I paid Rs.8000, Rupees eight thousand, towards my credit card bill on 08.08.2020 from my Union Bank, formerly Andhra Bank, SB Account no.[protected] online through Billdesk vide transaction Id SADB[protected].
As per the information from Billdesk, they have checked the records and confirmed that the above payment is updated by Axis bank.
Further, the next bill (Aug-20)is generated without considering the above payment of eight thousand rupees and adding interest thereon.
Accordingly, I lodged a online complaint with Axis Bank attaching mybank statement and the communication from Billdesk, as due to COVID-19, nobody responded from customer support.
Currently, I have received the statement for Sep-20, wherein, the above amount is not reflected / adjusted and rather interest is charged on the amount treating it as not paid.
I request you to resolve the dispute by confirming from Billdesk for the above payment .

The complaint is not resolved and no adjustment to my payment of Rs. 8000/- on 08/08/2020 vide transaction Id SADB[protected] is done in Oct-2020 statement of the credit card No. [protected].
