Hi
I had fraudulent transactions happened on my debit card with out my concern or otp as below on 25th sep 2020

25th sep 2020 from Ecom PUR/GOOGLE *Dropbox

I lost inr 990 rs with out my involvement, i never deal with this site for any transaction in the past.
Request you to help me and refund back my amount.
And i dont want this again in future.
Please let me know if you need any other information.

    Sir,
    Because of frequent network problem in my locality I could not deposit in time but in the very next moment after restoration of network I have deposited the Credit card dues. I m a sincere customer and such type of incidence you have never seen in back. So by such levied of fine and taxes, it will be pressure on me. So this time excuse the case. Because in my account which has linked, sufficient funds were available. You can also debit the amount from my account. So please reimburse the late fine dues and taxes. I ensure such type cases will not occurred further.

      Sir i got a message from axis bank for transaction alert rs. 1699 deducted from credit card. How can you deduct without proper notice and please deactivate eccp assistance service, kindly refund my amount

        i am saving account holder in axis bank swasthya vihar branch vide a/c no. [protected]. In my account debited bank charger for cash deposit in
        Aug month. But no cash transaction in Aug month.

        So kindly reverse my charges as early possible.

        besides, bank relationship officer call many time but no work and help of customer. only sales their products credit card /loan etc. no customer help.

        so kindly reverse unneccessory bank chargers as early possible.
        same type charges in last year but not reverse so kindly do the need ful.

          I paid Rs.8000, Rupees eight thousand, towards my credit card bill on 08.08.2020 from my Union Bank, formerly Andhra Bank, SB Account no.[protected] online through Billdesk vide transaction Id SADB[protected].
          As per the information from Billdesk, they have checked the records and confirmed that the above payment is updated by Axis bank.
          Further, the next bill (Aug-20)is generated without considering the above payment of eight thousand rupees and adding interest thereon.
          Accordingly, I lodged a online complaint with Axis Bank attaching mybank statement and the communication from Billdesk, as due to COVID-19, nobody responded from customer support.
          Currently, I have received the statement for Sep-20, wherein, the above amount is not reflected / adjusted and rather interest is charged on the amount treating it as not paid.
          I request you to resolve the dispute by confirming from Billdesk for the above payment .

          The complaint is not resolved and no adjustment to my payment of Rs. 8000/- on 08/08/2020 vide transaction Id SADB[protected] is done in Oct-2020 statement of the credit card No. [protected].

            In September, 2020 my account is on -ve balance(lien charges) of 18814 against the credit card payment and on 30th salary is credited in my account. So, the amount Rs. 18814 is automatically debited. But its not credited in my credit card. Its almost 10 days months and still Axis bank doesn't resolve the query

              My axis bank salary account is showing balance in negative as the axis bank credit card has charged money without informing me. I was not intimated for any deductions of this kind. I had got a call from customer service executive for credit card payment and I had assured of the payment at the earliest. But they deducted whatever balance there was and also some extra amount so much so that my account went into negative balance. I am a salaried person and feel cheated by the Axis bank credit card department. Please help.

                  Refund not credited to Account

                  Dear, Madam/Sir
                  I have transacted on Amazon.in dated 23rd of September 2020, with amounting INR 1900.95 using my Axis bank debit card, my transaction was successful but after few minutes i have cancelled some items from my order thereafter Amazon initiated my refund instantly on 23rd September .
                  The merchant refunded INR 939.36 but till today i havent received my refund in my card or in my account, when i called amazon related...

                  Dear Team,

                  I have been using AXIS Bank credit card since last 5 years or more. There was a transaction took place on August 13th 2020 and I have confirmed the transaction. But on September 13th 2020 the same transaction took place and I did not received any IVR call as the previous transaction. Now bank is saying for any international transaction there is no OTP or IVR shared to the customer. There is a fraud transaction...

                  My mother had taken policy of TATA AIG policy (Group Medicare) from Axis Bank, Maharajganj Branch, Uttar Pradesh-273303. The claim documents were submitted in July (2020) month to the manager Mahesh Mishra. After few days of the submission when he was asked to give the claim number then he started to make excuses like he will send it later. I talked to FHPL Hyderabad branch and they told to ask POD number from him. When I asked POD number from him then again he made an excuse that we don't share POD number as it's against the policy. On September 9th, 2020, I took him on conference call against an FHPL agent. Just 4 days back upon asking him the documents tracking id again he forwarded it after creating such a Hush bush condition. Upon tracking I came to knew that he forwarded the document on same day i.e. on September 9th when I took him on conference call. The irony is he sent the documents to the wrong address and it came to back to Maharajganj H.O and it was not recieved by the concerned branch and it was forwarded to Gorakhpur branch and again it was returned back to Maharajganj Branch. And this guy has no knowledge about it.

                  Today i.e. on 1 st October we received the documents ( he lost few submitted documents). How can people depend on such authorities which have no sense of responsibility? I would like to advice to take necessary action so that no future difficulty should be faced by another people.

                    I Om Prakash Mishra was withdrawing money from my local Axis Bank ATM at Bounsi on 23rd August 2019 around 15:10 hrs, Dist- Banka (Bihar), and my card got stuck in the machine so I asked for help, and the person who came as security guard exchanged my ATM card and later he withdrew 104500 rupees from my account. Later I came to know that there was no Security Guard in that ATM So I informed the local police station and registered an FIR against this case but it's around 1 year and I didn't get any update from them.
                    That ATm of Axis bank is still without any guard and no one is there to help customers.

                        Subject: Axis Bank Complaint Status Update [ID: 2714661]

                        Dear Sir,

                        This is regarding Fraudulent transaction made on my Axis bank and bank is demanding to pay total amount of 167450 and also interest on it. They have autodebited 16701/- from my account as I was paying my electricity bill.
                        so every month 24% levied on my bill and latest bill has come to 175290/-
                        some unscrupulous person enjoy doing fraudulent transaction of 167450 and i have to pay for it with interest.
                        Please guide my what i have to do.

                          Today Morning I Transferred 3000 amount in the Axis account which is salary account. When I checked the balance it was 2142.50. Moreover there is no any receipt of this deducted amount in transaction history as well. When i tried to contact them they are saying there is a technical issue we can't check right now, so please call after sometime. This is a serious fraud .
                          First of all, if this fee is some fee by the bank, then they should have informed me through message and Moreover after deduction it should have shown there in the transaction history too which it got deducted for.
                          I want my refund or else I will close my account from there and will ask my all company's colleagues as well to close their all account as everybody is having axis account only as salary account . This is not the way to work .

                              I had travelled from chennai to trivandrum on 27th september, by car, and paid for all the tolls using my axis bank fastag. On 29th september, i receive a message saying my fastag account has been debited with 240 rupees towards some adjustment fees. I have no clue as to what this is and i was not notified about it either.
