I have ordered Axis bank fast tag, its been almost 20 days i havent received the fast tag and there is no response when i call them on[protected] .
My vehicle number is AP29AX2529. The axis bank site says u will receive the fast tag with in 7 days however its 20 days now and they dont even answer the call after waiting for 20 minutes.so please take the necessary action

    I have applied fastag with axis bank on 16 dec 2019 they said fastag will be delivered in 7 days but it's been a month but fastag is not received.
    When i approached the bank they are irresponsible and arrogant. They show no interest in resolving the query. The toll free number they give is not connected to any executive.
    Too bad customer service.

      I am an existing customer of your esteemed bank at the unnao city branch. Bearing current account [protected]. I have been associated with the bank for a long time now and i consider myself as a loyal customer of your bank since i do all of my banking transactions through your bank.
      I am lodging this complaint very dishearteningly against one off the staff of your bank. His name in last indra prakash post operation manager. For some query he ask me you are illiterate and gate out from branch.
      I hope your bank will take appropriate disciplinary action against that employees and ensure that employees behave well with its customers.

        The fasttags associated with my wallet i'd is showing blacklisted at toll plazas. Eventhough i have sufficient balances in my associated account. Why is this happening after raising several service requests too my problem is not resolved.
        I have submitted neccessary documents too. Almost all vehicles face the same problems eventhough i have fast tag more than a year now.

          This information is wrong. We dont have any option with vehicle no and also if we enter vehicle no as tracking id it says id is wrong. Please dont fool your customers

            FASTAG has deducted rs 95 at Krishnagiri L&T toll while i paid cash for two way pass. I kept the FASTAG received new and kept it in my car clove box, but the toll has deducted fastag account using my car number. Hight of madness and cheating.

                I have registered three vehicles (Cars) for fasttag on 5 december 2019. For first vehicle, which you mention below, i got the confirmation message on my phone. But for the rest two vehicles, i didn't get any confirmation message. I have already submitted a complain and my interaction id is 99834349. I called the customer care so many times but they were unable to solve the problem and always told me to wait 2-3 days. It has been more than 40 days but they didn't resolve my problem.

                  I have opened axis asap account online one year ago and they said without submitting kyc they will close it after one year, but one year passed and they are charging me some sms charges and maintain charges extra.. Also i opened a digital account without visiting branch and now they are not giving digital account closing option. If the bank open account digitally then why there is no option for closing it digitally? Even after visiting branch their staff don't give any good response on asap account because it is digitaal account

                    I have applied for the fastag from axis bank. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from axis bank. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag. Account no-[protected]

                      I’m having bad experience with fast tag issues by axis bank. Fast tag not readable even after several complaints no one responded and no end for recheck.
                      I have called many times to the customer care but no response. Please support and resolve the issue by returning back the recharge amount or reissue the working fast tag.

                        With fastag becoming mandatory on all toll plaza starting december, i recently ordered an axis bank fastag account. On their website they would mention "open a fastag account for free". Later while opting, they would charge you 400 rupees (Security deposit+minimum wallet balance of 200). Once you get the fastag account you get a surprise of rs. 800 getting debited from your account. When called customer care they mentioned that there is some glitch in their system and due to this it's happening. For refund/stopping auto debit open up a service request. So, i opened up two service request (Sr[protected] on 6th jan & sr[protected] on 10th jan). Still the issue did'nt get resolved. So called up again to customer service that's when they informed email to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com. Tried doing that and did'nt get any response till 13th. Now when i call up customer care the representative mentioned that whenever i email etc. [protected]@axisbank.com or a service request, every time i need to call up customer for follow-ups and was asked to wait for more 4 days.
                        It's already been more than a week now that my issue has not been resolved by them. For a banking organization like axis bank, this is a huge tat and hence i would not recommend anyone to get the axis bank fastag account.

                          I ordered fastag card online with axis bank on the date dec 23 2019. I have not received the fastag till now.

