I had applied for a fastag couples of days back around 10 days back, but still i haven't received a fastag at my address.
Today i called on your customer helpline number. One of executive replied sir (Aa jai ga aap ka fastag) but he don't know when. I think at the end of 2020 right.?
I asked to your executive what is your name. He said (Sir nam toh suna hi hoga aapne) i said no :)

Sir/ma'am i think my choice for axis bank fastag is wrong. One of mine friend told me apply through paytm it's better. But i denied. Now i think my friend was right.

    Respected sir,

    In the above context, i wish to bring to the notice of axis bank management that on the basis of an classified advertisement published in "dainik bhaskar" a hindi dainik from jaipur, i called on the given mobile no. [protected] - roma international and the recipient of my call introduced himself as shri shanker singh and asked me to deposit membership fee of rs999/- in sbi account no.[protected] in his name as shankar singh.

    On approaching the concerned branch of sbi, i could understand from the limited responses from the bank that the caller appears to be a fraudsters misusing mule accounts for cheating.

    The caller so called shankar singh is continuously calling since 25th oct.2019 for making payment in his sbi account, but i did not pay the same.

    On yesterday, he suggested me to deposit money in axis bank account no. [protected] in the name of amit printing solution maintain at brahman majra branch punjab. I suspect, this account is definitely mis used for cheating money for illegal and unethical assurances. This account may be with correct kyc documents but definitely used for cheating transactions.

    Therefore, you are requested to please investigate the account covering following points:-

    1. Checking genuineness of kyc papers

    2. Physical verification of customer's residence and workplace.

    3. Scrutinize transactions (Both debit and credit) routed through the account.

    At last, i request you to let me know the result of your verifications on the points raised by me, keeping you within the limitations of banking law of secrecy of third party accounts.

    I am always ready to provide information in the matter all the time.

      try to withdraw money, debited from account but not get money from atm machine

      I am vijay mahajan from surat. My bank account is in uco bank and it was far away from my home address so i just tried the axis bank atm machine to withdraw money from my uco atm card at limbayat, surat (Date:14/09/2019) with the request of 3000/- but i suddenly get the message of rs.10, 000/- are debited from my account but i did not received the money as well and the amount was debited. So i request to my bank (Uco bank)...

      I had applied for fast tag on november 30th, money is deducted from my account... Email and sms received on 11th november saying your fastag is activated online... But i have not yet received physical tag. It has been 2 weeks already since i received notification about application for fastag and amount deduction bit till now there appears to be no sign of tag dispatch. Kindly look into the issue.         I had applied for fast tag on november 30th, fast tag has been activated online but i have not yet received physical tag. A notification which i received said within 7 working days it will be dispatched ; it has been 2 weeks already since i received notification and there appears to be no sign of tag dispatch.           This compaint is regarding axis bank fast tag. There is issue of non receiving physical tag.
          I had applied for fast tag on 1 dec 2019. It was mentioned that tag will be received within 7 working days from date of appliction. But till today i didn't received tag in physical form. I got mail with wallet id and etc customer id.

          There is no tracking option is available on axis bank fast tag site.

            I applied for a fastag for my vehicle. Completed the form properly and even uploaded the necessary documents and paid the security deposit. Logged in the account using wallet id and even recharged the account with inr 200.00
            It's more than 2 weeks, but there is no communication from axis. I even tried calling but there was no response on [protected] (Atleast for 15 mins) neither there was any response to mail sent to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com since more than a week.
            This is not at all acceptable. I already paid inr 400.00 and waited for more than 2 weeks i. E. More than 10 working days. I feel i have been cheated.

              Hi - i have made full payment towards getting fastag on 2nd dec (Transaction id: [protected] & receipt no[protected] but still now i have not received the fastag as on 13th dec

              I tried reaching the customer care number [protected] multiple times and on various days but it does not connect. Sent them an email (Interaction id:[protected] and have not received any response

              Such a pathetic service is really disappointing and frustrating.

              Can you please have the fastag delivered asap else stop marketing this as a service, in case you do not have the capability & capacity.

                Axis bank is continuously sending me to purchase their fastag online. So, i purchased axis bank fastag online on 7th december by paying ₹200. But they had not sand any information to me regarding its delivery.
                They are so much irritating that they only sending me that my balance in fastag is zero.
                How i recharge it if i am not sure that it arrive to me or not?
                To this date i only received my wallet id which is of no use without that card.
                Their complaint number is not working.
                Please help me either to refund my amount or to get the fastag.

                Same thing is happening with me i have applied for fastag on 30th November, and still the fastag has not delivered.

                  I was asked to pay rs 200 which as requested i paid
                  Received confirmation of receipt of application on my mobile registered through sms that the new fasttag request is processed on 5.12.19 and that i shall receive the fast tag within 7 days.
                  Fast tag with following details still not received
                  Fast tag wallet id [protected] was allotted
                  I have till date not received the fast tag though every day i am getting sms to recharge my fast tag wallet.
                  Please deliver my fasttag only then i can recharge it

                    I registered and paid for axis etc fast tag on 30th of november,

                    I received a message that it will be dispatched within 7 days.

                    Today its 13th of december and i don't have a clue where is my fast tag.

                    Another person at my office received his fast tag from paytm within 7 days.

                    I am disappointed and frustrated with the services being offered by axis as i don't have any way to track my fas tag. I tried calling at axis fast tag toll-free number but no one picks the damn phone.

                      Have ordered fastag through axis bank on 30th november 2019.
                      Today is 13th december 2019, i have still not received the fastag.
                      Also all axis bank fastag toll free and customer support numbers are inactive and they have not replied to my emails as well.
                      Please look into this matter as soon as possible to resolve it quickly.

                              I applied for fastag on 30 the november
                              Request processed message received on 5th december

                              There is no update about delivery of fastag from axis bank also can not be tracked on blue dart
                              Can't connect on customer care number for fastag axis bank

                              Fastag is mandatory from 15th december 2019
                              But we didn't receive till now
                              Who will bare extra payment we need to pay for toll
                              Who will be companset time we waste in toll line due to not receiving fastag
                              If axis bank is not capable of doing business should not enter in such business

                                I applied for fastag through axis bank and on tuesday i got message that it has been delivered through bluedart and can be track using vehicle no in reference but today its friday and yet i have not received the same and blue dart showing nothing using vehicle no.
                                I also wrote to axis bank yesterday and they have not replied on its status.
                                Since from 15th dec toll charges will be 35% extra if fastag is not dispatched then who would be responsible for paying these extra cash.

                                    I had placed a request for fastag on the website of axis bank. I had made the required payment on 02.12.2019 of rs. 200. I received an sms from axis bank stating that the fastag would be dispatched within 7 working days.

                                    It has been close to 10 working days now. However, i have neither received the tag nor have i received any tracking details. Wallet id has been received. Fastag has not yet been received. Please help!

                                    Hi, you can track your application status on the Bluedart website by simply entering your vehicle number (VRN) as the reference number. The tags will be delivered at your dispatch address. Regards, Team Axis Bank.
