We are surprised to found that full set of signed account opening form of our partnership firm “Hansaria Shah S & Associates” and all related signed documents e.g. KYC documents of the firm & its six partners and signed cheque for minimum balance of Rs. 10000/- drawn from HDFC bank, had been reportedly / orally informed, lost by the Axis bank Dahisar West, Mumbai branch. Which is considered very serious act / offence committed by the said branch and can not be taken lightly as repercussion of its misuse are manifold and un-imaginary way of mis-utilization of all such documents also can not be ruled out.

Hence we demand an urgent and immediate enquiry to be conducted in all such state of affairs and be rewarded with suitable compensation including indemnity letter for any unforeseen losses as may occur because of the negligence & careless attitude of the said branch in dealing & record keeping of all above mentioned documents.

We are also making our letter for record creation purpose and also making our informatory report to the police station as a precautionary measure and safeguarding our interest.

Please acknowledge the receipt of the same & take due action immediately to the best of our satisfaction.

    This compaint is regarding axis bank fast tag. There is issue of non receiving physical tag.
    I had applied for fast tag on 22 jan 2020. It was mentioned that tag will be received within 7 working days from date of appliction. But till today 06-feb-202 i didn't received tag in physical form. I got mail regarding customer id and all that.

    There is no tracking option is available on axis bank fast tag site.

      I recently got a instant loan through credit card. Instant loan provided only if you have bank account and credit card in same bank.
      They offered me a loan of 174000. During the loan time they said they would collect processing fee and there was no interest(1.4 percent annum).they have put a processing fee of 2610 rs(january bill) . Now they have put interest of 2175, principal amount 3856.77 and gst amount 391.5(february unbilled transaction).
      For the 3 year, i have to pay a wholesome of 6423 per month and total i have 231228

      231228 minus 174000 equals 57228.
      this is cheat.
      I would not have bought the loan if i want to pay interest. As they said there will be no interest, i bought . Kindly take action

      I tried calling toll free number. they said that they will connect to loan section, and to wait in phone line, then after 10 minutes disconnects.

        I had requested and personally submitted a letter to bank 2 months ago to cancel my credit card. All my dues were clear and I had submitted my card, however, it still is active in the internet banking.

        Please cancel the credit card immediately as it may be misused online

        I did a recharge of 1000 in total on my commercial fastag and my vehicle has crossed the toll only 6 times and so the total amount deducted should be 450 but the deduct 75 rs every other day in the name of adjustment entry and now my balance is 100 please respond to this

          I first have a salary account with the company at axis bank, which is account number (A/c no. [protected]) i never used that account after coming out of the company and i moved out of state to work. I called customer care to close the account. But he suggested the need to visit his own branch. I received the message every time because your account balance is zero and now that too. Now i went to the branch to close the account, they said that you have a negative balance, which is rs 6, 562, to maintain a minimum balance we maintained a negative balance. I showed my message that they gave zero balance. They are told that this is our trade policy. My friend told that according to rbi there is no negative balance in the savings account. I went to another time to show and close that account, but they explained why we need to follow those rules. And we have not received any such instruction from our bank, so you need a negative balance to close it.
          this type of fraudulent customer and rbi by axis bank takes action against such fraudulent banks. My mobile number is [protected]... Please help

          I have applied for fast tag on 1/1/2020 under ref.no.[protected] but not received fast tag up to date how can I get it early and track the delivery status.my vehicle no is Up65AZ2362. I have not received any information about the delivery of fast tag please resolve my problem as soon as possible
          I have booked my fastag on 3.01.2020, I suppose to receive fa-stag within 7 days. I have not yet received fa stag. And blue dart tracking showing no data with the reference number quoted. It is requested to resolve the same.

            I had created a new axis ASAP account in April 2019 and having a good transactions but all of sudden I got a message from Axis Bank regarding the closure of my account.
            How can you close my account without my consent.

              I got the massage today like "your a/c 339778 is debited by rs. 180 on 04feb20. Avbl bal: rs. 363.90. Info: tips scg dt 01.02.20. Call [protected] for dispute" this was not done by me only and i have no knowledge on this transaction even please resolve this and make my account credited with that money back.               I have requested for fastag on 7-Jan by paying Rs.400, but not received the fastag till date. A/C No: [protected].
              Axis Bank fast tag applied online for my vehicle no. AP03H6102 ON 06.01.2020 BUT TILL to date we cannot received fast tag till to date the given call centre no.was not worked we cannot received any message or mail from Axis Bank fast tag centre. Please take my complaint give instruction to send fast tag immediately
              1.Not receiving messages when transactions has been done using credit card 2. bill not received for this month
              3. sent bill does not open after following instructions provided by bank
              I have booked fast tag on 29th nov 2019. I have not received any message of despatch. Yet no tracking details given. Helpline number[protected] is not useful/only music pays after two ivr option.
              Service request is closed without any escalation and reason.
              Rs. 200 as deposit has siphoned up by axis bank.

                Early morning today 4th feb 2020 i got a text that rs.100 has been debited from my account.

