I team,

Today i got message form axis bank is this month my eml will cut double. I have not ask for any movement. I am every month paying my said eml without nay delay.

Can u please look intot this issue.

This is some type of fraud going on if not resolved i have to do police complaint as this will affect my life. I am not able to pay more amount.

    Hi,

    I've taken personal loan with axis bank for the tenure of 2 years. I almost completed 14 months emi and balance is ongoing.

    Due to this covid lockdown in india, rbi instructed banks to offer moratorium on the loans & emi for 3 months. But it is optional for the consumer and who wants to avail the facility they can avail it.

    On 03-april-20, i got a text message from axis bank and following is the content.

    "dear customer, in accordance with the requirements of rbi guideline on covid-19 regulatory package, if you wish to avail the moratorium with respect to payment of installments pertaining to your personal loan account xxxx5266 for april'2020 and may'2020. Please submit your request at https://www.axisbank.com/avail-moratorium-on-bank-emi"

    In the above text message content it is very clear that if i wish to avail the moratorium i can avail it. There is no further information / instructions by axis bank on this moratorium subject by sms / email.

    But it seems axis bank had put default moratorium on my personal loan which i have not requested as i don't have financial impact. My emi is on 5th of every month but still the emi is not deducted from my account.

    During this moratorium period interests were added to my outstanding and loan tenure will be extended for further 3 months. Which i am very much aware so that i am interested to opt for moratorium. But opting default moratorium on consumers without their concern is not a good way of business.

    On this subject, i have contacted my loan executive (Mr vinod) on 06-apr-20 and he connected me with his manager mr punyaslok chatterjee. During my conversation with mr punyaslok chatterjee he confirmed that there are back end works are going on for loan emi's and your emi will be deducted within 2 - 3 days as there will not be any default moratorium. Also there is no interests or extension of tenure will be charged.

    Since i have not requested for moratorium on my emi's, i am not liable for any interests, penalties or extension of loan tenure on my personal loan account xxxx5266.

    I request axis bank to take immediate action on this complaint.

      Dear sir,
      I have saving account as well as demat account in axis bank. Last one month i am trying to do online share trading, but i couldn't do it till today..
      As per the available detail on website, i am sending email to [protected]@axisdirect.in.
      My trading account was disabled so they activated it.. But when i started share trading i couldn't buy shares because i cannot hold the fund limit.. I have deposited almost 8 lacs in my saving account to buy share. So there is no issue of fund in my account..
      I again wrote to helpdesk, but the problem is not resolved even after 15 days of correspondence (Attached below). They were saying, there is no issue with my account and telling us to contact customer care nos.. Nobody is answering on customer care nos. I also wrote email to compliance officer of axis direct, but all has gone in vain. Three days back they informed us that the problem is with axis bank account and not with axis bank direct. I had to write to nodal officer of axis bank. I have sent email to him (Attached below) but no response since past three days.
      I have lost opportunity of investing in stock market because it's gone up by almost 14% in last three days. Its a big loss to me.
      I request you to help me in starting online trading in stock market. I also request you to help me to get compensation from axis bank for the financial loss i had because of the delays and non cooperation and irresponsible behavior of axis bank officers.

      I am not getting any positive reply. The stock market is going up everyday. i have lost the chance of investing in stock.. At present i am having loss of @ 150000 Rs.
      Please note that i will definitely take legal action for the financial losses and mental stress i am going through. Nobody will be spared.
      i don't have your demat team no. Please provide direct ( Mobile)contact no. Nobody is picking up on customer care, Or please inform your Demat team to call on my no. [protected]. Please resolve it urgently. I am loosing so much.

        तो क्या अब axis बैंक वालो को ओर कोई काम नही रहा जो ऐसे कुछ भी charge लगा रहे है।

        ये में पहला complaint करने वाला नही हु जिसके साथ ऐसा हुआ है।

          Till 3 days running my salary account block. I don't know what is the actual problem . 4 times I called customer care but no other solution. 12th April my 50% salary will come. But my account blocked.
          So,

            There is a employee named pinkesh in axis bank ltd in saharanpur branch. This guy talks in a very inproper way and also you to misbehave in phone call and also this guy has put my number in a black list.
            I am glad to see to that private sector banks employee are talking in such rude manner with their customers.
            I want bank to take strict actions againt the person asap.

              Sir, I don't pay my loan over due in one time so I request to bank please give me minium emi monthly and remove lien in my account please my humble request to you please 🙏 give me chance to claer loan I m intrested to pay but in monthly emi basis if possible emi auto debit direct my account or credit card monthly bill my customer ID is[protected] resolve the lien and give me chance to pay I already mail axis customer care and also going to bank branch but thay don't give proper answer also thay say to me we don't know about it it's direct by higher post so please contact customer care and customer care said go to branch it is ok but I have to pay but thay said please pay total amount I can't pay total due in one time

                Hi,

                Axis bank is forcing people to take this moratorium, non of its customer cares are available, non of its email id is available & non of its link or sites are working giving errors & they have kept both the option means we you have to opt in then also go and select the option if opt out go and select the option & when i select opt out its giving and non of the msg facility is working

                  I had opened an axis asap account on 01st may 2019 and had submitted all documents, pan, aadhar as well. I had also deposited 1k to be eligible for the welcome offer. Then in last year, i deposited the money multiple times. Now on 9th april they suddenly closed my account with any concern email or phone call. Info: asap anniversary closure - kyc not compl indicating that my account had been closed without my permission. The new online grievance submission system is a joke as it has only predefined complaints that you can submit. Kindly look into the issue on an urgent basis and refund the money or reopen my account.

