Dear Team,
I am Y.M Reddy holding two cards ending with 6127(master Card) and 7301(ViSA). The First card was issued in 2019 and the second Card in
Dec 2020. After one month o[censored]sage suddenly told the have merged the limits. There is third card also showing in my Axis Bank App. I have called the Customer care. They are its bank policy. If i see in this forum. Its looks like the bank credit card division have found a new way to give customer multiple cards once the customer uses the card. Then reduce the limit. My total amount if reduced the limit. i am left to pay a balance of 174, 000 . The customer care and axis chat team says that i have to pay it one shot. I am aware that axis do have the right to change policy. This they need to do before they issue card. If they do change then they need to think about the customer. This is worst way to expose customers to recovering agents due to inconsitency policy and descion making of AXIS Banking management.

      HI Team,

      My cousine tried to deposit 48000 with 500 rupee denomination in one of the Axis bank CDM machine. The money stucked inside the machine and we got unsucessful slip. We complained to Axis bank on the same and they created a ticket and they are closing the ticket stating with the transaction successful hence rejecting the complaint.

      Please help me on this.

        I got a call from axis bank on 11th Jan regarding one assist service. And you charged me 2199 rupees on 13th Jan for the service.

        Here are the issues
        1) They told me that I will get information about the service within 2 days, I didn't receive it.
        2) you have charged the money from the account yet the mobile number is not registered yet with the one assist service.
        3) On your website it is given Rs.1, 799 then Why was I charged Rs. 2199?

        Even those are not the primary issue, There was a clear misunderstanding with the Rs.2199 amount
        During the call, the person was not clear and I understood the amount as Rs.219
        Add to that there were no messages or mail with the clear printed amount so that there would be no misunderstanding.

        Therefore, please cancel the service and refund the amount.

          I have purchased two fastags for our cars from axis Bank, car registration no. are UK07Y6677 & Uk14F1096, and at the time of buying I have submit online all the documents required for the fastag purchase and now they were saying to do the kyc, so I am not able to recharge them, please help to solve this issue, no other company wants the kyc to be done, when we are asking for our refund of our security deposit, they were saying first do the kyc.

                My I please Sir, that on 31/12/2020 I login through URL link lion orde after the login this link, I sending a money to BHIM APP with the healp of payumoney @axisbank. Totally Rs 15000/- I invested hared earned money daily grabing and eaning this app https://liono90psa-www.jp-erhu.com/#/Login?code=109778&tab=2 after investing the money till today I have not received single rupee from this app from website the company is well planned cheating me day by day. Last one week i.e.,[protected] afternoon this app is not working closed and my all invested and earned amount was zero. Therefore I humble requested please refund my investing amount only immediately. Thanking you yours faithfully.

                      I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My Credit card number is 4641-XXXX-XXXX-0383. I recently received a bill of amount Rs. 35000.

                      This is to inform you that I cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                      I can able to give 30% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, I shall be clearing their dues within the next 5 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                      I am ready to settle this as soon as I get the confirmation from your side.

                      I have already paid 4600Rs as discussed with your staff that it is required for settlement and remove negative balance from my personal account.

                        I went axis bank atm near old sanghi at 14:03 hrs on Sunday [10/01/2021]. I tried to withdraw rs: 5000 first time and 5000 second time but the atm doesnt dispense the cash, even i didnt cash counting sound also. Atlast after 3mins atm displayed transaction timeout.
                        But i received debit message of rs: 5000 & 5000 to my mobile. Till now i didnt received cash refund. Kindly look into this issue as soon as possible.

                          On the home page of axisbank their is an ad for clayton watch cost 2499 can be claimed by paying only the shipping charges. Subscribed to this and got an code from axis bank and paid the shipping charges (499 inr) on 31.05.2019 but the product is not yet delivered till now. Called the axis bank no proper response, saying it is a merchant issue.
                          Called the flatworld rewards, it is always switched off. Emailed but response. Looks like this a scam and i see one more member affected.

                            I had ordered fasttag from Axis Bank for vehicle number MH26AF0704 on 26th December and they promised to deliver the same within 7 days.

                            Even till today I have not received it. Their fasttag customer care number is always busy and I am completely unaware about what to do next.

                            Even on BlueDart site it is showing that shipment is not yet handed over to them.

                                I'm using card last 2 years and i have paid the Regularly Bill before due date but last month I left the job because of Contacts Terminated that's why I'm paid the bill after due date. I have received statement in the month as mentioned is late fees charges and GST but i haven't no money because of i have no job. So please request you to the late fees charges reversal Asap on the priority basis.

                                      I have account in axis bank from the year 2008 with Kolkata, Kakurgachi Branch. i surrender this account with my debit card, cheque book with account closure form and never used that account and i am went out of state for working in my home town. I received every month account statement one day I called customer care to know about that closed account. But they denyed to give me any information by phone. need to come to own branch. Now i am went to my local branch for asking the status of account they told you have negative balance for not maintaining minimum balance we kept negative balance. They are told that is our business policy. My friend told that as per rbi no negative balance in savings account. I went another time for showing and closing that account but they told why we need to follow those rules. And we didn't received any instructions like that from our bank so you need to clear negative balance to close it.
                                      This type of cheating customers and rbi done by axis bank please take action against these type of cheating banks.

                                        I have been using flipkart axis card from past 2 years. Due to lockdown i have applied for moratorium. On september 2020 i got a call stating that i have to make immediate payment i was unable to make any payment. I have requested that im out of the state and cant make any payment as per now. And immediately my card stopped showing up in credit card section in internet banking. Im unable to see outstanding balance or any other details whatsoever as it says apply for a new card. Where did my card details go? My account was put on hold for 32000. Later on november 4th 2020 i have paid 35500 which was the full amount as they said including 10500 intrest. Later my account was still on hold for a week and 4000 have been deducted when i have transfered in my account. I didnt get the extra money that got deducted. Neither i got my card back. When i contacted the bank they said its premanently blocked. Nobody is helping me out even after paying the full amount. All i need is my credit card to should show up in my internet banking so that i can access autodebit. Its so unfair that in the times of pandemic these banks are playing with people charging heavy intrest and even after paying that there is no use. Customer care is pathetic and the bank employees dosent even know what 100% on auto debit means. Sheer useless.
