amount debited from my credit card

On sep 05 2019 Axis Bank deducted ₹450+81and ₹300+54 from my credit card without any reason and in statement it show cheque bounce charges which I had already paid my bill on 4th sep 2019, On follow up ₹300+54 was debited to my account and ₹450+81 was still pending and when i contact to customer care they will say we will resolve it asap but till now nothing happened...

loan amount debited twice

My name is Rohan and I have an Axis Bank Account.
I had a loan repayment scheduled on the 5th of January. I paid 7272 for the same from Axis Bank Internet Banking.
On the 6th of January the amount was debited again and my account balance went into negative since the account did not have enough money.
Now the company is saying that I need to pay a fine since there was not enough money in my account even though the payment...

I have been a customer for axis since 2015.
I am facing unnecessary deductions like consolidated charges and recently today i have been charged 1825 rupees for BRN card.

This is not really fair.
I only have have 4000 in my account and these money were debited .

applied fastag on dec 19th... not received

We have applied for fastag on axis bank website.. paid money online and they promised to deliver at doorstep with in a week. It's been more than a week and it is not yet delivered. Tried tracking the status on bluedart, information not available.
Called Axis bank customer support and to just know the status they are asking us to wait for 48 hours. Ok fine we don't want axis Bank fastag, we are ready to take new fastag from the direct...

regarding cancellation of auto sweep

Hi,

I have recently applied fast tag from axis and has been allowed a fast tag account no. [protected]
And on 3 of jan an amount of 800 been auto sweep from my account. I have never selected any such option to auto sweep while requesting fast tag account.

Its very bad from axis side to do it this way. More over their customer care number[protected] does not work at all.

Axis bank rbi layout jp nagar 7th phase branch sold me a policy max life gain plus 20 in order to get a locker. This policy is such a waste of hard earned money and i would consider it is a direct cheating for a customer who has a premium salary account.

Axis bank sold me this policy in november 2012. I paid 6 premium amounting to 2, 40, 000. After 7 years if i want to surrender my policy it has a surrender...

axis bank debiting fastag recharge automatically from saving a/c.

Axis bank charged 800/- debited from my saving a/c. By auto sweep. It is requested to revert the amount debited from a/c. And please stop debiting automatically to recharge fastag a/c. I paid to axis bank for fast tag and they sent us a message that, i have allotted fast tag no.[protected] and it is despatched.

Till today i have not received the fast tag and i tried in many ways to reach axis bank fast tag customer care but no response received from them

Please do the needful to get my fast tag.

not received fastag after 1 month

I have applied fastag from axis bank website on december 7th. I received confirmation in email but i still did not receive the tag.

There is no option to track the status or mail to raise the status request.

There are other providers who are able to deliver in 15 days. I suggest you to take care or stop receiving new request.

Kindly let me know the status....

physical fastag not yet received

I have applied for fastag on 09/12/2019 through axis bank portal, i received walled id on sms but physical id still i have not received. Its almost a month now.

Called customer care number several times but no1 is picking up, and on mail also no proper reply as i have mailed many times.
Is there any chance i can get it before 15th jan.

Till today, i have not received the fast tag and i already sent some mails to axis bank and they are not responding. Customer care no.[protected] taking us credit card section and they are unable to sort out my issue.

Please help to get my fast tag.

I have applied for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from axis bank. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is very wurst, because can't speak with anybody. There is no provision for tracking & response also is not good. There is no response if sent the e-mail also.

fastag not working on toll plaza

Fastag blacklisted. No response from care support. No response to my emails. I crossed almost 12 tolls in 2 days. All say my fastag is blacklisted for no balance. I have recharged for 1000. I have order the fastag through axis bank site. I have paid all the charges for it. And i haven’t got any response for the bank yet. I had got the customer id and wallet id at the time of booking. And now it’s been more than a month now i haven’t still received my fastag yet. I had purchased it on 30/11/2019. I tried calling the customer service but there was no response. It’s been a month and i haven’t received any tracking id...
