Hello,
I have saving account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted rupees 4345 plus gst from my account written as consolidated charges. Previously also they have deducted 700 in oct month and 2200 in nov month. I want my money back, these banks are deducting innocent people’s money from their accounts without telling peoples.
During account opening they don’t tell us about any kind of charges and when you do transaction or online payment, they will deduct your money on the name of consolidated charges. Even when u request them through mail they will give you worst customer service. I really feel that it’s better to open account in govt bank, don’t open account in private bank like axis bank.

And every time i am charged with consolidate charges, and today again my account is debited with 4345 plus 700 gst. I am already jobless and heart patient my heart is working only 20% if anything happens to me i vl file fir against axis bank m ready to submit all my reports.5000 is not less amount for people like us
I want my money back, i will not wait for 24 hours or 48 hours.

Updated by neelam Vijiria They have already deducted 600 on 12th Oct and 1pth Nov 2200 now they are saying that 5000 charges are from Oct to dec .Then about 600 and 2200 ?? ### people are sitting over there and not ready to answer the calls properly .worst bank .very much unsatisfied with this

Updated by neelam Vijiria Again they deducted 1361 axis bank just tell me how much charges u are going to apply such a useless bank . It's our mistake that we are trusting u ppl by keeping money in axis bank most unsafe bank it is. Instead of solving problem they are harrasing and deducting more charges.
