I have applied for fastag on 17/12/19 vide a/c. No.[protected]/[protected]/r. However, fastag has not yet delivered. Further on 03/01/2020 rs. 800/- debited from my saving a/c. By auto sweep. It is requested to revert the amount debited from a/c. And please stop debiting automatically to recharge fastag a/c. I will recharge as per my requirement. Please arrange to deliver fastag early and link the same to my saving account so that i can access my fastag a/c. By internet banking.

    I have made imps transaction on 1st january 2020 for the amount 132905/- from my axis account to pay my axis bank credit card. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. I made this transaction using net banking from usa. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.
    Counting it as one more worst experience with axis bank.
    I contacted axis bank customer care, but no use.

    After 5 days, my transaction is successful. I don't know for what reason, my transaction was on hold for these days, but currently transaction history says, this is success.

      Last week i received fastag & still i have not used fastag but immediately axis bank deducted rs.800 when i tried several times on call center to understand the reason & finally one customer care officer has picked my phone but when he understand my queries, he told me its happened with many customers & immediately he disconnected or call auto disconnect. Now i am not able to connect with axis bank call center.

      I request you to don't buy fastag from axis bank because they deducted money from your account without any intimation to you.

        Bought online fastag with home delivery on december 1st 2019and net received till now. No customer care support. My service request was closed without solving complaint. Approached near by branch several times and they even not able find status with walled id number car number and registered phone number that is issued by axis bank. Axis bank simply robbing the money in the name of fastag!

          I applied for fastag on 20 dec 2019. My vehicle number is hr67a2326. But still i did not any message from them regarding the dispatch of my fastag. More then 14 days have been passed. Even i continously check on bluedart website there is also no update. Time has been passed very quickly but no message received from axis bank. Really poor service.. Even i complaint about that on official twitter handle of axis bank, they provide me a email to complaint their. I also file my complaint on the given email adress.. But there also no solution is provided.

              I had applied for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal on 9th dec 2019. I paid all the charges and received customer id & fastag wallet id [protected]. But the physical fastag is not received from bank. Started calling their customer care and raised service requests. Sr[protected], sr[protected], issue not resolved yet. Now their customer service number is only giving new year ads not able to connect. They are not providing a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

              I have not received the FASTAG applied on 9th Dec 2019. The problem is NOT Resolved. Update on 4Jan 2020:-- After a lot of calls and follow ups Received a mail from [email protected] with subject "AXISIBRM=100-260-932". The mail had a snapshot of Waybill number 40132431791 showing that item is delivered. Waybill, the item is showing delivered to some address at Delhi instead of delivering to Kochi. Tried calling the customer care 18004198585, which did not connect instead containing advertisements. waited for 15 minutes on call. Did not connect. Don't know how to proceed. ---------------------------------- Update on 10 Jan 2020 There is no call or resolution from the Axis bank. I wrote to etc. management to close my FastTag account with Axis bank and refund the security deposit. ------------------- Update on 17 Jan 2020 No reply from Axis bank team on closing account staut or refund of Security deposit. I have reminded. Seems they value less for customers.

                My axis bank fasttag has 1000rs and is not working it's showing blacklisted. I have raised this concerns to customer care on multiple times and sent mail to (Etc. [protected]@axisbank.com) but no use.
                Each time i call customer care, they are asking me wait 24hours.
                Last time i have requested to raise high priority ticket and still not helpful.

                Is there anyway this can be resolved?

                Hi, I have contacted Axis Bank Fastag helpline multiple times but no use and they simply saying backend team is working and telling me wait for another 24 hours.
                Also there is no update for complaint request which I raised.
                Please let me know if anything needed from my end to resolve this issue.

                  I purchased axis bank fastag on 13.12.2019 at nivedita setu toll plaza bally, howrah by paying rs. 600. My vehicle number is wb02y1734 and registered mobile number is [protected]. After issue of fastag i received message in my mobile that rs. 100 is deposited in my fastag account. But in axis bank website it is showing that they have no record of my vehicle. Even the complaint site of axis bank is designed in such a way only complaint can be lodged through registered mobile. I am not a customer of axis bank and unable to lodge complaint with them.                   I want to refund the fastag and get back the money. I am getting computerized voice and ultimately reaching nowhere. There is no system of sending complaint to O you as you are no accepting any mail from unregistered email.

