I have applied for fastag through axis bank online portal for my hundai getz ka 03 mg 957. The receipt number is[protected] dated december 7, 2019 and the lead id[protected]. The amount paid is rs. 200/- (Rupees two hundred only).
Of course, the amount paid is not much, but my concern is about the delay in getting the fastag sticker, because, after the 14th january 2020, cars without the electronic stickers will be severely handicapped. I have sent several emails, but every time there is only an automated reply which doesn't address my problem. Their 24x7 customer care number is unresponsive most of the time, and not very helpful, if at all picked up by somebody. So, i would like to know, if there is anyway i can cancel the axis bank fastag, so that i can apply for a fresh one with some other agency, which is user friendly.

Updated by Joshi Kissen Hi, The problem is that I have written to you already on 12/12/2019, 19/12/2019 and 26/12/2019 for the sticker applied for on 07 December 2019. There is just an impersonal response and nothing else happens. And so with your customer support. It would help only if somebody calls me from your end.
