VAHITAA, 17/14, PERAMBUR HIGH ROAD, SHANTHI COLONY, CHENNAI - 600012, Mobile No. [protected] Wallet No.[protected] ONLINE placed order for FASTag on 03/12/2019 by paying Rs.200/- and also paid in the FASTag Wallet Account Rs.3000/- on 04/12/2019. I received SMS on 10/12/2019 that my FASTag is dispatched . Till today I have not received FASTag. Enquiries at BLUEDART reveals that no such FASTag was dispatched. No Way Bill is sent to me, without which it cannot be tracked down.
IMMEDIATELY SEND MY FASTag, HAVING RECEIVED Rs.3, 200/-

The Blule Dart AWB centre for this address is 'KELLEYS' in CHENNAI.
But BLUE DART AWB to which the shipment was entrusted for delivery instead of sending it to CHENNAI, KELLEYS HUB, it was sent to Egmore, and Parrys in CHENNAI and redirected wrongfully as "THE PINCODE IS WRONGLY STATED"
Please furnish correct address and PIN CODE to blue dart, and see that the shipment is delivered early, as all my travel is badly affected.
