Now a day banks are getting very smart, especially axisbank without intimation they have been debited rs: 1000 + 180 (Gst) as consolidated but i was maintaining the minimum balance as per the norms. Still, i don't know why? They have debited this money from the account going forward i'll never use axis bank services this happens from the second time....

I complaint lots of time in the bank for deducting charges but after even complaining no one is taking on serious note.. Suddenly my money got debited from my account on 14th nov 2019. I dont know why axis is giving such service am using this card from last 2 years. Before 2 3 days ago my account has been credited by 4000 but it is unable to receive from the atm.

I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is xxxx xxxx xxxx 8120. Due to wrong information given by the bank executives my credit card was blocked. Even after that i payed the credit card bills through a third party. Then also the problem was not solved therefore i stopped paying the bills of my credit card.

I have saving account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted rupees 4345 plus gst from my account written as consolidated charges. Previously also they have deducted 700 in oct month and 2200 in nov month. I want my money back, these banks are deducting innocent people’s money from their accounts without telling peoples.

During account opening they don’t tell us about any kind...

I had applied for fastag through axis bank on[protected] and had made the necessary payment on the same date. Fastag number was alloted but i have not received fastag till date. It is already 20 days passed. It was assured that fastag will be delivery within 7 working days. Please let me know the status and initiate for urgent delivery of the same....

I have applied for the fast tag from the axis bank and payment was confirmed for the issuance of fast tag against receipt number :[protected].
When the payment was confirmed and receipt was generated no notification or intimation was given regarding how the fast tag is delivered to me.
When applying for the fast tag it was assured that fast tag will be delivered within 7 working days.
It has been 14 days and still there...

My name is neelam vijiria i have online account with axis bank in the name of consolidated charges axis bank continuously loot us first they have taken 600 after that 2200 and now today they have taken 4400. I want to reverse these charges and close this account. This is completely wrong. No bank can charge this much amount i just want to close this account and want refund of it anyhow...

I applied for fastag on 26th november through axis bank. The receipt no is[protected]. It is almost 3 weeks over but i am yet to receive the physical tag. If i do not receive before 15th of this month i will be penalized during my journey. If i do not get before 15th of december 19 i will be forced to take the issue to consumer court against you for legal action

When i get in on any toll plaza my fastag shows blacklisted. I bought my fastag on 26th of november but not working yet. Toll plaza staff told me that fastag is ok or u have balance also but machine always shows blacklisted when i cross th toll. I'm facing that problem from last 20 days. Sr's registered on the portal are closed without proper response.. Can i have the know on the delivery date??

Fastag registered online on 23 nov 2019 is not delivered till date. There is ever a response from customer support.

All the sr's registered are simply marked as closed without response.

No one is picking the call from customer care.. It is really testing the patience.

I have applied for axis bank fastag on 1st dec 2019. It is not received at my postal address and today is the fastag extension last date. I registered a complaint regarding "fastag not received" on 10th dec but still no action has been taken yet. When i called axis bank fastag helpline, one of your representative given false statement that fastag date is extended further to 31st dec by govt.
