Posting the complaint over here - as there is no way to reach axis bank easypay customer care (Not sure if there is one).

I got the attached message on completion of mcd tax payment using axis easy pay gateway. The payment was made using upi and was successfully completed. On completion - the attached message poped up instead of the mcd receipt.

Upon login to mcd - it still says that the property tax is still...

I have received a call from axis bank in 3 year ago i just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis visa platinum card ending with 5092. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1899 for the same.
Hence in last 3years, pls cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. My customer id no. Is[protected]. I am waiting for confirmation of delation of this service and also refund...

I had made a transaction from my account to another account money transfer. Using imps, not sure why the transaction was marked as suspect. I have waiting 2 days but the status didn't changed.

I cannot believe you guys are looting us in midst of this pandemic .
I use card for paying in petrol pump so that i could earn some cashback.
But Axis bank has looted rs25.98 as a charge for using card in petrol pump.

I have salary account in axis bank. From last 10 years i am using this account for my all transactions to keep single platform. But every month i see 1000/ plus gst are debited without any notice. When i see their are no cash transaction limits crossed.
I don't find a reason why these charges were deducted from my account. Kindly help to resolve this issue....

One day I noticed my account balance is in minus. Then I tried to reach out to axis branch near my home location. They told me you have to maintain a minimum balance in your account if you left the job then after 6 months that salaried account will turned into savings account and for private bank you have to maintain 10k. But I informed them that I am still doing a job and using that as my salaried account then how can you charge me minus....

with reference to above, though i have requested multiple times for simply the statement of my car loan account but they are not ready to provide online giving the explaination of their policy that they cant provide online to the customer even though world is going online due to COVID-19.

Dear sir/madam,

Axis bank was deducted emi bounced charges which is scheduled every on 10th of every month. Bank was deducted 500/- + gst charges in month of june then i filled a complaint and submitted application to refund the same then after 5-6 days axis bank bank refund the deducted amount.
And i have already applied moratorium in merchant bank (Indian bank) but indian bank telling contact to axis bank and vice-versa.br...

Please rectify my complaint, without any intimation 1699/_ rupees were dabiet in my credit card account....
