Dear sir last some month my salry acocunt in axis bank after resign the job i go bank and close accout but bank reqest me dont close account tell me provided proper service and tell me next some day submit reqest and my balce in negtive in the period of close account and after 1500 balace in mines sir i will pay bank tell me i dont deduct any charges in again after some day deduct my 1250+225 dedcut i go bank bank dont help me tell me conectivity not working i complaint erase customer care but not my money back please refund my money 14/11/2020 date consolidated charges

    Hi Axis Bank,

    I have my salary account in Axis Bank, Tiruvanmiyur Branch, Chennai. An amount of Rs 3121.15 plus GST Rs 561.81 deducted from my salary account without prior information. I don't know, why they are charging this much amount under the name of consolidated charge & GST.

    Nowadays, I am afraid of the 3rd Sunday in every month. Because, I faced this issue for the last two months. I have attached the last month complaint. (https://www.consumercomplaints.in/axis-bank-lien-balance-locked-amount-c2735887...

    I have no Axis Bank branch near my village. Please, resolve the issue and return back my amount to the account. I have no other way to contact the branch and customer care number to resolve this issue.

      Requesting axis bank to start auto debit on my debit card just to get ignored, put on hold for 45 minutes and being hinged up. In the end my query was never resolved. I would not recommend axis bank to anyone. They do not care about their customers.

        Please revert all my deduction . I was informed on the status of account conversion from salary account to savings account . Because of this all one month salary and others . Please revert back my all money since September 2020. Very poor communications and fraud deductions with out prior communication.

        consolidated charges deducted 9352.73 with out prior information . and other deductions as well. Please look into this complaint ASAP . I am very much worried and i reached bank they are not giving any response.

          Hi,

          This bank is deducting thousands and thousands of money without proper communication and alerting customer.
          Firstly this bank has converted zero balance salary account to Savings account with out prior communication.

          Either you should have closed or informed us on conversion to savings account and prerequisites.. if you would have informed us .

          So far deducted 17000 from past 2 months . i was under assumption that it's still zero balance salary account . Please revert my money back . I am not interested in any account with Axis. Very disappointed with bank communication.

            An amount of Rs. 4835+ gst Rs. 870 is deducted from my account without any prior intimation. I called customer care executive, he said the charges are deducted against cash withdrawal from non home branch. But while withdrawing money, we asked the bank executive about the charges, they do not provide any such details. These kind of charges are also deducted im last month. This bank has levied very high charges on each transaction. We asked customer care executive for complaint number, but he refused to provide it. We are ready to pay reasonable charges but these kind of heavy charges are levied every time. I want refund of this deduction.

                      Unfortunately my sb a/c is having salary account with your stupid bank.. where almost all the employees are not answering promtly. I have approached related to my money got locked in lien balance from three monthsfrom 09/2020 to till to now today havent got the reply. Spoke to call center twice and they referred crdit card department who has locked my amount in lien balance. Credit card department not answering about lin of my money... especially the no. [protected].. i tried n asked in matha towers branch, Vijayawada no on responding, and second time asked at one town branch, Vijayawada 11.30 am till 1.30 pm but they are saying lien kept for ur credit card dues.. but till to now from three months deducting from my salary .. no one answering properly for about lien amount and finally send msg to my mobile for due an amount of Rs. 89405.69 and saying min.due Rs.12342.00 .. i[censored]r bank will not deduct for credit card what about my salary from my account. Then y r ur banbk officicals sending to my mobile for due on credit card.

                      I personally went to one town branch in governorpet/vijayawada and again there also no reponse and they ask me to go to matha towers branch... what u think? ... u having our money and asking us to run like dogs... all the women work in ur branches speaks like and behaves like central government employee.

                      In this regard, I request ur bank n settle, my credit card issues as ealy as possible other wise If i am not getting my money cleard i will be approached and I have to appealed in consumer court soon

                        I've getting N number of loan repayment reminder calls from the axis bank every days 3-4 times in a day that too start in morning 7am and even every time thy give repeated calls in day that too minimum 3-4 times. This is kind of harassment

                          Dear sir,

                          I have a Savings bank account in Axis bank and also I have 2 loan accounts. My detailed statement balance and dash board balances are not matching. i called customer care and they told me that your amount will be Lein and you will not be able to withdraw this amount. I do not understand why it went to Lein when I paid all my loan interest & bouncing charges

                          I need resolution for this

                            Due to the terrible experience with the home loan application with axis bank I decided to finally drop the idea of applying for home loan with axis bank. I had requested for the DD which includes the processing fee to be returned to me. However the executive is avoiding my requests by giving false promises and lies . He is Narasimha from loan centre axis bank ITPL Bangalore.

