I have a saving account in axis bank. I haven't done any transaction in that account since past one year, because of not afford to maintain the balance. Now i checked my account, it has a negative balance of 14.8k. I have called customer services, but all the contact numbers of them are out of service. I want to close that account, because i can't afford this high rate. I am a student. From where i will pay this big amount. Get my account closed
