I have booked fast tag on 27th nov 2019. Till date I have not received fast tag. I called to the customer care..they raised 1 SR & inform that I will receive Fasttag before 15-Dec-19 (SR[protected] on 12/11/2019 5:48:56)
I have not received Fasttag then I again called to customer care. They raised another SR (SR[protected] on 12/16/2019 4:14:58) for that & ask me to wait for 48 hours for the resolution. Then I called to customer care on 18th Dec...that guy told me to raise another SR for that...what is this ???? Where is my fasttag ? They are not able to give status of fasttag..they don;t even know fasttag dispatched or not ?...I have paid Rs. 200 to Axis bank as security deposit & facing many problems to get the fasttag even after taking many follow-ups.

    My Loan Account No.AUR[protected]Axis Bank-Mangalore.
    I had sent a letter though mail which is attached herebelow. For the said letter no response from your side till today. But for six months no phone calls or any harassment. But now again the same repeated by your outsourcing persons. Even for Rs.84/- they are calling several times a day. I do not know whom I have to contact since no response to earlier letter. I am fed up with this bank. Even if not respond for I will report to media and concerned authorities to take legal action against the bank.

    I have borrowed a Loan as per above Account Number. Since day one I am paying the EMI regularly except one or two delayed for one or two days. Since my Earlier Firm is closed the account also closed. Since then I am remitting the amount directly to the Loan Account. But since last 10 months every day your outsourcing persons calling 15 to 18 times and harassing me that my account is irregular, I have to pay penalty etc., I have never given cheque and my payment is regular. In this regard I had sent a mail and also a letter written to the Manager, Loan Section Mangalore Branch and no response till today. Please clarify why this happens and what is wrong in making payment of EMI amount directly to Loan account of your own Bank, . Now this is my last request and if no clarification given to me I will going to file complaint before Ombudsmen, Consumer Court and the Police Commissioner Mangalore. I am Fed up by your harassment. Hope you will understand and respond.

      Fastag was applied on : 06/12/2019
      Amount of Rs.203/- paid through Card
      The application was approved on : 09/12/2019
      SMS received regarding dispatch of fastag through blue dart on : 10/12/2019
      However, the fastag was not received.

      An email sent to the Bank on 14/12/2019 raising a query regarding non receipt of the fastag.
      An auto generated email was received from the Bank by just giving interaction ID No.99902378.

      Thereafter there is no communication from the Bank. The customer care number is not able to give proper information on the matter.
      It is regretfully stated that till date the Fastag is not received. Request you to register my complaint.
      Complaint resolution is prayed for i.e. fastag be given by the Bank to me.
      Alternatively the Amount of Rs.203.60, togetherwith penalty of an appropriate amount be paid to me.

        I have applied for fastag on 13/12/19.
        Still i did not receive any communication regarding my fastag. And i have no clue that i will get it or not from the bank. And i paid the full amount.
        Kindly inform the date and confirmation.
        I am not sure that i will get it or not. Otherwise i will purchase directly from other points.
        And please let me know is it possible to cancel my fastag from axis and refund the money.

          I have ordered fastag on 03-dec-2019 on axis bank website, since then i neither received any tracking id nor further status about the card, rs.200 was deducted and the receipt was generated with the id as[protected], please update me regarding this whether should i register with another agency or will i receive it?

          Please update my details regarding this.

          Have applied for Axis Bank FasTag 12 days back. Still neither FasTag recieved nor its delivery tracking ID. Service toll free number attending call after 30 mins of on hold then after they register a service request ; provide us service request ID number. thats it. Again no response from them.

          I purchase fastag from your website on 26 Nov 2019. I received message that within 1 week it will delivered to me but now 2 week gone but fastag still not delivered to me.

            Hi team,

            It's been already 10 days since i have applied for axis bank fastag till now no update from the bank regarding the dispatch and delivery only i have got sms regarding my wallet activation. Tried reaching the support team but no response. Kindly look into this matter seriously. If you in not a position to give a proper service better not promote your product. Tried searching my vehicle number in bludart website also for tracking but no information. Will also dont suggest my colleagues and friends not to buy.

              This compaint is regarding axis bank fast tag.
              There is issue of non receiving physical tag.
              I had applied for fast tag on 2st Dec 2019. It was mentioned that tag will be received within 7 working days from date of appliction. But till today i didn't received tag in physical form. I got mail with wallet id [protected] .

                I applied for axis bank fastag on december 5 and my customer id is[protected]. Still, after 13 days there is no update from axis bank regarding the dispatch of fastag. There customer care number is of no use as no body picks the phone. Even after complaining again and again there is no response from axis side and it seems like fraud/scam from axis. I request the axis bank to kindly provide me a solution of the same as i have gone through enough harassment and can't bear more.

