I am not getting OTP for my online transactions through my Axis credit card. I have called to customer care they said like my number was not registered with the card. But also they are nit updating and my call was on hold only.
Kindly do update my mobile number with my credit card.

    I received a call from axis bank 2 years ago. They told me this is for Card protection.. With out my permission they took my 1899rs from my debit card.. And I call to axis bank they told me this is another service.. they said they can raise the complaint of this. They raised the complaint and last year October, again 1899 Rs lost from my account, I again reached the bank and did the same process. I think now its over. But this year 29th October 2020, I lost my money again. This is the third time I lost my Money. What can I do.

    I just want to deactivate this service and refund the money.. Otherwise. I will also no more as axis bank customer.. Thanks.

      There was no joining fee informed before issuing the credit card but there was a charge of 500 initiated as it was not informed by the client, date of incident Aug 5th 2020. Now she is not responding to the issue she is saying that i'm on leave and can't respond to your issue.

        Account balance in negative

        My account shows negative balance. If negative balance can be waived i can continue normal banking with Axis bank....

            I purchased few products from Amazon, last year 13th November 2019, transaction highlighted in the screenshot given below.

            Date of transaction - 13-November-2019
            Transaction amount - ₹ 2, 939
            Mode of transaction - credit card
            Last 4 digits of credit card 8814

            Refund amount for the product is ₹ 699

            One of the product is not working properly which is under warranty period so I raise a complaint regarding product replacement on Amazon (June 2020) but seller unable to provide me a replacement for that product so seller offer me a refund for that product. After my confirmation for refund seller initiate refund on 27th June 2020 which was successfully shown in the transaction section of Amazon but Axis Bank unable to provide my refund amount please help me as soon as possible. Amazon give me this 6 digits reference number regarding my refund 068538.

              I am a corporate customer of Axis Bank since last 10years. Since I have changed my rental accommodation, I visited Kalina branch in Mumbai for changing my address in passbook to the new rental accommodation. The branch manager informed me to bring registered rental agreement+Police verification report and also bring my wife in person (since it is a joint account with my wife) along with our aadhar card. On 27th oct I and my wife again went to kalina branch nd furnished all requested documents and signed the address change form. We were conveyed that address change would be done in 1day and to come down next day to collect the new passbook with new updated address. But after 2 days suddenly we were informed that address change cannot happen with REGISTERED RENTAL AGREEMENT (DULY PAID STAMP DUTY) + POLICE VERIFICATION REPORT.
              I do not have electric bill or MTNL bill of the new premise in my name since it is in landlord's name. Please help me immediately to resolve this. Other banks are accepting registered rental agreement as proof. PLEASE HELP ME.

                For your information, my name is RITESH KUMAR. I had a salary account with axis bank. Unfortunately, I had to move out of India for my job work. So I made a request to close my account but from last few months I am getting the statements of my account into my registered mail ID. When I visited the branch to close the account, they told that they can not close the account since it is not a home branch and told me to talk with customer care. So I put a mail to customer care and request to close my account and waiver whatever amount is remained. They reply back to visit the branch for closure of account. What should I do?

                  Due to covid 19 i lost my business and incure a loss of almost Rs.5 lakhs. I Lost my job and now i have no income source.
                  I am unable to pay the credit card dues and recovery agents are following me up. Currently i am not even able to earn the basic need for my family struggling for room rent and even groceries.

                  Recovery agents are asking me to sign in a paper and saying i[censored] don't pay sign on the paper and we will proceed will legal actions.

                  Kindly understand that is situation os genuine and kindly its my humble request help me out.

                  I can arrange some amount by selling household appliances and other things inorder to settle my credit card dues. The maximum i will be able to pay is 10% to 12% of the dues. And when my situation will be good definitely i will pay the left over dues to bank and clear my Cibil for my future.

                    Today morning i got a message on my registered mobile number for my axis savings account that ₹865/- has been debited towards my account for FASTAG AUTOSWEEP. I have never activated the process for fastag autosweep and even my savings account is not linked to my fastag account then how money got deducted from my savings account for any fastag service.
                    Had a word with axis bank customer care which has no clue about this transaction as they are doing such a fraud about which they also have no idea.

