Today Axis bank deducted from my account 14942 INR, with out any reason, I don't used any credit card but customer care told me Its deducted against of credit card uses, now the are not receive or allow my call from my registered number so I cant take help from them also.
I ts Cleary Chet to me and making fool people.
Please give back my money

Have salary account in axis bank in 2015 when i was in wurth company after coming out of company i never used that account and i am went out of state for working. I called customer care to close account. But they told need to come to own branch. I received every time message as your account balance is zero and now also came like that. On 12th jan, i started sip of axis mutual funds. First installment was deducted but still it is not showing in my portfolio. I have contacted their customer executives 3 times till now, and always got a standard answer that it will be resolved in 5 working days. It has been a month that i raised a complaint and yet no resolution till now. I mailed them also but received no reply. Complaint number is 49591196.
