I got a call from axis bank agent on 1 day. (I don't remember the day exactly)

She started conversation like this call from axis bank, due to maintenance service, we are verifying communication address, she wants me to confirm my current address during call and i did.
After that she requested for consent code which i got message from axis.
Later she informed in the same call i will get another call from verification department, pls respond to that call

On 2nd feb, 3.07pm, got following message
Your credit card application for axis bank my zone credit card with reference no 17264644 has been declined. Pls call [protected] if you did not apply

Due to this my cibil score got impacted which is not tolerance. Can you please take an action on this.

    We g s software pvt ltd having a current account in your bank since 2016. We would like to inform you that on august'2019 we lost our debit card and immediately we have placed a request for new debit card, and we have been informed that within 15 days a new card will be delivered to our address. But unfortunately after repeated reminder and multiple time we filled up the forms we got our debit card on the month of january'2020.
    After received a card we have informed that pin needs to be generated and for that it requires a date of birth. We have done the same and tried to generate the pin but the date of birth was showing mismatch, we complained to the branch and they asked to fulfill the form and within 24 working hours it will be resolved. Now we are very much surprised to see that 1.5 month passed and we are helpless.
    We have faced so many legal issues in our books of account due to unavailability of debit card, as we had to done the payment from different account.
    This is how the axis bank electronics complex branch members are providing service to their clients. I would like to share the names of the employees who have been involved to providing the service to us.

      I have savings account in axis bank. My contact number is [protected]. I was charged -7299rs for non maintenance of average minimum balance and my account balance is negative -7299s. You cant make an account balance as negative due to non maintenance of account balance according to rbi rules. I contacted your support and, they say that there is no rules like that and, there is no need for axis bank to follow those rules. I want my negative balance to be waived please solve my request.

        Dear axis bank, this is to inform you that 1200 inr debited from my account without any notification, i have not given any cheque to any one but today i have received from axis bank that 1200 cheque return and debited 1000 rs. But when i have checked my accounts that 1200 debited from my account and there is const charges. I am traying to connect you in toll free no but no body can give answer. Pl respond other wise i am going to take a case in court.

          I hold axis bank asap account, i have deposited cash around 5 times via deposit machine in a month and i have been charged around 300rs for each deposit (Deposited just 500 like wise).
          There is no sms that i will be charged 300 for this deposit as i exhausted monthly limit or no email or atleast on screen of deposit machine it never says the charges. Now i have been charged around 1500rs for cash deposit charges and no transparency in banking. Also if you have charged that 300rs soon after a day or week customer would have under that there are charges, but you charged after a month and customer dont know whats happening. I am worried and not happy with axis bank services, please revert the charges.

            I opened my axis bank asap account online last year in feb 2019 after great hassle. I was charged extra twice for debit card and sent 3 cards. Despite trash customer service, i went to the bank and completed full kyc and mainly did transactions via gpay. One year the bank sends me a text that they closed my account with no previous warning and took all my money stating the reason that kyc was not completed. Customer service is unreachable via call or text. Bank takes no responsibility of its mistakes. Absolute fraud.

              Axis Bank Deduct my Money Without any prior Notice or Intimation. And they Not telling the Clear Why they Deduct Hidden Charge Consolidated Charge242.19+ GST43.59=Total 285.78.
              CUSTOMER CARE support facility is Worst.The CUSTOMER CARE Executive Mr. NADAAF so Arrogant and speaks banking ### but not Solving my Queries and my Questions.
              Axis is The Worst bank in my Life
              and i'm going to Close my Account.

                Today My Account debited by 7134 INR on account of consolidated charges.
                During my last call to Axis customer care the representative told that there would be only 500 INR charge against your account and that was deducted last month.
                I am not aware of the charges levied here...Axis Bank has started cheating customers.

                Date - 9th Feb
                Solution - I want my money back...then I will keep my account operational.

                  Hi team,
                  I have made imps transaction today (09th feb 2020) for the amount rs.100000 from my axis account to hdfc account. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.
                  Counting it as one more worst experience with axis bank.

