I have not received the FASTAG applied on 9th Dec 2019. The problem is NOT Resolved.
Update on 4Jan 2020:--
After a lot of calls and follow ups Received a mail from
[email protected] with subject "AXISIBRM=100-260-932". The mail had a snapshot of Waybill number 40132431791 showing that item is delivered. Waybill, the item is showing delivered to some address at Delhi instead of delivering to Kochi.
Tried calling the customer care 18004198585, which did not connect instead containing advertisements. waited for 15 minutes on call. Did not connect.
Don't know how to proceed.

There is no call or resolution from the Axis bank. I wrote to etc. management to close my FastTag account with Axis bank and refund the security deposit.

No reply from Axis bank team on closing account staut or refund of Security deposit. I have reminded. Seems they value less for customers.
