Dear sir/madam,
I am having savings account in my axis bank close to my home, yesterday my axis bank savings account has been debited by consolidated charges for 150 rupees & also a [protected]@18% on this charge for 27 rupees also has been debited from my axis bank savings account as on 11/april/2020 in the morning of 11/april/2020, now i am maintaining an average monthly balance of 10, 000 rupees every month and every year plus i donot have any credit-cards or debit-cards of axis bank now i want full refund of 150 rupees + 27 rupees in my account at the earliest so i want my axis bank to refund 177 rupees (150+27 rupees) in my axis bank savings account-number-[protected] at the earliest, my axis bank account-number-is [protected].

i did not want any money from axis bank now & i am withdrawing my complaint against AXIS BANK FOREVER BECAUSE IT APPEARS THAT AXIS BANK WILL NOT BE REFUNDING MY HARD EARNED MONEY IN FUTURE AND AXIS BANK IS A HOPELESS BANK WITH HOPELESS & UNWORTHY STAFF & ITS HOPELESS-WORKING POLICIES, THANKS & REGARDS, NIDHI VIG.

i have always maintained more than minimum average monthly balance in my axis bank savings bank account since 2009-ie, the time of opening my savings bank account in the YEAR-2009 & month-JANUARY-2009.     I have a saving account with axis bank on 11th april 2020 they have deducted 350+63 gst charges from my account and writting only consolidated charges.
    Kindly help me to know why these charges deducted from my account without my knowledge.
    I am using this account since long time but before deduction bank should inform to the customer that you are going to deduct some charges. I am suddenly check my account as my emi will be gone on 10th due to this deduction my emi can be bounced. Then i have to pay emi bounce charges becuase of non information from bank.

      I don't use axis Direct at all. Then why the hell did you deduct 845.31 rupees from my account without my permission. I need my money back as soon as possible. Or else I will try to expose this in social media with my full statement. I need my money tomorrow as I have personal needs.

        Dear axis bank support team,

        In my axis saving account they deduct consolidated charges rs. 770 plus gst 18% rs. 139...and account balance also gone -700rs. Overall they deduct 1600rs. Usually they took 8rs consolidated charges. Now why they deduct these much of amount... How I reverse these amount?

          Hi, i have a axis bank saving bank account but when i checked my account they had deducted 2850 and 18% gst on that as consolidated charges and they are charging 2500 as cheque return ach without informing. Please tell me what should i do to get my money back. This problem is from past four months they are just deducting amount as they wish and without giving us any knowledge. If i have taken emi moratorium issued by the finance company still they have deducted 2500 as cheque return ach charges. If they are deducting thousands of rupees how will we able to survive on this situation. Axis bank request you to check on this revert the money back

          But the amount debited for me is Rs.2865 plus Rs.505 GST For just non maintenance charges how can they deduct so much . I would request to give us proper info on this or revert back the money if it's faulty

            I have an SB account in Axis Bank with minimum maintenance of 5000 /-. I am maintaining the balance continuously, but yesterday they are debited as "consolidated charger ac -1196.48/-"&"GST @18% on charges-215/-" they are debited from my account. So there is an any option to refunded of my money.

                Hi i'm mahesh working in vibgyor high haralur road (Bangalore).. Axis bank salary account holder.
                I'm writing this with lots of patience and frustration.
                This is regarding my salary account blockage which you people (Axis) have done due to non payment of credit card bill. You have blocked my salary account from past 3month where you are not allowed to do that. And closed all way of communication to solve this.
                When i called customer care number, executive will say i should contact branch and if i contact branch they will say i have to contact customer care. What the hell your service is. And you people will show sentimental tvc's in tv.
                You people deducting my full salary from past two month. Once customer care executive said pay 20k then only my salary account will release. You deducted 20k (January). When i contacted customer care they said i should pay 11k then only my salary account will release. But next month (February) you people deducted 21k from my salary account. The very next day you charged 2k interest also.
                If i contact anyone from axis bank they will say we can't do anything. What the hell is this. If you do like this what should i do for my life and what should i do to feed my family. And if you block my account like that how can i do transaction, pay your bills and i have other bills to pay also. If you people only deduct all my salary. What about my other commitment.
                *apart from that the are putting consolidated charges of 500rs

                  I am sufiyan sayyed holding an account in axis bank. The account that i am holding is a salary account since last 2 years. From last 2 months the bank is charging me consolidation charges.in the month of march 2020 they charged me rs 700 and this month they charged me rs 527 and my account is also showing the balance in minus of rs 92.78.

