I have a salary account & i've been deducted with 500 inr + 90 inr (18% gst) as consolidated charges on aug 09, 2020. Please clear me with a valid on why 590 inr has been deducted as consolidated charges? And if it is unreasonably been deducted, i request for a full refund.

    I am sumit, i had axis bank credit card and in year 2014, and i made settlement in rs. 19800. Now i applied for home loan, and my banker need no dues certificate from axis bank because it is showing up in cibil

    When i ask axis bank escalation department they told me to clear my all dues than they will issue me n. D. C. Which is showing up as ~31000. I told them clearly that i had already settled this with bank but no resolution till date

      I have purchased 2 samsung mobile on Amazon with 12 months EMI, Due to some reasons i cancelled one the mobile within 10 minute. But as contacted to amazon, the customer care executive told me that they refunded the money to the credit card. But when i checked my credit card statement i see that both of my payments has been converted to emi.

        Hello sir/mam,

        I am varsha chore, this is an urgent complaint regarding fraudulent transactions via on my axis bank credit card for total inr 57090/- on the 11th june 2020 around 1.12 pm. Criminal called me and said i am calling from axis bank by reason of doing activation of my credit card, taken my personal details like name address and dob etc and done 5 transaction on my credit card. The details of these transactions are as below-
        Bank name-axis bank.
        Credit card no.-4514-*-*-4232.
        S/n trans date trans time trans amount
        1. 11/06/20 1.12pm 20236/- trans anlysis
        2. 11/06/20 1.17pm 10118/- trans analysis
        3.11/06/20 1.13pm 20236/- trans analysis
        4.11/06/20 1.23pm 1500/- paytm wallet
        5.11/06/20 1.20pm 5000/-yes bank

        My credit card block automatically after suspicious 5th transaction. Its to late i have raised my complain to customer care and they ask me to go nearest branch and fill dispute form and submit.
        Accordingly i have done it in axis bank fc road branch pune and immediately approved nearest cyber crime police station shivajinagar.
        I submitted my written complaint which they ask me.

        I request you to kindly help me with this issue asap. Please help to get my refund for the said amount at the earliest.

        Dear sir / madam,

        Unfortunately till date I have not received any positive feedback in favour of me from bank.

        Awaiting your positive feedback on my complaint. Requesting you pls look into this matter seriously.
        I am very much disappointed from Axis Bank's approach towards my complaint. They have simply kept their hands up and said it's customer liability & responding negative feedback on my complaint. Same type of transaction done on someone customer of axis bank and he got positive response from your side. Anyway, this is for your information and if possible for improvement in your complaint resolving process and attitude towards customer complaints at your end.

            This is with reference to the transaction ambiguity in Axis bank limited,
            Actually we have done Two transaction done on08.07.2020 each of Rs 32011.
            These Transaction is of EMI.
            but still these transaction is add in my statement, then afterwards i have contacted to axis bank customer care, They said that your transaction is converted in to EMI on dated 24th july'2020.& you have to pay only Rs2300.88 .
            Now we have have paid Rs 2300.88 on dated 30.07.2020.

            But still we are getting voice call & reminders taht your overdue is pending and please pay to continue services.
            Also they have charged me late payment fee of Rs 700/- without intimation.
            How this type of activity done by Axis bank, This is very ridiculous.
            Kindly look in to the matter & provide my refund and also clarify the EMI of above said transaction.

              I have replace my EDC machine from landline to GPRS machine, after exchange they gave me assurance that they will pick up my old machine and charges are not there for it
              After waiting for nearly 18 months no one has come to pick up machine and charges are debited from my account of both the machine regularly
              After a long complaining they took the machine but no charges took has been reversed till now, it's not my fault that they have not taken it
              Very fraud Bank axis is please ask higher authority to solve it, no one is listening in bank till now

                  Respected sir/madam,

                  To make payment of my referred credit card [protected] bill cheque of rs.155000/- bearing no.006449 dated 15th april 2020 drawn on kotak mahindra bank was dropped at axis bank's colaba branch cheq drop box.

                  However the cheque didn't get cleared from my account. I tried reaching to the customer care but due to lockdown i was unable to contact anybody.

                  On account of non clearance of cheque, i have been charged interest and penalty for no fault of mine. The cheque which was dropped is yet to be located and to be on safer side we have instructed our bank to stopped the clearance of the same. And issued a new cheque and cleared my outstanding you am check for your records i have always paid my dues on time and in full
                  As i write this email i have cleared all my outstanding and it stands nil and axis bank in these tough times with a genuine reason has charged me with ample amount of charges i have been pleading them and at last i have surrendered and paid but i would request everyone to avoid axis bank by all means as they are here just to stab customers

                      Hi, i am jayashankara a l. I have saving account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted 2743.50 rs (2325 + 418.50) on 09. Aug.2020 from my account written as consolidated charges. Like this last quarter also deducted. No proper response from customer service. How this amount being deducted?? Can you please help me to short out this matter??? Plz return me the whole amount 2743.50 rs (2325 + 418.50) without delay.

                        Savings account closed in order to open nro account.
                        But the amount in savings account is neither deposited in nro nor return back to us. It has been more than 90 days from the account has been closed. Trying to followup with the branch but no response.

                        We need the status of money from the saving account.
                        Fyi, i am in united states during this account closure still in usa. I have contact with the branch until account closure after that no on responding.

                          On july 4th, i deposited a 40000 rupees to my axis bank savings account. It got deducted with in a minute and my account is showing negative balance.
                          I thought it may be any technical issues.
                          The amount is not refunded till now.
                          I registered a complaint in axis bank customer support, but it is not yet solved.

                            I hold a salary account in axis and since oct 2019, every month i could see 500 rupees is deducted as consolidated charges and additional gst of 90 rupees. But in july 2020, i could see 2000 rupees as consolidated charges and 360 rupess as gst charges. It was total 6500 rupees and respective gst amount has been deducted from my account.

                            I would like to know the reason for the above charges made on my account.
                            I have tried calling the[protected] and[protected]Paid customer care), but no one would lift these numbers and that too these are chargeable 1 rupee/min.
                            Please resolve this and let me know the reason for this.

                                      I dnt understand the consolidated charges being deducted from my axis asap ac.
                                      Because i opened asap account to save money but i am getting charged every month under that heading with 18% gst again.
                                      If its deducted for not maintaining minimum balance on asap account than why because asap account as far as we all know was a zero balance account.
                                      I really want to know what this famous consolidated charges (For axisbank) is.

                                        I am not a happy cx.. Non of the representatives knows what happens they either want to finish of the chat or call.. You should train people on helping out cx.. I expect some professional representative to call me back..