                      I have always been facing this problem. the axis bank is too happy and has no problems at all when we have to invest there, but when the turn comes to withdraw that money and invest elsewhere, they always come up with their lame excuses especially sign mismatch in case of cheque. they harass the customer so much that the person gives up the idea of investing elsewhere.
                      this incident has happened twice, initially the amount was 14 lac and now 22 lac. both the times they rejected the cheque with the excuse of sign mismatch. Due to which my mother got so frustrated that it has affected her health. the bank is only harassing us whenever we wish to withdraw large amount of money.
                      I'm really very disappointed and i will never recommend anyone to invest here...
                      Don't invest your hard earned money here people!!!
                      plz never invest in axis bank.

                          Hi,

                          I have my Axis Savings/Salary account from last 4years +, Last two years i did not used that card. So that i had a plan to surrender the same by paying the negative balance. +91 [protected](Registered Mobile Number)

                          Meantime In my current organization requested to keep open the Axis Bank account for the salary purpose. So that i was requested to bank officers on[protected]at Ananth Nagar Branch, Electronic City Phase 2, Bangalore). Shall i continue this account after paying the negative amount. Hence he confirmed, I have shared the account details to my organization.

                          Salary got credited on my Axis account on[protected], Negative balance got cleared. Happily started using Axis account.

                          Suddenly last sunday[protected]:57 Consolidated Charges has been debited amount Rs16, 580.30 without of any intimation. I got scared and started reaching phone banking officer. I reached phone banking officer sharp 18:23, Officer not having any sufficient details to answer me, She asked me to reach after 60mins.

                          Again i dialed phone banking officer 19:23, But i got connected officer sharp 20:00. He confirmed that is valid charge. He unable to process and refund and i requested him to transfer to their senior officer.

                          Their Senior officer (Neha) has confirmed nothing can do by themselves. She recommended me to visit near by branch for the same.

                          I have reached bank on monday[protected], I have checked one of the lady bank officer about the same. After explaining the history.

                          She given the clarity, If we want to close the account they will not charge any consolidated amounts, We can pay our old negative balance and close it.

                          If incase you want to continue as a customer of Axis bank. That is your bad, You have to pay the consolidated charges as per the bank that too no prior intimation.

                          And finally she recommended me to close the account.

                          How good response from the bank.

                          I want my money back, i will not wait for 24 hours or 48 hours.

                            I have had a salary account in Axis bank since 2015.
                            On Monday (19/10/2020), I received a message saying total Rs.1890(excl GST) has been deducted from my account as consolidated charges and Rs. 340.20 being GST for these charges. I tried to reach out to customer care through email, but no use, didn't receive any reply from them.

                              I ordered axis bank debit card 1 month ago. The charges for the card has been deducted, but still i didn't received the card. All my online transactions are pending due to this.

                                I think you have to review your banking services and specially customer care service.
                                No one knows the actual solution for freez amount or lien amount process. Even senior executives also don't have type of knowledge regarding this.
                                Every one said go to branch submit the form bank will decide after 45 days.
                                I think your are going to fool us by saying this type of words.
                                Its an shame full things which you have done.

                                First you freeze amount then you said pay your credit card bill how it is possible.

                                  I already paid my all bill of credit card. & the co. Charged extra money to me.
                                  And also it affect my credit score.
                                  And now days due to my cibil detected low., thatsway no one other company gave me any type of loan.
                                  Only beacause of #axisbank services.
                                  So many time i try to contact their assistant but they not responding.
                                  I have only 1 Q.to #axisbankcreditcard manager, .if i already paid my all bill, then why you show me the extra amount? And why i pay extra money?

                                    I am having two different credit cards and each cards having own credit limit. For last few days my credit card transaction are getting declined continuously and i noticed that the limits on the cards reflects in negative balance. I contacted the customer support and the executive informed that the limits were merged on both my cards" This was done without giving any prior intimation at all. While i ask for the prior intimation they informed the bank have full discretion to make any changes without informing the customer" I ask the executive to register a compliant a regarding the same and they keep refusing to register a compliant. Merging of the credit limit without any prior notice leaving me completely stuck with how to make the payment!