                    Hi,

                    I have an salary account in axis bank, while i was looking at the account summary then i got to know that they have deducted 4177.50 and plus 18% gst i. E. 751.95 in the name of consolidated charges for a/c.

                    What the hell is going on, in the name of charges they are deducting money like anything. The same incident has happened earlier but i didn't action on it. This time this is absolutely ridiculous.

                    100's - 200's can be under-stable but 5000 rs in the name charges not digestive.

                    I request to consumer department please help me for the same. They are thugs in the name of bank.

                        Hi team,

                        In two years you have charged me around 15000/- inr just in the name of account charges. Why? Also no where in the account details you have mentioned that you are going to charge xyz amount because you haven't maintain the minimum balance. That's why few days back i have transferred around 12k amount but today you deducted all the amount from my account.

                        I want full refund of my money. Please refund my money it can't be the case that without informing the customer you are deducting the hard earn money.

                              payment made but not reflecting in my credit card

                              I made a complete outstanding payment in the month of march for my axis bank credit card which should have brought the balance to 0/-. But that is not posted on the account. Moreover they have messaged me about a new statement being generated for the month of april. The payment was made through net banking on 16th march in the amount of 1024/- with a transaction id of hga1p05cc[protected]. This has to be fixed as my balace should be 0/* but...

                                  I've taken personal loan with axis bank for the tenure of 2 years. I almost completed 14 months emi and balance is ongoing.

                                  Due to this covid lockdown in india, rbi instructed banks to offer moratorium on the loans & emi for 3 months. But it is optional for the consumer and who wants to avail the facility they can avail it.

                                  On 03-april-20, i got a text message from axis bank and following is the content.

                                  "dear customer, in accordance with the requirements of rbi guideline on covid-19 regulatory package, if you wish to avail the moratorium with respect to payment of installments pertaining to your personal loan account xxxx5266 for april'2020 and may'2020. Please submit your request at https://www.axisbank.com/avail-moratorium-on-bank-emi"

                                  In the above text message content it is very clear that if i wish to avail the moratorium i can avail it. There is no further information / instructions by axis bank on this moratorium subject by sms / email.

                                  But it seems axis bank had put default moratorium on my personal loan which i have not requested as i don't have financial impact. My emi is on 5th of every month but still the emi is not deducted from my account.

                                  During this moratorium period interests were added to my outstanding and loan tenure will be extended for further 3 months. Which i am very much aware so that i am interested to opt for moratorium. But opting default moratorium on consumers without their concern is not a good way of business.

                                  On this subject, i have contacted my loan executive (Mr vinod) on 06-apr-20 and he connected me with his manager mr punyaslok chatterjee. During my conversation with mr punyaslok chatterjee he confirmed that there are back end works are going on for loan emi's and your emi will be deducted within 2 - 3 days as there will not be any default moratorium. Also there is no interests or extension of tenure will be charged.

                                  Since i have not requested for moratorium on my emi's, i am not liable for any interests, penalties or extension of loan tenure on my personal loan account xxxx5266.

                                  I request axis bank to take immediate action on this complaint.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I have saving account as well as demat account in axis bank. Last one month i am trying to do online share trading, but i couldn't do it till today..
                                    As per the available detail on website, i am sending email to [protected]@axisdirect.in.
                                    My trading account was disabled so they activated it.. But when i started share trading i couldn't buy shares because i cannot hold the fund limit.. I have deposited almost 8 lacs in my saving account to buy share. So there is no issue of fund in my account..
                                    I again wrote to helpdesk, but the problem is not resolved even after 15 days of correspondence (Attached below). They were saying, there is no issue with my account and telling us to contact customer care nos.. Nobody is answering on customer care nos. I also wrote email to compliance officer of axis direct, but all has gone in vain. Three days back they informed us that the problem is with axis bank account and not with axis bank direct. I had to write to nodal officer of axis bank. I have sent email to him (Attached below) but no response since past three days.
                                    I have lost opportunity of investing in stock market because it's gone up by almost 14% in last three days. Its a big loss to me.
                                    I request you to help me in starting online trading in stock market. I also request you to help me to get compensation from axis bank for the financial loss i had because of the delays and non cooperation and irresponsible behavior of axis bank officers.

                                    I am not getting any positive reply. The stock market is going up everyday. i have lost the chance of investing in stock.. At present i am having loss of @ 150000 Rs.
                                    Please note that i will definitely take legal action for the financial losses and mental stress i am going through. Nobody will be spared.
                                    i don't have your demat team no. Please provide direct ( Mobile)contact no. Nobody is picking up on customer care, Or please inform your Demat team to call on my no. [protected]. Please resolve it urgently. I am loosing so much.
