brn-card charge

Early morning today 4th feb 2020 i got a text that rs.100 has been debited from my account.

I am unable to understand this charge especially why i have been charged.

I need the refund, this bank is cheating us, i am unable to call them, getting response that its a chargeable call, then i recharged, after that it says no response, receiver is not answering.

How a bank can put such number where customers...

brn transaction - money debited

Rs.7690 deducted from my axis bank ac without my permission. Transaction says it is brn card payment, i did not done that transaction, i am also not activated any auto debit service. Customer care executive said that it is auto debit service that is not activated in my ac. It is such fraud transaction by axis bank.

Hi,

I raised complaint for fast tag replacement on[protected], but till date not received any response from there customer care.

I got the interaction id on[protected].

After this i registered request online on 13.01.2020 but still there is no response.

I called there customer care no. So many time, but i think they are untrained and every time they said within 7 days you will get...

axis bank blue dart courier

Axis bank has sent my conf document through bluedart courier. They did call me but instead of deliver it, they want to pick up. The address is 20 km away. When i said please deliver to my address, they changed the tracking system with incorrect address and they are not picking anymore calls.
They really pathetic in service, details are below

Against my savings account bearing no.[protected], thrice, twice of rs.500/- & once of rs.250/- vide urn no. 60167453, 60166740, 60270400 respectively through official website of axis bank under banner efkonindia alongwith the logo of axis bank. Unfortunately, none of the three remittances were able to top up my fastag wallet whose particulars are given below.

amount deducted from account

Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned in the statement like TIPS/SCG/DT 01.02.20... .While making the payment to various vendors I was charged already with extra fees while swiping the card at various points then why after few days I am being charged extra. I have still not received fast tag for my vehicle number gj06dg0687 since the past 2 months. The axis bank fast tag number [protected] does not work at all. Only recorded advertisements (Eoss...).
Yesterday my walled id got debited twice at toll plaza in uttar pradesh for a fast tag they never delivered to me..

When i tried to request for a cheque book it was showing error as your request has failed during processing. Cheque book facility is not available for this type of lien reason code, i cant place a new cheque book request, i need my new cheque book to process my employee provident fund. Still i have my balance amount in my account. And also every month there are lot of deductions in my account message shows as consolidated charges...

I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

delivery issue

I have applied for fastag since 1month ago. But till today, I have not got received the fastag. Whenever I try to call the axisbank fastag numbers, no one picks up the phone. The numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. This is very frustrating. When I applied, the charges were automatically deducted from my account. After few days again an amount of Rs 1000 is deducted from my account as an auto load....

axis bank fastag : blacklist

I have a fast tag 34161FA820328A5205E52D20 fixed to my car KA41P8374.
I have 200 Rs balance also. In the toll, it was displaying 'black listed'.
Money was deducted from my wallet also at Brahmarakootlu toll booth on 02- Feb-2020. Since it was displayed as 'black listed' the staff at toll booth had forced me to pay by cash also.
Finally my wallet money is deducted; as well as cash transaction was forced due to ths 'black...

worst bank and worst support service

My debit card is also lost before multiple years since then i have visited their branch multiple times to close my account. But they are not closing my account. not received my fastag (axis bank)

Purchased my fastag from axis bank on monday. I. E. 27 january 2020.. And paid rs 400 for my fastag received a message saying that your fastag has been recharged on the same day 27 january 2020.. Till now that is on 31 january 2020 i have not received my fastag.. I tried calling their fastag service center but only music plays no call is connected to service center...
Need help immediately..!!...
