complaining about unauthorized deduction from my account by axis bank

On every month from last 3 months they are deducting rs.118/- from my account with out giving any prior information saying that mandates reference issuing, after deducting the amount. This the third time they have deducted the amount from my account. Why they are charging unnecessary charges when they are not providing any service.. Such worst service i ever have with axis bank....

replacement of fastag

I have applied for Axis bank Fastag n also received the same. But unfortunately somehow I have lost the Tag. I have requested for replacement of the same on 24th Dec over phone. A confirmation reg my request was also sent by them through sms n also mail. But till date I didn't receive the Tag. In this regard I have sent 3 emails to Etc.[protected]@axisbank.com but NO REPLY RECEIVED. I called up their Helpline (though its very very difficult...

no delivery status

Fastag was ordered on 04th jan 2020 and there is no delivery status for the vehicle details entered on bluedart tracking section.

How to check the fastag delivery status.

Kindly let me know the steps to check the status and delivery time for the fastag.

Also the toll free number for fastag is not working. Have tried calling number of times but there is no response.

fastag not recharged

Fastag does not get recharged. When clicked on "recharge" option in their website, nothing happens. Instead we are direct to "statement" page. I have tried reaching it through mobile app (Using neft) option. It still does not get recharged.
There is no pick on till free number. I have written 5 emails, but they have not replied. I am stuck with this useless and pathetic service...

Dear team,

I have paid my emi on time manually (5th jan)
As i did not get any information or msg regarding emi will deduct on 6th instead of 5th, because of this i had paid manually in fear of penalty. But still bank has deducted 590 as penalty, its seem not fair.

Is there any chances for refund this amount.
As i had paid on time so why this penalty.
It is just disappointed.

I have booked fast tag on 31st dec 2019. I got the booking confirmation message and was mentioned that it will be delivered in 7 days. Its been 8 days now, i have not yet got even dispatched message. Helpline number provided is not useful at all as only music pays after two ivr option. Raised a sr as well on axis bank fasttag portal but no reply yet on that as well. fastag not received, not able to reach customer care

I have applied for fastag on 31st december. But till date did not receive the same. The reference number or this application is wb12d3407. It was notified that the tag will reach me within 7 days. I tried to call the helpline number [protected] several times but there is no ivr. The call gets connected but after waiting for long time you cannot find anyone speaking to you. This is poor service from axis....

I had applied for fasttag through the axis bank portal an even paid the mentioned amount of 200 and it was said that the fasttag would pe delivered within a week. However it has not been delivered till now and also there aren't any messages from them. The toll free number is also not being answered and emails are also not being responded with the current status of the process....

delay in fastag

I purchased fastag online via axis bank on 16-Dec-2019 and have not yet recieved. I contacted several times customer care but nothing helpfull was done. Every time they just updates that fastag will be delivered in next 2-3 days with new interaction ID. There is fund transfer of INR800 reflecting in my bank acct dated 03.01.2020 without my consent to Fast tag recharge.
Why this activity occur without having any mandate of auto debiting from bank saving account moreover when it is not required.

I want this money to be send back to my saving account on...

G and finally after so many struggles I recharge the fas tag account 2000 rupees. Now all till plaza it’s showing blacklisted. But amount debits every times. Iam getting embarrassed on tools after I recharge this much amount I used to pay and go again. And message will get after an hour time saying that your account...
