Dear sir/madam,

I received a call continually last one year from axis bank. They told me about free of cost credit card in offer and i ignored that but finally i am agree because they have say about credit card is not chargeable and free of cost.in april 2019. I got a massage your credit card xxx1805 is already generate and dispatch for your address witch mention in bank account to courier by blue dart with cart number. But they have not collect to me any documents, photos and signature. I have track the dispatch courier in may-2019 then i found my credit card is already received by unknown person. And they have stared the online shopping flipkart from my credit card ending with xxx1805 and suddenly i got two otp massage in my mobile phone. Then call to axis bank branch and customer care for blocking that credit card. I had cancelled my credit card, ending with xxx1805 in may 2019 but again regenerated next credit xxx7557 with due balance rs/-1586. I have not received this credit card yet.

I am requesting you to no required me next any credit card forgive my all due money for my credit card and close my all credit card service because i am not a jobholder and able to paid this outstanding balance rs/-1586

Dear sir/mam
i inform to you i am so frosted to Axis bank credit cart department. am previous five month continuously receive massage in E-mail and Mobile related to my Axis Bank My Zone Card out standing Balance Statement ending XX57. But yet i have not used & received any type of credit card. so i am take finally decision to close own Axis Bank Account and FIR in Police Station of Axis bank Department.
So Requested to you please remove, cancel and Block all detail & information about credit card from Axis Bank.Because i have never apply for any credit card.

    I have applied for fastag on 08/12/2019 and paid for the same. Axis bank promised to dispatch it within 7 business days. I received a confirmation message from axis bank on 8/12/2019 as follows-

    "fastag is mandatory from 15 dec'19. Fastag for vrn/chassis no [protected]is dispatched via bluedart awb no mh32y1120. Know more http://1kx.in/GST99d"

    But i am yet to receive the fastag sticker. The support number given for fastag queries is non-responsive. Neither there is any tracking mechanism nor communication regarding same from axis bank. Response of blue dart tracking system is "invalid awb number". If there is any delay in issue of fastag, the axis bank should communicate it and if it is dispatched, bluedart never takes such a long time to deliver. And the frustrating thing is the blue dart tracking system is not showing the status of probable delivery of the fastag sticker.

    Requesting a quick resolution of above issue, please.

      I applied for fastag on 3-dec and still have not received the tag. I need to travel soon and i'm stuck without the tag. Your message mentioned it would be shipped within 7 working days and it is much more than that now. How long will you guys take to ship, if it is going to take this long why don't you mention that that they will be delay while applying. How do i cancel, at the toll gate i could get it in a few min.

      It's more than 15 days i applied for fastag through axis...yet to receive it...from today fastag is mandatory and haven't received it yet...the worst part is customer care number is not picking the call...horrible service axis😷

      This is not first time you people are deducting this amount from my salary account... without any reason...I want my hard money back. Either give me the valid

      We will dispatch the Tag within 7 working days form the date of receipt.

      But till today i didn't receive tag in physical.

      I am register for the fastag from axis bank, I have already paid all the charged but I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

      Axis Bank committed that Fastag will be delivered in 2 days. Accordingly applied for my dad's car AP36AM8308 on 29th November. But till now it is not delivered. I want these false commitments people to be punished

        I applied for axis bank fastag on 11th dec 2019 but it is still not delivered. I think i should had ordered fastag from other companies offering fastag with fast delivery options.

        Axis bank poor service.

        Tried many times on bluedart to check delivery but still not found anything.

        I choose axis bank because they promised for fast delivery but failed as it is still not delivered yet.

          I had applied for Axis Bank Fastag o 4th Dec 2019 and also paid via their online portal. Till date there has been no intimation from Axis bank regarding the status of delivery of the tag. Their call center number mentioned on their site does not seem to work at all. Now the deadline crossed and am without a fastag how can i go after purchase.please rectify as soon as possible

            Sub: regarding fair settlement against my credit card ([protected]) issue initiated by the bank

