credit card foreclosure related issue

Card. I have credit card base Loan and paying all EMI's without any

Axis bank ppl just came to our collage which is near my kengeri branch bangalore and gave us account forms and got us as there customers
Later v came to know they have given home branch of kolar which is more than 200 kms from here
And now for any queries like even to change mobile number, to unlink nicp mapping from this account (Which was automatically done even without our knowledge) they are asking us to go to home branch...

yet not received

I have applied for axis bank fastag and also make the necessary payment for the same on 19.01.2010. My fastag account number stands activated vide no. [protected]. Despite of reaching customer care and writing mails no satisfactory response has been received from their end as till now i didn't get my fastag.

Kindly provide when my fastag will be delivered....

I noticed this transaction that i never made, axis bank cut 118 rs twice in a week from my account. I got this message.
Your a/c 944878 is debited by rs. 118 on 27jan20. Avbl bal: rs. *. Info: sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop. Call [protected] for dispute.

I never made such a transaction, when i called the customer care they said it's deducted coz i took a loan from someone... Which is nonsense, i haven't taken...

fastag problem

I first passed through anewadi toll plaza fastag worked. Second time the person at same point told your balance is low. And showed on digital display blacklisted vehicle or something. He took cash from me and then allowed me to go. First i recharged with 400₹ then used only once.65₹ deducted. There was balance more than required 65₹ at the same toll plaza. I dont understand what was the problem. How to put money in my fastag account....

1699 rupees deducted without my permission as ecpp service charge. i dont want this service. need refund of money in my credit card.

Yesterday on 24/01/2020 i got a sms that 1699 rupees deducted from my credit card due to ecpp service. Why axis bank ecpp service activated without my permission. It's totally fraud how can bank deduct money and activated any services without customer wish. I need refund the amount immediately in my account. I dont like such kind of services.

fastag not received in time

I have applied for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from axis bank. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag......

I have placed online order for fast tag from axis bank on 5th jan 2020. Received order confirmation and fast tag wallet details (Etc customer id[protected].

But, till now i haven't received the physical fast tag.

Tried axis bank fast tag customer service, not reachable. Sent email to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com with fast tag wallet details. Still there is no response from their end.

ecpp charges deduction without permission

Ecpp assistance service — i received sms from axis bank tha rs 1699 is deducted on 24/01/19 on axis bank credit card 8644. Without my permission. I dont even know the company and this kind unsolicitated charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the company need to pay my money back and further i will block the credit card.....

fastag yet not dispatched and not received yet

Fastag is purchased from axis bank on 7th jan, 2020. Even after multiple emails there is not response to email except auto emails. Customer care number is of no use.

I have not received any information yet regarding the fasttag dispatch. When can i receive the fastag?

my fast tag account has been debited with rs 50 on 21.01.2020 at 11:46:35 and rs20 on the same date at 11:46:28 without travelling on that date

On 21.01.2020 at 11:46:35 and on the same date at 11:46:28 i have never traveled any where but i have received two messages debiting rs 50 and rs 20 on the same date from my fas tag account. The message is not containing my vehicle no mbhczc 63sjb131689 as usually mentioned in the message received after deduction from the tollgate.
Therefore kindly go through my complaint and refund the illegally deducted amount from my wallet account...

Customer id[protected] applied on 07/01/2020 fast tag sticker not received. No responses received 4-5 times called up the toll free nos

Request for early dispatch of fast tag sticker rs 400 paid through credit card on 07/01/2020.

No information receibved from axis bank nor the fast tag sticker received. Its more than 15 days now request action at the earliest...
