I booked a flight ticket dated 26th august on 31st july, axis bank added charge as 715 inr on my account under name 'tips scg pos/31.07.20/airindia.in'. My account is salary account but still they have added the charge, could you please help to resolve

    Hello sir/mam,

    Today in the afternoon, my axis bank credit card has been debited by rs.1699/- in lieu of 'ecpp assistance service' without my any prior permission. At this juncture it is pertinent to mention that i do not want to avail any of this services. Kindly cancel my services and generate the refund for the same at the earliest possible time. I am attaching herewith the message that i received from my bank. Please find the message attached:

    Inr 1699 was spent on your credit card xx6935 on 14-jul-20 at ecpp assistance se. Avbl lmt:inr63608. Call [protected] (If in india) for dispute.

    Kindly credit the same balance of rs. 1699/- back to my bank account. Do not place any calls for the same, as i might be misleaded by someone.

      I am repeatedly getting SMS from AXIS direct to view POA for different different names.
      I do not hold any account with Axis Direct but still they are sending me SMS repeatedly.
      Please stop it i do not hold any account so please do not SMSand disturb me.
      In all this crisis situation you are harassing a citizen by sending repeated SMS

        I never opened Axis Direct account from my end. Suddenly I saw amount deducted from my savings account making my current balance nil.

        I simply want my money back and as I don't have much knowledge on this Axis direct. I would request to close such account. From past 4 years I am using Axis but never opened any Demat account. Don't understand why this amount was deducted. Need a proper justification

          I am afraid to say that i am really pissed with unwanted calls for free credit card from Axis Bank. I get more than 3 calls a day and when I categorically mentioned that i am not interested and remove my name and no from the list but they do not listen and just call. Please teach your executive that "Not interested means not interested". I will not say yes if i am not in need. I have other banks also but didn't get calls like this.

          Better focus on good work instead of this nonsense job. Also, please review your list every month and do add a column for someone not interested and hide that person's name and number. If this will continue i will close my account.

                I just got a brn-card-paymnet notification. A charge of ₹368 has been deducted from my debit card account which is linked to my axis credit card. The payment due date is for today i. E 4th of august and i don’t get why they would charge as i always pay my credit card bill on or before the due date. Which i am going to today itself and i have never missed a payment in my life....

                Hi,

                I decided and application filled to open up a new current account at geeta bhavan indore axis bank branch.. Informed that kit may take 7 to 10 days but we will email you internet banking details once the account opens, which may take 5 days to be active.
                Account opened after 10 days.
                Another 7 days after, informed internet banking details emailed and atm kit couriered from. Mumbai..
                After folliwing up daily since neither email received with internet banking details nor kit received.
                After another 7 days, bank raised there hands and adviced to call call centre.. Call centre informed no kit sent and only branch will provide you internet details... Said the atm will be despatched same day.. N sms will b sent the same day. No sms recieved. Next day informed.. No such despatch in system.. N if i will like to request for atm. I said thats wat i m dollowing. They said noted.. Then 590 debited. On asking bank.. They say.. I should not have said yes to them.. As double issued.. They themself adviced me to call centre! However.. On being asked about internet banking... Now they say today they will email to h. O! I am fed up withthe branch as my business totally got stuck.. Rwlying on their assurance... Pathetic n non apologetic behaviour totally different than the time of opening up the account wen they reached my home within hours time of my enquiey ro ipen up... I will advice nobody to open current account with axis bank... Now neither call centre.. Norwebchat or branch people r providing me sound information.. They have got the money credited the very first day...in fact 5 days before activating my account.. They got the money credited to bank account.. N not my to be account! Saying sir the money shall be deposited once the account open! I think they intentionally r not providing the banking details as a practice to keep money blocked of customers every month.

                  I had opened a savings account in axis bank. I asked for a student account and the banker opened my account instantly. But didn’t mention that i need to maintain 10k amb. That time i had 50k as i had deposit in clg and after 2 months when I deposited the clg fees and had 2-3k in my account, i got a message that money is deducted from account due to non maintenance of amb. I called the banker who opened my account, She told that I need to maintain amb. I asked her to close my account, she said u cannot close till 1 year. So I transferred my money and opened a student account in sbi. Now after 2 years even they aren’t closing my account saying i have to pay the negative balance to them. Which is a very big amount. Axis bank also knows how to loot money and doesn’t follow rbi guidelines. Please guide me to carry a case on axis bank since they are being unethical and not following the RBI Guidelines and looting lakhs of helpless people.

                      Two (2) fraudulent cash withdrawal transactions took place today morning dated 2nd Aug'20.
                      Transaction Nos: CASH-ATM/DPRH191002/9947 and CASH-ATM/DPRH191002/9948 at 7.15 am and 7.16 am respectively withdrawing Rs. 20, 000 in each transaction.
                      A total of Rs. 40, 000 cash has been fraudulently withdrawn.

                      At 7:22 hrs (after receiving the sms alert of these transactions), I made a call to Axis Bank and reported the crime. While reporting the crime, it was mentioned to me that there was another debit card existent on my name - of which off course I had no knowledge. Blocking action has thereafter been taken by the Axis Bank authorities. The registered complaint no. is : SAK[protected].

                      Please advise when can I get the amount credited back to my account?

                      Please be informed that an attempt at withdrawing cash was again made yesterday (3-Aug-2020).

                      If the bank authorities are aware of the ATM no. through which these transactions are made, why cannot the perpetrator be nabbed?

                      FIR application to UP Police is made. Application no. for the same is[protected].

                      Secondly, if Axis Bank made another debit card in my name - without my authorization, who would be culpable?

                              I am using fasttag at various tol plaza.
                              Suddenly on 28thjuly 2020, i got message that 615 rs is debited towards fastag adjustment entry. I dont know what it is for. No proper detail is present in the message. This is total cheating from bank side.

                                Posting the complaint over here - as there is no way to reach axis bank easypay customer care (Not sure if there is one).

                                I got the attached message on completion of mcd tax payment using axis easy pay gateway. The payment was made using upi and was successfully completed. On completion - the attached message poped up instead of the mcd receipt.

                                Upon login to mcd - it still says that the property tax is still pending.

                                Kindly help.

                                  I have received a call from axis bank in 3 year ago i just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis visa platinum card ending with 5092. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1899 for the same.
                                  Hence in last 3years, pls cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. My customer id no. Is[protected]. I am waiting for confirmation of delation of this service and also refund the money @1899 in last 3years and same month amount will be deducted form last 3yrs.

                                    I had made a transaction from my account to another account money transfer. Using imps, not sure why the transaction was marked as suspect. I have waiting 2 days but the status didn't changed.

                                    How long will it take to fix.

                                      I have applied for FASTAG on July 19 2020 and I haven't received any wallet information and the money is Debited from my Axis Bank account. No response and sheer carelessness from Axis etc team and Axis customer service team. When I call up call center, they tell me none of my details ( phone number, car number, email address) are registered with them. And then they say they will send service request on my phone number (which never happened), they asked me to submit RC and Pan card for registration of email addresses and when I submitted those, they are non responsive now. Pathetic treatment to long loyal customer of axis bank. Very disappointed.
