Sir yesterday around 3.28pm i went to withdraw money from axis bank atm lanka branch varanasi, but both time it showed me error but it deducted from my account. I am providind ref no of both the transaction.[protected][protected]. Followed with inlankgeneralhospital and pargana dehat amanat, both the atm machine are at lanka branch. Please look on these matter sir its been 4000/- that has been deducted. And it is very important for me.

    I have applied for axis fastag on 8th dec 2019, got wallet id generated, still i have not received the fastag

    Sent an email to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com for tracking details
    Got reply from them saying fastag is delivered, they have provided awb of bluedart tracking, when checked fastag is delivered to mumbai location i had applied for bangalore location and i have clearly mentioned the address while applying.

    I have replied back to the email but still now no response, send 2 followup emails

    I have booked my fastag on axisbank website on 8th December 2019. and has paid INR 203 for the same. But there is no update on it yet. Their customer care is useless and no one respond on the IVR. It only plays music.

    Please suggest what to do.
    I have purchased fastage online from Axis Bank site on dated 28.11.2019.
    But yet not received any tracking detail nor my fastage.
    Please give me detail of tracking number by which I can get the track.
    Also provide me time, when can i get it.
    I had rec. An SMS on 10th of dec regarding shipment details of the fastag. Yet its not been delivered and we cannot track the shipment with the details provived in the SMS. As well the helpline no. Goes unattended each time after 2 IVR.

      axis bank fastag - auto sweep

      Hi,

      I have recently applied for fast tag from axis bank and has been allowed a fast tag account no.
      Today[protected] inr. 750 has been auto swept from my axis savings account.
      I called up axis customer care number to verify why the money got deducted from my account and i was told that there is separate customer care number for issues related to fasttag.

      I submitted a request to stop the auto...

      Neither i have an active account with axis bank nor i'm interested to open any accounts in it in any future. So please delete my account details completely and stop sending sms (Bw-axipls) and do not call me through my mobile for any personal loan offers. My mobile [protected] is already in dnd list. I'll would not hesitate to take legal action if there is no action taken on it.

        I had applied for the axis bank fastag on 1st jan 2020 and after successful payment, there was a message window that the tag would be delivered within 7 days. The wallet id was allotted the next day. However, there is no further communication as to when i will be receiving the fastag rfid. The toll free is of no use. I have raised an online service request (Sr[protected] with the axis bank and am still to get a response. Request this be brought to the attention of the authorities concerned in the axis bank.

        Your fastag toll free is of no use. It gives 2 options 1) Trouble at toll plaza or 2) Madhya pradesh local bodies issue. Taking the first option (no other choice either) guides to another recorded sound non-stop without moving further. Now what?

        Axis bank fastag supports doesn't revert back at all. I have had 2 different issues with false deductions at toll plaza. Called customer care. They asked to send the details and screenshots in email. I have emailed all details. But Axis fastag support has not yet reverted back with any resolution. It been over 10 days now.

          I applied for axis fastag on 26/12/2019. Still i have not received fastag. Today the date is 09/01/2020. While applying, the fastag after commiting the payment i received the message from axis bank as,
          "your fastag will be delivered to your address within 7 days"
          I don't understand what 7 days.
          Blue dart tracking and toll free number are not working.
          What is my fastag delivery status? Will it come or not.

            heavy penalty on my account without informing

            My name is avi gupta and i am from gwalior, madhya pradesh, i got my bank account opened with axis bank 3years ago with no condition of balance maintenance. My account number is [protected]. This account is non-operative and was last used may be one year back.

            When i got this account opened there was no condition that i have to maintain certain amount in my account, so i never thought of checking on...

            What the hell, They deducted Rs.5558/- from my a/c as consolidatd charges. PLUST 10% service tax so total it was around 6558/-

                I oppened a current account in axis bank and the provide me swiping machine. When i go to bank for closing that account they said u need to cancel that swiping machine and i have given request 6 month before till now account is not closed. Iam paying machine rent for not using.. My account balance become -5000. Daily i call the person in the bank when the msg come. No respone till now.. Very poor service by the axis bank in ponnani

                Without my consent, Fastag account has been credited with 800 from my Axis savings, though they mentioned 200rs as minimum limit. Not acceptable. I need refund asap.
                I have applied for a fastag online and paid the amount but i did not get any confirmation sms/email from axis bank.
                How do i keep a track the status of my fastag.

When I tried to connect to customer care, its always playing advertising song. Bluedart website also not showing records with car number.                   Without any information axis bank taken my 590 RS as lien amt.. atleast they should have sent a mail . Its not updated in any of d statements.. My money is deducted by bank without my knowledge. This is not fair. In case of financial emergencies we will suffer not d bank. Bank must value customer voice.

                      I have booked fastag on 20th december 2019 but still not received. I called customer care but no proper response. I waited for 12 min to get the cc executive he simply says you will get it shortly and hung up the call. I emailed to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com the take a complaint and without my notice they have closed the complaint.
                      Worst thing they auto debited rs.800 recharge my fastag which i have received yet. Once again i have raise a complaint to remove auto debit but no response so far. They simply gave complaint number...
                      I feel i made a mistake by taking fastag from axis bank

                        Sir on 06 jan 20. I paid my daughter kv school fees in union bank of india through axis bank net banking. An amount of rs. 1800 for quarter ending jan 2020 to mar 2020 has been debited from my account but the same has not been reflected on union bank of india kv fees. My axis bank account no. [protected]. After that i pay again rs.1800 through sbi credit card and the same has been reflected in union bank kv school fees. But my earlier debit amount of rs. 1800 has not been credited into my axis bank account.

                            I have applied for Axis bank Fastag n also received the same. But unfortunately somehow I have lost the Tag. I have requested for replacement of the same on 24th Dec over phone. A confirmation reg my request was also sent by them through sms n also mail. But till date I didn't receive the Tag. In this regard I have sent 3 emails to Etc.[protected]@axisbank.com but NO REPLY RECEIVED. I called up their Helpline (though its very very difficult to get their line) they assured me that within 24 hours they will get back to me. But NO REPLY TILL DATE. Most Unfortunate to see the servicing of this bank.
                            Can it be resolved ?

                              As we all are well aware that after 15 January NHAI toll plazas will charge double amount of the toll from the person who don't have fastag on his vehicle, In this regard I'd like to share my grievance for redressal about the Fastags purchased & activated through online Axis bank web portal for 2 no.s of my Cars, DL3CBC1818 Regd Mobile no [protected] & the another one DL8CAC9324 Regd Mobile no [protected] on dt 28/12/2019 by paying Rs 407.20 each. At the time of Purchase Axis Bank assured that these fastags will be delivered maximum within seven days to our registered address but till date in spite of my continuous follow up complaints with the Customer care nothing is happening. Please do the needful required to resolve the issue at the earliest and save me from the NHAI penalty Charges.

                                How to check the fastag delivery status.

                                  Fastag does not get recharged. When clicked on "recharge" option in their website, nothing happens. Instead we are direct to "statement" page. I have tried reaching it through mobile app (Using neft) option. It still does not get recharged.
                                  There is no pick on till free number. I have written 5 emails, but they have not replied. I am stuck with this useless and pathetic service
