Hi,
I have applied for axis fastag on 8th dec 2019, got wallet id generated, still i have not received the fastag
Sent an email to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com for tracking details
Got reply from them saying fastag is delivered, they have provided awb of bluedart tracking, when checked fastag is delivered to mumbai location i had applied for bangalore location and i have clearly mentioned the address while applying.
I have replied back to the email but still now no response, send 2 followup emails

It's almost 3rd week running. Please lookin to the matter and resolve immediately.
When i track bluedart through vehicle registration number it is showing invalid reference number entry
Please help me on the same.

In my axis bank savings account rs 1300 debited as consolidated charges plz refund my amount

But till date i didn't received any communication regarding FAST TAG.
I tried to follow up on toll free no. [protected] as well as wrote email to company, but still its not solved.
Interaction ID:[protected] of dated 24.12.2019 & 99972874 of dated 18.12.2019 but after completion of 25 days none of the customer support was able to reply.
Kindly let us know the estimate time for resolve the problem.
