I had applied for fast tag on 30th nov 19 through axis fast tag online application faciity
I was asked to pay rs 200 which as requested i paid
Received confirmation of receipt of application on my mobile registered through sms that the new fasttag request is processed on 5.12.19 and that i shall receive the fast tag within 7 days.
Fast tag with following details still not received

fastag not delivered - 03

I registered and paid for axis etc fast tag on 30th of november,

I received a message that it will be dispatched within 7 days.

Today its 13th of december and i don't have a clue where is my fast tag.

Another person at my office received his fast tag from paytm within 7 days.

I am disappointed and frustrated with the services being offered by axis as i don't have any way to track...

no delivery of axis bank fastag after payment and cannot track or contact axis bank

Have ordered fastag through axis bank on 30th november 2019.
Today is 13th december 2019, i have still not received the fastag.
Also all axis bank fastag toll free and customer support numbers are inactive and they have not replied to my emails as well.
Please look into this matter as soon as possible to resolve it quickly.

However i could not find the status in blue dart through my car number and getting message that no matching record found and try again. Request processed message received on 5th december

There is no update about delivery of fastag from axis bank also can not be tracked on blue dart
Can't connect on customer care number for fastag axis bank

Fastag is mandatory from 15th december 2019
But we didn't receive till now

Hi,
I applied for fastag through axis bank and on tuesday i got message that it has been delivered through bluedart and can be track using vehicle no in reference but today its friday and yet i have not received the same and blue dart showing nothing using vehicle no.
I also wrote to axis bank yesterday and they have not replied on its status.
Since from 15th dec toll charges will be 35% extra if fastag is not dispatched...

I had placed a request for fastag on the website of axis bank. I had made the required payment on 02.12.2019 of rs. 200. I received an sms from axis bank stating that the fastag would be dispatched within 7 working days.

It has been close to 10 working days now. However, i have neither received the tag nor have i received any tracking details. Wallet id has been received. Fastag has not yet been received. Please help!

unauthorized credit card charges and blocked the same amount on savings account without my authorization

On 4th may 2019, international transaction of 64k was done on my credit card, while my phone was switched off (Battery drained out).

After which, i blocked the card and raised a complaint with cyber crime branch, bangalore.

I could see the amounts got reverted on my account (Replacement card).
I did a transaction on 20th july at bits pilani using this replacement card and made the payment next month in...

I had purchased axis fastag online on 2nd dec. The fastag has not been received and there is no response from axis bank other than sending fastag wallet is and asking to recharge.
There is no link to track delivery status of axis fastag. Customer support number toll free number does not have any tracking option either.

Also, there is no response from axis bank support for the e mail send in two days as they replied.br...

axis fastag - no delivery status

I have ordered an axis fastag on december 4 2019, via axisfastag. There is no delivery status so far. Even bluedart tracking id has not been furnished. The helpline doesn't work either. This is pathetic service by axis bank.

I have applied online on 29/11/19 for my fastage, but i didn't received it yet.
I asked for the same thing 3 day back.
There was reply from your side that your executive will revert back to me in 2 days.
But its 3rd day i didn't received any response from your side.
What kind of bad service you are giving to customer.
Your customer care number is also remain busy, no body is picking call...

fastag not received over one week

Have ordered fasttag which has been not received yet even after one week, no way out or update or to track the order from axis bank.. Also no support number or mail id.. It was better i would have bought from paytm as purchased for my other car and got it in 3 days..
