Please close all your branches for atleast 1 week, so that this disease can be handled easily. Govt is requsting for social distancing in this crucial time which is very necessary to reduce the cases of covid 19. As one of the customer of your bank i also request you to close all your branches for the safety of your customers and staff.
It is my humble request to support our govt and take a step ahead to defeat this disease before it becomes a epidemic.

    my sister is working in Axis bank koramangal branch Bangalore as assistant manager, her manager is pressurizing for insurance sales if thy cont fulfull monthly target they are insulting her in front of all and asking her to resign.
    from her pocket she is giving insurance to some for to close the target her salary is not at all usable to her family now.

    kindly check for this issue and save her life.

      I have done online transaction of rs.4100 to registration dept. It was debited but payment transaction acme unsuccessful on 5th march 2020.
      Dispute form has filled signed and submitted to madambakkam branch.
      It was told by customer care will credit on 19th march.
      But still it is not happened.

      I request you to arrange for re credit the amount asap.

        Dear axis bank,

        I have settled my credit card on 2016. And my last payment against my credit card is 14/12/2016.

        My card credit card number : [protected]

        It is showing in my cibil report as settled, but i want to close this account.

        There is no response from local branch.

        Kindly let me know my pending amount for close my credit card account.

        Also let me know the repayment procedure and noc guideline.

        It would be appreciated if you can resolve my issues and it will help me to avoid get support i will file the same case in rbi and ombudsman

          I am a govt servant. My account in axis bank. I am submitted a sukanya samriddhi yojana account form in dwarka sec. 17 axis branch. The branch code is 3743. But the bank employees is not processing sukanya samriddhi yojana account. The employee told me and force me to a li account or any other investment. So i am complained against the staff of axis bank of dwarka sector 17 branch

            Greetings,
            My name is shashikant maurya, i have an account in axis bank hisar, haryana. I had this account as salary account and when i left the job there it become saving account.
            I wanted to close it but as i was not in haryana so i could not manage time to get it closed now there is a negative balance more than 4190 rs and bank person is denying to close it.
            Please wave off this amount so that i can close my account.
            I am in tremendous pressure because of this negative amount.
            I have submit the complaint earlier as well but there is no action against it.
            Please help me in this.

              From the contact no. [protected] [protected] introduced as bank executive.

              On 14.03.2019, from contact no. [protected] misused my credit card details for rs. 1500, 42000, 8379, 8388, 8399. Total amount is rs 68666.

              i got alert on my registered mobile and on registered email id, immediately i called on axis customer care and blocked credit card on immediate bases. Service request no. Is 60134700.

              I have sent dispute form, covering letter, 5 transactions details and police complaint in pdf file on 17.03.2020 to customer. [protected]@axisbank.com

              I have not done any transaction. Kindly resolve the issue asap.

                Hi, i am using axis bank salary account and credit card. I have used my credit card 2 years before. Am unfortunately unable to pay the credit card payment for 4 months. They debited my cc payment in my account balance above 80k. Then i have paid every monthly it updated in my account balance. Last 1 year to till now i was paid my cc bill. But not updating balance amount in my account.. It always showing same negative balance. What is the problem.

                  Hello my name is jitesh poojari

                  Personal loan account number : ppr[protected]

                  I had a personal loan with axis bank of amount rs 190000 i was paying every month 5096 emi which goes directly debited to my account.in middle of april 2018 my job was left so on that time i was not able to pay every emi which has created a backlog of huge amount. As i got several calls from collection department that you have to pay 5096 and i was paying on time to these people

                  Now i am in a good job and i can pay rs 5096 every month but in my savings account there is huge penalty charges, bounce etc which has been effected my cbil score and i cant pay right now as i can pay all that after all emi has been collected.

                  So my request is to please stop the emi which directly debited with my account and i promise you that i pay emi every month with the nearest axis bank branch before due date... As i need to maintain my cbil score and also i promise you that i will pay all charges by the end off the loan..

                      I am getting calls from the team of axis bank or might be recovery team of axis bank.

                      They are threatening regarding my outstanding dues, though i explained my situation and i am trying to pay it back.

                      There is a agent who told me his name is vikas singh and he is recovery head of axis bank and has given his address of axis house, which is in noida sector 128

                      I request team of axis bank, ghat this is not the way of dealing with customers, we are not criminals that they are talking to me like this.

                      Kindly intervene this and help me out.

