As we all are well aware that after 15 January NHAI toll plazas will charge double amount of the toll from the person who don't have fastag on his vehicle, In this regard I'd like to share my grievance for redressal about the Fastags purchased & activated through online Axis bank web portal for 2 no.s of my Cars, DL3CBC1818 Regd Mobile no [protected] & the another one DL8CAC9324 Regd Mobile no [protected] on dt 28/12/2019 by paying Rs 407.20 each. At the time of Purchase Axis Bank assured that these fastags will be delivered maximum within seven days to our registered address but till date in spite of my continuous follow up complaints with the Customer care nothing is happening. Please do the needful required to resolve the issue at the earliest and save me from the NHAI penalty Charges.

    Fastag was ordered on 04th jan 2020 and there is no delivery status for the vehicle details entered on bluedart tracking section.

    How to check the fastag delivery status.

    Kindly let me know the steps to check the status and delivery time for the fastag.

    Also the toll free number for fastag is not working. Have tried calling number of times but there is no response.

    INR 2199 was spent on credit xx4589 on 06 jan 20 at ECPP assistance service,
    This amount was deducted without my approval. Please Deactivate ECPP assistance service from my credit card immediately and i want my money back.

      Fastag does not get recharged. When clicked on "recharge" option in their website, nothing happens. Instead we are direct to "statement" page. I have tried reaching it through mobile app (Using neft) option. It still does not get recharged.
      There is no pick on till free number. I have written 5 emails, but they have not replied. I am stuck with this useless and pathetic service

        Dear team,

        I have paid my emi on time manually (5th jan)
        As i did not get any information or msg regarding emi will deduct on 6th instead of 5th, because of this i had paid manually in fear of penalty. But still bank has deducted 590 as penalty, its seem not fair.

        Is there any chances for refund this amount.
        As i had paid on time so why this penalty.
        It is just disappointed.

          I have booked fast tag on 31st dec 2019. I got the booking confirmation message and was mentioned that it will be delivered in 7 days. Its been 8 days now, i have not yet got even dispatched message. Helpline number provided is not useful at all as only music pays after two ivr option. Raised a sr as well on axis bank fasttag portal but no reply yet on that as well. I dont know when will i get my fasttag. Never expected such service from such a big reputed bank.

            I have applied for fastag on 31st december. But till date did not receive the same. The reference number or this application is wb12d3407. It was notified that the tag will reach me within 7 days. I tried to call the helpline number [protected] several times but there is no ivr. The call gets connected but after waiting for long time you cannot find anyone speaking to you. This is poor service from axis.

              I had applied for fasttag through the axis bank portal an even paid the mentioned amount of 200 and it was said that the fasttag would pe delivered within a week. However it has not been delivered till now and also there aren't any messages from them. The toll free number is also not being answered and emails are also not being responded with the current status of the process.

                  Disputed unauthorised transaction happened on 10/12/19 by crating UPI ID from saving account Axis bank customer I’d[protected].
                  UPI ID was created on 10/12/19 at 19.30, massage from AXIS BANK on mobile recived immediate I informed Axis bank cousumer service that I have not created UPI ID .Within 5 months 5 unauthorised transaction happened without waiting my confirmation regarding UPI ID. It is deficiency on part of Bank without confirmation carry out transaction .I am taking legal action in local Court and Consumer court.

                    I purchased fastag online via axis bank on 16-Dec-2019 and have not yet recieved. I contacted several times customer care but nothing helpfull was done. Every time they just updates that fastag will be delivered in next 2-3 days with new interaction ID. On 04-Jan-2020 axis bank has also recharged my fastag account through auto sweep feature from my saving bank account which was not activated by me. I have charged multiple times for fastag while it's not delivered to me.
                    My registered mobile number is [protected] and vehicle number is UP81BC7000 for which i purchased fastag.

                            Disputed unauthorised happened in from my saving account as above on 10 .12.19.PAYTM personal created UPI I’d on date 10/12/19 (As had done transaction through Axis bank debit card maybe card was saved with PAYTM)On Dt 10/12/19 at 19.30 I recived alert massage from AXIS BANK that your UPI Pin is created.I immediately called Customer care Axis bank that I have not created UPI Id by that time transaction were already made.No OPT was send for any 5 transaction of 4 transactions Rs 20000 and 1 transactions of Rs 10000 made within minutes of creating UPI ID .I intend to take legal action against bank approach Local court or consumer Foram as deficiencies in service of bank

                              My Fastag Wallet ID:- [protected]
                              Customer ID:[protected]

                              There is fund transfer of INR800 reflecting in my bank acct dated 03.01.2020 without my consent to Fast tag recharge.
                              Why this activity occur without having any mandate of auto debiting from bank saving account moreover when it is not required.

                              I want this money to be send back to my saving account on urgent basis. I don't require to travel so often and money in my fastag wallet.

                                  Hi I took fastag from Axis bank through car showroom while buying my car. Next two months this card was not working
                                  G and finally after so many struggles I recharge the fas tag account 2000 rupees. Now all till plaza it’s showing blacklisted. But amount debits every times. Iam getting embarrassed on tools after I recharge this much amount I used to pay and go again. And message will get after an hour time saying that your account debits on so on toll plaza. Iam really fed up with this. I don’t know why this careless. Need immediate support or else will raise serious complaints. Iam writing this after so many problems. And some times message will reach next day if travel. It’s very serious concern. Call me for more clarification

                                      On sep 05 2019 Axis Bank deducted ₹450+81and ₹300+54 from my credit card without any reason and in statement it show cheque bounce charges which I had already paid my bill on 4th sep 2019, On follow up ₹300+54 was debited to my account and ₹450+81 was still pending and when i contact to customer care they will say we will resolve it asap but till now nothing happened

                                        My name is Rohan and I have an Axis Bank Account.
                                        I had a loan repayment scheduled on the 5th of January. I paid 7272 for the same from Axis Bank Internet Banking.
                                        On the 6th of January the amount was debited again and my account balance went into negative since the account did not have enough money.
                                        Now the company is saying that I need to pay a fine since there was not enough money in my account even though the payment was already made.
