My name is neelam vijiria i have online account with axis bank in the name of consolidated charges axis bank continuously loot us first they have taken 600 after that 2200 and now today they have taken 4400. I want to reverse these charges and close this account. This is completely wrong. No bank can charge this much amount i just want to close this account and want refund of it anyhow

Now I am getting a call from unknown number [protected] he is saying that he is from axis bank Kolkata and he is harrasing me continuously very much disappointed. N one more thing instead of giving solution axis bank people are doing time pass nothing else . I want my refund anyhow and want to close this account immediately

M getting calls from unknown number and telling me to download the app. M very much upset with axis bank how can someone got my number instead of solving the problem u ppl are creating problem for me already m heart patient its my mistake that i open account with axis bank such a useless bank it is . Just sending unnecessary emails.

    Fastag was ordered on 30 november 2019 and still not deliver the same.

    How to check the fastag delivery status.

    Kindly let me know the steps to check the status and delivery time for the fastag.

    Also the toll free number for fastag is not working. Have tried calling number of times but there is no response.

      I applied for fastag on 26th november through axis bank. The receipt no is[protected]. It is almost 3 weeks over but i am yet to receive the physical tag. If i do not receive before 15th of this month i will be penalized during my journey. If i do not get before 15th of december 19 i will be forced to take the issue to consumer court against you for legal action

        When i get in on any toll plaza my fastag shows blacklisted. I bought my fastag on 26th of november but not working yet. Toll plaza staff told me that fastag is ok or u have balance also but machine always shows blacklisted when i cross th toll. I'm facing that problem from last 20 days. What is my fault or why i'm suffering i can't understand. My fastag has rs 500 balance also. What to do. Help me plz

            No one is picking the call from customer care.. It is really testing the patience.

                  I have applied for axis bank fastag on 1st dec 2019. It is not received at my postal address and today is the fastag extension last date. I registered a complaint regarding "fastag not received" on 10th dec but still no action has been taken yet. When i called axis bank fastag helpline, one of your representative given false statement that fastag date is extended further to 31st dec by govt. And due to processing issue the fastag is getting delayed from axis bank. When i checked online, there is no for such formal communication from government extended the fastag date to 31st dec.
                  I have my salary account in axis bank last 5 years. This is the first time i am getting frustrated with the axis bank. This is the case of customer negligence, breaking customer trust on axis bank services.

                  I am now thinking of closing down my salary account from axis bank, considering that they are not showing any interest in resolving my request even though multiple follow-ups.

                    I was issued a fastag wallet id on the 30th of november on the online purchase of the same via axis website, till date i haven't received the fastag sticker nor got any message about its dispatch. The mandatory date of start is tomorrow and because of axis bank delay i would have to pay the penalty. The so called 24x7 customer support number on the website never works before it used only ring now it doesnt even ring also, the email id has an auto response saying that in two days a response will come, but no response from that too since many days

                        My fastag card was dispatched on 10th december and i have received a message that i can track shipment with vrn as the reference number on bluedart. However, bluedart website says this is an invalid reference number. I tried reaching the fastag customer care helpline but even they don't have the ref no. Available with them.

                        Fastag card was delivered on 18th December. So total wait time is around 7 to 8 days once it is dispatched. Overall good service. No issues in recharging and fastag money deduction from wallet. I have used it yesterday while cruising through various toll plazas in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. Axis bank is doing good job. Overall satisfied with the service.

                        Also contacted BlueDart customer care team and they are also unable to track the shipment with vehicle registration number as the AWB number. Many more people are also facing the same issue. Axis bank has not taken enough care to sms the proper AWB number of Bluedart.

                        Customer care team from Fastag also don't have AWB number available with them.

                          And please let me know if this credit card is active or deactivated, if it's active, please deactivate it.

                            My axis asap account got close with the reason coming that i was unable to complete the second stage of kyc of account but i have tried to complete that several times by going to different branches of axis bank, the kyc was supposed to get complete by verifying my finger print but each and every time the server got lost and the verification failed after several tries one of the axis bank employee told me to not worry the account won’t get close but it has and i haven’t found any solution of the problem yet

                              I have ordered a mobile its cost 21, 000 rs from axis credit card on august 2 and keep emi for 6 months. Later i had return the product to amazon. They said the amount will be credited back in 2 business days. But i don't have information regarding it has. My bank people charged me 3 emi's. If i spoke to amazon customer service people they said they initiated refund transaction request to my bank. My bank still charged me amount.

                                I have applied for axis bank fastag and it has been activated from last one week but after that i didn't get any response on it.
                                When axis bank don't fullfill the delivery on time then why they are misleading customers that it will be delivered with in 7 days.
                                A necessary step should be taken for such misleading or malfunctioning behaviour of bank.

                                Also my brother applied for his car, he got message that it has been dispatched thru bluedart but no document number and no details about dispatch, even after 5 days of dispatch it has been not received.

                                      I have made online fasttag applications for my two cars no. Wb16as 2720 and wb08 8357 through axisbank app and the charges were deducted. The e-wallet number has been received by sms but no tag received till date. Will axis bank pay the extra fine levied at toll gate after 15th as compensation for deficiency in service. Shall i ever receive the tags or go to airtel kiosks who are giving it instantly.

                                        I had applied for fast tag on 3 dec 2019. It was mentioned that tag will be received within 7 working days from date of appliction. But till today i didn't received tag in physical form. I got mail with wallet id and etc customer id.

                                        There is no tracking option is available on axis bank fast tag site.
                                        Please help me.

                                        Received SMS stating Fastag is dispatched via Blue dart AWBNO AP07DD3533 for VRN/Chasis No [protected] on 10 December 2019 and I Did not receive yet. Kindly provide me the details of dispatch of BLUE Dart courier etc. Thanking you