                  Axis Bank website entered through NHAI portal is still showing they have no record of my vehicle. I am unable to use fastag sticker. I now want to return the fastag sticker issued by AXIS Bank and purchase new fastag sticker. How to get my deposited money?
                  One of the worst service by Axis Bank in recharge of fastag [protected] this is my wallet number in this regard I approached the bank in Bangalore near by Leela palace hotel she is insisting me to open an account and deposit Rupees 15000 fifteen thousand I don't what to do

                      As per bluedart, it has been sent back, now what is the procedure? Who is responsible for the extra charges by toll plazas, and who will bear it?

                        And i have not given auto debit option also
                        Then also without my permission they have debited the amount

                          I have booked fastag on 15th dec but still i haven't received it. I have paid the charges for the fastag while booking. Please deliver at the earliest or else give me the interest money on my 400rs which you are using since last 20 days. You simply cannot use my money without giving me the necessary service as agreed by you on your website. Take this very seriously else i will file a complaint in rbi against you. If you are unable to provide the fastag then refund my money with interest to me at the earliest.

                          If there is a shortage of Fastag then that should be clearly mentioned on your website. You simply cannot use my money for so many days without giving me the agreed service. Give me interest on my money till the time you deliver me the fastag else i will file a complaint in RBI against Axis Bank.
                          I had applied for issue of Fasttag for Vehicle number DL 8CS6988 through my Axis Bank account number [protected] on 19 the December 2019 to be delivered at A 41, DDA Flats, Harirhar Aptt, Ashok VIHAR PHASE 2, Delhi 110052.

                          But till date we have not received the fasttag.

                            Hi, i am sumit khandare have saving account no. [protected] with hiranandani estate thane west in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted as on[protected] of rs. 425.20 and[protected] of rs. 338.50 and[protected] of rs. 100 and[protected] of rs. 1008.16 and[protected] of rs. 531.44 and[protected] of rs. 550.00 and[protected] rs. 647.60 and[protected] rs. 550.00 and[protected] of rs. 1040.79 and[protected] of rs. 2109.[protected] of rs. 507 as well as debit for assist services of rs. 1899.00 (This service without my approval they deducted money from my account. I am totally disappointed with this one assist)

                            In hole year of 2019 as total rs. 9706.90 from my account written as consolidated charges assist services.
                            Please help me to get my money back, these banks are deducting money from innocent peoples their accounts without telling peoples,

                            I am working as security guard service, i am not able to maintain balance due to these reasons.
                            Please help me and refund my money.

                              Axis Bank have deducted money four times on today from my fastag wallet account? Can they provide my travelling details or Picture of my registerd vehicle, taken by your Cam on toll plaza? I am sure, they can not, because I am not travelled since 28th December'2019.

                              My account balance shown negative balance due to credit card not paid. But past 6 months I have paid regularly but account balance not updating it showing same balance.

                                I have recharged my fastag wallet by 510 rupees. But at the toll gate it was shown as blacklisted. I am not able to resolve this issue. Customer cae number mentioned in the axis bank site for fastag is not working. It should redirect me to a customer care representative, rather it plays a message related to some sale on repear. This is pathetic service.
                                What should i do now?

                                  I had applied for fast tag on 22-dec-2019, tag has been activated online but i have not received physical tag yet. A notification which i received said within 7 working days it will be dispatched. It has been more than 10 days already since i received notification and there appears to be no sign of tag dispatch.
                                  Also contacted toll free number several times but no response from them till today. Kindly look into the issue.

                                  I have paid necessary amount to Axis bank for purchase of fastag on 17th Dec 2019. Got message from Axis Bank that Tag will be dispatch within 7 working days. However, till date I have not received any further communication or Tag from Axis Bank.
                                  When can I get the tag and how can I track its delivery.

                                    The amount of rs.997 has been debited but in my statement no such transaction i can see. I went too nearest branch of noida they are saying that the debit card charges has been debited from my account which is rs.472 then i ask why the amount of rs.997 is debited but they have no answer and simply saying that please go to your home branch and raise a complaint....

                                    I have applied for the fastag from axis bank through fastag portal. I already paid all the charges but i didn't get any response from axis bank. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. Applied on 29/11/2019 and its transaction number is[protected].

                                    Pls update the status of my fastag. It's already completed one month.
                                    Sir from my axis bank account my money is debited from my card by without doing any transaction or other any online payments my money is debited from an online namely PUR Goggle agromart on 15/12/2019, 21/12/2019, 28/12/2019 amount rupees 7347 ie.rs 2449 three times debited.Sir please help me
