With reference to the following two transactions,
03-jan-20 sweep/[protected]/[protected]/k 4, 810.00
03-jan-20 sweep/[protected]/[protected]/k 4, 810.00

While reporting the above suspicious activity in my account to the axis bank customer care team within 10 min after receiving the debit message they simply suggested to approach/call [protected]/etc. Mamagement.com since the above amount was debited by bank for the fastag toll recharge purpose. Then, i keep on calling them since 03/01/2020:5:00 pm and i can able to reach them morning 04/01/2019, 8.15 am;

I asked following two simple questions they were answerless n replied it was technical issue n relies within 48 hrs your money will be returned to your bank account.

1. What is the purpose for the amount debited in my account?
2. Who gave you authentication to debit my account?

It is almost 48 hrs gone, i have not reversed the rs.9620/- and i’m advising you to reverse the amount to my account immediately since the amount kept for house rent purpose. If i’m not get the reversed the amount immediately. I will escalate this matter to the maximum possible extend n i may raise police compliant against the bank.

You have not understood my requirement

Kindly refer my earlier conversation/mail to customer care and nodal officer;

If I choose opt to auto sweep wht is the auto sweep amount will be triggered each time ?.

Why I got debited in my account Rs.9610/- twice each Rs.4810/- ?

Only Rs.4810/- credited to your linked FASTag wallet account ?

What happen my another Rs.4810/- debited second time in my account ? if the second time happened due to technical issue why the same not credited in my SB account immediately ?

As per my knowledge I have not chosen auto sweep feature opted during the FASTag application. I will recharging with different mode of payment when and where I required for it. Why you have debited without intimation leading to levied charges of non-maintenance of minimum balance? Who will fare the charges ?

Totally, I’m dissatisfactory about your service, fast 15 days I’m trying to resolve the issue non you provide solution for the above rather I received only fall commitment dissatisfactory information.

    I have made online fasttag application for car no. Dl 1 cl 8787 in the name of my wife sushma mehta through axisbank app and the charges amounting to rs.400/- were deducted from my bank of india account number.. An sms regarding the "fasttag 'account no. [protected] has been activated with vehicle no. Dl 1cl 8787" received by sms but no tag received till date. Will i receive the fast tag or i may have to look for other options. There is nobody on the given toll free numbers of the axis bank who could guide the complainants/sufferers properly.       I started receiving mails in my email i'd for applying of fast tag through axis bank and i had applied for fast tag through axis bank on 31 dec 2019, vide reference no ka04 mt 0290 all the required fees had been paid by me but i had not received any message or information for the same.. Kindly corresponded or expidate the same at the earliest.. Request reply soon

        After making the payment i got technical error code no. 412 (Screenshot attached) and i did not get the payment receipt. But the amount of rs.400/- has been debited from my canara bank account.

        I ordered online for fastag through Axis Bank Online lead creation on 24 th Nov 2019. Till date card not received to me. No update either via mail or phone. Coustomr support of axis bank informed me there is no wallet creation was done. At the time of online lead creation the name printed on the receipt is not mine. May be some technical fault.

        Fastag was ordered on 31 dec and there is no delivery status

        How to check the fastag delivery status.

        Kindly let me know the steps to check the status and delivery time for the fastag.

        Also the toll free number for fastag is not working. Have tried calling number of times but there is no response.

          I Received sms from axis bank for deduction of money as consolidated charges when i checked my balance they have deducted 445.50 plus GST 80.19 from my account written as Consolidated Charges.

          It is been a month on applying for fastag but I still have not received the fastag bu i have got wallet id. Could you please let me know when will it be delivered.
          And you have auto sweeped some amount from my savings account to my fastag wallet, where i am not able to cross tolls with only wallet ID, Please do resolve this ASAP.

            I don't know why every month u guys deduct this much amount. So dissapointed. Need my money back asap.

            I have send all details like VRN, Mobile no, Lead ID, bank statement(Axis Bank SB ac) via mail and over phone. There is no result. No one reply my mail. Last time I mailed for requesting refund. Interaction ID 100384022. No result. Customer support are so rude. They just hold the phone call and never back. Behaviour from axis bank is totally unbelievable.
            I have ordered Fastag through Axix Bank online by submitting the relevant documents and by paying necessary fees in the month of December 2019. But till date I didn't receive the RFID Tag.
            My Vehicle registration number is : TN67AF7968

            I ordered fastag for my two vehicles on 15 december but not got yet. customer care service is not helpful, contacted bank branch but not getting satisfactory answer.

              I have applied for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from axis bank. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

                Sir,
                As per the advertisement from axis bank, i have registered my fastag id from them on 26.12.2019. As per them, i should receive my fastag id within 7 days that is by 02.01.2020. But till date it was not received. When called on customer care, there is no proper response and no direct contact about fastag. They are unable to track the status and asking to register a complaint by sending an email attaching rc and vehicle number so that they will raise a complaint and track with blue dart (Never delivered products on time). After uploading of rc and vehicle number only fastag was allocated then why should i again send??? If you people are not able give proper services, just refund the amount to us and shut down your services.

