Savings Account got Locked

Hi Sir/Madam,

I Mr. Chaitanya Vinnakota had an axis savings account ending with no 4565 from past 6 years i.e, from Oct 2014 to till date. Based on my transactions in my savings account they offered me my zone axis credit card in Feb 2017. Debited without clear information

Got debited for 10463.35 rs suddenly stated as BRN-PYMT-CARD
i have also deactivated my credit cards etc, i want that refund...

Amount Lien from my account

Hi my name is Sudhagar S holding account with axis bank in Madhpur branch, Hyderabad.

Surprisingly they have lein amount Rs. 1512 from account. i do not have any loan or credit card with Axis bank.

Their customer care is also not working.

Kindly help me to get back my hard earned money back from bank...

Fastag recharge not credited

Yesterday on 20.11.2020, I recharged by fastag wallet [protected]of axis bank using internet banking of sbi for rs.300/-, ref no.IGAJWPMCF3to cbaaxis ecollection. But still it is not credited to my wallet. Please do the needful....

Did not receive refund after online account opening process fail.

Hi, I was applying for axis bank saving account online, I paid amount of about 15k something but at last step which video kyc had fail. I have been told that I will get refund within 15days but even after 17days passed I didn't receive my refund....

Unauthorised transaction

Your A/c ...is debited by Rs. 27.44 on 20Nov20.Info: TIPS/SCG/MCC/17.11.20/BPCL HARI OM PETRO. Call [protected] for dispute.
This transaction frequently happened with my account. I hav called for dispute but concern person told that this is tax becoz vendor is not associated with bank and arrogantly disconnected my call.
I think new ziziya Taxation system is started by this people.Theey don’t hav any feelings that there salary...

Amazon refund not credited in account

Hi,

I have been following up from SEP but NO proper assistance received.
I am unable to use AXIS MOBILE BANK APP because the one time authentication is failing .

Though i am giving correct details it is failing.
I am giving the same pin in my authentication over phone it passes . Hence i am sure my details are correct.Card details are correct too.

FYI below solution which u axis support provided but...

An amount of 40000 deducted in my axis account without my knowledge and now it's gone into negative balance. I called customer care and they misleaded me. I want details for deduction asap....

Swipe machine

My last transaction date before lockdown is 21/03/20.after that we closed our shop due to lockdown .and swipe machine also gt nerwrk issue..we are tried to complaint but not connected, after that shop closed so we are unable to complaint ..after that hotel reopens on Oct month..then we complained so many times and your technicians not...

I am holding an account with HDFC bank, on 2nd November 2020 I tries to withdraw Rs 10, 000 from one of Axis Bank ATM's in Bangalore.
The shutter of the ATM cash disperse slot opened twice, but did not disperse any cash. But my HDFC account got debited for Rs 10, 000.
The same day I reached out to HDFC Branch in HBR Layout and registered a complain. I visited the Branch again on 4th November 2020 to enquire about the complain,...

Axis Active Band not received

I ordered an Axis Active Band four years ago in 2016 through Axis Bank Mobile Banking Application named Axis Mobile. Estimated delivery date was 23 Oct 2016. But neither I got my product nor I received my payment money back.

Please look into my matter seriously and urgently. Company is so irresponsible and its service is very poor. Customer Care no. is not helpful.

Auto sweep of FasTag recharge

Calling repeatedly and asking for unknown person

I'm.a govt Gazetted Officer, govt of ap with mob number [protected] and I get repeated calls from different numbers of Axis bank asking for some person Ali Khan who is a stranger to me. Shame on you guys that you can't understand once when I told u that you calling the wrong number...

Dear sir last some month my salry acocunt in axis bank after resign the job i go bank and close accout but bank reqest me dont close account tell me provided proper service and tell me next some day submit reqest and my balce in negtive in the period of close account and after 1500 balace in mines sir i will pay bank tell me i dont deduct any charges in again after some day deduct my 1250+225 dedcut i go bank bank dont help me tell me conectivity...
