Have made imps transaction today (20th feb2020) for the amount rs.94000 from my axis account to beneficiary account.. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited till now. We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.

I contacted the branch office... But no use.

Because i am doing more credit card and personal loan so many problems that bil paid.           I obtained a fastag through axis bank in december 2019. I recharged thrice through the imps facility on 16-dec-2019 for rs. 100, 19-dec-2019 for rs. 500 & 22-jan-2020 for rs. 300. I later found that none of these amounts were credited to my fastag wallet. I raised a complaint to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com, etc. [protected]@ihmcl.com on 20-jan-2020 and received an auto-reply email with an interaction id[protected]. On 24-jan-2020 i again followed up asking for the status for which there was no reply. I had to get in touch with the customer care number on the same day at[protected] which has an average waiting time of 20 minutes with representatives who don't even understand, speak & write good english. I was given an sr number (Sr[protected] by the representative over the phone stating that the issue will be resolved in 10 working days. There was no response nor a refund made within the stipulated time & i had to call them again on 14-feb-2020 to only hear the representatives giggling about valentine's day. I was given another sr number (Sr[protected] and asked to wait for 3 days. Meanwhile, i received a message on 16-feb-2020 stating that my first sr number (Sr[protected] is closed. Today (20-feb-2020), i received another message stating that my second sr number (Sr[protected] given on 14-feb-2020 is also closed. I had to again call the customer care for an explanation and they casually said to resend an email to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com. I am really not sure if these guys are really genuine or axis is planning a big scam making use of the government's projects. Request the public to be aware and never go for axis fastag. Shame on the bank for its incompetence.

          I have already written two emails to the said IDs. This again shows your competence level where you haven't even gone through the entire issue and again request me to write to same old ID that doesn't really care to look into customer Issues.

          Please stop working like BOTS and start dealing with people.

            My axis bank fastag is blacklisted from December 2019.

            I have rasied complience to axis bank customer care and directly went to bank and submitted all the documents (RC book, Aadhar card and PAN card copies) and completed my KYC.
            Also I have sent my car complete photo copy along with RC book to etc.[protected]@axisbank.com with request from customer care and its been 3 month I am facing this blacklist issue and whenever...

            My credit card has been debited by different amounts of 1500, 2500, and 9994 twice on the name of one97 communications. The total amount is wrong 25 k and i want my refund back. Below is one of the messages
            Inr 9994.98 was spent on your credit card xx3926 on 19-feb-20 at one97 communications.
            This was done without my consent and permission. I want this to be resolved as soon as possible.

                fastag complaint closed by bank without resolve

                From my application for fastag in dec 2019 till date i. E. 18th feb 2020, i have not received my fastag. Last i heard was they had sent through some blue dart courier. When tracked, no records were found. On complaining on the axis fastag board, they repeatedly "close down" my complaint without resolving nor calling up. Highly unethical behaviour on part of axis bank....

                My account is 9 year old account and due to some reason i was unable to use it, now as i have started using it, rs10358 is deducted on 9th feb and rs1471 on 4th feb. Total rs11829 is deducted. When i complaint to customer care they ask me to go to internet banking and see the charge, in net banking i saw that 500rs is deducted every month which is too much. 500rs is interest of rs10, 000 with interest rate 5% per month. How can a bank charge their customer this much amount as a service charge or for not maintaining rs10, 000 minimum balance? And that's also for service which is never used. Logically it seems you are looting the customer in name of seevice charge. If 500rs is per year then its ok but per month is too high. Even unauthorised local bank doest not give 500rs interest for 10000rs. And national bank is charging 500rs per month for not maintaining rs 10, 000 balance. Really too much. I want the money to be refunded as soon as possible and do the needful by concern person.

                  This is with utter disappointment with the axis bank. I am raising this complaint, i dont know if i get any answers from this forum. If i dont i would go to next level.

                  My issue here is, i have never applied for any personal loan from axis bank. I never ever applied for a loan. I have never got any call from the axis bank too. Now i see in my cibil report it says i enquired for the personal loan worth of rs 5 lakh from axis bank. I am not in india for a certain period, how come i would apply for this loan. I want to check all the proofs from axis bank for this request.

                  I dont know if i need to take this up with legally, how many others got fraud by this type of things.

                    There has been a transaction message received by axis bank of amount 5932.23 mentioned as brn-pymt-card which is not done by the card holder.

                    And there is never any support from the customer care of axis bank as there the numbers are never connected or received. Aap services not working. I want to put a complaint against bank and want amount refunded back.

I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from the bank and their customer service number is also not reachable.                         I have applied for fast tag with axis bank on 28th december 2019 but it did not get delivered yet. No status is provided till now. Called customer service multiple times but no proper reply from them. They are keeping call on hold for so long after asking about the status. Asked to cancel and they are saying it is a big procedure. They are looting money and not even responding properly. Reference number is ap37cp3738

                              Axis bank has falsely deducted rs 140/- on 21-jan-2020 and i have raised complaint to them. Complaint number provided is sr[protected]. But even after following up several times, there is no update from them and also no refund so far. Can you please get this refund done and make sure to address the issue of wrong deduction in future?

Customer care is not even ready to transfer the call to either a supervisor or manager to provide right status. I am really getting frustrated that even in consumer complaint response, i am seeing your response to just evade the reply. My first complaint got response as write to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com and no response for my follow up comment. Second complaint got response as provide your registered mobile number. I am really surprised that you cannot figure out it form the wallet id provided? And also the sr number?

                              Hi, we wish to inform you that team has already provided reply on said interactions with comments - NPCI excess transactions are those transactions which are manually recovered from wallet because due to system issue it was not debited from customer's wallet on the date of transaction.                               On 11th Feb 2020 I have withdraw 10000 rupees from axis atm machine and 500 note I received was torned and tape was stick on those money
                              I want to return those money and get the money which are not torned

                                There is person named dipankar who works as a employee in axis bank, khardaha branch who is very disturbing and is too much influencing for making proposals and then canceling it for his own benifit thus making us going through a very hard time in the process.
                                I am very very unhappy with this kind of behavior from axis bank employee and if it goes on i will surely gonna withdraw my account from the bank

                                  I had order fastag for my vehicle no. Rj19gf5587 and by mobile no. [protected] and then i had sended 400rs for that and they said it will deliver in 7days but till not delivered to me and no sms and email come to me of wallet id, customer id
                                  And for this i had done complain also and the complain number is sr[protected]

                                  So please check it and deliver me fastag as soon as possible because i. Toll plaza i have to pay doube money and time
