I have a saving account in axis bank. I haven't done any transaction in that account since past one year, because of not afford to maintain the balance. Now i checked my account, it has a negative balance of 14.8k. I have called customer services, but all the contact numbers of them are out of service. I want to close that account, because i can't afford this high rate. I am a student. From where i will pay this big amount. Get my account closed

    I had applied for fast tag on 26 nov 2019. It was mentioned that tag will be received within 7 working days from date of application. But till today i didn't received tag in physical form. I got mail with wallet id and customer id and i am able to login and able to see the balance amount.

    As per instruction in axis bank (https://www.axisbank.com/progress-with-us/money-matters/how-to-recharge-your-fa... i had searched in blue dart site to track my fastag delivery status using my car registration number as reference number. But it shows "no matching waybill/reference number/order number."

    Please help me.

    Till today I am not getting any response from Axis Bank regarding FasTag. I have searched in BlueDart tracking system 'TrackDart' using my car registration number. Please update the current status of the above mentioned process.

      I hold a saving account with axis bank. I was in real shock to see every month this bank is deducting a amount saying consolidated charge. Shocking that every month it is increasing and yesterday they simply deducted rs.750 and tomorrow may be this 1000. No proper response from customer service on this. And not where written customer care email address where we can write.
      How do i recover this. Is a statement of deductions available with axis bank on the same.

        Fastag is mandatory from 15 dec'19. Fastag for vrn/chassis no [protected]is dispatched via bluedart awb no pb08cq... Know more http://1kx.in/Kz3O5P on 09/12/19 but still not received. I received above message last time on 12/10/2019, neither i received my fastag nor any update is given to me. On same date my friend applied and he received physical fastag on 13/12/2019 itself. Please check and expedite.

          I had purchased a axis fasttag 2 nos on 29th dec 2019. I filled all the necessary field correctly and they deduct amount from my amount immediately. After deducting my amount in the url link showing unsuccessful error. So i contact banking services they told fast tag services separate team. I mailed my problem to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com. 2nd december i got reply from fasttag support end that one of my vehicle is in under process. It is mentioned with in 7days i will received. But now almost 15days finish still now no response. Very very worst service from axis for fasttag.

          My reference num below:

          Vehicle num # 2 = tn 11 8319 - paid amount - 200 - reference no : 57102498.

            I had purchased axis fastag online on 2nd dec. The fastag has not been received and there is no response from axis bank other than sending fastag wallet is and asking to recharge.

            There is no link to track delivery status of axis fastag. Customer support number toll free number does not respond.

                Hi, i am using axis asap account for last one year, in every month they charging some small amount rs, 150 - rs.500/- in the name of consolidated charges. Today (14.12.2019) large amount of rs.1150/- was charged. I was kept this amount for medical emergency purpose but instead of they charged i unable to use for emergency purpose.

                    I am writing this email to you because i have already visited your bank branch 4-5 times already and still have not got my query resolved. Are you guys not capable of resolving a simple issue of a customer you make such false promises to?

                    My issue is that there have been unsolicited debit charges from my account that amount up to 5-6k already because of your illegal conversion of my bank account from salary to savings. Did i ask you to do this? With whose permission did you convert my account? Does this mean you have more authority than me on my own account?

                    When you guys wanted the money from me you did not leave me any way out and automatically deducted money from my account. I was continuously threatened by your so-called officials and was ill-spoken to and when i questioned this "auto-deduct" process of yours, i was made to wait for minutes in the queue. So, the same way you wanted your money, i want mine. And the moment i started visiting your branch, your officials spoke to me so well without any reasonable response when i had genuine questions waiting to be answered.

                    I want the extra money deducted back. I am not able to keep any money in my account because of you guys. I have also called multiple times to the customer care number and received no satisfactory answer despite them making me wait for a long time.

                    You are welcome to close my account by giving some random excuse but i will not let the matter end here. The matter has become so worse that i will not think twice before suing axis bank now. I also have a call recording with one of your officials who agreed that they did not inform me before converting my account from salary to savings.

                    I have been asked to visit the bank personally to get my queries resolved. This is nonsensical as i don't believe you have a special server or database which can be accessed only when a customer visits your branch. The data would be generated from the central database and could easily be conveyed over email or phone. The suggestion that i visit the bank personally seems just an excuse by the customer representatives to get rid of the work at hand and transfer responsibilities to others at the expense of customers.
                    In this age of digital banking wherein all the transactions and services are done via mobile or webpage, it is confusing to know why your representatives are not able to answer queries related to the amount been debited.
                    I work as service personnel and if i had such representatives, then they would have been fired on the spot for being such dodgy and unfriendly.

                    Also, understand that issues with banking services are urgent and should be resolved asap unlike other convenient services as i am not able to forecast my financial decisions because of the lackluster effort you put in answering queries.
                    It seems you have not trained the staff that i have been interacting with to the level where they can even answer the basics of queries.

                    I am fed up as i have no clue how much amount i need to keep in the account or how much will be debited on a given day/month.

                    The reason i went with axis bank was due to the supposed high level of service it claims to provide to its customers.
                    If you would invest a margin of marketing costs in staff training and customer service, then people like us would not have to run around in circles of communication to clear a simple query.
                    I suggest you escalate the matter to some competent authority who knows what they are doing and resolve this matter on an urgent basis.

                    I have been worrying about depositing my own money.
                    As all salaried employees, all my planning depends on how much money is credited to my account every month and your pathetic service is affecting my ability to do that.

