I had done a transaction through phone pay to pay electricity bill through my axis debit card of rs 862 but the transaction got declined and the money was deducted but not reversed till now to my account, the transaction i'd is n2002121818103609932720 & repeated transaction id is n2002121819407229932467
Please do look into the matter so that the money is reversed fast

    I got a call from axis bank today about one assist service. I actually thought they are tell telling about the offer but eventually they discussed and activated even if i said i want to discuss with my family and they instructed me for some rule which i could get them clearly. And they deducted money of 1599 from my account. I have registered a complain with the reference number[protected]. I want my money back.. Seriously coz of these im suffering now... Please do help me further i don't want this service... Please i'm just getting 10k salary so please refund my money and deactivate... I'm begging... Please refund it asap i have commitments please

      Hello. My name is anthati venkata rathnaiah. I opened axis bank online a/c asap on[protected]. A/c no. Is [protected]. And debit card also issued. My aadhar number was given at the time of a/c opening. My a/c was closed on[protected] without any intimation and the amount rs 2339.9 which was in my a/c was not refund to me. A message was sent to me is "asap anniversary closure - kyc not completed. So i request the bank to refund my amount immediately.

      I opened my account in AXIS Bank They deducted 2400 rupee from my account for no reason in the name of consolidated charges. I have maintained my minimum balance but still they have deducted it.

      Previous they deducted 1500 on the account of some additional services and debit card. It's a clear LOOT!!
      I did transaction of 10k in the emergency situation but the status shown suspect and the amount got debited from account and not yet received my dad already it happened three days ago still I never find where the amount gone. This is so embrassing moment in my life as my father asked help i never done that on timee

        I want to raise complaint against your employee in credit department of patiala branch - chotti bardari
        Employee name is parduman kumar. Being a reputed bank employee he is still practicing as chartered accountant outside bank at his hometown malout (District-muktsar). He is handling firms financial matters and charging the money. He is a big fraud, you can have a background check. As being a responsible citizen and customer of axis bank when i came to know about such a fraud as a bank employee as per policy he can't practise outside. I would request you to take strict actions against such fraud. As such type of employees create bad reputation and bad impact on other employees.

          Hi am using axis fastag wallet id - [protected]... I recharged the tag for 800 rupees on 15.1.2020.. I was traveling from coimbatore to chennai on 16.1.2020... When i saw my wallet record.. Around 110 rupees was detected showing n/a..in between the tolls in my route some amounts are detected for tolls which is madhya pradesh n uttar pradesh (Choundha, jajau, baros).. I don't know how is that even possible... So kindly look into it and refund the amount which has been detected.. Make sure this is not repeated also... Am hereby attaching the screenshot of the wallet statement..
          The same thing repeated again two times and still the issue was not solved and they don't give a proper explanation also..

            A fraudulent transaction has done on my card on date[protected]
            2 payment done by my account through payu payment rs.21, 000.00 was spent on your axis bank credit card on 23-aug-19 12:28:51 pm at payu payments -www.g. the total credit limit of your account is rs. 63, 000.00.
            Rs.31, 500.00 was spent on your axis bank credit card on 23-aug-19 12:31:14 pm at payu payments -www.g. your available credit limit: rs. 8, 730.00. The total credit limit of your account is rs. 63, 000.00. Payment not done by me plz clear this matter as soon as possible and i have already send dispute form but not any response in this matter please resolve this issue as soon as possible

              I had done a transaction through phone pay through axis debit card on 18.2.2020 for paying electric bill of rs 862 with transaction id no n2002121818103609932720 and got the money deducted but immediately i received message that the transaction got declined and the deducted money will be credited within 7 days, but still the reversal of money to my account is pending, please do look into the matter for an earliest solution.

