Address: Tulsi puja r/h block A1 kalanagar dindori road Nashik

I have account in axis bank since 2017. I have never requested them for demat account/services. But, yesterday (4th april) 885rs got deducted as axis direct charges from my account. I never used demat services before. I tried contacting axis customer service but due to lockdown, the services are temporarily unavailable. Please help me to get my deducted money back.

    On 4 april axis bank debited 955 on my account for demat at this time when indian need help as they known how middle class people will adjust. I never use a demat in axis bank why they charge me at same time when i am opening a account that time person told me that your demat is free of there any charges he should let me know. Axis is a bank who a charge alot from customer. This is my salary account if it’s not then i am sure i won’t use this bank service. As a rbi rule without giving prior notice.

            I have a salary a/c in axis bank hyderabad branch, day before yesterday on (4th april 2020) i got a sms from axis bank informing that rs-1770 has been debited from my account. Also they deducted rs 1744 on june 18 th, 2018 as consolidated dp charges. I have complained but nothing was done. I haven't opted for any demat account while opening the account. Kindly resolve the issue.

              Em a account holder in axis bank jind 126102 haryana but axis direct debit 885 from my account i don't know what is this axisdirect and demat account they con me,
              Your a/c 846651 is debited by rs. 885 on 05apr20. Avbl bal: rs. 34783.96. Info: axisdirect/k809331/[protected]/09 04. Call [protected] for dispute.
              Help. Me they always do this and i have to complaint every but they are not learning.

              They told me that my mobile number is not registered so how can they opened my demat account is this a joke ! Because i don't have another mobile number since 2001, also they told me that they mail my trading account number but there is not mail from axis direct here is attachment

              Still no response its day 4 that's your axis serivce wow, you debited in one second and now when its come to you to refund me you stop answering aand my mails, isn't a cheap tactic ?

                axis direct charges 885rs

                I have been deducted an amount of 885Rs/- on 05/04/2020. Mentioning axis direct as description. I don't have a demat account with axis bank I had it closed last year when there are similar kind of charges. But yet they charged me amount with some name change. This is pure cheating of customers and is not tolerable...

                An Amount of 8, 200/- was deducted from my account on. 2nd April 2020 at 13.07 I do not know how this was done cause I did not do any such payment and I did not get any OTP for payment please help me to get back my money

                      I have a salary a/c in axis bank sahakar nagar branch, as informed by bank while opening the account debit, credit & demat account were free of cost & no charges will be levied on them as it is a salary account. Today (5th april 2020) i got a sms from axis bank informing that rs-885 has been debited from my account for charges. But i didn't buy / sell any stocks from this a/c since 2018, so why this charged? I demand proper justification with all brake up of charge from axis bank. Also please close my demat account

                      I have done a transaction with no cost emi which is not converted into emi and today they have charged me for not paying that and I have tried to reach in the support but there is also have an issue. And that's why I have blocked my credit card.

                        I had booked a ticket for my wife from ltt to bsb dated 31/03/2020 bearing pnr no :- [protected] but due to covid19 & total lockdown announced by shri. Narendra modiji the bookings were cancelled.

                        On 27th i received a sms stating that the refund has been initiated & it would reflect in my account in next 3-4 days. But it's almost 9 days now but still not received the refund as well as no proper response on twitter.

                        No solution as to by when i will be receiving the amount!!

                          I am a salary account holder of axis bank, vaishali branch utib0000715.
                          Today i have been charged rs667 for demat banking on my axis bank savings account though i didn't open demat account. This is really not good.
                          But as per my knowledge savings, credit and demat all services are free in my salary account

                          I didn't even have any transaction on demat

                          Not an issue if my demat account permanently closed

                            open demat account without my permission

                            Yesterday night i got a message from axis bank some amount deducted from my account .when i called customer care they told me that demat account charges deducted, immediately closed my demat account and also refund back my money...

                                  I had opened a simple salary account with axis bank in 2017. However they automatically opened and linked a demat account and linked it to my salary acc without my consent or informing anything about it (I had talked to customer care but no action taken). Now i see that rs.885 has been deducted from my main account. This is highly unethical and unnecessary as i had never asked to open a demat account. Please refund the charges and close the account immediately.