                  Booked a Fastag for my car MH365428 on 11th Dec-19, Wallet ID [protected]. It was expected to be delivered in a week time but already it is one month over and the Fastag is yet not delivered.
                  Fastag is mandatory at toll gates, hence this delay is causing lot of inconvenience. please check the status and organize dispatch without any further delay.

                    23/dec/19- fastag balance was rs. 300

                    I then used fastag on 23/dec/19 and the updated balance was rs. 106. But on 26th dec, i got a message stating that your fastag account has been debited for rs. 565 towards adjustment entry.

                    Not sure why this amount has been deducted. Please revert this transaction asap.

                    Worst customer experience... Extremely disappointed.

                      I applied for fastag on 15th dec and i have not received it yet (Initial time of arrival was 8 days max).
                      I tried contacting their support, twitter handle, email etc. But no resolution at all.
                      Not only that they deducted inr1000 without any reason directly from my bank account. How can they deduct the money for recharge when they have not even delivered the card.

                        When i get in on any toll plaza my fastag shows blacklisted. I bought my fastag in the beginning of december but not working yet. Toll plaza staff told me that fastag is ok or u have balance also but machine always shows blacklisted when i cross th toll. I'm facing that problem from last 20 days. What is my fault or why i'm suffering i can't understand. My fastag has rs 498 balance also. What to do. Help me plz.
                        On calling to axis fastag customer care call centre they asked me to submit the kyc for the fastag account. I did that 10 days back in the axis branch at frazer town but even the people at branch do not know how to rectify the issue, they have no guidance to address such issues. My vehicle last 6 digit is nd3409

                          On 10th jan, my axis bank account has been debited of rs. 750 without my knowledge or acceptance for my axis bank fast-tag account. You people are cheating clients.. I have tried to contact their customer helpline but that too is as worst as their product. Shame on you axis bank management. At the time of applying i have never given any acceptance for auto debit from my account. I will write to banking ombudsman if my queries are not solved

I didn't knew about this that there is any consolidated charges also, in axis bank. Axis bank is a good bank as compare to other bank but, this consolidation, i didn't knew about that. Somehow please return my money as i am in need of my account balance. If there is any money limitation of my account please let me know i m ready to credit that much in my account. I have already maintained the mab of 15k.

                              I've been waiting for my fastag since 12days.

                              Your customer care number is not responding even waiting for more than 30mins. You people are providing useless service after payment as it's been mentioned that i will receive my fastag in a week time but now it's been almost 2 weeks.

                              Also there is no updates from your side on the status.

                              If i don't receive any updates in a week time then i'll cancel it.

                                I have taken fastag from axis bank and due to emergency which i need to go outstation i had to take fastag from paytm account as it was deadline to take fastag. Hence this would be duplicate under my account. I observed that rs 800 got deducted from my account through auto sweep which it said in message. I have never selected auto sweep option which i am really not sure how it got deducted from my account through this option. I happen to observe that the number which is provided by axis bank for fastag doesn't work at all or just ivr message all the time but doesnt connect to customer care. I request to kindly cancel my fastag immediately and refund my account. I contacted email group for fastag from axis bank (Etc. [protected]@axisbank.com) and they replied below to provide the details and i have already provided the details but there is no response. Kindly please look into this immediately

                                Before initiating wallet/rfid closure request you to please clarify the reason for cancellation of wallet.
                                Based on request received for wallet closure, we would like to inform you that closure request will be initiated only after required details and cancelled cheque is provided from your end. Request you to provide us the cancelled cheque wherein the below details mentioned for remitting the wallet closure funds:-

                                1) current / savings account number

                                2) account holder name – should match with the wallet name

                                3) ifsc code
                                Please note : cancelled cheque should be in the name of wallet id holder only for remitting the closure amount after the wallet is closed.

                                  I recently got axis fastag and after few time i got message of auto sweep worth of 800rs though i have not activated auto sweep, this is pathetic and i also had low balance on my account so now i have less than minimum amount balance so request that i get my auto deducted amount in my bank account back, its clear that i have not turned on auto sweep so how axis bank deducted money and their toll free number is also pathetic

                                    I have an account with axis bank for nearly 12 years.in 2020 sunday i suddenly received message rs 799/- transaction from my credit card. Immediately called customer care & by the time got to speak with a personal 3 transaction got deducted. Theres no direct customer care number to complain about fraud transaction. The charges for these calls are high & axis bank product promotions are advertised in these calls. I request ed e. Statement for the credit which was not sent. Fraud transaction not solved. Overall very poor customer service.

                                    My contact number [protected]. Even after blocking the card Iam still getting transaction messages with OTP. I requested twice to customer care e-statement for credit card from October to till the date the card was blocked, but till now I haven't received the mail. I have subscription for e-statement which they haven't sent from October.

                                      I have ordered a fastag from axis bank. I placed the order on 14th december 2019 and today is 11th january 2020. Please help me. The fastag is active and will expire on 2069. The money is auto debitted from my account and i haven't recieved my fastag till the date. This is'nt a good thing. What is the meaning of being auto recharged when i haven't used it yet. Please help me in recieveing my fastag. It has been a month now.
