I had placed a service request on the portal 2 weeks ago i got no response from the axis bank. I dialed the customer care the bank claims to be a 24*7 service, other than the stupid advertisement for promoting itself no one answers the call.
I tried e-mailing them but just the same crappy customer management does not even bother to reply.
Axis bank is clearly inferior to all other banks which provides better customer support system why do you bother taking the fastag system if you can not handle it efficiently.

    Sir, I have clearly foreclosed all dues of the personal loan on 08/08/2019 at Durgapur Branch.
    Sir, till now it is showing Right up in my CBIL.
    For this I am facing too much problem.
    So, please kindly to be kind and remove my Right up from the CBIL.
    I have already foreclose this last about four months twenty two days ago.
    So, please kindly look into the matter and help me for these.

      My axis bank credit card fraudulent transaction happens on 08-Sep-2018, fraud guy spent rs. 77000 in my credit card and used in phonepe, phonepegold, flipkart, cc avenue. I gave complaint in cyber crime Bangalore also but there no use they won't investigate anything.

      Note: i gave fraud guy phone number to cyber crime but also no use, fraud guy phone number: [protected] and got fraud bank, adhaar details also but cyber crime no use at all.
      I have FIR copy also.

      I complaint in axis bank also they gave me 3 months temporary credit limit, after 3 months they removed temporary limit and sent me bill.
      Now i am not able to pay my bill because currently i don't have job.
      I called axis customer care and asked them to settlement still i didn't get any response.

      I need to solve this problem as soon as possible because i am getting more calls from axis bank credit card agency to outstanding amount.

      Note: I have personal loan on axis bank also, i am paying my EMI's regularly but still i am getting more calls to pay my loan amount due to credit card outstanding amount, my personal loan marked as Non Performing Account(NPA), but my EMI paid history is good.

      Please help me axis bank, i have good relationship with you guys and i need to look further to keep good relationship with you guys.

      I am waiting for your response ASAP.

        cancel my oneassist membership and refund the money

        My axis bank a/c 605264 has been debited by 1899.00/- for oneassist membership.
        I didn't want the service but they deducted my money last year and told that I can only disconnect from one assist next year but this year also the same case. They deducted money without any intimation.
        So i contacted oneassist customer care couple of times in past few days and requested for cancellation of my membership.
        I am totally disappointed...

          Above is message confirmation for fastag order placed on 22nd dec. Been over a week now and physical tag still not received. Money has however been debited immediately. No tracking available on blue dart using vrn. Sad service from axis, siphoning of acc holder's money. Either refund or ensure delivery of fastag immediately

            fastag not received physically. no tracking facility available.

            I applied fast tag on 21 dec.19. Axis bank confirm for 7 days delivery. But they did not delivered and not updated any information regarding delivery.

            However there is no option for tracking the delivery at axis bank.
            Their customer care no is dedicated for speaking advertisement of shopping cloths and other items but no information for fast tag.

            This number [protected] is fake no. To manipulate customers...

            I am kasiviswanathan. M and i have submitted my documents for axis bank neo card on 4th dec 2019. On5th dec i received a msg from axis bank station that congratulations, welcome to axis bank credit cards! Your application for axis bank credit card is approved. The card details will follow shortly. I tried to follow it up after few days but i never received ay update. Later called to customer care they said it was under processing. I checked online it is showing my application is declined because my date of birth is not matching. All my records i have the same date of birth. How on the hell can that be possible.
            Later i am receiving a msg from axis bank your credit card application for axis bank neo card with reference no 16661651 has been declined. Pls call [protected] if you did not apply
            My application no - 784136 ; reference no : 16661651.
            Kindly request you to resolve the problem.

            My suspect is axis bank executive has uploaded the wrong document online.
            Kindly resolve or respond to the above questions.

              I have applied for fastag through axis bank online portal for my hundai getz ka 03 mg 957. The receipt number is[protected] dated december 7, 2019 and the lead id[protected]. The amount paid is rs. 200/- (Rupees two hundred only).
              Of course, the amount paid is not much, but my concern is about the delay in getting the fastag sticker, because, after the 14th january 2020, cars without the electronic stickers will be severely handicapped. I have sent several emails, but every time there is only an automated reply which doesn't address my problem. Their 24x7 customer care number is unresponsive most of the time, and not very helpful, if at all picked up by somebody. So, i would like to know, if there is anyway i can cancel the axis bank fastag, so that i can apply for a fresh one with some other agency, which is user friendly.