            Respected sir
            Greetings of the day
            My name is prateep majumder and my registered mobile number is xxxxxx5083. I have been using axis bank savings account ([protected]) since ten years, so when axis bank offered me a credit card i accepted it with a lot of trust. The sixteen digits of the credit card is
            [protected] and it is a my choice credit card.
            In 2017, i was also offered a loan of rs 2, 40, 000. It was not made clear to me that the interest would be approximately rs 1, 50, 000. When i realised it, i called axis bank customer service and their reply was that since i have already been given the loan now nothing can be done.
            I accepted it and was paying all my emi s and using the credit card smoothly.
            I was using the credit card and making my payments through my axis app. On august 2019 i faced the first problem. I noticed a different card number being displayed on the app whose last four digit number was 8120. So i called the axis bank customer service and asked them about it. There reply was that i must have applied for some other card that is why other number is being displayed on my app. I told them i have not applied for any other card and they said it is not a problem and they will cancel the new card. This happened on 21.08.2019 and i was given a request number which is 54508722. But the next day also the same number was displayed on my app, so i called again and explained the problem. Now they told me that axis bank is removing my choice credit cards that is why a new card "neo credit card" is being given to the customer in place of the old card. Then i received a new card on my address and the sixteen digits of the credit card is [protected]. So i told them about my last conversation with the customer care agent. I was given assurance that this problem will be solved but it did not and the new card was also not being displayed on the app. I was constantly calling them about the issue.
            On the 29.08.2019 again they assured me that the issue will be solved and i was also given a request number which is 54785922. But the problem continued and my payment date was also approaching and both new and the old credit card were not showing in the app. I called them again and spoke about my problem. They told me that i will have to make the payment from any another third source and my issue will be solved. So on the 01.09.2019 i made the payment of rs 19, 630 through paytm. But the problem continued and i called them again and they told me that i will have to clear all my outstanding amount which is approximately rs 2, 10, 000. But i explained it to them that it is not possible for me to clear this amount at once. If i had to pay the actual amount excluding the interest then only i will be able to pay. So i received a reply that now there is no settlement option for me and they assured me a customer care executive will be calling me later and solve this problem. But no customer care executive called me instead a recovery agent called me and spoke to me in a very rude and abusive manner. I explained them the whole matter but they were of no help. They called me around twenty times a day and talked to me in a very bad manner. So i decided not to use any of the services from axis bank and called the customer service for assistance but they told me that they have accepted my request for the settlement on the 04.11.2019. They gave me a request number which is 56620395. They told me that i will be receiving a call from the settlement department. But no calls have been made to me for settlement. Instead i have been only receiving calls from the recovery agents.
            Now, i have received a settlement option from the axis bank, and they asked me to pay rs 2, 30, 000, which is not at all possible for me to pay.
            Then i mailed to the senior authorities of axis bank, rbi and consumers forum stating my problems in detail. Post that i received a call from the manager of the axis bank from chinsurah branch which is my home branch. He assured me that he is looking into the matter and the problem will be solved. I had also given a letter stating the detailed issues and they received it.
            After two days, two people arrived at my place and said that they have come from axis bank shakespeare sarani settlement department. They informed me that my settlement will be done and they took a letter stating that i agree to pay the settlement amount and also an id proof which was my voter id card. But after that they have just been giving me dates but the settlement approval letter has not yet been given to me. I will only be paying the settlement amount to the bank legally. Its been long since this issue is going on. I have been trying to resolve this issue since last august but no progress is seen. And instead of solving the issue bank is just increasing the interest amount.
            Now it has become frustrating and i feel it has been risking my life as the interest is just increasing and they are stretching this matter and not solving it.
            The bank is still asking me to pay the due and use the credit card and also they are offering me other loans.
            2nd december, now i received a bill of amount rs. 99, 000 and also the loan amount of higher interest. They informed me that the total due of my credit card bill is rs 2, 40, 000.
            This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent times, but i do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.
            I will be able to give 20% of my debts. If the bank agrees to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 5 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.
            I am clearly stating that due to the unprofessional behaviour of the bank towards me i will not be continuing any relationship with the bank anymore and close my credit account as soon as possible.
            I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.
            So, it is my request to the higher authorities, please kindly resolve this matter and close my credit account. This problem was initiated by the bank and instead of solving it they are harassing me.
            I will really grateful if this problem is solved now.

              It's been more than 15 days and i haven't received the fastag yet. And the toll-free number is not responding. Very bad experience overall. I wouldn't suggest axis bank fastag to any one.
              Since i have already purchased and i need to travel thinking of submitting the toll bills to axisbank by taking help of consumer forum.
              I have also recharged it and now i am unable leave and move on to the other fastag provider.
              Please suggest.

                  It's neither delivered nor getting tracked... Via bluedart as mentioned in axis bank website...

                  And the customer care number reg rfid is also not functional...

                  It's causing lot of inconvenience at toll gate...

                  Kindly do the needful at the earliest...

                    I have purchased fastag from axis bank online with customer id[protected] on 30 nov, 2019. I did not received it yet. I have raised a service request on asix bank portal on 12th dec 2019 and on 15th dec 2019 i get a status message saying that service request closed.
                    Not sure what is happening.

                    Since i have already purchased and i need to travel thinking of submitting the toll bills to axisbank by taking help of consumer forum,

                      I have booked fast tag on 28th nov 2019. I have received message of despatch of card on 07 dec 2019. Yet no tracking details given. Helpline number[protected] is not useful/only music pays after two ivr option.
                      Service request is closed without any escalation and reason.

