Sir i was trying to payment on bpsc online portal onlinebpsc.bihar.gov.in for exam fee. whent i had submit for payment then some error occurs but amount have deducted from my account. this happened twice with me. what is the solution of this. need some help.

    I have opened an ASAP salaried account 3 months ago and it is not yet activated.
    I have complained several times even called the customer care but they give a service no but does not do anything.

    I had got a rejection mail regarding the account but even after submitting my documents again there is no response yet.

    It is my salary account and i am unable to use my salary since 3 months.
    Kindly look into the matter and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

      When i have opened the account with Axis Bank, they have accepted Aadhar Card & PAN card. But now when i am in need to update the address based on my Aadhar card, they (Customer Care) says that Aadhar card is not a valid proof.

        I received a mail from axis bank offering job via shine.com
        They asked me to send my resume by whatsapp
        Then they asked interview charge and deposit fee
        After payment they conduct telephonic interview
        Then select for HR round
        After HR round they asked me to pay deposit fee 1350
        Then confirm that job
        But don't receive any joining letter from axis bank
        Later they asked verification fee 2500
        After payment that then you can receive joining letter

          I went to my nearest Axis bank Branch ie Bidhannagar Durgapur branch a few hours ago to deposit Rs, 10, 000/- in cash in my account no [protected] to that branch. Very few customers were there at that time. A person in front of me submitted a cheque for payment in the lone teller counter. After receiving that cheque the teller ( a lady on the chair) talking about different investment product and contineously discussing about different issues of that customers . After a lapse of 15 minutes I simply ask her to receive my deposit but she tolld me that she sent that cheque for passing and without making that payment she is unable to receive my cash and she also uttered to use cash deposit machine instead of accomodating me. it is unfortunate to receive such kind of misbehaviour from an employee of a Private sector bank now a days. I have so many account with axis bank but sorry to say I have to shift all my account from Axis bank to any other bank due to such misbehaviour on the part of a teller of that bank . I am sorry to complaint and want exemplary punishment to that person at the earliest. Most importantly, now it is 2-20 pm, I have checked my account but that amount not yet credited to my account.           I have not yet received any information from Axis Bank in spite of my complaint dated 14/10/2020 against misbehaviour of a staff member of Bidhannagar Branch, Durgapur. If you have no answer then I believe that this is the normal customer service of Axis Bank.

            I'm using axis bank cc since 8 plus year's & never default on any bill. My current bill is around 321000 out of which 121000 is penalty during lock down & moratorium period. But due to covid lock down situation & then father got brain stroke, I'm financially broke, i lost my business & rest of the money on my father treatment, he's still in coma & the financial burden just crushing me.
            I talked with axis customer care & also wrote to the nodal officer that I'm not a defaulter & will pay a lumsum to settle the cc, i can pay the money in one go if axis remove all the charges.
            Its hard time for everyone & not a purposely default.
            I don't wanna stress myself in legal matter but if that what the bank want i can fairly present my case there too.

              Desr sir i am using axis bank credit card for last 8 years and paid all bills regurelarly. but now due to corona i am not earning much money that i can pay credit card bill. bank have created a huge amount including intrest. which i cannot pay at this difficult time.i do not have money to pay full due amount. i asked bank customer care to settel 20 to 30 % of amount and close credit card.

                I have made a transfer for Rs. 50000 today to my mother's SBI ACT BHANDUP EAST. Amount is still not credited.STATUS shows as SUSPECT. Please resolve the same immediately as I need the amount badly to make payments. Either credit the SBI account or reserve the entryand credit my saving account soon

                  I have used Aircel mobile number [protected], and Aircel was closed. My salary account with you is linked the same mobile number.
                  I was not used the account last three years. In the mean time I have changed my address also, so that I am not received new ATM card also.
                  I want now update my new JIO mobile number: [protected] with my existing axis account no: [protected].
                  I personally went to Pondicherry Main branch and filled the form with the proper proofs on first week of September-2020. They told we will update within two days. But till now not update my mobile number.
                  Again I personally went to Pondicherry Main branch on 13-Sep-2020, your useless employees told that there is no possible to update Mobile number and address. Now I want my money from AXIS account for survive in the COVID19 situation.
                  So please update my Mobile number as soon as possible, I will update address online through my net banking.

                  If i am not getting my money cleard i will be posting this to all websites and will be taking this to consumer court soon, , , please move ...

                    I am open online digital easy saving account on[protected] Thursday i will pay 15590 Rupees was debited and Video kyc was successfully completed and show my account number, customer id, Branch All details are shown totally 19days completed but now not Active my account and i will contacted to customer care he tell go to the branch and ask, i visit 5 times on axis branch he couldn’t solve this problem and don’t give proper response so please help me to solve this problem very urgent please, i called customer service also at 30times above he couldn’t respond properly

                      Sir I deposited 5000 Rs in a cash deposit machine in surat lal darwaza branch on 11/10/2020 i.e Sunday with a remark cash retained and receipt says transaction has been declined and immediately contacted the branch on Monday morning i.e 12/10/2020 they say minimum it will take 15 days. I request you take immediate action and resolve my problem.

                        I made two online transaction on 25/09/2020 for the amount of Rs.1004/- and Rs.100/- with my debit card to recharge Axis Bank Kochi1 Metro card, The amount was debited from my bank but Axis Bank prepaid card was not recharged. When i contacted Axis bank Customer Care, they replied in email that they had not received cash but my bank confirmed the amount was taken by Axis Bank on settlement date (29/09/2020) Even after many request Axis bank is not refunding or recharging Axis Bank Kochi1 Rupay prepaid card ending-0803
                        This is not the first time payment failure refund from Axis bank. They will keep money for nearly one month until they return . They have the worst outdated banking software compared to other private banks. Complaints are of no use.I have same issues for Axis bank fastag also while recharging. Now i am stuck and planning to avoid and close Axis bank services at any cost. Axis bank customer can call me on [protected] for details.

                        All the details are shared including bank statement proof had been shared to Axis Bank customer care and no reply from customer care. Only reply Axis Bank customer care tell is "we have not received cash ".
                        i am not angry beacuse i know with outdated software of Axis Bank, customer care employees cannot track a failed transaction. Only way to get back cash is to dispute or chargeback from the senders bank against Axis bank or customer court asking for penalty for delay in refunding.

                        I have not received refund and complaint is not resolved. Very poor service of Axis bank. Let them hold my cash ..I will go to consumer court after a little waiting with sufficient proof and will ask compensation for the delay .

                                    I supposed to get a new debit card by Mar 2020 to my Bangalore address. However due to COVID I have not received it.

                                    Last week I have got my card and tried to activate it over ATM and IVR. But got below error.

                                    sorry this card is not authorized for use at this point...

                                    This is really difficult and frustrating for me to send money to different bank and withdrawing money as I dont have axis bank debit...

                                    I have salary account at axis bank and also two credit card lone. Because of pendamic time i can't pay emi therefore they deduct my Rs. 26197 & Rs. 32989 amount as lien balance and also aded intrest on intrest which can be levied by supreme court on 28th september but they unable to remove hold to lien amount & credit amount in my credit card. what should i do i can't understand please help me please.
