I have booked fastag on 15th dec but still i haven't received it. I have paid the charges for the fastag while booking. Please deliver at the earliest or else give me the interest money on my 400rs which you are using since last 20 days. You simply cannot use my money without giving me the necessary service as agreed by you on your website. Take this very seriously else i will file a complaint in rbi against you. If you are unable to provide the fastag then refund my money with interest to me at the earliest.

If there is a shortage of Fastag then that should be clearly mentioned on your website. You simply cannot use my money for so many days without giving me the agreed service. Give me interest on my money till the time you deliver me the fastag else i will file a complaint in RBI against Axis Bank.
I had applied for issue of Fasttag for Vehicle number DL 8CS6988 through my Axis Bank account number [protected] on 19 the December 2019 to be delivered at A 41, DDA Flats, Harirhar Aptt, Ashok VIHAR PHASE 2, Delhi 110052.

But till date we have not received the fasttag.

I applied for fastag thru axis bank by 21/11/2019 and paid Rs 200..till now not receicved and no response. i tried calling by help line number but only music playing and nothing happenned. my customer id[protected] etc customer id

    Hi, i am sumit khandare have saving account no. [protected] with hiranandani estate thane west in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted as on[protected] of rs. 425.20 and[protected] of rs. 338.50 and[protected] of rs. 100 and[protected] of rs. 1008.16 and[protected] of rs. 531.44 and[protected] of rs. 550.00 and[protected] rs. 647.60 and[protected] rs. 550.00 and[protected] of rs. 1040.79 and[protected] of rs. 2109.[protected] of rs. 507 as well as debit for assist services of rs. 1899.00 (This service without my approval they deducted money from my account. I am totally disappointed with this one assist)

    In hole year of 2019 as total rs. 9706.90 from my account written as consolidated charges assist services.
    Please help me to get my money back, these banks are deducting money from innocent peoples their accounts without telling peoples,

    I am working as security guard service, i am not able to maintain balance due to these reasons.
    Please help me and refund my money.

      I have ordered fastag via online through axis bank site on 9th december. Transaction id-[protected], receipt no[protected]. Didn't received the tag yet. Lead cust id[protected]

      I tried to contact the lead but there is no response. I came to know that my friends who have applied for fastag on the same date received it within a couple of week. So kindly do the needful to get my fastag as soon as possible

      Axis Bank have deducted money four times on today from my fastag wallet account? Can they provide my travelling details or Picture of my registerd vehicle, taken by your Cam on toll plaza? I am sure, they can not, because I am not travelled since 28th December'2019.

      My account balance shown negative balance due to credit card not paid. But past 6 months I have paid regularly but account balance not updating it showing same balance.

        I have recharged my fastag wallet by 510 rupees. But at the toll gate it was shown as blacklisted. I am not able to resolve this issue. Customer cae number mentioned in the axis bank site for fastag is not working. It should redirect me to a customer care representative, rather it plays a message related to some sale on repear. This is pathetic service.
        What should i do now?

          I had applied for fast tag on 22-dec-2019, tag has been activated online but i have not received physical tag yet. A notification which i received said within 7 working days it will be dispatched. It has been more than 10 days already since i received notification and there appears to be no sign of tag dispatch.
          Also contacted toll free number several times but no response from them till today. Kindly look into the issue.

          I had ordered my fastag from Axis bank in assurance of dispatching 7 working days but more than 43 days passed, I tried to contact them but from 33 days I am receiving only one answer i.e. Sorry for inconvenience caused by the call representative!

            The amount of rs.997 has been debited but in my statement no such transaction i can see. I went too nearest branch of noida they are saying that the debit card charges has been debited from my account which is rs.472 then i ask why the amount of rs.997 is debited but they have no answer and simply saying that please go to your home branch and raise a complaint....

              Have ordered a Fastag from Axisbank on November 2019 till now have not received it. Sent numerous mail to etc.[protected]@axisbank.com and no response from them. Even the toll number provided by them in site is not valid. Very poor and bad service from Axis Bank. Now that fastag has become mandatory i'm not able to go through any toll areas due to this. Don't even know whether i'll be getting the Tag ever after.

