I have overdraft msme in axis bank dinhata branch with ac no [protected] with intrest+mclr 12% for loan for 12lakh they charge intreast of rs 14728 on december 30 2019 i have visited dinhata branch but branch manager said to contract siliguri loan branch i connected siliguri branch with suvajit but not giving proper answer he says intrest charge i said calculation comes between[protected] but not givingproper answer why the more amount 3000 charged

Rs.135 has debited in my salary account in the name of consolidated charges. Customer care service officers are attending my phone and also deducting phone balance without speaking to me it is not fare pl help me from this kind of activities.

    Axis bank has falsely deducted rs 140/- on 21-jan-2020 and i have raised complaint to them. Complaint number provided is sr[protected]. But even after following up several times, there is no update from them and also no refund so far. Can you please get this refund done and make sure to address the issue of wrong deduction in future?
    Details required are below.

    Fastag wallet id: [protected]

    Had written to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com and got complaint id[protected]. But even after that there is no response. There have been multiple calls to customer support but no progress even after that.

    Had written to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com and got complaint id[protected]. But even after that there is no response. There have been multiple calls to customer support but no progress even after that. I even requested callback to be arranged multiple times. There was commitment to arrange callback within a day already twice. It has been 3 days ever since and i am still waiting for call from axis to provide me status. Customer care is not even ready to transfer the call to either a supervisor or manager to provide right status. I am really getting frustrated that even in consumer complaint response, i am seeing your response to just evade the reply. My first complaint got response as write to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com and no response for my follow up comment. Second complaint got response as provide your registered mobile number. I am really surprised that you cannot figure out it form the wallet id provided? And also the sr number?

    Hi, we wish to inform you that team has already provided reply on said interactions with comments - NPCI excess transactions are those transactions which are manually recovered from wallet because due to system issue it was not debited from customer's wallet on the date of transaction. However, while doing reconciliation banks identifies the transaction for which NPCI already recovered the amount from the bank later on that amount is recovered from the customer's wallet.     On 11th Feb 2020 I have withdraw 10000 rupees from axis atm machine and 500 note I received was torned and tape was stick on those money
    I want to return those money and get the money which are not torned

      There is person named dipankar who works as a employee in axis bank, khardaha branch who is very disturbing and is too much influencing for making proposals and then canceling it for his own benifit thus making us going through a very hard time in the process.
      I am very very unhappy with this kind of behavior from axis bank employee and if it goes on i will surely gonna withdraw my account from the bank

        I had order fastag for my vehicle no. Rj19gf5587 and by mobile no. [protected] and then i had sended 400rs for that and they said it will deliver in 7days but till not delivered to me and no sms and email come to me of wallet id, customer id
        And for this i had done complain also and the complain number is sr[protected]

        So please check it and deliver me fastag as soon as possible because i. Toll plaza i have to pay doube money and time

        0n 9th feb 2020 in my account 1000 were debited for consolated charges and 18 percent gst charges {180rs} total is rs1180. please kindly solve my problem as early as possible . when i approaced for costumer agent they are saying that i were applied for net secure device but i not orderd that device solve this problem. my mobile number [protected]

          Hi all, this email is with regards to the account number [protected]; i have been facing multiple issues with the account from day one. As per the welcome kit, it was mentioned stating that i will be getting a complimentary credit card for which i have to apply after two months’ salary is credited and for which i waited for and applied after two months’ salary is credited to my account. But i received a message stating that my credit card application is been declined. Also considering the illness of my father i have applied for personal loan for a sum of 1, 25, 000.00/- on 07th feb 2020 even that is been rejected despite the fact that the executives stating it will be approved. I have provided all the supporting documents requested by the bank authorities also i hold my salary account with axis bank and at least the fact that salary will be credited should be considered and the loan should have been approved. I have been getting only false promises and commitments from the bank end and nothing else. I will take this issue with the legal team and the copy of the same is been faxed to main office to get a response. I want these issues to be sorted out and get the personal credited as promised. The bank representative are stating it is been rejected by application hunter for dual pan. The issue of the dual pan is been cleared and recieved a letter from goverment of india and the same was attached in the supporting documents. The copy of same was shared to you on 18th dec 2020 with interaction id 57817811.           Hello, i have been using axis bank fastag from more than a month.
          But today at laling (dhule)toll plaza it showed “Blacklisted” dont know why even though having sufficient balance in walket.

