Hello my name is jitesh poojari

Personal loan account number : ppr[protected]

I had a personal loan with axis bank of amount rs 190000 i was paying every month 5096 emi which goes directly debited to my account.in middle of april 2018 my job was left so on that time i was not able to pay every emi which has created a backlog of huge amount. As i got several calls from collection department that you have to pay 5096 and i was paying on time to these people

Now i am in a good job and i can pay rs 5096 every month but in my savings account there is huge penalty charges, bounce etc which has been effected my cbil score and i cant pay right now as i can pay all that after all emi has been collected.

So my request is to please stop the emi which directly debited with my account and i promise you that i pay emi every month with the nearest axis bank branch before due date... As i need to maintain my cbil score and also i promise you that i will pay all charges by the end off the loan..

Money deductedbfrom my account without me getting any otp on my number .or not any message of deduction, also complains not solved by the bankees
I applied fast tag online on 17th feb but didn't received any information regarding dispatch yet. I got tired calling the fast tag support and they didn't help.

      Hi,

      I am getting calls from the team of axis bank or might be recovery team of axis bank.

      They are threatening regarding my outstanding dues, though i explained my situation and i am trying to pay it back.

      There is a agent who told me his name is vikas singh and he is recovery head of axis bank and has given his address of axis house, which is in noida sector 128

      I request team of axis bank, ghat this is not the way of dealing with customers, we are not criminals that they are talking to me like this.

      Kindly intervene this and help me out.

        I hold 3 account in axis bank and for one account my minimum balance got just below and bank charging hefty amount. Previously manager iqbal reversed all the charges and now when the manager is changed the current manager is just mocking when i informed that the previous manager reversed me the charges. I would demand axis bank to reverse my consolidated charges within 5 days, or i would go with all my accounts to sbi as sbi don't have any charges for minimum balance. I would go further with social media and with my friends and relatives whome i know regarding the issue. And be careful a word of mouth will catch like wildfire. My account name: sanha farheen.           Axis bank noticed that i had to maintain a minimum balance in my account to avoid any penalities or charges to the account and by then i had transferred the money of 2000rs to the account.

          Today axis bank have charged rs 500 in the name of consolidated charges without any prior information.

          When i asked for an explanation i dont get any proper answers.

          Why would a account will charged of rs500 in the name of consolidated charges.

          I was never informed of this process while i opened this account.

          I dont see this charges charged by other banks instead they credit interest on the basis of balance maintained.

          I demand them to either refund my money or please close the account.

          Today I receive a text from axis bank that in my account there is something called consolidated charges for a/c of 3, 211 and gst 18% of the charge.
          Now I want to know that by what reason this charges applied in my account.
          And I want the total charge refund...

            I have opened salary bank in axis bank in june 2017.. After two months i have quit the company and not used my axis bank account... I have again started using my axis bank from jan 2020... Without even notifying me axis bank has deducted 7600 as consolidated charges and 1600 as gst on charge which is not at all acceptable... You should have made my account balance in negative for these two years... But my account balance is zero and i have stared using the account again. Please refund my amount...

                Hi, i’m holding salaried account of axis bank. My company has changed the bank from kotak to axis, so that axis does not incur unnecessary charges. But i got message from axis bank that 200rs deducted as consolidated charges without my permission. I have not received any call, messages or mail that exceeded my transaction limit, however without my permission a lot o[censored]nimportant calls, messeges & mails comes on daily basis from bank side, but this important message bank not sent. We’re common people, we save money & deposited in the bank. This is very ridiculous, not expecting from axis bank. I want my money back, it is the bank's fault, they did not give me any information about exceeding my cash deposit limit.

                I registered my request for tag replacement to customer care (axis bank) on 14.2.2020.They said your tag will be delivered within 7 to 10 working day...After 10 working days my tag was under process...on 29.2.2020 again i requested on high prority they said within 7 working days tag will be delivered yet 15.3.2020 i have not recevied my tag...

                  I have a account in axis bank in year 2012. Its my salary account.in this time i use credit card of this bank.in 2014-15 i leave this job and switch to another company. I was already submit my clouser form to bank. After some time a credit card received by my brother at home. After that i called to customer care and ask for this card, because i dont order any card, i already close my account. So why i want this card. Customer care told me that, your account is not close. But we process for cancel this credit card. After that i dont received any massage from bank. But after some time. Bank massages are start with low balance instructions. And now 2 days ago, in my home received a lowyers notice. For pay 8525 rupees in 7 days. Please suggest me. What can i do. I did not purchase any thing with this credit card. So why i paid this amount. Please suggest sir.

