Hi sir/madam

I have taken fastag from axis bank and due to emergency which i need to go outstation i had to take fastag from paytm account as it was deadline to take fastag. Hence this would be duplicate under my account. I observed that rs 800 got deducted from my account through auto sweep which it said in message. I have never selected auto sweep option which i am really not sure how it got deducted from my account through this option. I happen to observe that the number which is provided by axis bank for fastag doesn't work at all or just ivr message all the time but doesnt connect to customer care. I request to kindly cancel my fastag immediately and refund my account. I contacted email group for fastag from axis bank (Etc. [protected]@axisbank.com) and they replied below to provide the details and i have already provided the details but there is no response. Kindly please look into this immediately

Response from axis bank

Before initiating wallet/rfid closure request you to please clarify the reason for cancellation of wallet.
Based on request received for wallet closure, we would like to inform you that closure request will be initiated only after required details and cancelled cheque is provided from your end. Request you to provide us the cancelled cheque wherein the below details mentioned for remitting the wallet closure funds:-

1) current / savings account number

2) account holder name – should match with the wallet name

3) ifsc code
Please note : cancelled cheque should be in the name of wallet id holder only for remitting the closure amount after the wallet is closed.

    I recently got axis fastag and after few time i got message of auto sweep worth of 800rs though i have not activated auto sweep, this is pathetic and i also had low balance on my account so now i have less than minimum amount balance so request that i get my auto deducted amount in my bank account back, its clear that i have not turned on auto sweep so how axis bank deducted money and their toll free number is also pathetic

      I have an account with axis bank for nearly 12 years.in 2020 sunday i suddenly received message rs 799/- transaction from my credit card. Immediately called customer care & by the time got to speak with a personal 3 transaction got deducted. Theres no direct customer care number to complain about fraud transaction. The charges for these calls are high & axis bank product promotions are advertised in these calls. I request ed e. Statement for the credit which was not sent. Fraud transaction not solved. Overall very poor customer service.

      My contact number [protected]. Even after blocking the card Iam still getting transaction messages with OTP. I requested twice to customer care e-statement for credit card from October to till the date the card was blocked, but till now I haven't received the mail. I have subscription for e-statement which they haven't sent from October.

        I have ordered a fastag from axis bank. I placed the order on 14th december 2019 and today is 11th january 2020. Please help me. The fastag is active and will expire on 2069. The money is auto debitted from my account and i haven't recieved my fastag till the date. This is'nt a good thing. What is the meaning of being auto recharged when i haven't used it yet. Please help me in recieveing my fastag. It has been a month now.

            I have recently applied fast tag from axis online and has been allowed a fast tag account no.

            And on 10 jan an amount of 800 been auto sweep from my account. I have never selected any such option to auto sweep while requesting fast tag account. I called the customer care and fasttag helping number now they say visit branch. This is really not expected, this is no option on mobile number to switch off such sweep in out facility

              Axis bank has debited 600 rupees as auto sweep for fastag on 10th of jan 2020 without informing us. This is wrong and with this they can debit amount how much and whenever they want without informing us. Please i request to axis bank fastag department to refund the amount back to my account and future to ask about any transaction via mail or messages. Disappointed with this.

                I have purchased fast tag from axis bank for my vehicle.
                And on 10th of jan an amount of 800 been auto sweep from my account. I have never selected any such option to auto sweep while requesting fast tag account.

                Its very bad from axis side to do it this way. More over their customer care number[protected] does not work at all.

                  I have received a email from [protected]@gmail.com, mobile no . [protected] regarding help with fastag issue which I have complained above. They said they will fix the issue regarding this and try to scam me based on this . Please please I request you to cath such goons who will be gullible based on complaint and try fraud us based on the complaint.

                  axis debited 800 INR from my account n recharged my wallet without my knowledge and there is no option to turn off axis fastag auto sweep feature.

                        I was very excited while ordering axis fastag, but when it didn't work (It said as invalid, although i had recharged it with rs.800) when i was on toll, i was completely disappointed. And on the same day, when i called up helpline number, axis only played it's loan advertisement for a long time and didn't connect to any help.
                        Worst experience.
                        I can't even check my axis fastag balance.

                            Inr 1699 was spent on your credit card xx7712 on 14-dec-19 at ecpp assistance service

                            This amount has been deducted by my credit card without my approval.
                            Please deactivate my credit card ecpp assistance service.
                            And return the service charge as per the ecpp service. I want my money back otherwise i will close all my relations from axis bank in future.

                              On 31dec 2019 i deposited 59000 cash in the axis atm machine
                              Cash machine got strucked and i received a slip unable to process
                              After that i went to the bank and given a compliant they told that cash will be credit into the account
                              On 2nd january 2020 bank credited 49000 into my account
                              Again i gave complaint for remaining balance 10000
                              They replied that they received only 49000 in the atm machine

                                  I have i have applied for fastag for my car as01dm5722 on 30th dec 2019 in axis bank through online portal but not received the fastag till date. I need that on urgent basis. I tried lot of times to connect but unable to reach to the online customer care please deliver on top priority. The commitment was that it will be silver by 7 days but now it is more than 12 days.

                                  I had applied for Fastag with Axis Bank on 5th December and subsequently got message from bank on 7th December that my Fastag ( Vallet ID- [protected]) has been dispatched through Bluedirt. No tracking number was provided by the bank and still I have not received my Fastag.

                                    More than a week after I paid for the fastag online, I was informed via sms that the Fastag had been dispatched. The AWB number provided was wrong and does not even exist. The fastag has not yet arrived and the helpine is as good as useless.

                                      I have applied for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from axis bank. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

                                      I purchased Fastag from Axisbank online on 6 december. But I have not received the Fastag card yet. And there is no Bluedart tracking no in Massege given by Bank.

                                        Hi,

                                        I ordered fastag via axis bank website. I haven't got it delivered yet and also no updates of it has been shipped or not. I have mailed those guys multiple times but still no reply. I received a mail upon payment with the wallet id. But how do i get the login details? Maybe that's delivered with the physical tag. Waiting for a closure on this.

                                        I had registered for fast tag in the last week of November, still haven't got physical fastag. My account also shows 0 balance, where as my bank shows 200/- is debited