                  I am Cheated by Axis Bank employee Mr Ramsaroj who is working with Axis Bank Kalina Branch harbhajan Building in LAP.He took money in the name of bank account opening and He has taken by original documents .He is working under Sujit Patil LAP division.He was referred by Mr Aslam who is also working in axis Bank as a relationship manager.I am calling Mr Ramsaroj but he is not responding my calls and not giving my money.I spoke to Mr Aslam he asked me to coordinate with his superior as promised by his superior it must have sorted but nothing happened.At last i came to know Mr Ramsaroj left the bank.
                  I want my money i am tired of calling him.I am Planning to file FIR in the name of Axis Bank and Ramsaroj.How can axis bank appoint such people who are cheating people. I am expecting to resolved within 24 hours otherwise i will file a complain in the name of axis bank and MR Ramsaroj.

                    I have outstanding of over INR 2, 00, 000 on my axis credit card and I am unable to make payment thanks to losing my job and being jobless. I have no payment available and my life's saving was put in forex trading which went into loss and lost all of my 5, 00, 000 in it. I have no back up and I am broke and in severe debt. I don't know what should I do. Kindly note I am seeking settlement but I have nothing to offer. I am fed up of people chasing as my parents are also not working and we are in severe hardship. I have been trying to make payment every month which is not happening as well. I seek settlement at the least amount possible, I am unable to go further.

                      I my name is Santosh Sharma i have account with axis bank at kalina branch santacruz east .I needed LAP the axis bank relationship manager Mr Aslam Khan refer Mr Ramsaroj who is working with LAP in kalina branch Harbhajan building itsel[censored]nder Sujit Patil in LAP division.Mr Ramsaroj took money in the name of opening and depositing in my account i did google pay.i have records .He took original documents in the name of verification. I am doing follow up but he is not responding neither he is giving money not documents.
                      I met Mr Sujit Patil and Mr Aslam khan as per them Mr Ramsaroj left the bank.
                      Now to whom i should ask my money and original documents.
                      i want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible .I am tired of all this .If nothing happens now i will file fir in the name of axis bank and Ramsaroj.

                        Paid, booked and even recharged, on 23rd Nov. Still no luck. Tried to reach call centre with no luck and no one even answers other than promos. Trist to reach over email that just receives sorry and will be posted with no luck still after more than a month now. What is really happening out here with Axis? Can you guys be more serious and give real call centre number and right response in emails? Please provide the right call centre number where really your representatives pick. Also please provde me the physical fastag asap.

                          Hi I have applied for Axis bank credit card and completed the kyc on 17th dec. 2019. I have not received the application number. The lady who communicated with me for kyc is not responding and when i tried to contact her she was not giving any details about application number and provided me my old application number which i have applied in 2017. She was not ready to provide the branch name as well.
                          I contacted KYC agent and he told me this they are from AXIS bank chamrajpet branch, 560018.
                          I tried to contact the lady again and she keep telling that she will call me and laughing on the background which i can hear on call. I am really very frustrated and planning to close my bank account with axis bank.

                            I have worked with axis bank three months and i was ask to go due to some reason.
                            But now i am when asking from Delinking of Pan card from IRDA portal they are asking for relieving and experience letter which i did not recieved from the bank instead i had got No DUE CERTIFICATE from bank Which I have already provided kindly help in urgently Delinking my Pan card

                              My Axis bank savings account was deducted by Rs. 3597.01 under the description BRN-PYMT-CARD-XXXXXXXXXXXX4069. I googled the description and found this might be the bank's penalty for overdraft or non-payment of credit card bills on time. I am sure I never miss a payment date and double checked it from my statements, none of the bank's credit cards missed a payment deadline.

                              I have been repeatedly trying to call the bank's customer care number, they are always busy whenever I call them. Also tried online chat, but no one ever responds.

                              If this is the way the bank treats an old customer, then I am ready to take my business elsewhere.

                                I have applied for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charges but i didn't get any response from axis bank. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not yet delivered to the designated address. Also their customer service number is not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

                                kindly look into the matter for the fastest delivery of my fastag because I'm facing great inconveniences.

                                  I received confirmation from on 30th November 2019 that my fastag has been dispatched and also mentioning my Wallet ID and ETC Customer ID.
                                  I have even recharged my fastag wallet using the above details, but cannot pass through the fastag lanes as, till date my fastag has not been delivered to me.

                                      I transferred money through Google Pay and Phone pe on 31st Dec 2019 FOUR times. The money got debited each time but did not reach the beneficiary. Also, the transaction failed each time. I raised a dispute but haven't got a response yet. I also called customer care but did not receive a response. Got a busy tone each time.

                                      When will I receive my amount? It is INR 18000. How can the bank be so careless?
