Hi, i’m holding salaried account of axis bank. My company has changed the bank from kotak to axis, so that axis does not incur unnecessary charges. But i got message from axis bank that 200rs deducted as consolidated charges without my permission. I have not received any call, messages or mail that exceeded my transaction limit, however without my permission a lot o[censored]nimportant calls, messeges & mails comes on daily basis from bank side, but this important message bank not sent. We’re common people, we save money & deposited in the bank. This is very ridiculous, not expecting from axis bank. I want my money back, it is the bank's fault, they did not give me any information about exceeding my cash deposit limit.