There is just an impersonal response and nothing else happens. And so with your customer support. It would help only if somebody calls me from your end.

                          I am axis bank customer, yesterday i got a notification regarding debiting amount of rs.1899 for one assist service charge from my account. I have not subscribed to any of such services and i did not get any calls from the bank people.
                          I am unhappy with such bank activity which has happened without my knowledge and the amount is too high.
                          I request bank authority to consider the issue and resolve this by refunding the amount.

                            I ordered for fastag on 18th dec, yet after 10 days it has not been delivered to my address. Send me as fast as possible or give me refund back. Such a bad thing to deal with services given by in such a way. I have deposited 400rs to the axis bank fastag for the issuance of fastag on 18th dec, they have opened wallet on21 dec with 200rs credit, but the problem is when will you send me the fastag? Is this the way you are dealing with precious customers. What is this?

                              I had fraudulent transactions happened on my debit card with out my concern or otp as below on[protected] and[protected]

                              Account number : [protected] 1. A/c is debited with inr 1.00 on[protected] info: pur/google *services/g.co/helppay/google *services/seq no[protected]
                              2. A/c * is debited with inr 588.00 on[protected]: pur/google *octro inc/g.co/helppay/google *octro inc/seq no[protected].

                              I lost inr 589 with out my involvement, i never deal with this site for any transaction in the past.

                              Request you to help me and refund back my amount. And i dont want this again in future.

                              I have asked the customer service to block my card and won't like to see any further fraud transactions without my intervention.

                              Please let me know if you need any other information.

                                I registered and paid rs200 for fastag on 7th december. The wallet has been created. I was told that by 13th december, fastag will be received. But not received. Then calling upon customer, i was told that by 19th dec and not received. And again i called, 23rd december was given deadline. Again i called and was told that they have huge request, so the bank doesn't know what is the status. Its almost a month and i haven't received fastag. I have no idea what to do next. Am fed up with this bank. Banks know that they wil receive huge request, they should have been prepared for this assignment before getting contract from govt. Even the blue dart site is useless. Cannot track anything using the vrn no.

                                It's been almost a month and no fastag received. Can't you people be sure before making any promise to customer. Else just cancel fastag and return the amount.. am unable to cancel the registration as well. Feeling very irritated with your response. I will never ever refer your bank to any of my kudos. Pls refund my amount Rs200. FASTag wallet ID [protected] . If this persists longer, i will reach out to consumer court. I have no patience.

                                  Recently my axis bank account ending in 7690 has been debited by 118 INR on 10-Dec-2019, name- Jaspreet Singh Chawla and mob#- [protected] with Info: sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop. I never gave any consent/acknowledgement/approval/issued this mandate, ECS or anything else nor did I initiate it.

                                  Can you please stop it and stop deducting any amount as per your wish. From where are these requests coming as I am for sure not sending/initiating any of these?
                                  If it is fraudulent or anything, stop it immediately and revert/credit the funds in my account ASAP.

                                  Your CUSTOMER CARE team is useless as well, they were of no help in this regards, stupid useless bank.

                                  I have contacted Axis CUSTOMER CARE, they said I can not do anything. They said we will ask someone from axis bank to call, I received a call but she said I can not do anything, hold the line I will take someone on conference, she then put me on hold for 5 mins and said no one is picking call. She said I have taken your details, you will get a call back in 24 hours from the concerned POC who will be able to resolve this. It is almost/more than 240 hours (10 days) I have received no call back nor has anyone reverted/credit the amount they deducted without my approval.

                                  I have also dropped them a mail on customer.[protected]@axisbank.com and also logged a complaint from axis bank website/support link but still they are just ignoring and taking advantage o[censored]s as users.

                                    I booked 3 fds on nov, 2019 and became entitled to earn 300 reward points as per the offer. I called axis customer care executive around nov 10 to check on the same and he told me sir check on nov 20, points will be credited by then. I called again to check update and was told it will get credited by dec 1, which wasn’t done. Credit it immediately without giving any excuses.

                                    The offer was valid till Nov 30, 2019 and I booked my 3 FD’s on Nov 1, 2019. Do not launch offers which you are not willing to give, and do not take customers for granted and make a fool of them.

                                    Adding image as proof which the bank is denying. In the image, it can be clearly seen that I received the communication on my mail on Oct 31, 2019.