                                Dear sir,
                                This is to inform that I am G.Satheesh working in Nagapattinam as a Manager .With my friend introduction i approached our axis branch Tiruthuraipoondi.I submitted papers on April month.I had recieved a message on 25.6.2020 by our axis branch, Tiruthuraipoondi had financially sanctioned a loan of Rs. 30 lakhs(Bar code [protected]). Till now there is no response from that branch. I made a call to Mr. Naveen Field officer on august 18th 2020 but he shouted at me and kept my phone. Then i left few months and i approached in my native place of our axis branch, kallakurichi. They obtained all documents and during log in they rejected my file. I made a call yesterday to Tiruthuraipoondi officials but they are not responding properly and they are not pickuping my calls. So, please intervene in this matter and either they have to give loan to me in Tiruthuraipoondi or in Kallakurichi branch or else reject my sanction in tiruthuraipoondi so that i can get it in some other branch. The behaviour of staffs from april to till now gives me enormous stress to me. Please guide me sir.

                                  Im introducing myself as Kavitha.V having excellent financial track record and and very high cibil score and maintaining my salary account with your esteemed bank since a decade .
                                  Your Bank executives considering my profile and payment history issued 3 credit cards with a credit limit to a tune of 3 odd lakhs. Since it is issued Im using all the 3 cards and I'm regular and prompt in paying all my bills within bill due date. I was also regular in my payments at the time of covid lockdown.

                                  On 9th of November 2020 All my 3 credit cards are been merged and now my credit limit is
                                  -131303. I called up your board line numbers and He was not clear to me for my questions on the same and I asked him if he could make me talk to his manager to which he did not respond and eventually hung up. With this I was raised doubt so I visited the nearest bank . The bank officials from Peenya (Bangalore) branch explains that they can't help me with this so I need to contact axis credit card division in Lalbagh road Bangalore.

                                  On 10 of Nov 2020 I visited axis bank credit card division as per officials directions from peenya branch, hoping for positive response for my queries I met one officer in charge of customer support. He instead of answering to my questions stated that his system also mentions that my credits card are merged and he is helpless, he also qouted that I need to pay about 26101rs outstanding hidden charges. I disagree his behavior with customers and he is not potential or maybe bank is losing it's reputation employing such arrogant humans. He gives me piece of word saying ' go and give complaint with CONSUMER COURT'.

                                  I don't understand this bank is charging me for my prompt payments so far .
                                  However i condemn this move of the bank without my permission or consent they have merged my cards.
                                  I feel this move of theirs may damage my reputation of my profile with other banks. And after writing so many emails am not at all getting any response..

                                    Axis Bank Put Lien on my saving account number [protected] for amount of Rs. 10700 approx which i have already paid but now they are saying i should pay rs. 500 more when i asked them they said your bill of 17-OCT-20 is generated I'm ready to pay that also but now they want me pay them 323.73 exactly now it's impossible to any Indian to get 0.73 paise i told them to make it 324 round figure but they refused and told me give cheque when i asked them today is 12 Nov the Diwali is Coming this week so there will be bank holidays it will take 5-6 day to clear that cheque and again you will charge me next bill They said it's not our Problem next time come in time Now for rupees 324 my approx Rs 12000 amount on hold how should i celebrate my Festival without cash
                                    I'm so Depressed beacuse my little nephew is asking me for Dress and even though i have money on my account it's not available to me due to lien which is very less than my current saving please help me

                                      I have been using flipkart axis card from past 2 years. Due to lockdown i have applied for moratorium. On september 2020 i got a call stating that i have to make immediate payment i was unable to make any payment. I have requested that im out of the state and cant make any payment as per now. And immediately my card stopped showing up in credit card section. Im unable to see outstanding balance or any other details whatsoever. My account was put on hold for 32000. Later on november 4th 2020 i have paid 35500 which was the full amount as they said including 10500 intrest. Later my account was still on hold for a week and 4000 have been deducted when i have transfered in my account. I didnt get the extra money that got deducted. Neither i got my card back. When i contacted the bank they said its premanently blocked. Nobody is helping me out even after paying the full amount. All i need is my credit card should show up in my mobile banking and internet banking so that i can access autodebit. Its so unfair that in the times of pandemic these banks are playing with people charging heavy intrest and even after paying that there is no use. Customer care is pathetic and the bank employees dosent even know what 100% on auto debit means. Sheer useless.

                                      My card hasn’t been reinsticated nor i can view my card details in internet banking. Fed up with axis bank for these 4 months. Im transferring my account to another bank. Never will i refer anyone to axis in my life.
