I have purchased fastag from axis bank online with customer id[protected] on 30 nov, 2019. I did not received it yet. I have raised a service request on asix bank portal on 12th dec 2019 and on 15th dec 2019 i get a status message saying that service request closed.
Not sure what is happening.

Since i have already purchased and i need to travel thinking of submitting the toll bills to axisbank by taking help of consumer...

I have booked fast tag on 28th nov 2019. I have received message of despatch of card on 07 dec 2019. Yet no tracking details given. Helpline number[protected] is not useful/only music pays after two ivr option.
Service request is closed without any escalation and reason.
Rs. 200 as deposit has siphoned up by axis bank.

It has been more than 9 days since i bought fasttag through axis bank but i haven't received the fasttag yet. I have been allocated wallet id [[protected]] but no received the actual fastag. What is eta for the same or do i need to collect by visiting any branch?
I have been calling their customer care number but nobody is receiving it. There is no communication from axis bank about delivery of fastag...

But still now i have not recieved it.

Earlier while applying on online it was said that fast tag would be delivered within 7 days of applying.

It has been already 15 days and i have not recieved and not got any response.

When called to customer care regarding this, they are not answering properly....

fastag not received from axis bank

I ordered 2 fastags for 2 different vehicles of 2 persons on 5th december. They provided me wallet id [protected] and [protected] for the same. On 8th december i received msg that both fastgs with above wallet id has been despatched through bluedart awb. I did not received any of them. I am still waiting for my both fastags.
Kindly note the issues and do the needful.

consolidation charges defection

I have an current account suddenly minimum to maximum charges deducted from my acount as consolidated charges for a/c. I demand the explanation for this charges. Submitted my request on nov 20th 2019. Its been more than 20 days, still didn't received my fastag/cancelled and not got the refund yet.

Reached many times to your customer care, but no progress/solution on this issue.

Axis bank chas branch deducted unnecessary charges from my saving account in the name of consolidated charges. When i checked my balance on 14th dec 2019 they have deducted rs 700 from my account written as consolidated charges and previously around they cut 1400 rs. Total around rs 2100 axis bank have deducted. I maintained minimum balance after that illegally they deducted. Be careful.....

closing saving account in negative balance

I have a saving account in axis bank. I haven't done any transaction in that account since past one year, because of not afford to maintain the balance. Now i checked my account, it has a negative balance of 14.8k. I have called customer services, but all the contact numbers of them are out of service. I want to close that account, because i can't afford this high rate. I am a student. From where i will pay this big amount. Get my account...

fastag not delivery yet

I had applied for fast tag on 26 nov 2019. It was mentioned that tag will be received within 7 working days from date of application. But till today i didn't received tag in physical form. I got mail with wallet id and customer id and i am able to login and able to see the balance amount.

huge consolidated charge

I hold a saving account with axis bank. I was in real shock to see every month this bank is deducting a amount saying consolidated charge. Shocking that every month it is increasing and yesterday they simply deducted rs.750 and tomorrow may be this 1000. No proper response from customer service on this. And not where written customer care email address where we can write.
How do i recover this. Is a statement of deductions available...

I received above message last time on 12/10/2019, neither i received my fastag nor any update is given to me. On same date my friend applied and he received physical fastag on 13/12/2019 itself. axis bank - charging in my account

Hi, i am using axis asap account for last one year, in every month they charging some small amount rs, 150 - rs.500/- in the name of consolidated charges. Today (14.12.2019) large amount of rs.1150/- was charged. I was kept this amount for medical emergency purpose but instead of they charged i unable to use for emergency purpose.