            I have applied for the fasttag from axis bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

            Bank was charged me without notice even i dont know what is this. bank never inform me this and they take charges. from next 2 days my home emi will debit now my balance is low who will responsible for that. take strict action against bank they cant take charge without notice or without our permission.

              I visited around 10 times to your bank but i din't get my axis's debit card. I have a current a/c in your bank and i'm waiting since 6 month for debit card i visited chembur branch 4 times for kyc, dadar branch 4 times and more then 10 times to kurla nehru nagar branch but i didn't get. They are saying mother's maiden name is not updated which i gave them but even though it is not updated and when i asked why its not updated? They don't have any answer i filled the form also 4 times. Kindly do the needful.

                My self Rekha Uptal Patel residing at Bapunagar India Colony, Ahmedabad. I am having Axis Bank Credit Card No: [protected]. I did not required that credit card and i need to block that Credit Card so i have been visited on Axis Bank, Hiravadi Branch Ahmedabad regarding Block that credit card but Bank Officer told me that i need to Close that Credit card by Customer Care on Phone.. And i back to came my home. On same day i have received call from this no [protected] one lady girl talk with me regarding block and De-Activate my credit card. At that time i was busy in my routine work so i told her to talk later and she called me again me on same day from another no. [protected] and she tried and ask me to follow the steps and one OTP generated by her and she ask me to give her..

                I suppose that girl is going to close and De-Active my credit card but after 1 month later i came to know and got shocked when i have received my Credit card Statement she has been did fraud with me Amount Rs. 1, 04, 294/ Rs.(One lack Four Thousand Ninety Four Rs).

                I have been victim of Fraud and went to the Axis Bank, Hiravadi Branch Ahmedabad branch to help out this but they are unable to do any type of help. As i have been registered complain in Cyber Crime Police Station, Crime Branch, Ahmedabad.

                I would like to request you that I would like to pay my total outstanding if you can help out me to do easy EMI without any interest on my total outstanding Amount so i can pay it easily. I am unable to pay large amount on single transaction either i don’t have any option till Cyber Police Solve my case.

                    My name is vijay kumar gangrade and have an a/c xxxxxx050702 at axis bank.
                    I had withdrawal[protected] rupees on friday 7 february 2020 from cash-atm / pin8011. And in the third time, the atm hang and the atm did not withdraw rs 10, 000 without showing any message atm screen went to home screen but my account was deducted rs 10, 000 which has not been reverse in my account so far.
                    I had entered a complaint about this in the axis bank customer care department on the same day with complaint number sak[protected], but they are not giving me a satisfactory reply.
                    Can you help me with this please
                    So that my 10, 000 rupees will be reversed in my account asap.

                      axis bank credit card not reflecting in my cibil report

                      I have been following this issue since past 5 years now with axis bank & cibil.

                      Neither the credit institution which is axis bank nor the data collector cibil both are not solving my issue and telling me to contact the other party.

                      My axis bank credit card ending with 7372 is not reflecting in my cibil report.

                      It is reflecting in equifax, experian and crif reports.

                      Have applied for fa-stag on dec 27 and wallet also is generated but still not received the fastag till today
                      after repeated reminders and escalating the complaints at axis bank website

                      have escalated the complaint to axis management but there is no response

                      if we call to the call center there is a long music wait after 2 ivr and we are got to now that the issue is unde process and will get resolved
                      due to this issue we are not able to travel
                      after repeated reminder i am informed that there a issue with people applied in december due to some softwear issue .

                        This is with utter disappointment with the axis bank. I am raising this complaint, i dont know if i get any answers from this forum. If i dont i would go to next level.

