Hi,

I ordered fastag via axis bank website. I haven't got it delivered yet and also no updates of it has been shipped or not. I have mailed those guys multiple times but still no reply. I received a mail upon payment with the wallet id. But how do i get the login details? Maybe that's delivered with the physical tag. Waiting for a closure on this.

I have. But haven't received any reply since a week.
I have booked fast tag on 10th Dec2019. I have received message of recharge of card on 12 dec 2019. Yet no tracking details given. Helpline number[protected] is not useful. Rs. 200 as deposit has siphoned up by axis bank.

I had applied for axis bank fasttag on 30th nov. It is showing online as activated But till today, fast tag not physically recieved to my address. Pls look into matter. My fasttag wallet I'd is [protected].

I had registered for fast tag in the last week of November, still haven't got physical fastag. My account also shows 0 balance, where as my bank shows 200/- is debited

I applied for FastTag on Dec 3rd and have not yet received the fast-tag. The customer care number does not work. There is no tracking number from Bluedart. Very poor service. Extremely unhappy.

I did receive an acknowledgement of the application and also that it is dispatched by Bluedart. But can't track...

    I had made a payment of inr.200/- on 14.12.2019 vide urn 57877498 for new axis fasttag.
    But till date i didn't received any communication regarding fast tag. Screen shot attached.

    I had applied for Axis Fastag and paid for the same on 2/12/2019, but still have not yet received. There is no customer helpline number or any other way to track the same. How do i know where it is stuck. There must be a easily accessible tracking utility available to customer for them to know the status of the consignment.

    I have applied for fast tag in Axis Bank through online on 29th of Nov. I got a message that, it is confirmed with a wallet no ..., and the physical tag will be delivered with in 7 working days. But sofar nothing is received & no information about dispatch details.
    It's almost 3rd week running. Please lookin to the matter and resolve immediately.

      I applied for fastag on 15th dec, money deducted from my account, till today 9th jan i have not received my tag.

      I sent multiple emails, raised multiple srs nothing is happening. Send email to pno and nodal officer even these people are not responding.

      Height is without a tag they even did auto recharge as well and deducted more money from my account on 8th jan.

      Not gettimg any update from AXIS bank in this
      I have booked fast tag on 03rd Dec 2019. Still I have not received it. Helpline number[protected] is not useful/only music pays after two ivr option.
      Service request is closed without any escalation and reason.
      Rs. 200 as deposit has siphoned up by axis bank.

        I have account with pririorty salary account. I have applied for pririorty annual free credit card, but one of your axis bank shimoga sol 362 credit card employee mrs. Pooja, she wrongly selected to me vistar credit card, and this card showing right now have to pay 4000+amount. I don't want it kindly take a action as early as possible about it. Make the payment is nil. I'm waiting for your right decision thank you.

          Toll fee collection through Fasttag is excess in case of multi entry. For ex. Nelamangala Toll fee collected for 24hrs multi entry by cash is ₹25.
          Same toll fee collected by Fasttag is ₹20 for every single entry.

            Hi i can see a transaction of es15300 on 1st of oct 2019 that was cancelled by me and im geting charged for thing which i have not received. I want my whole money back this has spoiled my crefit score really. Axis bank shoul pay my whole 50k bill. For spoling my records as im a regular payer.i want the rwfund i called so many times now i started receiving collections team call this embarassing

              I have applied for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal. They have created the wallet ID and deducted amount 2 times from my account promising delivery within 7 days . But now its more than 10 days as of now no communication and proper tracking from their side, Have called thrice to their toll free no.[protected] but executives there are just non sense they have no information and required rights to check and customer details ...every time executives are giving dif[censored]pdates over my same query ...i[censored] asks more they put call on hold ( voice log is available on demand)...after loosing hope I dare to write to their mail ID : etc.[protected]@axisbank.com fortunately I have been replied back only once with some wrong POD details (refer attachment) ...Unable to understand why these cheaters are in so hurrry to charge money without delivering services to customer ...
              Kindly take strict action to avoid consistent inconvenience by early resolution .

                I have applied for Fasttag online with Axis bank on 25th November 2019(attached is the receipt). Receipt number is[protected]. Amount 200/- is paid online for that. No sms confirmation or Wallet id is received.
                Twice I complained by email to etc.[protected]@axisbank.com; didn't get any response.
                Either I need the order to be placed or refund of 200/- inititated.

                  Sir yesterday around 3.28pm i went to withdraw money from axis bank atm lanka branch varanasi, but both time it showed me error but it deducted from my account. I am providind ref no of both the transaction.[protected][protected]. Followed with inlankgeneralhospital and pargana dehat amanat, both the atm machine are at lanka branch. Please look on these matter sir its been 4000/- that has been deducted. And it is very important for me.

