My fastag card was dispatched on 10th december and i have received a message that i can track shipment with vrn as the reference number on bluedart. However, bluedart website says this is an invalid reference number. I tried reaching the fastag customer care helpline but even they don't have the ref no. Available with them.

Complaint marked as Resolved Fastag card was delivered on 18th December. So total wait time is around 7 to 8 days once it is dispatched. Overall good service.
No issues in recharging and fastag money deduction from wallet. I have used it yesterday while cruising through various toll plazas in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh.
Axis bank is doing good job. Overall satisfied with the service.