                        I obtained a fastag through axis bank in december 2019. I recharged thrice through the imps facility on 16-dec-2019 for rs. 100, 19-dec-2019 for rs. 500 & 22-jan-2020 for rs. 300. I later found that none of these amounts were credited to my fastag wallet. I raised a complaint to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com, etc. [protected]@ihmcl.com on 20-jan-2020 and received an auto-reply email with an interaction id[protected]. On 24-jan-2020 i again followed up asking for the status for which there was no reply. I had to get in touch with the customer care number on the same day at[protected] which has an average waiting time of 20 minutes with representatives who don't even understand, speak & write good english. I was given an sr number (Sr[protected] by the representative over the phone stating that the issue will be resolved in 10 working days. There was no response nor a refund made within the stipulated time & i had to call them again on 14-feb-2020 to only hear the representatives giggling about valentine's day. I was given another sr number (Sr[protected] and asked to wait for 3 days. Meanwhile, i received a message on 16-feb-2020 stating that my first sr number (Sr[protected] is closed. Today (20-feb-2020), i received another message stating that my second sr number (Sr[protected] given on 14-feb-2020 is also closed. I had to again call the customer care for an explanation and they casually said to resend an email to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com. I am really not sure if these guys are really genuine or axis is planning a big scam making use of the government's projects. Request the public to be aware and never go for axis fastag. Shame on the bank for its incompetence.

                          My axis bank fastag is blacklisted from December 2019.

                          I have rasied complience to axis bank customer care and directly went to bank and submitted all the documents (RC book, Aadhar card and PAN card copies) and completed my KYC.
                          Also I have sent my car complete photo copy along with RC book to etc.[protected]@axisbank.com with request from customer care and its been 3 month I am facing this blacklist issue and whenever I spoke to customer care they open new ticket and they say issue will be resolve in 3 working days but its almost 3 month and issue still there.

                          Again last time also I rasied compliance with Axis Bank (SR[protected]/SR[protected] and still no update.

                          I have submitted all the documents axis bak asked and please let me know if there is anything needs to done from by side to remove my axis bank fastag blacklist.

                            My credit card has been debited by different amounts of 1500, 2500, and 9994 twice on the name of one97 communications. The total amount is wrong 25 k and i want my refund back. Below is one of the messages

                            This was done without my consent and permission. I want this to be resolved as soon as possible.

Im living as single and present living condition is very pathetic. Now im living at chennai at hostel.

                                fastag complaint closed by bank without resolve

                                From my application for fastag in dec 2019 till date i. E. 18th feb 2020, i have not received my fastag. Last i heard was they had sent through some blue dart courier. When tracked, no records were found. On complaining on the axis fastag board, they repeatedly "close down" my complaint without resolving nor calling up. Highly unethical behaviour on part of axis bank....

                                My account is 9 year old account and due to some reason i was unable to use it, now as i have started using it, rs10358 is deducted on 9th feb and rs1471 on 4th feb. Total rs11829 is deducted. When i complaint to customer care they ask me to go to internet banking and see the charge, in net banking i saw that 500rs is deducted every month which is too much. 500rs is interest of rs10, 000 with interest rate 5% per month. How can a bank charge their customer this much amount as a service charge or for not maintaining rs10, 000 minimum balance? And that's also for service which is never used. Logically it seems you are looting the customer in name of seevice charge. If 500rs is per year then its ok but per month is too high. Even unauthorised local bank doest not give 500rs interest for 10000rs. And national bank is charging 500rs per month for not maintaining rs 10, 000 balance. Really too much. I want the money to be refunded as soon as possible and do the needful by concern person.

                                  This is with utter disappointment with the axis bank. I am raising this complaint, i dont know if i get any answers from this forum. If i dont i would go to next level.

                                  My issue here is, i have never applied for any personal loan from axis bank. I never ever applied for a loan. I have never got any call from the axis bank too. Now i see in my cibil report it says i enquired for the personal loan worth of rs 5 lakh from axis bank. I am not in india for a certain period, how come i would apply for this loan. I want to check all the proofs from axis bank for this request.

                                  I dont know if i need to take this up with legally, how many others got fraud by this type of things.

                                    There has been a transaction message received by axis bank of amount 5932.23 mentioned as brn-pymt-card which is not done by the card holder.

                                    And there is never any support from the customer care of axis bank as there the numbers are never connected or received. Aap services not working. I want to put a complaint against bank and want amount refunded back.
