Hi,

Im Srimathi. my account number [protected] and Customer ID[protected] with out my permission they Debited my @1899rs from my Account.. And also i didnot got any call from axis bank about this.. I just want to deactivate this service and refund the money back.I am waiting for confirmation of Deactivation this service and also refund the money @1899.

Refund the money 100% whatever they debited from my account past one year immediately.. In this situation its highly risk to earn money.. Don't cheat a customer.. Without knowledge.

Still i didn't receive any call or money back from one assist service... Need money back immediately.. This is not a ryt time to delay to refund the amount. Try to understand the situation and make sure that 100% refund immediately

This amount has been debited twice from past 1year.. We don't know abt ths service without knowledge how your doing this kind of things?

Without any intimation or call or message How the hell this is all happeing i really dont know ? As well this is the second secnario which has been processed . When the services of standard instructions was not activated from my end for ECS/SI how will the bank take the amount twice last year and this year. Moreover there is no source of information to the customer who is holding an account, Axis Bank has started fraudlent work or what, seriously will process the consumer court policy for these two amount trascations without customer knowledege. Better pay back with all information, otherwise consequences on Social Media will trolled badly with all proof, then which ever customer has faced the same, Axis Bank will be sealed. I just want to deactivate this service and refund the money.. Otherwise.

      Sir i got a message from axis bank for transaction alert rs. 1699 deducted from credit card. How can you deduct without proper notice and please deactivate eccp assistance service, kindly refund my amount,

        Bank has also deducted the money from my saving account li

        A deduction of rs 1224 (Brn-pymt-card- is done fro.63m my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well.

        Please refund it, wht is that deduction for?

          Hi,
          I have been offered credit card settlement by axis bank customer care for 21000 and sent settlement letter through whatsapp and said to pay in two installments and I paid the same but axis bank is not endorsing that and saying that my settlement is void and I need to pay all dues, kindly help me with this .

            I had done an IMPS transaction on 20/10/2019 forRs 50, 005/- to a SBI account beneficiary. The amount got deducted from my account but did not reach the beneficiary.I have approached the local Alwal branch Axis bank and submitted dispute form.But the back end team of Axis bank is just closing the complaint without any explanation.Even the local branch is repeatedly filing complaint on my behalf but till today I have not received my amount.I am going through lot of mental agony and feel helpless.I request the bank authorities to kindly solve my problem.

            There has been no response from the Axis bank team. They have closed my complaint yet again without giving explanation.
            Is this how they treat customer of more than 10 years who has put life savings trusting this bank?
            I have lost my Rs 50, 000 and feel helpless at this point.

            Even to this day my dispute has not been resolved.I am repeatedly messaging and calling my local Alwal Axis bank branch but no response.The operational head never called me back with update.
            I am fed up of this kind of treatment.I am planning to close my account.Till date I do not know what happened to my 50 k transaction.
            There has been no response from the Axis bank team and they have closed my complaint without any explanation. They are putting customers through so much hardship.I have lost Rs 50, 000 and feel helpless. Is this how they treat a customer of more than 10 years who has put life savings trusting this bank?
            I have lost trust with Axis bank.., very sorry to say

              Amount 118 rupees deducted from my account as sign verf charges mandate. Not sure why they have been deducted amount from my bank account.

                  I am not getting OTP for my online transactions through my Axis credit card. I have called to customer care they said like my number was not registered with the card. But also they are nit updating and my call was on hold only.

                    I received a call from axis bank 2 years ago. They told me this is for Card protection.. With out my permission they took my 1899rs from my debit card.. And I call to axis bank they told me this is another service.. they said they can raise the complaint of this. They raised the complaint and last year October, again 1899 Rs lost from my account, I again reached the bank and did the same process. I think now its over. But this year 29th October 2020, I lost my money again. This is the third time I lost my Money. What can I do.

                    I just want to deactivate this service and refund the money.. Otherwise. I will also no more as axis bank customer.. Thanks.

