I have saving account (rural area) with Axis Bank for over many years. In month of November 2020, I noticed that Rs. 1699.87 with 18% GST charges Rs. 305.98 in total Rs. 2005.85. In past time I also noticed so many consolidated charges by Axis Bank. It is disappointing. Please look into matter and suggest how these charges can be reverted.

    Ive been charged nearly 2000 rupees in the name of consolidated charges. i need to maintain 2500 but i had lot more than tat. i dunno why they have charged me

        Axis bank recently deduct 6333 rupees recovery charges for my 5years old salary account (which was not maintaining by me for last 3years) from my another account with out any information. But that old account balance was -617 rupees so why deduct 6333 rupees? I visited 2-3 branches but they couldn't show me the proper statement of 6333 rupees.. Also after deduct 6333 rupees still my old account balance shows same -617 repees.. Why it is not still adjusted? Very ridiculous experience with axis bank.. I decided to close my all 3 axis bank account..

          I was charged ₹-849 after for non transaction and today they have deducted ₹1k from my account saying as consolidated charges. Is this some kind of joke or stealing public money in this form ? I would like to raise a complaint and I need clear explanation about the money and I need the refund for this unconditional charge. We rely on bank for safety and benefit but i see there is Dakoit pull happening. [protected]@gmail.com is my Gmail I'd, like to hear through this email. I can send you my contact details if I receive reply to the above mentioned email address. Frustrated customer 😰

              I was Traveling from Jhansi (UP ) to Kalpi (UP) on 21st Nov 2020 via my personal vehicle no - UP14DE0094 with Fastag Id-[protected] and there are total 3 toll gate (as per below details) which I had crossed to complete my journey from source to destination place but the first toll gate Semri has deducted the double amount (100 rupees 2 times for single journey) whereas the tariff is 100 rupees only for single journey at that toll palza.

              First toll gate at Uttar Pradesh NH27 Semri Old NH25 Jhansi Orai
              Second toll gate Uttar Pradesh Ait Poonch Orai
              Third toll gate Uttar Pradesh Usaka Chamari Orai Barah

              If you will check my journey details with date & time of same day of 21st nov 2020, I had travelled towards Kalpi (destination) and all 3 toll gate were crossed in continue way but 1st toll gate has deducted the amount twice.

              I had raised the request but Bank denied for refund.

                RESPECTED SIR,

                My self M.Ajay kumar, I am Axis Bank customer since 7 yrs, am using salary account only, actually after left one company and joined other one that company also they gave axis account, so am using that one, in that also I left from that company again, even am using till now Same account I maintained balance and transaction also every month am doing, suddenly deducted money through in my account, we felt very bad, and If we are anything wrong then one or two if any notification and warning Letter somthing they should sent after that if we are not respond then deducted means it's okay, but without any intimation and nothing did anything wrong deducted means it's very feeling bad sir, please understand sir in customer side also, actually branch department is not supported and not respond,
                So that's why personally I mail to you

                Thanks for your patience to read this mail

                please as soon as possible. Revert back my money which is deducted from my account.

                  18th October 2020 - 830rs missing from my account and there is no info in statement.
                  6th November[protected]rs missing from my account and there is no info in statement .
                  When I call customer care or chat with them, they are asking to visit nearest branch in this covid. To reach to branch I need to spend money. Why should I spend money when the mistake is from bank. Their team is not proper, their maintenance is not proper.
                  and why is bank not responding through online, why is Axis bank behaving like this . I need my amount and info on why the amount is deducting without any info in statement. Immediate refund and info is required.

                    I have a Fast Tag with Axis Bank with the following wallet ID - [protected].

                    On 27/November/2020, I had done a recharge of Rs 1000/- from my husband's HDFC account. The amount has been debited from the A/C but is not reflecting as my Fast Tag balance.

                    I have written an email and raised a case on their website on 3rd December 2020 but did not receive any response from the team. Today when I finally escalated the issue, they have the nerve to tell me that my KYC is incomplete and hence they have withheld the funds. This is absolutely ridiculous. First of all I never got any emails/intimation indicating that my KYC is pending and this is the account I have from last 3 years. If my KYC is incomplete, they should have not allowed me to recharge and not harass me after my money has been deducted.

                    I have travelled to Kolhapur on an emergency and now I find that I cannot use my wallet to return to Bangalore because of some non-sense logic the bank has used.