                      No matching Waybill/Reference Number/Order Number. The reasons could be 1 or more of the following:
                      Incorrect Waybill/Reference Number/Order Number entry
                      Invalid Waybill/Reference Number entry.
                      The Waybill number varies between 8 to 11 digits only. Please re-check the numbers you have entered.
                      For multiple queries, please separate each waybill or reference number with a comma only. e.g. 23553642, 12345678, 45892634
                      Incorrect Option Selection.
                      You may have selected a Waybill option and entered a Reference Number, or vice versa. Please re-check your entry option.

                      I have booked Fastag on 4th Nov 2019. I have received a message of despatch of the card on 10th Dec 2019 with tracking details given as my vehicle registration number. But, when I enter the Blue Dart AWB details given in the SMS, it returned with "records not found". The axis bank helpline number ([protected]) is either not getting connected or not useful, only music plays after two IVR options without any help. My Fastag wallet id is also created.

                      It's better that you refund the amount rather than the users shell out double amount at the tolls.

                      Hi I have applied fastag on dec 20. .yet not received my fastag . .please help me to get it fast
                      Hello, we are applying 3 fast tag for 3 Vehicle dtd 15.02.2020. we receive 1 Fast Tag. But another 2 fast tags we not received. But the main problem is that 2 receipt no is same received from fast tag (Vehicle no & details are different). and total 3 times deduct payment. now we apply new fast tag from another credit card.
                      so we request for our refund charges which is not received the fast tag.
                      can we receive the payment?

                          It has been more than 9 days since i bought fasttag through axis bank but i haven't received the fasttag yet. I have been allocated wallet id [[protected]] but no received the actual fastag. What is eta for the same or do i need to collect by visiting any branch?
                          I have been calling their customer care number but nobody is receiving it. There is no communication from axis bank about delivery of fastag

                            I have ordered for a fastag through my axis bank account and have received messages regarding successful order with money being debited from my account. I haven't received it yet and am enclosing my details for knowing why bank is ignorant in delivering the fastag yet.

                            I haven't still received it and am requesting action to deliver it at the earliest. They haven't updated nor responded about the current status yet. Kindly take necessary action since i find bank very slow and they should not get into this business if they can't help issue fastag to concerned people.

                              It is very very very very very pathetic... Even after so many reminders no reply from your end regarding my 'fastag' sticker and user id and password.

                              I applied and deposited inr 200 for getting fastag from axis on[protected] at 10:43:13 am (I enclosed receipt for your reference and perusal).

                              I send my first mail on 01-dec-2019 at 12:28 pm. I got reply from your end on same day i. E. 01-dec-2019 at 2:35 pm mentioned that "will get the fastag on your (My) registered address in next 7 to 10 working days".

                              Till date neither i got pod nor any courier from 'bluedart'

                              Today i spoke to your customer care executive at 04:40 pm. My complaint number given by your executive is[protected]

                              Now let me know shall i get fastag sticker logo on this 2019 year or 2020 or 2021...?

                              Is it 'fastag' or 'slowtag'

                              Waiting for your response and do needful at the earliest.

                                I had applied for fast tag in axis bank on 30th november via online by paying 200 rs.

                                But still now i have not recieved it.

                                Earlier while applying on online it was said that fast tag would be delivered within 7 days of applying.

                                It has been already 15 days and i have not recieved and not got any response.

                                When called to customer care regarding this, they are not answering properly. And they are also saying that they have not trained regarding fast tag queries.

                                I am disgusted and frustrated by this type of irresponsible behavior from axis bank.

                                Please help on getting my fast tag.

On 8th december i received msg that both fastgs with above wallet id has been despatched through bluedart awb. I did not received any of them. I am still waiting for my both fastags.

                                        Axis bank chas branch deducted unnecessary charges from my saving account in the name of consolidated charges. When i checked my balance on 14th dec 2019 they have deducted rs 700 from my account written as consolidated charges and previously around they cut 1400 rs. Total around rs 2100 axis bank have deducted. I maintained minimum balance after that illegally they deducted. Be careful..

                                        How can customer trust on axis bank. I feel that money is not safe in your account. Please refund my Rs 2100
                                        I hold a saving account with axis bank. i was in shocked to see Rs 472/- being deducted as in the name of consolidated charges & gst charges 18% on 16 feb 2019 (170.95+30.77) and 16 march 2019 (229.05+41.23) from my account without any information with in one month.Axis bank debiting my money again n again on the name of consolidated charges..i m very disappointed .

                                        I was raised request (request no:[protected]to customer care bank ensure me bank will refund my money but again axis bank deducted charges on 16th march 2019.Such thing is not happening in other Banks. from last couple of years it was going well with axis bank but why you have deducted money in the name of consolidated charge, minimum balance & others in Feb 2019.

                                        This is completely rough handling of things without any intimation.i would just like to say please return my money as soon as possible and stop this deduction i m waiting for your positive response
