I have my savings account marked dormant probably in november last year; for not initiating any transaction for more than 18 months. When I visited Axis Branch today (april 2020), I was told to pay rs. 6900 (rs. 300 per month for 23 months of no transaction) + 18% GST on top of the negative amount of -720 showing in savings balance.
I think there is a mistake as its not as per RBI regulation. I'm looking for solutions. Axis bank please fix this.

      On 24th march 2020, my daughter had reported a a suspected fraudulent transaction through upi carried out on 13th march 2020 from her #axis_bank savings account for a significant amount of money.

      The case was not addressed at all and she continued to get some auto-generated mail about the scope of service during covid19. It clearly said fraudulent transaction is something that will be addressed with no action was taken

      So she again raised the complaint on 13th april. On 18th april, she got a reference no. And was asked to send in a bunch of documents including dispute form. She sent all the required documents on 20th april by replying to the original mail.

      She now got a mail stating, that she has reached the credit card department and needs to again raise her issues through the support site.

      She then took this up with the nodal officer on 20th april for no proper resolution being given in one months time.

      Till date, there has not been any resolution or communication from anyone including the nodal officer.

      And now, on 30th april 2020, today her debit card got blocked without either any information to her or her consent.

      On calling the tolled customer service no, she is informed that at neither can the card be unblocked nor can a new card be issued to her now

      The customer service agent swetha advised her to go to the nearest #axis_bank branch for a resolution since they cant do anything about it.

      So besides, not addressing the fraud issue, #axis_bank went ahead and created another issue for the customer!!

      Not sure, which world the bank is in since they don't seem to be aware of the movement rules during covid-19.

      I for sure will be moving all my accounts and investments out from #axis_bank as soon as possible but i would like to alert my friends about how pathetic and customer unfriendly #axis_bank is!!!

        They’ve not deducted personal loan emi as per standard instructions and asked me to pay overdue with penalties. How can you do this in first emi?
        Also there is no option for me to pay emi amount before the date to avoid penalty that means i’ve to always pay emi with penalty only?

        No contact support with loan contact number die to covid and no support from anywhere.

          Bank had wrongfully deducted charges of Rs 8000 during this pandemic time period based on false premises, which turn my balance amount to 0 Rs, and they are not cooperating in any way .

              transaction failure, but amount not refunded

              I made a online transaction from my sbi account [protected] on 27.04.2020 for rs. 12435 to assembly of god church school account. I made this transaction through axis easy pay with payment mode sbi internet banking, but the transaction is failed, vide urn[protected] and the amount is deducted from my account but not credited to the school account. Still the amount is not refunded to my sb account....

                Axis bank demat account number [protected] with dp id 13027500 is migrated to axis securities limited with demat account number [protected]
                .. I opened my salary account on 2016.. I wasnt aware of the demat account because it came free with savings account.. Suddenly on april 5, 2020 they charged me an amount of 885rs for axis direct annual charges.. I wasn't informed that they would charge for the account i didn't wanted..
                When i enquired via mail they told me that my demat account has been moved to axis securities.. That's not my concern.. I didn't open the demat account.. I didn't want it.. Stop looting people for your greed..

                  Hi,

                  I have a salary account with axis bank, my account has been put in lein against my credit card. I was delayed in making my payment due to a medical emergency and the lien was applied without my knowledge. I had constantly kept the collection team in loop bout the delay.
                  I got to know about this 1 week ago when i was checking my account details. I have been trying to contact the bank but no luck as there is a lock down. I managed to get the number of my corporate salary account manager. He has been trying to help me but according to him he is unable to get through to anyone in the collection/risk department.
                  I am facing a medical emergency at home and it is imperative that this lien is taken off. I have been a customer fofr more than 5 years and have used multiple products and this is the result i get. Very disappointing.

                  Im thinking ill share this with all the news channels and let them know how axis bank treats even their corporate clients who are loyal to them.

                    Today i tryed depositing 49000 into the cdm machine and i received a receipt that 1 note is retained by bank and rest of the 48500 note want to submit. My 1 note is not came back from the cdm machine, i have call the customer care to lodge a complaint but the customer service representative is not not available due covid-19 pandemic.
                    What can i do to lodge a complaint.

                          I hold a car loan account (Account no.:[protected] with sbi for which emi is deducted from my axis bank account (Account no: [protected]).in this month emi of inr 9730 is deducted from my axis bank account twice on 17/04/2020 and 21/04/2020. But only the amount deducted on 21/04/2020 is reflecting in sbi loan account.

                          Kindly, check the issue and reverse the amount because i am having financial crisis during this lockdown period.

                            I'm customer in axis bank jp nagar bangalore, i have been issue a cheque to hdfc bank to clear my home loan, they rejected my cheque with signature differ, they sent message like to confirm clearing of the cheque, kindly sms to 5676782 before 11.30 am. However i sent the message before 11:30 a. M, i've received message like dear customer due to technical issue your response could not be recorded please contact to your home branch.
                            Even they dint call to me for confirmation please help me

                              I applied for an education loan through vidya lakshmi on april 14, 2020. I wasted almost an hour to fill out the form and submit. After dropping mails, tweets, and what not to axis bank, i have been getting the same # templatized answers.
                              They are using covid-19 as an excuse for their lackadaisical approach towards such important services like study loans.

                              This is a matter of my admissions at one of the most prestigious colleges in india and the world. If i lose this admission due to this reason, i will make it my life mission to escalate this matter to the last level possible.

                              My loan status is "prima facie eligible" for all the three loans and following are the details

                                    Statement not received and even lockdown bank charged me intrest of amount how can i pay during lock down??

                                      Axis bank has become a place where they cheat customers, i have a savings account in which my salary is credited every month, today i woke up to see that my account has gone to negative during quarantine times, it’s absolutely despicable that due to no maintenance of minimum balance they will pull off charges like this without even calling the customer, immediate action should be taken against them as you can’t put an account to negative as per r. B. I guidelines. All their customer service is off due to covid 19. Horrible experience.
