rfid sticker not received for fastag

I was issued a fastag wallet id on the 30th of november on the online purchase of the same via axis website, till date i haven't received the fastag sticker nor got any message about its dispatch. The mandatory date of start is tomorrow and because of axis bank delay i would have to pay the penalty. The so called 24x7 customer support number on the website never works before it used only ring now it doesnt even ring also, the email id has...

fastag not received

I have applied for fastag on 29/11/19.
Id [protected] allotted to me
Still fastag not received till date and no message from axis for delivery or tentative delivery date.
Kindly inform the date and confirmation.
I am not sure that i will get it or not. Otherwise i will purchase directly from other points.

However, bluedart website says this is an invalid reference number. I tried reaching the fastag customer care helpline but even they don't have the ref no. Available with them.

account closure due to non competence of second level kyc

un authorized credit card charges

I have ordered a mobile its cost 21, 000 rs from axis credit card on august 2 and keep emi for 6 months. Later i had return the product to amazon. They said the amount will be credited back in 2 business days. But i don't have information regarding it has. My bank people charged me 3 emi's. If i spoke to amazon customer service people they said they initiated refund transaction request to my bank. My bank still charged me amount....

I have applied for axis bank fastag and it has been activated from last one week but after that i didn't get any response on it.
When axis bank don't fullfill the delivery on time then why they are misleading customers that it will be delivered with in 7 days.
A necessary step should be taken for such misleading or malfunctioning behaviour of bank.

I have made online fasttag applications for my two cars no. Wb16as 2720 and wb08 8357 through axisbank app and the charges were deducted. The e-wallet number has been received by sms but no tag received till date. Will axis bank pay the extra fine levied at toll gate after 15th as compensation for deficiency in service. Shall i ever receive the tags or go to airtel kiosks who are giving it instantly....

fastag not received and unethical behaviour

I had applied for a fastag couples of days back around 10 days back, but still i haven't received a fastag at my address.
Today i called on your customer helpline number. One of executive replied sir (Aa jai ga aap ka fastag) but he don't know when. I think at the end of 2020 right.?
I asked to your executive what is your name. He said (Sir nam toh suna hi hoga aapne) i said no :)

fastag application - tag not received after more than 2 weeks

fastag not received - pathetic service

Hi - i have made full payment towards getting fastag on 2nd dec (Transaction id: [protected] & receipt no[protected] but still now i have not received the fastag as on 13th dec

I tried reaching the customer care number [protected] multiple times and on various days but it does not connect. Sent them an email (Interaction id:[protected] and have not received any response

Such a pathetic service is really disappointing...

axis fastag not delivered

Axis bank is continuously sending me to purchase their fastag online. So, i purchased axis bank fastag online on 7th december by paying ₹200. But they had not sand any information to me regarding its delivery.
They are so much irritating that they only sending me that my balance in fastag is zero.
How i recharge it if i am not sure that it arrive to me or not?
