I booked for axis bank fasttag online on dec 5th. It is 16 dec today and there is no information about the delivery. It was mentioned that it will be shipped within 7 days of booking. My customer id is[protected]. I have tried calling the customer care number but there is no response. I have also dropped an email but still no response. I have a trip coming up soon and i am worried....

I submitted a Fastag thru Axis Bank on 22/12/2019. Till now i did not receive it.When iam calling for the customer care number provided there is no option for the status.Reading in the forum i checked in the blue dart tracking with reference number as my vehicle number. But no use.
I don't understand to contact regarding this fastag. If bank doesnot have proper network than why should they issue and how govt had given to them...

I have booked fast tag on 30th nov 2019 for honda city car hr 26 cf 8204 from sector 9 gurgaon - branch. I have not received message of dispatch of card till now. Yet no tracking details given. Helpline number[protected] is not useful/only music pays after two ivr option.
Service request is closed without any escalation and reason.
Rs. 200 as deposit has siphoned up by axis bank.

I have cleared all my pending dues with axis bank on 11.12.19 by online payment of rs.18040 against 14060 which is including cibil clearance charges.

Yet has issued noc but bank has not updated the same in my cibil & hence while generating the score cibil score shows negative in spite of the complete payment.

Need immediate resolution & my updated &correct cibil score

I have booked fast tag on 28th nov 2019 and i have received message from axis bank on 29th nov 2019 stating that it has been successfully placed. Another message from axis bank on 5th dec stating that it has been processed and will be dispatched soon. Till now i did not receive any update. No one is attending the help line number. Please do the needful...

I had booked fastag through axis bank fastag services on 5th no 2019, vide receipt no.[protected].
1st msg recd on 5th nov that ypur etc fastag order has been succesfully placed and will despatch the tag within 7 working days.
2nd msg, on 9th nov your axis bank fastag vehicle no. Xxxxxxxx has been processed will soon despatch. Valet id [protected]....

I had orderd a fastag online on 30-nov the bank receipt numner is[protected] and received a sms that fasttag will be dispatched soon, however till date i have not received the fastag. Worst service ever from such a bank. None of the customer supp phone is working. No help.
Customer service numbers either switcd off or simply asking to select the options and goes off without any help....

I have booked fast tag on 30th nov 2019. I just received a text stating it will be dispatched shortly. However, no tracking details provided as yet even after 16 days. Customer service staff at their helpline is good for nothing as they cannot check the tracking number if it's dispatched. They cannot confirm if they will be sending it to the correct address. Why do they even have this helpline when they cannot even answer/resolve but a generic...

I did apply for fastag through axis bank (Unfortunately) on 5th december, 2019 and received a message on 10th mentioning card had dispatched. None of the customer care numbers work anytime. One day i was lucky enough to get connected to ivr system for 20 minutes to speak with customer care executive. What kind of service is this? But everyday i get a message asking to recharge the amount as it has a low balance...

Not getting any response from axis bank fast tag my fast tag was activated 11 dec 2019 but until it's not dispatched & already mailed to customer care by call & mail but not getting reply.

Applied fastag on 22 nd november with rs.200 as the tag fee. No further communication from the bank on when this will be delivered or no tracking facility.

I tried to use my vehicle number to track on the bluedart website which again failed saying no records found. With the deadline for fastag ended yesterday i need fast tag urgently.

They told me about free of cost credit card in offer and i ignored that but finally i am agree because they have say about credit card is not chargeable and free of cost.in april 2019. I got a massage your credit card xxx1805 is already generate and dispatch for your address witch mention in bank account to courier by blue dart with cart number. But...

I have applied for fastag on 08/12/2019 and paid for the same. Axis bank promised to dispatch it within 7 business days. I received a confirmation message from axis bank on 8/12/2019 as follows-

"fastag is mandatory from 15 dec'19. Fastag for vrn/chassis no [protected]is dispatched via bluedart awb no mh32y1120. Know more http://1kx.in/GST99d"

But i am yet to receive the fastag sticker. The support number...

I applied for fastag on 3-dec and still have not received the tag. I need to travel soon and i'm stuck without the tag. Your message mentioned it would be shipped within 7 working days and it is much more than that now. How long will you guys take to ship, if it is going to take this long why don't you mention that that they will be delay while applying. How do i cancel, at the toll gate i could get it in a few min....

I applied for axis bank fastag on 11th dec 2019 but it is still not delivered. I think i should had ordered fastag from other companies offering fastag with fast delivery options.

Axis bank poor service.

Tried many times on bluedart to check delivery but still not found anything.

I choose axis bank because they promised for fast delivery but failed as it is still not delivered yet....

I had applied for Axis Bank Fastag o 4th Dec 2019 and also paid via their online portal. Till date there has been no intimation from Axis bank regarding the status of delivery of the tag. Their call center number mentioned on their site does not seem to work at all. Now the deadline crossed and am without a fastag how can i go after purchase.please rectify as soon as possible...

My name is prateep majumder and my registered mobile number is xxxxxx5083. I have been using axis bank savings account ([protected]) since ten years, so when axis bank offered me a credit card i accepted it...

It's been more than 15 days and i haven't received the fastag yet. And the toll-free number is not responding. Very bad experience overall. I wouldn't suggest axis bank fastag to any one.
Since i have already purchased and i need to travel thinking of submitting the toll bills to axisbank by taking help of consumer forum.
I have also recharged it and now i am unable leave and move on to the other fastag provider.
Please...

I have applied for fastag on 02/12/2019 and paid for the same. Axis bank promised to dispatch it within 7 business days. But i am yet to receive the physical fastag. The support number given for fastag queries is non-responsive. Neither there is any tracking mechanism nor communication regarding same from axis bank.

Requesting a quick resolution about the same.

Fasttag was booked on line one week ago and rfid was also provided 6days ago through normal msg..

It's neither delivered nor getting tracked... Via bluedart as mentioned in axis bank website...

And the customer care number reg rfid is also not functional...

It's causing lot of inconvenience at toll gate...

Kindly do the needful at the earliest...