                      There was no joining fee informed before issuing the credit card but there was a charge of 500 initiated as it was not informed by the client, date of incident Aug 5th 2020. Now she is not responding to the issue she is saying that i'm on leave and can't respond to your issue.

                            I purchased few products from Amazon, last year 13th November 2019, transaction highlighted in the screenshot given below.

                            Date of transaction - 13-November-2019
                            Transaction amount - ₹ 2, 939
                            Mode of transaction - credit card
                            Last 4 digits of credit card 8814

                            Refund amount for the product is ₹ 699

                            One of the product is not working properly which is under warranty period so I raise a complaint regarding product replacement on Amazon (June 2020) but seller unable to provide me a replacement for that product so seller offer me a refund for that product. After my confirmation for refund seller initiate refund on 27th June 2020 which was successfully shown in the transaction section of Amazon but Axis Bank unable to provide my refund amount please help me as soon as possible. Amazon give me this 6 digits reference number regarding my refund 068538.

                              I am a corporate customer of Axis Bank since last 10years. Since I have changed my rental accommodation, I visited Kalina branch in Mumbai for changing my address in passbook to the new rental accommodation. The branch manager informed me to bring registered rental agreement+Police verification report and also bring my wife in person (since it is a joint account with my wife) along with our aadhar card. On 27th oct I and my wife again went to kalina branch nd furnished all requested documents and signed the address change form. We were conveyed that address change would be done in 1day and to come down next day to collect the new passbook with new updated address. But after 2 days suddenly we were informed that address change cannot happen with REGISTERED RENTAL AGREEMENT (DULY PAID STAMP DUTY) + POLICE VERIFICATION REPORT.
                              I do not have electric bill or MTNL bill of the new premise in my name since it is in landlord's name. Please help me immediately to resolve this. Other banks are accepting registered rental agreement as proof. PLEASE HELP ME.

                                For your information, my name is RITESH KUMAR. I had a salary account with axis bank. Unfortunately, I had to move out of India for my job work. So I made a request to close my account but from last few months I am getting the statements of my account into my registered mail ID. When I visited the branch to close the account, they told that they can not close the account since it is not a home branch and told me to talk with customer care. So I put a mail to customer care and request to close my account and waiver whatever amount is remained. They reply back to visit the branch for closure of account. What should I do?

                                  Due to covid 19 i lost my business and incure a loss of almost Rs.5 lakhs. I Lost my job and now i have no income source.
                                  I am unable to pay the credit card dues and recovery agents are following me up. Currently i am not even able to earn the basic need for my family struggling for room rent and even groceries.

                                  Recovery agents are asking me to sign in a paper and saying i[censored] don't pay sign on the paper and we will proceed will legal actions.

                                  Kindly understand that is situation os genuine and kindly its my humble request help me out.

                                  I can arrange some amount by selling household appliances and other things inorder to settle my credit card dues. The maximum i will be able to pay is 10% to 12% of the dues. And when my situation will be good definitely i will pay the left over dues to bank and clear my Cibil for my future.

                                  Kindly help.

                                    Today morning i got a message on my registered mobile number for my axis savings account that ₹865/- has been debited towards my account for FASTAG AUTOSWEEP. I have never activated the process for fastag autosweep and even my savings account is not linked to my fastag account then how money got deducted from my savings account for any fastag service.
                                    Had a word with axis bank customer care which has no clue about this transaction as they are doing such a fraud about which they also have no idea.

                                      I have always been facing this problem. the axis bank is too happy and has no problems at all when we have to invest there, but when the turn comes to withdraw that money and invest elsewhere, they always come up with their lame excuses especially sign mismatch in case of cheque. they harass the customer so much that the person gives up the idea of investing elsewhere.
                                      this incident has happened twice, initially the amount was 14 lac and now 22 lac. both the times they rejected the cheque with the excuse of sign mismatch. Due to which my mother got so frustrated that it has affected her health. the bank is only harassing us whenever we wish to withdraw large amount of money.
                                      I'm really very disappointed and i will never recommend anyone to invest here...
                                      Don't invest your hard earned money here people!!!
                                      plz never invest in axis bank.