                Receiving this response every time from AXIS but no action has been taken till now. When you people are not able to handle this service why the hell you entered into this service
                My account got debit freeze 30days before I visited nearest Branch home Branch but no improvement customer care not provided proper reason worst in Customer service. Waste bank

                  On dec 8th i applied for fastag at axis bank site. Vehicle no. Ap20aa3035. Wallet id [protected]. My mobile no. [protected]. With in two days i got sms that fastag has been despatched through blue dart courier. Till now i did not get courier. Blue dart people says they did not receive the consignment. No one taking call on axis bank help line, simply playing music.
                  I added rs. 1000 to the wallet also. How many days i have to wait for fastag.
                  Not understanding what to do. Axis bank did not replied to my email complaint

                  Sir I opened saving account in axis bank Chandrapur in order to open ppf account of my minor son but they have mistaken the surname also correction was not done even after three months, also they have not deposited the cheque in ppf account, so I have to take it back.                     But the bluedart fetches no records when i put in my details, rather i also wrote to you on etc. [protected]@axisbank.com on 16th dec and have been calling yuor toll free number [protected], but to no avail. (Mh47a7185)

But no information of the dispatching of such fast tag has been received from the bank. As i am frequent traveler and need my card with immediate effect.                         I ordered fasttag through axisbank haveri branch which they failed to update and failed to give details about status of my application.
                        After this i went through axis mobilebanking app and ordered for fast tag on 11/12/2019 and tried to track my order on 17/12/2019 as mentioned in axisbank website.
                        I am unable to track my fast tag status, axis bank failed to give minimum details about it and more over their customer care number mentioned for fast tag is completely wrong number and goes to some madhya pradesh municipal corporation.

                          I have made payment on 13th. December vide my reference no: ka09ma7675 for a fastag and i am unable to track with blue dart courier till date and the web page of blue dart is not having a portal for tracking the fastags. Please remove this from your web site since many person may be wasting their time to track it from blue dart.
                          When is my fastag sticker arriving at my residence? It is supposed to be delivered within 7 days and now, today it is already 5th. Day.

                            not getting my refund

                            I applied for axis bank fastag on 20/11/2019 and ₹200 debited from my account. But there is no wallet id generated so i mailed to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com they told me your payment was unsuccessful so they rejected application. Then on 3/12/2019 i talked with axis bank management team at mumbai on their telephone and they told me you will get your money within 7 working days, and today it's 17/12/2019, still i didn't get my money back....

                            I purchased Fastag via axis online web portal on 09 December 2019, but till today I haven't received any message regarding the delivery of fastag or nor it is delivered yet.

                            Also I called at the provided customer care number but there is no option to get the desired information.

                            Looking for get the Fastag quickly as fastag is mandatory on toll plaza.

                              Recently my axis bank account ending in 7690 has been debited by 118 INR on 10-Dec-2019, name- Jaspreet Singh Chawla and mob#- [protected] with Info: ‘sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop.’ I never gave any consent/acknowledgement/approval/issued this ### mandate, ECS or anything else nor did I initiate it.

                              Can you please ### stop it and stop deducting any amount as per your/bank’s wish. From where are these requests coming as I am for sure is not sending/initiating any of these?
                              If it’s fraudulent or anything, stop it immediately and revert/credit the funds in my account ASAP.

                              Your CUSTOMER CARE team is useless as well, they were of no help in this regards, stupid useless bank.

                              I have contacted Axis CUSTOMER CARE, they said I can’t do anything. They said we will ask someone from axis bank to call, I received a call but ahe said I can’t do anything, hold the line I will take someone on conference, she then put me on hold for 5 mins and said no one is picking call. She said I have taken your details, you will get a call back in 24 hours from the concerned POC who will be able to resolve this. It’s almost/more than 48 hours I have received no call back nor has anyone reverted/credit the amount they deducted without my approval.

                              I have also dropped them a mail on customer.[protected]@axisbank.com and also logged a complaint from axis bank website/support link but still they are just ignoring and taking advantage o[censored]s as users.

                              Saale chu**** farzi me paisa kaat ke baithe ho and wapas karne me paisa tumhari maa mar ri hai.

                                I have account with axis bank i had given cheque to electricity department but axis bank stopped my cheque which was on clearing on 11th dec 2019 n didn't clear it till 15th dec just to take their own consolidated charges 5000 and now they are taking charges from me for cheque failure. Such a useless bank it is. They don't have any hifi facilities then also they are taking 5000 charges. It's my mistake that i open my account in this bank. Instead of many complaints they dont give u any solution . I want my refund and I am not going to pay any single panny for cheque fail its ur mistake not mine

                                Still I didn't get any response till today such a useless bank now electricity department also charged me 1100 rs who will pay it ur so called fraud axis bank u ppl are here to make customer fool n make money

                                    I had ordered fastag via axis bank and received a confirmation email on 4 december of order placed. We were told that we'd receive it within 7 working days but haven't received it yet. We checked via blue dart and they showed that our vrn hadn't been registered yet. The etc customer id is[protected]. Kindly respond with details on whether fastag has ben dispatched or not along with tracking info.

                                      But BLUE DART AWB to which the shipment was entrusted for delivery instead of sending it to CHENNAI, KELLEYS HUB, it was sent to Egmore, and Parrys in CHENNAI and redirected wrongfully as "THE PINCODE IS WRONGLY STATED"

                                      Please furnish correct address and PIN CODE to blue dart, and see that the shipment is delivered early, as all my travel is badly affected.
