My contact no is [protected]. The bank has deducted rs 2558 from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date. This is the lockdown time and due to covid 19 i have already shortage of money and bank have deducted my money without even informing me. Please take the valid action against it.

    I am using this salary account since 4+ yrs and now the account balance was debited with rs 885 as axisdirect charges.
    I had no understanding of this why the account is debited without proper information and intimation.

    I had not opted for axis direct account.

    I am posting here as i was unable to raise the compliant on the official website as the support services (Chat & email) is discontinued due to covid 19. The same was mentioned on axis bank site.

      I have a salary a/c in axis bank trivandrum branch, as informed by bank while opening the account debit, credit & demat account were free of cost & no charges will be levied on them as it is a salary account. Today (7th april 2020) i got a sms from axis bank informing that rs-885 has been debited from my account for consolidated dp charges. But i didn't buy / sell any stocks from this a/c, so why this dp charged? I demand proper justification with all brake up of dp charge from axis bank. I want to stop this.

          मेरे खाते से पैसा काटा गया है। और उसकी इंट्री भी नहीं है। कही भी 11\04\2020 को मेरे खाते में 15500 की राशि थी। उसके बाद आज 15282 है। और पैसा काटा गया है। उसका हिसाब भी नहीं है कही।

            I have performed a transaction of rs, 30, 035 today and it got failed finally. It was a failed transaction. The money got debited from my axis bank account. Transaction number generated is inb/[protected]/npstrust (Billdesk)/na. My userid is[protected]. Please credit my money bank in my account. I am unable to reach the axis bank customer care number also. The transaction got failed in the payment gateway. Please refund my money back.

                My amount Rs 955.32 got deducted from my axis bank account with out any intimation in the favor of AXISDIRECT. I havent used this in my life time not even purchased. It is some thing like bank is stealing the money.Cant trust any bank. Please initiate my refund.

                  Dear Axis bank CEO,
                  I am ramchander my account number is [protected]. Actually I had filled for my credit card settlement and it was amount 20000.i had done payment also but your bank deducted my amount of rs 35000 as lien.i am in very big issue no one is able to listen to me.in this situation where whole world is facing a big issue in term of finance due to covid-19, now your collection department who was taken money from every month from me they also saying me that now I can not help you as lockdown is going on.
                  So I am requesting you to please refund this amount as soon as possible as I am facing very big issue due to this.

But, yesterday (4th april) 885rs got deducted as axis direct charges from my account. I never used demat services before.                       On 4 april axis bank debited 955 on my account for demat at this time when indian need help as they known how middle class people will adjust. I never use a demat in axis bank why they charge me at same time when i am opening a account that time person told me that your demat is free of there any charges he should let me know. Axis is a bank who a charge alot from customer. This is my salary account if it’s not then i am sure i won’t use this bank service. As a rbi rule without giving prior notice.

                              I have a salary a/c in axis bank hyderabad branch, day before yesterday on (4th april 2020) i got a sms from axis bank informing that rs-1770 has been debited from my account. Also they deducted rs 1744 on june 18 th, 2018 as consolidated dp charges. I have complained but nothing was done. I haven't opted for any demat account while opening the account. Kindly resolve the issue.

                                They told me that my mobile number is not registered so how can they opened my demat account is this a joke ! Because i don't have another mobile number since 2001, also they told me that they mail my trading account number but there is not mail from axis direct here is attachment

                                  axis direct charges 885rs

                                  I have been deducted an amount of 885Rs/- on 05/04/2020. Mentioning axis direct as description. I don't have a demat account with axis bank I had it closed last year when there are similar kind of charges. But yet they charged me amount with some name change. This is pure cheating of customers and is not tolerable...

                                  An Amount of 8, 200/- was deducted from my account on. 2nd April 2020 at 13.07 I do not know how this was done cause I did not do any such payment and I did not get any OTP for payment please help me to get back my money
