Early morning today 7th feb 2020 i got a text that rs.1437.87 has been debited from my account.
I am unable to understand this charge especially why i have been charged.
I need the refund, this bank is cheating us, i am unable to call them, getting response that its a chargeable call, then i recharged, after that it says no response, receiver is not answering.
How a bank can put such number where customers cannot reach them.
I need a refund plus compensation to that, this is not acceptable.
