We have applied for fastag on axis bank website.. paid money online and they promised to deliver at doorstep with in a week. It's been more than a week and it is not yet delivered. Tried tracking the status on bluedart, information not available.
Called Axis bank customer support and to just know the status they are asking us to wait for 48 hours. Ok fine we don't want axis Bank fastag, we are ready to take new fastag from the direct outlet, even for this also they are telling us a procedure to send cancelled cheque bla bla blaa...
Do these people really think it is correct?
Now we want to travel on a work and blocked with these things.

As a consumer complaint sell you will report this to axis bank. What will happen after that, they will give us an email to to write a complaint. I am shocked at the services level that we are at.