                          Can you please let me know the status of my fastag. Is that lost?? Even if it's late by few days is not a problem.. But nil response from the bank scares me a lot.

                          I was waiting for the response from customer service to know about the status of my fastag..

                          Even if the fastag is late by one week am ready to wait for it... But, one of the executives has reported that the fastag is delivered in Mumbai location. Can you please comment on it and let me know the status of my fastag

Then after complaining they provided me blue dart tracking id ([protected]) which is incorrect. Axis customer service is not responding properly and disconnecting call. It is nearly 2 and half months now they are neither delivering the fastag card nor providing the correct tracking id to track the shipment.

                            Really disappointed with this kind of service from axis bank.

                            STATUS- Returned To Origin At Shipper'S Request on 24 Dec 2019.

                            As per Service Request generated on etc.management.co.in
                            SR.NO.- SR[protected] for New Tag issuance on 01-JANUARY 2020

                            Status- dear customer please find pod tracking number [protected] kindly check through after five to seven days in blue dart web portal if still not received kindly email us at our email id etc.[protected]@axisbank.com along with your concern by mentioning your pod number

                            But this tracking id is incorrect and not traceable through blue dart.

                                I have applied for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal on 06th january 2020. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from axis bank. Fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also never responding.

                                Now about 2 weeks have passed, didn't received fastag. I have several times to them but every time they are asking to wait. Other fastag providers are delivering in 7-8 days, but in axis bank more than 14 days have passed still i am waiting to receive.

                                Kindly help and interfere in this matter.

                                    With reference to the following two transactions,
                                    03-jan-20 sweep/[protected]/[protected]/k 4, 810.00

                                    While reporting the above suspicious activity in my account to the axis bank customer care team within 10 min after receiving the debit message they simply suggested to approach/call [protected]/etc. Mamagement.com since the above amount was debited by bank for the fastag toll recharge purpose. Then, i keep on calling them since 03/01/2020:5:00 pm and i can able to reach them morning 04/01/2019, 8.15 am;

                                    I asked following two simple questions they were answerless n replied it was technical issue n relies within 48 hrs your money will be returned to your bank account.

                                    1. What is the purpose for the amount debited in my account?
                                    2. Who gave you authentication to debit my account?

                                    It is almost 48 hrs gone, i have not reversed the rs.9620/- and i’m advising you to reverse the amount to my account immediately since the amount kept for house rent purpose. If i’m not get the reversed the amount immediately. I will escalate this matter to the maximum possible extend n i may raise police compliant against the bank.

                                    You have not understood my requirement

                                    Kindly refer my earlier conversation/mail to customer care and nodal officer;

                                    If I choose opt to auto sweep wht is the auto sweep amount will be triggered each time ?.

                                    Why I got debited in my account Rs.9610/- twice each Rs.4810/- ?

                                    Only Rs.4810/- credited to your linked FASTag wallet account ?

                                    What happen my another Rs.4810/- debited second time in my account ? if the second time happened due to technical issue why the same not credited in my SB account immediately ?

                                    As per my knowledge I have not chosen auto sweep feature opted during the FASTag application. I will recharging with different mode of payment when and where I required for it. Why you have debited without intimation leading to levied charges of non-maintenance of minimum balance? Who will fare the charges ?

                                    Totally, I’m dissatisfactory about your service, fast 15 days I’m trying to resolve the issue non you provide solution for the above rather I received only fall commitment dissatisfactory information.

Dl 1 cl 8787 in the name of my wife sushma mehta through axisbank app and the charges amounting to rs.400/- were deducted from my bank of india account number.. An sms regarding the "fasttag 'account no. [protected] has been activated with vehicle no. Dl 1cl 8787" received by sms but no tag received till date. Will i receive the fast tag or i may have to look for other options. There is nobody on the given toll free numbers of the axis bank who could guide the complainants/sufferers properly.