                I am unable to understand this charge especially why i have been charged.

                I need the refund, this bank is cheating us, i am unable to call them, getting response that its a chargeable call, then i recharged, after that it says no response, receiver is not answering.

                How a bank can put such number where customers cannot reach them.

                I need a refund plus compensation to that, this is not acceptable.

                I have opened my salary account in axis bank. A person from axis bank came and opened a account and provided a insta kit with passbook cheque book and debit card also .
                He said that my account get activated in 1 days but it's been more than 3 days my account not yet activated

Transaction says it is brn card payment, i did not done that transaction, i am also not activated any auto debit service.                   The worst Fastag service bank.no helpline no. uneducated staff. just ordered fastag from axis bank and did a recharge but i wont work in any toll it shows blacklisted for no reason and no one picks helpline no. go for other banks
                  I want to report a fraud done with me on petrol pump, an amount of 1517 debited twice on[protected]. Merchant said that the amount is not credited to his account but it came to my statement.

                    I raised complaint for fast tag replacement on[protected], but till date not received any response from there customer care.

                    I got the interaction id on[protected].

                    After this i registered request online on 13.01.2020 but still there is no response.

                    I called there customer care no. So many time, but i think they are untrained and every time they said within 7 days you will get it. But still there is nothing.

                    I had opened a fastag account with Axis bank and remitted Van amount of Rs.500. My registered mobile no. is [protected].I used my fastag on 13/2/2021first time and paid Rs.75/- at Paliyekara toll booth of Thrissur district of Kerala state. After that, on 16/02/2021, I returned to Kannur district through the above toll booth. Unfortunately, the collection staff forced me to remit an amount of Rs. 150/- since I have not sufficient balance. But the messages shows a balance of Rs.125/- More over l haven't used my fastag card any other toll booth other than the Paliyekara toll booth. So I request you to refund the additional amount which is already levied from me.

                      Axis bank has sent my conf document through bluedart courier. They did call me but instead of deliver it, they want to pick up. The address is 20 km away. When i said please deliver to my address, they changed the tracking system with incorrect address and they are not picking anymore calls.

                          Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned in the statement like TIPS/SCG/DT 01.02.20... .While making the payment to various vendors I was charged already with extra fees while swiping the card at various points then why after few days I am being charged extra. Am using salary account and what is the use it, why you guys charge me for using debit card. you guys charging all sort of sevice charge, atm usage charge, quarterly charge etc etc from use without fail, including all this charge this hidden changers.
                          I want to know about it as well as get the refund.

                            I opened bank account in axis bank sardulgarh distt.-mansa in november bank officer without permission applied delite card and 1770 rupees deducted from my account and i contact to customer care and bank branch but no solution provided minimum 10 times branch officer call me to visit now they say income something i want to case file regarding without permission atm card applied its so expensive and bank officer blocked my card also but no payment refunded they time pass with me

                                I have still not received fast tag for my vehicle number gj06dg0687 since the past 2 months. The axis bank fast tag number [protected] does not work at all. Only recorded advertisements (Eoss...).
                                Yesterday my walled id got debited twice at toll plaza in uttar pradesh for a fast tag they never delivered to me..
                                No actions taken for so many emails sent to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com.
                                It seems to me that the axis bank fast tag project is a big scam by itself with no one to take the responsibility and resolve burning issues.
                                Do not link your account number/credit card number to fast tag account. There is every likely hood you will get scammed.
                                E mails sent to the ceo and md of axis bank mr. Amitabh chadhry are non responsive.

                                  When i tried to request for a cheque book it was showing error as your request has failed during processing. Cheque book facility is not available for this type of lien reason code, i cant place a new cheque book request, i need my new cheque book to process my employee provident fund. Still i have my balance amount in my account. And also every month there are lot of deductions in my account message shows as consolidated charges for a/c for every month without notification or message to a customer.

                                    I have applied for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from axis bank. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

                                      I have applied for fastag since 1month ago. But till today, I have not got received the fastag. Whenever I try to call the axisbank fastag numbers, no one picks up the phone. The numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. This is very frustrating. When I applied, the charges were automatically deducted from my account. After few days again an amount of Rs 1000 is deducted from my account as an auto load. My fastag wallet id is [protected].

                                      Please do the needful as soon as possible and refund my money and cancel my fastag. With this kind of carelessness from the bank side, I don't want to have my fastag from this bank.

                                        I have a fast tag 34161FA820328A5205E52D20 fixed to my car KA41P8374.
                                        I have 200 Rs balance also. In the toll, it was displaying 'black listed'.
                                        Money was deducted from my wallet also at Brahmarakootlu toll booth on 02- Feb-2020. Since it was displayed as 'black listed' the staff at toll booth had forced me to pay by cash also.
                                        Finally my wallet money is deducted; as well as cash transaction was forced due to ths 'black listing'.

                                        Please refund the money. Also, remove the blacklisting.

                                        I applied fast tag on 20th Jan.2020 but still not received. No mechanism to track the same also. Although it was said that same will be delivered with in a week. When call on toll free of axis bank no response.
