I applied for axis bank fast tag on 07th jan after seeing their 7 day delivery promise. I did not get the fast tag till date and customer care persons are not at all helping. I already traveled twice from bangalore to kerala multiple times and had to pay in cash and wait in queues. Can this fast tag be cancelled and money refunded? I can get fasttag faster from other banks....

I have applied for fast tag for my car on 27th jan and the same was to be delivered within 7 days but as on date i haven't received the dispatch details.

If axis bank is advertising the delivery 7 days, it should fulfill the commitment. When spoked to customer care dept they dont have any data related to despatch request to take aapropriate action against axis bank and help in getting our product delivered to me as soon as...

Ordered fastag from axis bank, was delivered in ages and when i did finally receive it. The fastag never worked. After plenty of reminders and mails and twitter messages i have not received a single reply from the bank to sort out my query. I have ordered for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal on December 19, 2019. I have already paid all the charged and have also received customer id & wallet id. But the physical fastag is not received and their customer service is also completely useless. I have called over 10 times and mailed over 5 times, but still no response. I made a online registration for axis bank rfid fastag on 26/12/2019 for 6 vehicles. But i received only for 4 vehicles. I raised complaint both through voice call support and emailed to backend support team. Till 30/01/2020, i havent received rfid stickers for 2 vehicles and have to pay 2 single trip costs for missing rfid vehicle each day for past 1 month. Useless team of coordination...

I am furstrated with the worst service of axis bank for not delivering the fast tag at my delivery address.
I have raised request online for opening the fast tag account on 17.12.2019 and still then i am following it up with fast tag customer care no.[protected],
4 service requests are been raised for this, one complaint also ws taken by the representative on the same number but still its not received by me on the given address.br...

Suddenly my asap account is showing zero balance and the sms shows as account closure. The and says all the money is debited. I had almost 24k there. Unable to understand the meaning, when all my kyc is already updated from last year. No customer care number available on google is getting connected, in mobile banking also there is no section for direct contact. Only automated bots. I urge to return my money so that i can close my relationship...

I ordered fastag using axis bank fastag online portal i made payment on 10/01/2020 but i have not received it yet. Their customer care[protected] never responds it keeps on hold for 20-30 minutes and line get disconnected itself many times. Payment proof attached. Kindly look into the matter.

I am so frustated with the axis bank service that i have to come here.. I was trying to apply online debit card or cheque book or netbanking but nothing happening and when i go to manesar branch gurgaon then they took my frustation to whole new level by refering to one counter to another one said go to 2nd counter, that person said go 5th, 5th said go to 2nd and goes on. And then wait we bring the form and the form arrive after one hour....