                    I am unable to generate password using forget password. It gives me invalid credentials error even for valid login id(customer id).
                    I can not talk to customer care or chat online due to Covid-19 lock down.

                        My amount of 44000 went in lien amount as may not have paid the dues.
                        My father passed in feb and being a single child daughter i'm already in trouble stuck in vizag as belong to pune, maharashtra.

                        I'll pay the dues right away once the lien amount got released. Please help & remove the lien amount.

                            Have a salary a/c in axis bank bangalore branch, as informed by bank while opening the account debit, credit & demat account were free of cost & no charges will be levied on them as it is a salary account. Today (8th april 2020) i got a sms from axis bank informing that rs-774.66 has been debited from my account for consolidated dp charges. But i didn't buy / sell any stocks from this a/c, so why this dp charged? I demand proper justification with all brake up of dp charge from axis bank. I want to stop this.

                            Hi.

                            I have switched my salary account from ICICI Bank to Axis bank and i got my salary credited to axis bank.
                            But in my axis salary account nearly RS 885 is debited towards axisdirect.

                            Please let me know why these money debited to axisdirect and if it not possible to solve this i will going to
                            close this axis bank account and will going to switch my salary account to ICICI bank

                              Hi i have received from axis bank credit card rasta peth branch a call for cc.
                              I asked them to issue a card and i received a card almost one month later.
                              I received a call regarding verification and cvv no. It was fraud and submitted a complaint and requested to block the card. Stll every time a new card is issued by option of block and replace.

                              I dont want the card again and kindly block the one issued yesterday.

                              i have received the text message saying-thanks for activating Axis Credit Card. whereas i have not activated my card. if any transactions take place and money gets deduct, Axis bank will be responsible for this as i have not physically received the card as well.

                                Dear sir
                                Complaint:
                                After 2 months of depositing money (About rs 28 lakhs) in your dindoshi , goregaon east, branch, for opening two ppf accounts one in name of my wife anju agrawal, and other in name of my daughter shruti agrawal, till today, we did not got intimation of account opening, as per details given below..
                                Details are as follows:

                                On 5 th february, 2020, for opening of ppf accounts (Transfer from old account in bank of india), following two application forms were submitted along with banker cheques.

                                1. Anju agrawal (Customer id [protected] we have submitted application to your dindoshi branch, goegaon east, for opening ppf account on 5 th february , we have given dully filled forms along with cheque of rs 21, 30, 938/- (Twenty one lakhs thirty thousand nine hundred thirty eight), cheque was realized in your account.
                                2. Shruti agrawal (Customer id [protected] we have submitted application to your dindoshi branch, goegaon east, for opening ppf account on 5 th february , we have given dully filled forms along with cheque of rs 6, 94, 606 - (Six lakhs ninty four thousands six hundred six only), cheque was realized in your account.
                                When we approached dindoshi branch, it was told to us that accounts will be opened by hyderabad regional office of axis bank. They do not open account.
                                When we gave money, it was told within one week, accounts will be opened.
                                We found branch staff keep writing reminder emails to concerned staff, but no result.
                                There were few corrections, those all were sorted out.
                                We are worried about our investment.
                                It is clear case of delay and lethargy & carelessness at your staff either in hyderabad office or in mumbai branch,
                                even after 2 months account is not opened, we even do not know, whether we will get yearly interest on ppf accounts.
                                We have number of time visited branch and personally inquired with branch manager and processing staff, ms archana with no result so far.
                                Kindly look into this matter and issue suitable instructions for opening of account. We are worried about our money, as there is no written communication from bank about our investment, what happened to our money.

                                  I have received following message, which says
                                  Message at 9:36 am -
                                  Hello! Your a/c no.... Has been debited by rs. 118 on 17march2020. The a/c balance is rs. *. Info: sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop. Call [protected] (If in india) if you have not done this transaction.

                                  I have not issued any such mandate.
                                  Could you please help me to understand what is going on? And if it's a fake something could you please stop it immediately.

                                  I have not issued such any mandatory
                                  Could you make me to understand this situation, whether this is fake or not.if it is fake can you take some actions

                                      I am an axis bank customer. I have some emi against axis neo credit card. But now in april20 it is showing feb20 emi is not paid. But i have already paid in 13march, 2020. I have tried to contact over call/chat service but failed. Several time message axis bank fb official page but no resolution yet. Please have a look into this matter and resolve it urgently.

                                      I have Checked the link and I have found that it is showing feb20 EMI amount is 9792 under total amount due, due date 1st April, 2020. And I have paid this amount on 13th March, 2020. This payment is showing under unbilled amount.
                                      Now, in axis mobile banking it is showing I have to pay feb2020 EMI again. Why I have to pay the feb20 bill again when I have already paid for it? It should be march2020 bill . Please resolve the issue urgently. I have attached supporting documents.

                                      I have a salary account in axis bank. And suddenly in the late night got the message with debit of amount 885 INR. Do not understand the reason of debit. I want full justification om this. If Disappointed with such careless behavior from Axis.

                                        personal loan emi not getting deducted

                                        Hi,

                                        This is sumeet deshpande residing in hyderabad.

                                        Below is my personal loan agreement number with axis bank ppr[protected].
                                        Took a personal loan of 5 lakh rupees
                                        My registered mobile number is [protected] and email id is [protected]@gmail.com

                                        My first emi should get deducted on 5th april 2020. There is no response from bank.

                                        All loan centers are closed....
