My account was hacked and 5 unauthorized transactions were performed on 11 Nov 2019. I came to know about this debits by SMS alerts. No OTP was received in this regard. I reported to my nearest branch in South Bopal immediately. Till now, I have received only Rs. 25478. Today, I came to know that the case is closed by the bank. I need to seek relief for the amount not credited back i.e. Rs. 16342.

    I got message to from axis bank there is a coupon for Clayton watch cost 2499 can be claimed by paying only the shipping charges. So using that link https://flatworldrewards.com/ and ordered CLAYTON NOBLE SILVER METAL WATCH MALE paid the shipping charges (499 INR) on 31st May 2019 but the product is not yet delivered till now. Called the axis bank no proper response, saying it is a merchant issue. Called the flat world rewards, it is always switched off. Emailed but no response. Looks like this a scam/fraud. I'm doubt about axis bank credibility.

      I have booked fast tag on 7th dec 2019. I have received message of despatch of card on 07 dec 2019. Yet no tracking details given.
      Sms says on 101219 awb is car no. But the blue dart site says no ref found.

      If you have not dispatched the tag how the misleading message is sent on 10th dec 2019?

      This compaint is regarding axis bank fast tag. There is issue of non receiving physical tag.
      I had applied for fast tag on 28 nov 2019. It was mentioned that tag will be received within 7 working days from date of Appliction. But till today i didn't received tag in physical form. I got mail with wallet id and etc customer id.

      I have transfer the amount using neft transfer on sunday and it was processed on monday morning around 6:15 am . But the amount was not credited to the other bank account which is in jammu and kashmir . How much time will it take to transfer and how to cancel my transfer request.What should i do?
      I purchased Fastag from Axis Bank on Nov 25th. They did not deliver the tag yet and customer care numbers are not picked up. I raised service request but no answer yet.

        I had online payment on 17 December, 2019 Rs. 20059.47 was debited from my account but not credited to the MAXLIFEINSURANCE. Can you please check and revert the money back in to my accrount

          I have booked fast tag on 30th nov 2019. I have not received my FASTag yet but before 15 days in text or mail messages they give confirmation to deliver within 07 days. Yet no tracking details given. Helpline number/ Customer care number is not useful/only music pays after two ivr option. Service request is closed without any escalation and reason. Rs.200 as deposit has siphoned up by axis bank.

            I have ordered fastag on nov23. Havent been delivered yet. Very bad customer service on the fasttag helpline. No tracking on bluedart, not even a despatched message. Need resolution on this and need fasttag delivered immediately. Long term customer of axis bank dissapointed with the poor service with fasttag. They keep on suggesting that it will be delivered in 7 days, but doesnt happen.

            I have been sent a mail from axis bank for 7 working days. I am waiting for more than 2 weeks. Should I apply new ? As the target date is very near I am more confused whether to wait or get a new from some other sources.

                Fastag with the below details is not recd till date. No response from axis bank.

                It is almost 4 weeks, since wallet id & customer id is provided. All the sr's raised in the website are simply closed with no proper remarks.

                Also email's are sent thrice at etc. [protected]@axisbank.com.. Every time an auto response is received with interaction id. It clearly shows the negligence from support end and no attention or urgency from the bank.

                Clearly disappointed and further request axis bank in closing the fastag and returning the money paid.

                  Applied for axis bank fastag with customer id:[protected], urn: 57303793, transaction id: [protected], wallet id: [protected] on 03.12.19. I have not yet received the tag though got intimation from the bank that it was dispatched through blue dart courier on 10.12.19. Tried to track in blue dart website using vehicle registration number as reference, but the website prompts as incorrect input. Tried at least thirty times to contact bank on prescribed call center number, but the call is not getting connected. Contacted the bank twice through e-mail (As id provided by the bank for particular purpose) every time complaint reference ids were generated automatically but the issue is not addressed so far. It causes utter irritation to the common customer. Want immediate solution and response.

                    Hi, i have applied for the fastag and i have also received the notification that says it will be delivered in 7 days but i have not recieved it my wallet is also created and balance is also created but i gave still not got the tag. I have also checked on the bluedart website regarding the shipment it says using vehichle registration number but it says invalid.

                      I had applied for fast tag through axis bank and paid the fees rs 200 on 9.12.2019. I received the message from the bank regarding processing of the same on 9.12.2019 itself. Further i received dispatch message of the fast tag without awb no. (Blue dart) from the bank on 10.12.2019. Till date i. E 17.12.2019 have not received the same. I have been continously pursuing on their toll free no [protected]. But no response. Attached herewith the receipt.

                        I have applied for axis bank fastag (Ref:[protected] on 03.12.2019. Till now, neither received fastag nor a message of delivery reference number. I have checked on blue dart with my vrn, but there is no consignment status prompted.

                        I want to know whether my tag is processed or not. If not, keeping the view of the delay, i want cancel my subscription before it is getting processed. But, i didnt find option anywhere in axis bank website.

                        Kindly help me in this regard.

I received a message on 10.12.2019 that the same has been dispatched through bluedart courier but i have neither received tracking number of bluedart nor i have received the same till date.                             I had booked 2 fast tag from axis bank on the 7th of dec 19. As per mail they were to be deilvered within 7 days it is now over 10 no news and no way to contact to bank the customer complaint no is not working. How to follow up?
                            Tje time for mandatory fast tag is fast approaching and i have no dea about the whereabouts of my cards. Expected at least one regret mail if there is a delay in dispatch

                              axis bank fastag service problem.

                              Dear sir/ madam,

                              I am writing this in connection with my purchase of fastag on 7th dec 2019. I received a sms, about diapatch of fastag via bluedart. But, i did not received any awb number. It is more then 9 days, i am waiting for fastag.

                              I am trying to make contact with customer service number, but no one is responding. I am not able understand what kind on pathetic service is this.

                                  I have booked for a fast tag online with axis bank and have paid the required security deposit of 200/- on 02.12.2019, but till date no information about it and i was said that it will be delivered within 7 days.
                                  Also i tried to track the shipment on bluedart website by typing my vehicle number in the search option under reference, but it is not recognising the vehicle number as suggested by axis bank, also their helpline number is useless.

                                      I applied for fastag provided by axis bank on[protected], bank deducted 200 from my account and provided a customer id as[protected].

                                      But till date fastag has not arrived.

                                      I got an sms from axis bank asking me to "track" delivery of fastag through bluedart by entering vehicle number as tracking number, for which bluedart query responds that "no such consignment exists".

                                      I wrote a mail to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com, but there is not even an acknowledgement.

                                      I tried contacting the toll free number given which is [protected], the response is that "the number does not exist"

                                      I feel cheated by axis bank; or i doubt whether some body is looting our money in the name of axis bank, exploiting the current situation
