sweep while requesting fast tag account.

            Its very bad from axis side to do it this way. More over their customer care number[protected] does not work at all.

              Hi, i have saving account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted 1500 rs from my account written as Consolidated Charges.plz help me to get my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts wihout telling peoples.

                    Having minimum balance in Jan 2021 and got deducted 1423 and gst 260 and monthly monthly any bank charges like axis bank...it's horrible for customers... customer having account for Saving not deduct our account unwantedly

                              I opened a current account with axis bank in 2019 but in the next week of opening a account I got a good job and I left business and joined a job but after one month I got a message of having negative balance (-1800) for one month I requested bank to close account but after one month it showed (-4500) as negative balance I requested again and they asked me to pay the negative balance I didn't make not even one transaction but now the amount is (-16500 ) what should I do now

                                My name is Sai Murari and I had ordered ( BLACK+DECKER BW16 1600Watt 125 Bar, 420 L/hr Flow Rate Pressure Washer for Car wash and Home use (Red & Black) ) of Rs. 10250 on 28.08.2020 and on 28.08.2020 I cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 28.08.2020
                                Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 079783 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Axis Bank hasn't solved the dispute yet. So

                                  I am having two different credit cards and each cards having own credit limit. For last few days my credit card transaction are getting declined continuously and i noticed that the limits on the cards reflects in negative balance. I contacted the customer support and the executive informed that the limits were merged on both my cards" This was done without giving any prior intimation at all. While i ask for the prior intimation they informed the bank have full discretion to make any changes without informing the customer" I ask the executive to register a compliant a regarding the same and they keep refusing to register a compliant. Merging of the credit limit without any prior notice leaving me completely stuck with how to make the payment!

                                    I am Y.M Reddy holding two cards ending with 6127(master Card) and 7301(ViSA). The First card was issued in 2019 and the second Card in
                                    Dec 2020. After one month o[censored]sage suddenly told the have merged the limits. There is third card also showing in my Axis Bank App. I have called the Customer care. They are its bank policy. If i see in this forum. Its looks like the bank credit card division have found a new way to give customer multiple cards once the customer uses the card. Then reduce the limit. My total amount if reduced the limit. i am left to pay a balance of 174, 000 . The customer care and axis chat team says that i have to pay it one shot. I am aware that axis do have the right to change policy. This they need to do before they issue card. If they do change then they need to think about the customer. This is worst way to expose customers to recovering agents due to inconsitency policy and descion making of AXIS Banking management.

                                        HI Team,

                                        My cousine tried to deposit 48000 with 500 rupee denomination in one of the Axis bank CDM machine. The money stucked inside the machine and we got unsucessful slip. We complained to Axis bank on the same and they created a ticket and they are closing the ticket stating with the transaction successful hence rejecting the complaint.