                  One more thing, if i want to pay amount. So after pay amount. How to close axis bank account permanently. Because i unable to go my branch. Because i am not available there. Please suggest.

                      Everything month in my account deducting 300-400 rs. Without giving any information. And this month they charging rs. 1405 as consolidated charges. And on the same day they deducting rs. 300 from my account.in one week back also they are deducted 300 rs. And its not showing in bank statement also. Even i didn't receive any sms about this. They are robberies. I have lost rs. 2500 /- within this month. Please kindly help me out of this. Such a nonsense bank they are robbers.

                        Axis bank has deducted 1260 and 255 as consolidated charges and 226 and 45 as gst charges.

                        As i got a message so i deposited rupees into it and they deducted immediately. This is very bad experience and i am customer from 2011 with acis bank.

                        Bank has notified and after few days i deposited amount as i don't want to close the relationship with axis bank and see what i got.

                        Request to refund the money asap.

                        Request to refund asap.

                        Other I have to close the relationship with Axis bank.

                          My balance got deducted without notifications and this not first time it has been happening more than 6 months ago.
                          Today the bank has debited rs 400 with no reason it's kind of fraud i am so dissapointed axis you should take care about your customers account that's your responsibility i want my refund or tell me the reason for deduction.
                          The govt has also solved minimum balance requirement issue, this is my saving account i am a student how could you do this to a student tell me the reason for deduction.
                          Reply me or i may file a fraud case against you in the consumer court

                            I suffer very critical condition for only reason axis bank call if you cant do any needfully will dafinatly go end of life that only reason harassment by axis bank.

                            Last 6 month axis banks executive call me and say dinesh.. I cant relation any dinesh or other i m krunal patel sir i told all time pls delete my number i cant know any dinesh and pls do needful but all day 3 to 5 call from axis bank. I told many time but no update...

                            I have also axis bank account so this is my mistek to i share my contact given you but now no any chance to save me i all time told pls remove my number but your bank not do it so i cant give chance.

                              My credit card bill was generated on 15 february 2020 and amount was 13863.06 rs and minimum due amount was 1512 rs. Then i pay my total amount 13863.06 rs on dated 16 february 2020 (Next day after bill generate). My due date was 06 march 2020. And then on 09 march 2020 my bank deducted minimum amount 1512 from account and reverse same also, but also charge for payment bounce charge 450 rs and gst 81 rs bus these charges not refund. I mailed to bank by support service but they not reply. I also tried with chat service but resolution not found. My registered mail id with bank is "[protected]@yahoo.in". Mail id is enough to check my details in bank records. I also tell him, if these charges not reverse within 2 days then i will not pay upcoming bill. But they not reply on same. Please help me.

                                This is reference to Axis credit card ending with xxxx . Wi I have got internet banking customer I'd :by sending text message to 5676782 when I logged in via internet banking it is showing your customer I'd is disabled .
                                Even though I have used Axis Bank app to know my credit card information for the same also it is asking for my details I have entered my correct credit card details, expiry date and pin but it is showing in valid credentials even to know credit card details also when I switch to other option it is asking the same too.. I called customer care multiple number of times it is not tollfree number too I lost my mobile balance of rs 200/-till now no response.as the executives have kept on long hold .plz do needful from your end to resolve my query.
                                Plz find my attachment of screen shots...if this the case i don't need your credit card and your customer service is soo poor and you have not provided a toll free number to customers..

                                  On date 12 march 2020, i received a text message from axis bank that your fastag account debited with ₹525 on 11/03/2020 for adjustment entry fees.
                                  But on date 11/03/2020 my car was at my home, i don't understand what kind of amount they debited from my fastag account.
                                  There is no contact number, no mail id for fastag.
                                  Please support.

                                    Axis bank is selling fraud policies of Max insurance. They can cheat anybody so please beware of this Bank. Max insurance and Axis bank are cheating the customer by selling fraud policies as Bank's agents are providing wrong information about the policies just for the commission and they are responsible for blocking hard-earned money of their customer. Max's insurance policies are policies with no benefit. check the link and see how many complaints register for Max insurance every day.