                    I have applied for axis fastag on 8th dec 2019, got wallet id generated, still i have not received the fastag

                    Sent an email to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com for tracking details
                    Got reply from them saying fastag is delivered, they have provided awb of bluedart tracking, when checked fastag is delivered to mumbai location i had applied for bangalore location and i have clearly mentioned the address while applying.

                    I have replied back to the email but still now no response, send 2 followup emails

                    Please help

                    I have booked my fastag on axisbank website on 8th December 2019. and has paid INR 203 for the same. But there is no update on it yet. Their customer care is useless and no one respond on the IVR. It only plays music.

                    Please suggest what to do.
                    I have purchased fastage online from Axis Bank site on dated 28.11.2019.
                    But yet not received any tracking detail nor my fastage.
                    Please give me detail of tracking number by which I can get the track.
                    Also provide me time, when can i get it.
                    I had rec. An SMS on 10th of dec regarding shipment details of the fastag. Yet its not been delivered and we cannot track the shipment with the details provived in the SMS. As well the helpline no. Goes unattended each time after 2 IVR.

                      I have recently applied for fast tag from axis bank and has been allowed a fast tag account no.
                      Today[protected] inr. 750 has been auto swept from my axis savings account.
                      I called up axis customer care number to verify why the money got deducted from my account and i was told that there is separate customer care number for issues related to fasttag.

                      I submitted a request to stop the auto sweep but no response received.
                      More over the customer care number for fasttag is pathetic.

                        Neither i have an active account with axis bank nor i'm interested to open any accounts in it in any future.                           I had applied for the axis bank fastag on 1st jan 2020 and after successful payment, there was a message window that the tag would be delivered within 7 days. The wallet id was allotted the next day. However, there is no further communication as to when i will be receiving the fastag rfid. The toll free is of no use. I have raised an online service request (Sr[protected] with the axis bank and am still to get a response. Request this be brought to the attention of the authorities concerned in the axis bank.

                          Axis bank fastag supports doesn't revert back at all. I have had 2 different issues with false deductions at toll plaza. Called customer care. They asked to send the details and screenshots in email. I have emailed all details. But Axis fastag support has not yet reverted back with any resolution. It been over 10 days now.

                            I applied for axis fastag on 26/12/2019. Still i have not received fastag. Today the date is 09/01/2020. While applying, the fastag after commiting the payment i received the message from axis bank as,

                            I don't understand what 7 days.

                              My name is avi gupta and i am from gwalior, madhya pradesh, i got my bank account opened with axis bank 3years ago with no condition of balance maintenance. My account number is [protected]. This account is non-operative and was last used may be one year back.

                              When i got this account opened there was no condition that i have to maintain certain amount in my account, so i never thought of checking on it. I haven't received any email or call from the bank regarding this concern. Without even informing me they are putting penalty on my account from last 1 and a half year.

                              Recently i issued a credit card with this account. So when i went to the bank regarding my credit card bill payment. They told me that my account is under heavy penalty. I can only pay my bill when i pay them all the penalities and i might face problem in taking loan in future. So now i am unable to pay my bill as well.

                              I don't understand why i have to pay for something i haven't committed to? Now i request you to please look into the issue and remove this penality so that i can continue using bank services.

When i go to bank for closing that account they said u need to cancel that swiping machine and i have given request 6 month before till now account is not closed.                                     Without my consent, Fastag account has been credited with 800 from my Axis savings, though they mentioned 200rs as minimum limit. Not acceptable. I need refund asap.
                                    I have applied for a fastag online and paid the amount but i did not get any confirmation sms/email from axis bank.
                                    How do i keep a track the status of my fastag.

                                    I have applied for axis bank fastag. My car number is kl11av1244. My online account is activated, still card is not delivered. When I tried to connect to customer care, its always playing advertising song. Bluedart website also not showing records with car number. Please inform correct position and when fastag will be delivered.

                                      I have applied for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from axis bank. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable.                                       Change your Bank . Axis Bank is the worst. No use complaining . They just do not respond . Complaining to even NHCI or Fastag is useless. This Fastag implementation has been the worst so far . None to complain to. None to interact . Hint of digitalisation gone awry

                                      Without any information axis bank taken my 590 RS as lien amt.. atleast they should have sent a mail . Its not updated in any of d statements.. My money is deducted by bank without my knowledge. This is not fair. In case of financial emergencies we will suffer not d bank. Bank must value customer voice.

                                        Sr[protected] created on 17/12/2019 for tag replacement and till now no action been taken place even after so many mails and fastag customer care calls.

                                        Also sr's closed with out my confirmation