                        My issue here is, i have never applied for any personal loan from axis bank. I never ever applied for a loan. I have never got any call from the axis bank too. Now i see in my cibil report it says i enquired for the personal loan worth of rs 5 lakh from axis bank. I am not in india for a certain period, how come i would apply for this loan. I want to check all the proofs from axis bank for this request.

                        I dont know if i need to take this up with legally, how many others got fraud by this type of things.

                          Hello Sir,

                          I have a standard chartered bank account and on Tuesday 11th February, 8:50pm used an Axis bank ATM to withdraw cash RS 8500/- all of them are Rs 500 notes. Out of which 14 notes i.e Rs 7000/- are torn and having cello-tape on them.
                          The ATM location is ASF insignia, Gwal Pahari, Gurugram (TCS Office)
                          ATM Terminal ID - SPCN01535
                          Reported to the building admin/guard as well and other associates also got the torn notes.
                          I called the customer care of Axis bank on same day 9pm to report the same and i got the feedback to report the same to nearest Axis bank branch and they will exchange the mutilated notes.

                          Today 12th February, i went to nearest Axis bank branch which is in faridabad, sector 29 and report the issue to bank manager however they refused to help and said they will not take the currency back as they have to bear it. Moreover they said to reach the same branch where the ATM is to report which i find very hard as i have no idea where the branch for that particular ATM is.
                          Also on multiple calls with Axis bank customer care none able to provide assistance and right step to solve the issue.
                          I hereby would like to request you to please assist me in this issue, and would appreciate early response.

                            Myself arnab das had taken personal loan from axis bank, siliguri branch, west bengal in 2015. I was working with cipla ltd where my salary date was 1st of every month. My emi date was 05th of ever month. My salary account was with axis bank.
                            On feb 2016 i changed my job and went to rudrapur, uttarakhand where my salary date was 08 of every month. Due to which my emi were not deposited on due date. I was depositing cash in axis bank personal account. When i asked the axis bank to change my emi date and bank for smooth transaction, axis bank did not take any action.in 2018 and 2019 also i requested axis bank to change my bank account for auto deduction of emi but also no action taken. Even i filled a request form and rs.500 fees for the same.
                            But no action taken by axis bank.
                            Due to which my cibil score is getting down and i am not getting any loan. Also i have done part payment of rs 2.0 lacs but no increase in cibil score.
                            Although i am paying the emi on due date from other bank, i have to pay bounce charges

                              I was charged double toll because the fastag said insufficient balance.
                              However, later on we realized that the amount was deducted from the toll balance as well.
                              We raised our complaint on 26th december 2019 and were assured that the refund would be credited within 20 days.
                              However, not only has the refund still not been credited, but axis bank refuses to give me any answer and sometimes even hang up the phone.

                              I received a complaint no/interaction id:[protected] but there has no action been taken and axis bank have closed the case.

                              I believe there is a scam in play.

                                I was opened salary account. Before three month those account was converted saving account. They was charged rupess 10 For never do any transaction. That was paid. Than I was deposited more than 10000. As per axis bank Regulation. Recently 10.2.2020 again charge 50 rupess for what? I want refund that amount.

                                  My kyc updation for mutual fund is pending in axis bank, amravati brach. Since one month taking continous follow ups but branch manager mr punit is giving false excuses and statements.
                                  Really got harrased with axis bank services.. Please do my kyc urgently as all the documents submitted in bank already. Bank manager is sometimes asking for 1000 rupees for doing sip from there branch and sometimes saying that he is doing kyc non officially...

                                    This is extremely annoying that in spite of being a good customer to the bank by paying monthly bills well on time, you have charged me an amount of inr 1500 as the annual charge which is unacceptable at any instance. This was never informed to me, neither any communication regarding this charge in spite of probing to your executive last year. My intention of having this card was to use this card for my various needs which would make both o[censored]s be in a win-win situation and i have not agreed to any annual charges at any circumstances. If this is the way your bank operates then i don't want to be part of this and rather will spread about this in social media also will write to the md desk if this charge is not reversed immediately. Everything was good until this charge appeared on my statement, i would urge you to reverse this charge on an immediate basis to avoid any negative circumstances.