                    Last month there was 1200 rupees were deducted in my account under account of consolidation and even this month 600 rupees were debited.. Unusual exploitation of customer without proper reason.. Serious i'm total disappointment with axis bank. I'm losing hopes in axis bank. Please take proper measurements in consolidation charges please don't exploit axis bank customer with lumpsum charges. Please make a refund of all consolidation charges. I'm totally disappointment with this act. Nearly 2000 rupees exploited.

                      We all know that axis bank is one of the best and provides great deal in business and to all customers
                      I know how the bank is because im seein it from past 2 years
                      However i never expected such bad experience that would happen from this bank
                      I had a car loan from axis bank where i was paying every month on time however on this month due to bank strike on friday and saturday that is 31st jan and 1st feb i couldn't deposit a cash in my bank. Whereas bank done ach on a day of holiday that is as per their against confirmation which is in case of holidays it would deduct from next working day but now they end up imposing 661 as penalty for non maintainance which is not good though after paying the emi amt in bank.

                        I had a salary account with axis bank, which later on converted to savings as i discontinued my service with my last employer, i continued using my account on a daily basis. Suddenly my account was blocked/frozen by axis bank without any intimation or notification. Now when i am trying to reach out to the call center i am not getting any valid or logical reason as why is that so.

                          It is been more than 3 months that i requested for fast tag replacement from the axis bank.
                          Customer service seems to be very bad.
                          They are not well equipped to handle customer issues.

                          When called for customer care[protected] — most of the time it takes lot of time of to connect, when it connects they will take a request, assign the ticket number and takes months to resolve the issue.

                          Recharge facility is very worst. When recharge is done, it is not reflected in account and for that separate ticket has to be created which even takes months to resolve.

                          Can appropriate team pitch in to resolve this issue.

                          Tickets number will be shared on request.

                            Early morning today 7th feb 2020 i got a text that rs.1437.87 has been debited from my account.

                            I am unable to understand this charge especially why i have been charged.

                            I need the refund, this bank is cheating us, i am unable to call them, getting response that its a chargeable call, then i recharged, after that it says no response, receiver is not answering.

                            How a bank can put such number where customers cannot reach them.

                            I need a refund plus compensation to that, this is not acceptable.

                                Axis bank has falsely deducted rs 140/- on 21-jan-2020 and i have raised complaint to them. Complaint number provided is sr[protected]. But even after following up several times, there is no update from them and also no refund so far. Can you please get this refund done and make sure to address the issue of wrong deduction in future?

                                I have already written several mails to the mail ID etc.[protected]@axisbank.com from my registered email which is [protected]@hotmail.com. I am not getting any response either on email. Even when I call your customer care also there is no update.
                                Are you totally disconnected?

                                    inward remittance via axis bank netbanking, it does not work due to potato servers.

                                    I have been trying to get the details and fill in all details required for inward remittance on netbanking portal, the forex dept. Person from the branch says, its due to slow server.

                                    I contacted customer support on call they told me to raise an email complaint (A support ticket), i have no reply since last 12 hours.

                                    I can't do the formalities required for inward remittance in person or by going to the nearest...

                                    In reference to the above subject, had made a complaint to axis bank on 13th january, 2020 of not having received our fastag for our vehicle which we had applied for in december first week, 2019.

                                    Thereupon, we were given blue dart pod tracking number - [protected]. On tracking through blue dart, all that we get is "no records found" on their tracking site.

                                    Request you to please look into this asap and revert urgently as it is now almost 2 months since we applied for our fastag.

                                    I did write to you but all that I received was a SRN No. and nothing thereafter. As I see you are unable to meet customer's demands on time, kindly refund my amount as there is undue delay from your end. I will prefer getting my FASTAG through other banks etc.

                                      My fast tag has been deducted with 345 INR. Can you confirm why this is deducted. I have called your customer care and they asked to write to you for refund. I also called 1033 as suggested by customer service and NHAi representative said I should only contact bank for any transactions and refunds. Your representative said this is due to vehicle mismatch. But I have provided correct RC to you along with copy of it. How can it be mismatch. And this is deducted when I am at home.

                                      I wrote to etc.[protected]@axisbank.com around 4 times since 1 month. I dont even get the response. Its the worst service. Now I am fedup and wanted to remove all the accounts from Axis.
