fake job offer

Hai,

This is manikandan,

Here i want to report the fake job from axis bank.

Some of the fraudsters using the reputed organization name "axis bank", asked for money to offer the job. Fraudsters using the name of axis bank, and also create some fake mail id and all which looks real as axis bank's mail id domain, from which they sent fake offer and ask for money to releasing offer letter.

not good & clear service

I was trying to renew my website domain and there has been a lot of delay in otp generation by axis bank. When i submit for resend otp, then they release the first requested otp & the transaction fails. Further, to raise any complaint, their toll-free number says you don't have sufficient balance to make this call. And now the otp's and vbv requested today came & disappeared from my mobile. Didn't understand how could that happen?...

I tried to transfer 26000 to pay my loan through upi transaction failed and money also deducted for three im trying to contact customer care they are transferring call but not responding. This kind of banks should ban by RBI....

axis bank atm money got debited from account 4 times

Address:Axis bank ATM Vijay Nagar Ghaziabad 201009

I went to the axis bank atm card.
I was having axis bank atm card and i put the atm card in the money and it didn't comes out from the atm. On screen it comes collect your card but card did not comes out from machine.
And amount 40000 debited from the account 4 times ten thousand (10000). I complain to the customer care of axis bank till now no action is taken please help me...

Myself (Durga shankar das) have deposited rs:75000 to open a new accont on 16th june 2020 as advised by axis banker "mr srikanta mandal" (Baghajatin branch) to open a prestige account minimum balance is required more than 50000 and account will be opened within 4-48 hrs, where as after several physical follow ups (5 times) and interference by bank manager mr. "pinaki sen" anyhow my account opened on 26th june 2020 till the time the money...

On 29th Feb, 2020. there is a deduction @1799 due to One assist services.
I haven't used any services and also not will to receive services from your team. So please deactivate my one assist service account and refund the same amount as soon as possible....

Failed transaction and no revert on Easypay payment gateway

I did a transaction on Easypay payment gateway on SDMC website on June 28th 2020 using Phonepe. Transaction ID from Phonepe is P2006282038091697622128.

The payment succeeded on phonepe but failed at easypay end. I got the following message.

axis bank fraud calls

Hi team,

Daily i am getting 6-7 times calls from axis bank. I have priority customer account of axis bank.
But due to these calls i am getting harassed mentally. They called me bad timings like when i am sleeping, so its disturbing also.

Can you please register complain against spam calls, so i would live happy.

Giving you some numbers of those calls, might be helpful for tracking such...

Not deducting my last installment

I purchased a tv from flipkart using axis bank debit card on 6 installment.
My last installment should be deducted in april 2020. April, may gone but bank did not deducted the installment amount. I did not requested for moratorium, why bank is not deducting the last installment amount. Without intimation o[censored]ser can a bank set a moratorium period and charge interest for those period....

one assist services

I recently went through my bank statement to find out that my account has been debited by rs 1599 for "one assist services," on 18/02/2020. This was achieved by means of a manipulative call. I need the bank to cancel this service and refund my money at the earliest instance....

Debit card

I applied for my design debit card on 9th June 2020. The bank deducted 295 for it but till now I haven't received it. On asking the customer care they say there is no card applied...
