This is really disappointing,

how can this bank freeze amount from the bank account for no reason,
even i have paid my emi on time, but still i had to pay penalty for no reason,

and after paying penalty, still my amount is freeze.

How bad your service is.

    On sep 05 2019 Axis Bank deducted ₹450+81and ₹300+54 from my credit card without any reason and in statement it show cheque bounce charges which I had already paid my bill on 4th sep 2019, On follow up ₹300+54 was debited to my account and ₹450+81 was still pending and when i contact to customer care they will say we will resolve it asap but till now nothing happened

      My name is Rohan and I have an Axis Bank Account.
      I had a loan repayment scheduled on the 5th of January. I paid 7272 for the same from Axis Bank Internet Banking.
      On the 6th of January the amount was debited again and my account balance went into negative since the account did not have enough money.
      Now the company is saying that I need to pay a fine since there was not enough money in my account even though the payment was already made.

        I have been a customer for axis since 2015.
        I am facing unnecessary deductions like consolidated charges and recently today i have been charged 1825 rupees for BRN card.

        This is not really fair.
        I only have have 4000 in my account and these money were debited .
        I want my money back asap.

          We have applied for fastag on axis bank website.. paid money online and they promised to deliver at doorstep with in a week. It's been more than a week and it is not yet delivered. Tried tracking the status on bluedart, information not available.
          Called Axis bank customer support and to just know the status they are asking us to wait for 48 hours. Ok fine we don't want axis Bank fastag, we are ready to take new fastag from the direct outlet, even for this also they are telling us a procedure to send cancelled cheque bla bla blaa...

          Do these people really think it is correct?
          Now we want to travel on a work and blocked with these things.

            I have recently applied fast tag from axis and has been allowed a fast tag account no. [protected]
            And on 3 of jan an amount of 800 been auto sweep from my account. I have never selected any such option to auto sweep while requesting fast tag account.

            Its very bad from axis side to do it this way. More over their customer care number[protected] does not work at all.

              Hi sir/madam,

              Very recently i have visited axis bank branch to close my previous companies salary accounts. I am not using them since 1 year but these people are without informing anything adding lien amount into my accounts. I requested them to wave off the lien amount and close the accounts. But the operations head in uppal branch spoken very rudely not even giving respect and he did'nt even took my request. I am not in a position to pay that lien amount.

                Hi,

                Axis bank rbi layout jp nagar 7th phase branch sold me a policy max life gain plus 20 in order to get a locker. This policy is such a waste of hard earned money and i would consider it is a direct cheating for a customer who has a premium salary account.

                Axis bank sold me this policy in november 2012. I paid 6 premium amounting to 2, 40, 000. After 7 years if i want to surrender my policy it has a surrender value of 1, 48, 389. If you guys even asked to make an fd in axis bank returns would have been much better.

                I am raising this issue with my firm to black list axis bank from getting corporate salary accounts.

                This is not the way you guide your customer and cheat them.

                    I have recently applied for fast tag from axis bank and has been allowed a fast tag account no.
                    On 2 jan 2020 an amount of 800 has been auto swept from my axis salaried account.
                    I called up axis customer care number to verify why the money got deducted from my account and i was told that there is separate customer care number for issues related to fasttag.

                    I submitted a request to stop the auto sweep but no response received.
                    More over the customer care number for fasttag is pathetic. Its only giving option for madhya pradesh.

                          I have applied fastag from axis bank website on december 7th. I received confirmation in email but i still did not receive the tag.

                          There is no option to track the status or mail to raise the status request.

                          There are other providers who are able to deliver in 15 days. I suggest you to take care or stop receiving new request.

                          I emailed Electronic Toll Collection <etc.[protected]@axisbank.com> and got response. Thank You.
                          I had applied fastags from AXIS bank for vehicle number RJ14CX6317on 22nd November. But there is no update. It is 40 days since I had applied. I donot think that even after considering the huge number of tag requests, dispatching a tag takes this much time. Every time they say that the tag will be dispatched in 7-10 days and 40 days have passed.

                              Called customer care number several times but no1 is picking up, and on mail also no proper reply as i have mailed many times.

                                I paid for fast tag through axis bank and i got a message that, they allotted me fast tag no.[protected] and despatched to me on[protected].

                                Till today, i have not received the fast tag and i already sent some mails to axis bank and they are not responding. Customer care no.[protected] taking us credit card section and they are unable to sort out my issue.

                                Please help to get my fast tag.

                                  I have applied for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from axis bank. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is very wurst, because can't speak with anybody. There is no provision for tracking & response also is not good. There is no response if sent the e-mail also.

                                    I lost inr 4200 with out my involvement, i never deal with this site for any transaction in the past.
                                    Request you to help me and refund back my amount.

                                    Dear Axis bank Team on 31st December 2019 I have made an IMPS transaction of Rs.9995 in SBI but this transaction got failed & the amount got deducted from my account. It was 3 days completed and amount not credited back in my account. It is much needed. Please revert on an urgent base. Please find attached a screenshot of the transaction copy.

                                      Fastag blacklisted. No response from care support. No response to my emails. I crossed almost 12 tolls in 2 days. All say my fastag is blacklisted for no balance. I have recharged for 1000. It is new tag. First time use. Toll says contact issuing bank. Bank says contact toll or 1033. Paid cash on all tolls.                                       I bought axis fastag and using from 26th dec but Toll plaza staff told me that fastag is ok or u have balance also but machine always shows blacklisted when i cross th toll.
