On 4th may 2019, international transaction of 64k was done on my credit card, while my phone was switched off (Battery drained out).
After which, i blocked the card and raised a complaint with cyber crime branch, bangalore.
I could see the amounts got reverted on my account (Replacement card).
I did a transaction on 20th july at bits pilani using this replacement card and made the payment next month in august for the amount which was due, i. E 45336 and all the dues were cleared. After which i never used that card for any transaction.
In month of september an amount of rs 22358 is charged on my card, which, i was not aware of.
When i got repeated calls from axis collection team, i tried to reach them on their numbers, but none of their numbers were reachable, neither were they responding to my queries.
I even asked them to send me the detailed statement showing the transaction, and if something is due from my end, i will definitely go ahead and make the payment.
But i didn't get any statements. I wanted the statements right from month of may, because, i am unable to see those disputed transactions as my card was blocked.
Now they have blocked that amount on my savings account and my savings account balance is now showing negative.
Kindly help me with this issue.
