Sir/madam, i have purchased credit card from axis bank on 10.08.2018.in 20.08.2018 i have received message from ecpp assistance for your credit card account statement of rs. 2199 with due date 05 may 2020 is generated and will reach you shortly. Min amt due rs. 110, without my permission one assist charged 2199/- from my credit card account after that i have called one assist complaint number for cancellation of my insurance policy and refund the amount there is no response from one assist kindly cancel the policy and does not deduct any amount form my account.

Sir/Madam, I have purchased Credit card from AXIS Bank on 12.06.2020 i have received message from ECPP Assistance for your Credit card account statement of Rs. 2199 with due date 05 may 2020 is generated and will reach you shortly.     I had put the checque of rs 40000/ to wards the axis bank credit card payment viz card no [protected] at axis bank drop box at vidya nagar, bhopal, madhyapradesh 462026. Subsequently
    1) message received from my bank
    That checque no 889391 of saving account, for rs 40000/- fvg lic credit card no 4611 presented for clearing.
    2) message received from bank that my saving account debited by rs 40000/-by checque no 889391dt 06.04.2020on 13.04.2020
    So far the amount is not adjusted against my lic credit card [protected]
    I am receiving message from axis bank on my mobile no [protected], that payment is overdue pls pay though i have already made the payment.

    for my credit card payment, my checque no 889391 dtd 06.04.2020of amount RS 40000/- FVG LIC CREDIT CARD NO 4611 was presented for clearling at OBC, BHOPAL,
    Subsequently my account was debited by INR 40000/- on 13.04.2020
    now as on today my credit card statement of no [protected] still shows outstanding amount, the said cheque is not yet adjusted against my credit card out standing amount.

      I got sms notification at today night 1 and 2 O clock about unauthorised transaction from PUR/KFC 126 PP APP/Quito of 3042. 66 rs and and another from PUR/KFC 034 PP APP/Guayaquil of 3819.22 rs.. I called customer care but they said call branch next morning it seems to be a scam

          Hi Sir/Maam

          This is to inform you that I have not received my credit card for the application which approved on 10 March. I am writing this letter to request you to please close my account or dispatch my credit card else no one should be given any kind of authorization to use my card in any case.

          I dont any customer id / Card pin to access my statements i am not block card as i don't have full card details i can not access axis mobile app without generating card pin.

          Its been almost 1 month 15 days i am following up Axis customer care/Emails/ raising complaints / complaining on consumer forum
          No action taken.

          I request you to kindly close my account with your bank. Your immediate action against this letter will be highly appreciated. If you have any questions related to this problem, feel free to contact me.

          i have received a statement where in 500 Card charges are added and due date is 5 may, as i dont have my card & net banking i am not able to pay any thing, Kindly provide me assurance to remove all interest charges from my axis card

            Hi team,

            I have applied axis bank credit card 2 months back. After some days i have received a message that the application has declined.

            Now on today april 16, 2020, i have received a message that the credit card statement generated for the current month and the amount is 590 rupees.

            This is ridiculous and even i have not received any call for the card handover by the courier person.

            Please help on this issue. I'm not ready to pay this amount as i'm not aware that the card has dispatched and delivered to me.

              Hi sir/ Mam,

              I am a savings bank account holder (account no- [protected] ) in your esteemed organisation.

              In oct, 2018, . I had subscribed for a service from Justdial (indiaIdeas.com) for rs 4720 per month for a 12 month period, from oct 2018 to oct 2019.

              This amount of rs 4720 was being charged through ECS mandate which i had signed and given to justdial (indiaIndias.com) representative for the 12 month period, from oct 2018 to oct 2019.

              Even after completing of these 12 months on OCT 2019, the said amount is still being allowed by the bank to be deducted each month on 15th or 16th day of each month through the same ECS, which had expired on oct 2019 itself.

              Justdial has stated that the customer can get the ECS cancelled through bank branch, and hence many customers of the justdial who were stuck in the same scenario followed this and got their justdial indiaIndia.com ECS mandate cancelled through their respective banks.

