I am writing this with regards to my credit card dues. my credit card number is xxxxxxxxxxxx0012

This is to inform you that I cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, I shall be clearing their dues within the same business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

I am ready to settle this as soon as I get the confirmation from your side.

    I have two credit cards from axis bank, both card having 65000 inr credit limit. card a having a emi of 65000 inr. suddenly last month both card showing minus 46000 inr, i contacted bank and they said update error, and this month when i paid both card outstanding amount. now card b available credit showing same as card a. i just spend 12000 inr from card b and then it showing just 3000 available credit.[protected] = 3000?????? i contacted bank many time and they not fixing my issue

        I am having two different credit cards from Axis Bank and each card is having an individual credit limit. For last few days my credit card transaction are getting declined continuously and i noticed that the limits on the cards reflects in negative balance.

        I contacted the customer support today and the executive informed that the limits were merged on both my cards. This was done without giving any prior intimation at all.

        Merging of the credit limit without any prior notice has left me completely stuck.

        Axis bank should have atleast informed me before merging the limits on both my cards.

            On 30/11/2020 night 1:58 am 400 rupees from my bank was debited without my knowledge of how this transition happened the transaction was done to GOOGLE* GAREN I have not done this transaction its a fraud

                Home loan was raised on 17.03.2007 no emi was defaulted wef 17.03.2017 to 31.08.2020 (closure date) but at the time of closure of a/c
                AXis Bank has charged Rs.22500 as hefty pending charges. On making enquiry/correspondence with the bank their plea is due to ecs returned
                reason is NO SUCH A/C where as all emi were paid through same a/c and same bank In this connection, no returning memo/letter for more pdc requirement was served and further no detail of 22500 axis bank is ready to explain i.e. at what rate and how many returning. Even during
                pendemic period returning is charged. Hefty charges of Rs.22500 may pl be refunded to me.

                  Hi, I am subhash. I have been using axis bank credit cards since 2 years and it was very bad experience dealing with the representative for any support.
                  They have merged the limits of my all credit cards without any notification or permission.
                  When they provided me the credit card, they allowed it to use seperately for 2 years now they suddenly merged both credit card limits.

                  Its a very big scam from axis bank and it must be noted seriously.
                  Either they should provide only one card or they should merge it from the first day so that customers are aware of it.
                  But they are trapping the consumers to get excess anount of money.
                  No one told it from the first day that it will be merged after year or 2 years and now they are saying that there is no option to seperate it.

                  Customers support team are useless, they just say sorry but don't provide solutions.

                  I have called many times and not found any solution from their side.
                  Now i have no option to pay the debt on time.
                  They are trapping the consumers by doing this.
                  I have two credit cards ending with 6748 and 2997.
                  There is no need for them to provide more than one card if they cannot maintain seperate limit.
                  It is against the consumer rights. Customer should be aware of it from the first day and its bank responsibility to make them aware instead of doing fraud business and scam by trapping the customers.

                  Please help me to get out of it.
                  No one is there to provide support. They are just saying that they have no option.
                  How is it possible that there is no option.
                  One of my close friend unmerged his cards by contacting customer care.

                  I am still trying to contact customer care but no positive response from anyone. I want to seperate my credit card anyhow as I cannot pay the huge amount at a time.
                  Please help me. It is frustrating me from and also creating stress. This is bank fault and I want to get it fixed ASAP.

                          I initially had a Savings Account with Axis Bank which was subsequently converted into a Salary Account because i started receiving my salary in the said account. It was not a thing which i initiated, but was done by the bank only, but with my consent. I was not supposed to maintain any minimum balance in my Salary Account. However, soon after, i stopped getting my salary in the said account and have not been into job for quite some time due to this COVID thing, however, today while i was scrolling through my bank statement, i was terrified on seeing that the bank has been charging "Consolidated Charges" on monthly basis for as far as my bank allows me to see my statement. I have never received any communication from the bank regarding the charges nor about conversion of my account type, just the way they ESPECIALLY called me for converting it to Salary from Savings.

                          Now, while i am trying to reach out to me them, the call is just not going through. The bank has charged at least INR 2, 700 excluding GST and could possibly be more than that as i am unable to see my earlier statements.

                          It is so unjust and unethical on the bank's part to deceive its own customers as the bank is supposed to be a treasurer and someone who gives assurance in terms of safety and not an agency which is here to exploit its own customers.

                          Dear Customer Care,

                          This is not a response which shows any sort of care for customers. If you go through the complain, I have very clearly mentioned the facts, which also implies that I understand what "Consolidated Charges" are.
                          And almost every option I click after logging in internet banking, it throws me out. How should I get to know anything else? Also, I have not received any SMS communication regarding any charges. Otherwise, this complain would have come earlier and not after so many months.

                          Request you to look into it and get it resolved, and also it is my humble request to refund the same, as I really don't have the bandwidth to afford such charges whatsoever.

                            Dear Sir, Please find the below online application tracking status screenshot for your reference and sms as I have received on 21.11.2020 ( Congratulations, welcome to Axis Bank Credit Cards! Your Application for Axis Bank Credit Card is approved. The card details will follow shortly.), But I not getting any further update in my credit card, when I call customer care they are telling your application is in process, but myself received approved confirm, what is going on I don't know, please check and revert back..

                                      My credit card was approved on[protected] and not able to generate pin online, I requested duplicate pin on[protected]. I am waiting for pin last 3 months and tried all possibilities but no solution. I visited Axis bank branch also.

                                      Every time i heard from axis bank employee/executive to that this card is only virtual not will deliver physically. I am trying to get clarity online chat, via emails, and branch also since my card approval.

                                      There is no joining fee also but i have charged, kindly refund the same.

                                      Please help me to resolve the same.