                        I hold 3 account in axis bank and for one account my minimum balance got just below and bank charging hefty amount. Previously manager iqbal reversed all the charges and now when the manager is changed the current manager is just mocking when i informed that the previous manager reversed me the charges. I would demand axis bank to reverse my consolidated charges within 5 days, or i would go with all my accounts to sbi as sbi don't have any charges for minimum balance. I would go further with social media and with my friends and relatives whome i know regarding the issue. And be careful a word of mouth will catch like wildfire. My account name: sanha farheen.                           Axis bank noticed that i had to maintain a minimum balance in my account to avoid any penalities or charges to the account and by then i had transferred the money of 2000rs to the account.

                          Today axis bank have charged rs 500 in the name of consolidated charges without any prior information.

                          When i asked for an explanation i dont get any proper answers.

                          Why would a account will charged of rs500 in the name of consolidated charges.

                          I was never informed of this process while i opened this account.

                          I dont see this charges charged by other banks instead they credit interest on the basis of balance maintained.

                          I demand them to either refund my money or please close the account.

                          Now I want to know that by what reason this charges applied in my account.

                            I have opened salary bank in axis bank in june 2017.. After two months i have quit the company and not used my axis bank account... I have again started using my axis bank from jan 2020... Without even notifying me axis bank has deducted 7600 as consolidated charges and 1600 as gst on charge which is not at all acceptable... You should have made my account balance in negative for these two years... But my account balance is zero and i have stared using the account again. Please refund my amount...

                                Hi, i’m holding salaried account of axis bank. My company has changed the bank from kotak to axis, so that axis does not incur unnecessary charges. But i got message from axis bank that 200rs deducted as consolidated charges without my permission. I have not received any call, messages or mail that exceeded my transaction limit, however without my permission a lot o[censored]nimportant calls, messeges & mails comes on daily basis from bank side, but this important message bank not sent. We’re common people, we save money & deposited in the bank. This is very ridiculous, not expecting from axis bank. I want my money back, it is the bank's fault, they did not give me any information about exceeding my cash deposit limit.

                                I registered my request for tag replacement to customer care (axis bank) on 14.2.2020.They said your tag will be delivered within 7 to 10 working day...After 10 working days my tag was under process...on 29.2.2020 again i requested on high prority they said within 7 working days tag will be delivered yet 15.3.2020 i have not recevied my tag...

                                  I have a account in axis bank in year 2012. Its my salary account.in this time i use credit card of this bank.in 2014-15 i leave this job and switch to another company. I was already submit my clouser form to bank. After some time a credit card received by my brother at home. After that i called to customer care and ask for this card, because i dont order any card, i already close my account. So why i want this card. Customer care told me that, your account is not close. But we process for cancel this credit card. After that i dont received any massage from bank. But after some time. Bank massages are start with low balance instructions. And now 2 days ago, in my home received a lowyers notice. For pay 8525 rupees in 7 days. Please suggest me. What can i do. I did not purchase any thing with this credit card. So why i paid this amount. Please suggest sir.

                                  One more thing, if i want to pay amount. So after pay amount. How to close axis bank account permanently. Because i unable to go my branch. Because i am not available there. Please suggest.

                                  I have axis salary account since 2017 easy access salary account every month some charge deducted small amount but this day deducted from my account 5019/- rupees consolidated charges and GST 903/- rupees why that amount deducted my account
                                  Pls solve my problem

                                    complaint about recovery agent

                                    My name is mandeep kaur and i have a credit card of axis bank. From last some months, i am in financial difficulties and not able to pay the complete payment of my card but tried every month to pay some money.

                                    Last month february, i paid total 32000/- approx payment and this month i am trying to pay the money.

                                    I am getting a calls from bank even from recovery agents as well. If i discuss with one person about...

Road branch indore me hai or mere account me sufficient balance hone ke baad bhi har month mere account se 2000/- arround amount deducted kiya ja raha hai or agar branch me iski details puchne jao to branch ke member har baar galat date batakar gumrah karte hai
                                    Kabhi bolte hai ki 10 tatik ko amount hona chahiye or kabhi bolte hai ki 15 tarikh ko amount hona chahiye

                                      Everything month in my account deducting 300-400 rs. Without giving any information. And this month they charging rs. 1405 as consolidated charges. And on the same day they deducting rs. 300 from my account.in one week back also they are deducted 300 rs. And its not showing in bank statement also. Even i didn't receive any sms about this. They are robberies. I have lost rs. 2500 /- within this month. Please kindly help me out of this. Such a nonsense bank they are robbers.