              Hence, today i visited the axis bank branch of sector 32 C Chandigarh and the staff there appeared knowledge-less on how to stop these unauthorized ECS deductions. They didnt know that icici, kotak mahindra and sbi provides their customers ECS CANCELLATION options in even net banking.

              Those banks who dont have this option, they have ECS CANCELLATION FORM, which many Justdial victims used and got respite from these unauthorised deductions.

              ALL these options, sector 32 chandigarh branch officials (clueless branch head and his subordinates) said, are not available in the axis bank, which is not possible as i have known many axis bank customers who have got their ECS ended through bank.

              i have already emailed seevral times to the axis bank team and there is no concrete reply from their end.

              Again 15th of the month is approaching and again, i fear the unauthorized transaction would be done to deduct my hard earned money from this axis bank account..

              kindly take action and cancel these unauthorized ECS mandates asap, otherwise i would be left with no option but to close down my axis bank savings account.

              kamaljeet from sector 44C branch had contacted me on 21 April and had told me that he would share a form through email with me and he would also inform the sector 32 branch to accept this form for ECS stoppage.

              I am still waiting for that form or any confirmation from kamaljeet.

                I have axis bank flipkart credit card which had limit of rs 62000 but bank decrease my limit to rs 10000 without any notice and reason. I using this card with good spending from one year. And every bill on time. Even my credit score is excellent. But bank still reduce the credit card limit to rs 10000 from rs 62000. I want to take action again against axis bank andi will send them legal notice too. Please solve my this issue as soon as possible.

                  I had spoken to the axis bank team in december 2019 regarding my downgrading my account.
                  In order to avoid extra charges, i downgraded from burgundy account to normal savings account. They asked me cancel the credit card too which i did.

                  Now, on april 16, inr 3540 is debited from my account as debit card charges for the previous account where as i had confirmed from them (Axis bank, sarat bose branch in kolkata) that no additional charges to be deducted after this.

                  On the axis bank app too, my debit card is downgraded and has a different name (Which is international debit card and i am charged for burgundy debit card), then why is the money deducted for the previous card.

                  I applied for for Axis Bank My Design Debit Card on 5th June, 2020. The issuance fee has been debited and yet after 3 months, I still haven't received my card. Debit Card Customer service didn't help either after calling 3 times, neither they refund my money.

                            Today i use my account for a transaction and i see that my account has a debit of rs 39250 and my account show a balance of rs 98200 which i had to pay.
                            No transaction show in the account wht would be debited and i check my credit card profile it show there is no credit card balance as bank debit all of my money to credit card account.
                            As rbi guidelines no money or emi debited from march to may.
                            I request to give me the time for 2 months and i will pay my all payment.
                            Plzzz give my balance back as lockdown from covid 19 after that i pay the full amount to bank.

                                Hi

                                I just open a current account with axis bank with amb of 10, 000 which has been maintained from feb which the account was open. On 11th of april i got charge for almost 1400 rs with tax and i don't know what the hell is the charge for. I called the bank no response and it's not possible to reach the bank right due to lockdown. I just need help cos now the amb is not upto 10000 again and i don't even have money to pay and i just want the 1400 refund back immediately.

                                      Longtime ago around 6 months ago I have requested for Closing of saving account with Axis at Nigdi Branch, But still now account has not closed. So please close the account as soon as possible. Why account is not closed yet?

                                        I have the following queries.
                                        1. I have availed home loan in 2013 with interest rate of 10.25 % and presently rate has been decreased, either tenure of loan will be reduced or emi
                                        2. There is not any proper response from your branch staffs, they are just giving very big advice to contact on toll free no which has never given any result.
                                        3. There is not any proper communication before debiting from my account.
                                        4. Many times amount has been debited without any proper reasons and there is not any proper response from nearest branch at the time of enquiry.
                                        5.in this present scenario due to this corona all the banks have been stopped to deduct emi for 3 or 4 months plz update me the same.
                                        6. Today also some amount has been debited but not communicated to us