                    I hope i get some credible answers this time instead of stupid suggestions about visiting the bank or how much you value my patience or how much you are working towards providing me with

                      My salary account is with axis bank gajuwaka branch visakhapatnam. I have a personal loan with axis.
                      My entire amount is locked as lien and there is no proper response whenever i try to contact they have debited my loan emi twice and i am left with no money. I want my amount back immediately it has been locked since more than a week and there is no proper response as to when it be released from lien.

                          Now a day banks are getting very smart, especially axisbank without intimation they have been debited rs: 1000 + 180 (Gst) as consolidated but i was maintaining the minimum balance as per the norms. Still, i don't know why? They have debited this money from the account going forward i'll never use axis bank services this happens from the second time.

                            I am using axis bank since last 6 to 7 years but they are not valuing the old customers. I complaint lots of time in the bank for deducting charges but after even complaining no one is taking on serious note.. They can check my statement how many times they are deducting the charges and it's too high.. It is more than 1000 rs every time.. We are not earning for deducting our money. It's my humble request to give my money back or close my account now. It's like a fraud. Pls check my statement how many times i suffer with the charges..

                              Suddenly my money got debited from my account on 14th nov 2019. I dont know why axis is giving such service am using this card from last 2 years. Before 2 3 days ago my account has been credited by 4000 but it is unable to receive from the atm.
                              Showing ledger account balance with 2k and saving account 4k. And suddenly today i lost all money and my account remained with 0 balance. Please go through my query and update my all transaction history with well clarification.

                                I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is xxxx xxxx xxxx 8120. Due to wrong information given by the bank executives my credit card was blocked. Even after that i payed the credit card bills through a third party. Then also the problem was not solved therefore i stopped paying the bills of my credit card.
                                Now i received a bill of amount rs. 99, 000 and also the loan amount of higher interest. They informed me that the total due of my credit card bill is rs 2, 40, 000.

                                This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent times, but i do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                                I will be able to give 20% of my debts. If the bank agrees to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 5 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                                I am clearly stating that due to the unprofessional behaviour of the bank towards me i will not be continuing any relationship with the bank anymore and close my credit account as soon as possible.

                                I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

                                  Hello,

                                  I have saving account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted rupees 4345 plus gst from my account written as consolidated charges. Previously also they have deducted 700 in oct month and 2200 in nov month. I want my money back, these banks are deducting innocent people’s money from their accounts without telling peoples.

                                  During account opening they don’t tell us about any kind of charges and when you do transaction or online payment, they will deduct your money on the name of consolidated charges. Even when u request them through mail they will give you worst customer service. I really feel that it’s better to open account in govt bank, don’t open account in private bank like axis bank.
                                  It’s a worst bank seriously,

                                  And every time i am charged with consolidate charges, and today again my account is debited with 4345 plus 700 gst. I am already jobless and heart patient my heart is working only 20% if anything happens to me i vl file fir against axis bank m ready to submit all my reports.5000 is not less amount for people like us

                                  They have already deducted 600 on 12th Oct and 1pth Nov 2200 now they are saying that 5000 charges are from Oct to dec .Then about 600 and 2200 ?? ### people are sitting over there and not ready to answer the calls properly .worst bank .very much unsatisfied with this

                                  Again they deducted 1361 axis bank just tell me how much charges u are going to apply such a useless bank . It's our mistake that we are trusting u ppl by keeping money in axis bank most unsafe bank it is. Instead of solving problem they are harrasing and deducting more charges.

                                    I had applied for fastag through axis bank on[protected] and had made the necessary payment on the same date. Fastag number was alloted but i have not received fastag till date. It is already 20 days passed. It was assured that fastag will be delivery within 7 working days. Please let me know the status and initiate for urgent delivery of the same.

                                      I have applied for the fast tag from the axis bank and payment was confirmed for the issuance of fast tag against receipt number :[protected].
                                      When the payment was confirmed and receipt was generated no notification or intimation was given regarding how the fast tag is delivered to me.
                                      When applying for the fast tag it was assured that fast tag will be delivered within 7 working days.
                                      It has been 14 days and still there is no update for the delivery, no tracking number was also shared with me so that i can track the status of my order.
                                      When called to customer care number [protected] multiple times call is not picked. Also mail was sent to bank only computer generated reply was given one time only and further no body is responding.
                                      Now as fast tag is compulsory from tomorrow onwards who will take responsibility for not delivering services despite of paying towards bank in advance
                                      Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Dear Axis bank team don't just paste the predefined messages to all the consumers who have registered to get FASTTAG from your bank. Just improve the procedure so that consumers will not get harassment from your side.When ever called to your customer support number no body bothers to pick the call, how can you provide the solution to the problem that a consumer is facing.

                                      No tracking system where i can track the current status of the fast tag registered. Mail was also delivered to you regarding this but the result is still the same

                                        I recieved a mail on 30th november from axis bank fastag and it should have been delivered by now. I dont have any option to get in touch with axis bank.
                                        The instruction says with in 7days the tag would be dispatched. I did not recieve any tracking details nor any information.
                                        Please help asap or refund my money.

                                        There are hundreds of complaints about axis bank fastag delivery system via bluedart. I also got a message that I can track my shipment by using my VRN as AWB no. However, no such record seem to be present in BlueDart system.

                                        One can check on consumer complaints and there are scores of complaints about axis bank fastag issuance system. Really pathetic system.
