I have applied for axis bank fastag on 1st dec 2019. It is not received at my postal address and today is the fastag extension last date. I registered a complaint regarding "fastag not received" on 10th dec but still no action has been taken yet. When i called axis bank fastag helpline, one of your representative given false statement that fastag date is extended further to 31st dec by govt. And due to processing issue the fastag is getting delayed from axis bank. When i checked online, there is no for such formal communication from government extended the fastag date to 31st dec.
I have my salary account in axis bank last 5 years. This is the first time i am getting frustrated with the axis bank. This is the case of customer negligence, breaking customer trust on axis bank services.

My registered mobile number is [protected].
I am now thinking of closing down my salary account from axis bank, considering that they are not showing any interest in resolving my request even though multiple follow-ups.

    I was issued a fastag wallet id on the 30th of november on the online purchase of the same via axis website, till date i haven't received the fastag sticker nor got any message about its dispatch. The mandatory date of start is tomorrow and because of axis bank delay i would have to pay the penalty. The so called 24x7 customer support number on the website never works before it used only ring now it doesnt even ring also, the email id has an auto response saying that in two days a response will come, but no response from that too since many days

      I have applied for fastag on 29/11/19.
      Id [protected] allotted to me
      Still fastag not received till date and no message from axis for delivery or tentative delivery date.
      Kindly inform the date and confirmation.
      I am not sure that i will get it or not. Otherwise i will purchase directly from other points.

        My fastag card was dispatched on 10th december and i have received a message that i can track shipment with vrn as the reference number on bluedart. However, bluedart website says this is an invalid reference number. I tried reaching the fastag customer care helpline but even they don't have the ref no. Available with them.

        Fastag card was delivered on 18th December. So total wait time is around 7 to 8 days once it is dispatched. Overall good service. No issues in recharging and fastag money deduction from wallet. I have used it yesterday while cruising through various toll plazas in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. Axis bank is doing good job. Overall satisfied with the service.

        Also contacted BlueDart customer care team and they are also unable to track the shipment with vehicle registration number as the AWB number. Many more people are also facing the same issue. Axis bank has not taken enough care to sms the proper AWB number of Bluedart.

        Customer care team from Fastag also don't have AWB number available with them.

          Also i don't recollect having this credit card. And i don't see it under my accounts as well.

          I have been receiving the statement for the above credit card but i don't recall the above credit card in my name.

          And please let me know if this credit card is active or deactivated, if it's active, please deactivate it.

          Please send me the details of the credit card with full credit card number as o don't have any details of the card ending with 3278.

            My axis asap account got close with the reason coming that i was unable to complete the second stage of kyc of account but i have tried to complete that several times by going to different branches of axis bank, the kyc was supposed to get complete by verifying my finger print but each and every time the server got lost and the verification failed after several tries one of the axis bank employee told me to not worry the account won’t get close but it has and i haven’t found any solution of the problem yet

              I have ordered a mobile its cost 21, 000 rs from axis credit card on august 2 and keep emi for 6 months. Later i had return the product to amazon. They said the amount will be credited back in 2 business days. But i don't have information regarding it has. My bank people charged me 3 emi's. If i spoke to amazon customer service people they said they initiated refund transaction request to my bank. My bank still charged me amount.

                I have applied for axis bank fastag and it has been activated from last one week but after that i didn't get any response on it.
                When axis bank don't fullfill the delivery on time then why they are misleading customers that it will be delivered with in 7 days.
                A necessary step should be taken for such misleading or malfunctioning behaviour of bank.

                Also my brother applied for his car, he got message that it has been dispatched thru bluedart but no document number and no details about dispatch, even after 5 days of dispatch it has been not received.

                      I have made online fasttag applications for my two cars no. Wb16as 2720 and wb08 8357 through axisbank app and the charges were deducted. The e-wallet number has been received by sms but no tag received till date. Will axis bank pay the extra fine levied at toll gate after 15th as compensation for deficiency in service. Shall i ever receive the tags or go to airtel kiosks who are giving it instantly.

                          I had applied for a fastag couples of days back around 10 days back, but still i haven't received a fastag at my address.
                          Today i called on your customer helpline number. One of executive replied sir (Aa jai ga aap ka fastag) but he don't know when. I think at the end of 2020 right.?
                          I asked to your executive what is your name. He said (Sir nam toh suna hi hoga aapne) i said no :)

                          Sir/ma'am i think my choice for axis bank fastag is wrong. One of mine friend told me apply through paytm it's better. But i denied. Now i think my friend was right.

                            Respected sir,

                            In the above context, i wish to bring to the notice of axis bank management that on the basis of an classified advertisement published in "dainik bhaskar" a hindi dainik from jaipur, i called on the given mobile no. [protected] - roma international and the recipient of my call introduced himself as shri shanker singh and asked me to deposit membership fee of rs999/- in sbi account no.[protected] in his name as shankar singh.

                            On approaching the concerned branch of sbi, i could understand from the limited responses from the bank that the caller appears to be a fraudsters misusing mule accounts for cheating.

                            The caller so called shankar singh is continuously calling since 25th oct.2019 for making payment in his sbi account, but i did not pay the same.

                            On yesterday, he suggested me to deposit money in axis bank account no. [protected] in the name of amit printing solution maintain at brahman majra branch punjab. I suspect, this account is definitely mis used for cheating money for illegal and unethical assurances. This account may be with correct kyc documents but definitely used for cheating transactions.

                            Therefore, you are requested to please investigate the account covering following points:-

                            1. Checking genuineness of kyc papers

                            2. Physical verification of customer's residence and workplace.

                            3. Scrutinize transactions (Both debit and credit) routed through the account.

                            At last, i request you to let me know the result of your verifications on the points raised by me, keeping you within the limitations of banking law of secrecy of third party accounts.

                            I am always ready to provide information in the matter all the time.

                              I am vijay mahajan from surat. My bank account is in uco bank and it was far away from my home address so i just tried the axis bank atm machine to withdraw money from my uco atm card at limbayat, surat (Date:14/09/2019) with the request of 3000/- but i suddenly get the message of rs.10, 000/- are debited from my account but i did not received the money as well and the amount was debited. So i request to my bank (Uco bank)...

But i have not yet received physical tag.                                     I applied for a fastag for my vehicle. Completed the form properly and even uploaded the necessary documents and paid the security deposit. Logged in the account using wallet id and even recharged the account with inr 200.00
                                    It's more than 2 weeks, but there is no communication from axis. I even tried calling but there was no response on [protected] (Atleast for 15 mins) neither there was any response to mail sent to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com since more than a week.
                                    This is not at all acceptable. I already paid inr 400.00 and waited for more than 2 weeks i. E. More than 10 working days. I feel i have been cheated.

                                      Hi - i have made full payment towards getting fastag on 2nd dec (Transaction id: [protected] & receipt no[protected] but still now i have not received the fastag as on 13th dec

                                      I tried reaching the customer care number [protected] multiple times and on various days but it does not connect. Sent them an email (Interaction id:[protected] and have not received any response

                                      Such a pathetic service is really disappointing and frustrating.

                                      Can you please have the fastag delivered asap else stop marketing this as a service, in case you do not have the capability & capacity.