                      This is Sumit Kumar, customer of Axis Bank(Thana road, Najafgarh New delhi).

                      I have my account in your bank and i wanted to convert my bank account from minor to major.i had applied for the conversion in the last week of october and according to your executive it only takes a maximum of 7 days for the conversion of account from minor to major but it has been over 1½ months still there is no response from the bank.

                      The executive keep saying that the Head office which is in Mumbai is not passing your request

                      First that executive said " That the image is not clear in your aadhar card, i rectified the issue by visiting the branch.

                      Then he said there is no signature in your pan card, i rectified that too.

                      Then he said you have updated your aadhar years ago that's why they have rejected.

                      Now he is saying i have requested a fresh application for your conversion

                      I am totally fed up from such kind of behavior from your bank.This kind of behaviour is totally unacceptable from the bank like Axis.I have even called your executive so many times.

                      The money which is in my account is my money not yours, You dont have any right to keep the money.I am in urgent need of money and i cant even withdraw my money nor i cant transfer my money.

                      Your bank is harassing me physically as well as mentally.

                      Please consider my request otherwise i am going to file a case on Axis Bank and also i will complain to the Banking Ombudsman's office

                        Presently my salary ac is with axis bank electronics complex branch. Axis bank has debited rs 4773 from my present account without any prior intimation stating reason that previously a sb account was there in lenin sarani axis bank which was opened in 2014 and that account beacame dormat due to non usage and on current date they debited the entire amount without any single intimation from my present salary account. I have not made any single transaction in thaet account in last 5 years. In this current pandamic situation when we are struggling for a single penny how can a bank do that whithout any information? i am a very old customer of axis bank i had personal loans and credit cards also i have never defaulted any payment. Please tell the procedure to reverse the charges

                          Hi mohd Shadab I have a two accounts in Same branch it's different names because I am getting trouble for surname.in some documents is present .or not that's why I corrected my documents and go for changes .but they opened a new account further details.ok now they deducted charges in my new account for not maintain old account a huge amount.when I go to branch for details they told me about this.how can they deducted the charges.since 6years ago not using it.not a single transaction done..6500/- deducted charges in my running account further they links to this account.thatswhy charges cutted.in before they are sleeping.further charges.there is no kyc done.no new card apply.no cheque nothing done from my side totally closed permanently.they telling it's active.but they are not informed me yet . about this. Suddenly they deducted charges in another my account.atleast they message me sir your account is active please maintain or otherwise charges .applicable sir I want my money back. And I opened my wife account.its automatically closed permanently not maintain in 2016.

                              I have received a job from quikr jobs and through their reference to Axis bank for this they may charge reference fees document verification fees ets which include a total of 13200 and after making the payments they may off their phones or the number is unavailable.. I requested them to refund my money but they don't
                              So I request you to adress my problem and kindly refund my money.

                                I have used imps service to transfer the money. But money transferred to wrong account and the anount was 1 lac which i was tranfering to a person name ikbal so i got confused and dont know what to do now as i dint even have the number of that person and have no contact and I dont know who is the person holding that account. and amiynt was transfer around 9:50 pm today 08/12/2020
                                Please help me.

                                    With due respect and humbly submission i beg to state that one month ago i bought a tractor which is fianace by Axis bank .my axis bank loan account number is- LNR[protected] .my first EMI is on -10/12/2020.They assured me that they will collect my first EMI from home but now they told me that they will not collect my first EMI from home.They ordered me that i should deposit my 1st EMI on the branch manager account. They also told me that if i am not deposit my first EMI on the branch manager account they will impose additional charge in my EMI. Last 3 days i getting harrasment from the axis bank .i kindly request to government please help me.

                                      Hi,

                                      I have recently applied fast tag from axis and same was received and used for my car ie AP9BP9468 and has been allowed a fast tag account no. [protected]
                                      And on every journey from nandyal to hyderabad my fastag is automatically recharged without my permission nearly an amount of 800 been auto sweep from my account. I have never selected any such option to auto sweep while requesting fast tag account.

                                      Its very bad from axis side to do it this way. More over their customer care number[protected] does not work at all.

                                        The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.

                                        A deduction of rs 2987.58 (BRN-PYMT-CARD-[protected]) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well.

                                        I don’t have any such payable bills and charges or any credit card linked to my account, Still such deductions are being done every 2-3 months
