I am writing this email to you because i have already visited your bank branch 4-5 times already and still have not got my query resolved. Are you guys not capable of resolving a simple issue of a customer you make such false promises to?
My issue is that there have been unsolicited debit charges from my account that amount up to 5-6k already because of your illegal conversion of my bank account from salary to savings. Did i ask you to do this? With whose permission did you convert my account? Does this mean you have more authority than me on my own account?
When you guys wanted the money from me you did not leave me any way out and automatically deducted money from my account. I was continuously threatened by your so-called officials and was ill-spoken to and when i questioned this "auto-deduct" process of yours, i was made to wait for minutes in the queue. So, the same way you wanted your money, i want mine. And the moment i started visiting your branch, your officials spoke to me so well without any reasonable response when i had genuine questions waiting to be answered.
I want the extra money deducted back. I am not able to keep any money in my account because of you guys. I have also called multiple times to the customer care number and received no satisfactory answer despite them making me wait for a long time.
You are welcome to close my account by giving some random excuse but i will not let the matter end here. The matter has become so worse that i will not think twice before suing axis bank now. I also have a call recording with one of your officials who agreed that they did not inform me before converting my account from salary to savings.
I have been asked to visit the bank personally to get my queries resolved. This is nonsensical as i don't believe you have a special server or database which can be accessed only when a customer visits your branch. The data would be generated from the central database and could easily be conveyed over email or phone. The suggestion that i visit the bank personally seems just an excuse by the customer representatives to get rid of the work at hand and transfer responsibilities to others at the expense of customers.
In this age of digital banking wherein all the transactions and services are done via mobile or webpage, it is confusing to know why your representatives are not able to answer queries related to the amount been debited.
I work as service personnel and if i had such representatives, then they would have been fired on the spot for being such dodgy and unfriendly.
Also, understand that issues with banking services are urgent and should be resolved asap unlike other convenient services as i am not able to forecast my financial decisions because of the lackluster effort you put in answering queries.
It seems you have not trained the staff that i have been interacting with to the level where they can even answer the basics of queries.
I am fed up as i have no clue how much amount i need to keep in the account or how much will be debited on a given day/month.
The reason i went with axis bank was due to the supposed high level of service it claims to provide to its customers.
If you would invest a margin of marketing costs in staff training and customer service, then people like us would not have to run around in circles of communication to clear a simple query.
I suggest you escalate the matter to some competent authority who knows what they are doing and resolve this matter on an urgent basis.
I have been worrying about depositing my own money.
As all salaried employees, all my planning depends on how much money is credited to my account every month and your pathetic service is affecting my ability to do that.
I hope i get some credible answers this time instead of stupid suggestions about visiting the bank or how much you value my patience or how much you are working towards providing me with
