I have been ordered an fasttag on november 23rd but upto now not yet received. If i call to axis bank they was telling that - ok sir i will raise a complaint - like this they are saying i have been called 10 times to axis bank and 4 times complaint raised. But there is no response very worst service from axis bank. But they are showing add within 7 days we will deliver to you almost four 7 days completed and i also raised the mail also to etc. Management but from that also no reply i don't know what the person doing there without response.
My two friends ordered an fasttag by last week from this bank they all are got within 5 working days i don't know why they are doing to me like this. If i ask tracking i'd means they are not telling if i say connect to your manager also they are not connecting the call to him. I also a person only not ghost then why are not responding i don't know. Very worst and # service from axis bank

    I am being charged lien in my salary account with axis bank more than 1 lakh rupees. Currently my account in mins 44, 000. I get my salary if 35, 000. So i am going to get nothing in my hand to spend and cant go for job and no money for food and water. Axis bank should take money only when we deposit and not to make account in lien or negative balance. If this month i do not get money better i suicide and leave the world by writing reason axis bank the main reason of my death. I am aged 35 and i can't get jobs easily and not having money in hand for anything. I already requested axis bank home branch not to make my account in negative balance they agreed but still they are not accepting any of my requests.

    Its been 1 year i spent money for my family and children and it's very shameful to live life like this better i die. If axis bank want its loan money and making me pay the loan yes i will once i get salary but if they charge and make negative account or lien then i will have this to be submitted to high court or consumer and issue this notes.

      On the toll plazas following toll was debited from fastag account
      Onward trip -
      Khed shivapur - 95/- (Time 06:58)
      Anewadi - 65/- (Time 08:14)
      Tasawade - 75/- (Time 09:15)
      Kini - 75/- (Time 10:44)

      Return trip -
      Kini - 75/- (Time 16:51)
      Tasawade - 75/- (Time 17:44)
      Anewadi - 30/- (Time 19:04) — being return trip
      Khed shivapur - 45/- (Time 20:26) — being return trip

      Still extra amount of rs. 60 has been debited two days after travel (On 23rd dec 2019) as account adjustment entry

        Hi team,

        I have wallet i'd which has not been raised by me and axis bank claimed that it has been raised by dealer. Ok i can accept till some extent and requested to do the kyc updation request. But after calling multiple times and spent lmost 150 mins to the customer care i decided to raise the close request. But now bank requested to send canceled cheque. As at the time of account opening no data has been verified and did not ask customer permission why now you are asking for correct data where account opened by using wrong dob and mail address

        I am not willing to share cheque.

          I don't need FASTAG of Axis Bank now because I have got my FASTAG from some other company, I just want my Amount to be refunded.
          Customer will not wait for such long time. So Please refund my Amount of Rs 200/- immediately.

            This compaint is regarding axis bank fast tag. There is issue of non receiving physical tag.
            I had applied for fast tag on 15th nov 2019. It was mentioned that tag will be received within 7 working days from date of appliction. But till today i didn't received tag in physical form.

            There is no tracking option is available on axis bank fast tag site.

              I have applied for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from axis bank.
              I have just received reference id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

              Also i have been charged 400 against which 200 only loaded and my bal is 200 as per the sms message. Where is free fast tag? Please explain or refund me back

                I have salary account in axis bank from my first company after coming out of company i never used that account and i am went out of new company for working. I called customer care to close account. But they told need to come to own branch. I received every time message as your account balance is zero and now also came like that. Now i am went to branch for asking closing of account they told you have negative balance for not maintaining minimum balance we kept negative balance. I shown my messages they given zero balance. They are told that is our business policy. My friend told that as per rbi no negative balance in savings account. I went another time for showing and closing that account but they told why we need to follow those rules. And we didn't received any instructions like that from our bank so you need to clear negative balance to close it.

                    I applied for fasttag from axix bank and was allotted wallet ID [protected] & received message on 10.12.19 that fast tag has been dispatched. But I have not received it till date. As the fasttag has been implemented I am facing issues. I found no proper mechanism for redresal of grievances except a toll free no which never gets answered

                      I have recharged my axis fasttag account through UPI wallet (Google pay), However, same has not been credited to my axis fasttag account.

                      I spoke to axis customer care regarding this issue and as suggested by customer care executive I sent email with all the details to etc.[protected]@axisbank.com. However, mail is not getting deliver to this email ID.

                      Transaction details for the same has been attached for your reference.

                      Kindly check and resolve the same as soon as possible.

Am previous five month continuously receive massage in e-mail and mobile related to my axis bank my zone card out standing balance statement ending xx57. But yet i have not used & received any type of credit card. So i am take finally decision to close own axis bank account and fir in police station of axis bank department.
                          So requested to you please remove, cancel and block all detail & information about credit card from axis bank. Because i have never apply for any credit card.

                          I applied fasttag on axis bank web site almost 2 weeks back still i haven't received it. I tried reaching customer care, they have given another number [protected] which is not working. I haven't received any update from axis bank yet

                            I have an Vijaya bank account and Ac no:[protected]. I tried to withdraw Rs2000/- from my account from axis bank ATM near Sunambu kollathur at11.54 am on 22/12/2019. Once Transaction was shown successful but 2000/-Rs not came out. And amount have been deducted from my account without receipt of cash.

                              I still have not received credit of Rs 25152.00 in my Axis bank credit card so far even after 12 days of order cancellation.I cancelled order from Amazon on 11th Dec, 2019.
                              Amazon has shared refund reference no # 045527, but its still not got credited in my card. now my credit card statement has been generated and Axis bank asking me to pay for cancelled transaction also. Who is going to pay interest on credit dues now?
                              Axis bank is not able to find my refund and amazon is claiming the refund.Need my refund of Rs 25152.00 immediately on Axis bank credit card.

                                I have fastag id and its active as per customer care. Whenever i am at toll plaza, machine does not read my account and i had to pay cash. I am facing this for last 2 months. Contacted axis bank customer care and raised request - sr[protected] and no solution. Each person in customer care gives different points and no solutions till now

                                I registered online for Fastag through Axis bank on 27/11/2019. It’s almost a month and I have not got the fastag kit. I’m worried as I have to travel to Ahmedabad on Monday and I don’t have fastag. Don’t understand what to do?

                                  Thank you for support, as I received Fastag very next day upon complaint. At least I If I had got notification regarding dispatch of Fasttag I wouldn't have raised complaint. Happy that Received in 10 days.

                                  I have purchased FASTag from Axis Bank on 03 DEC 2019. I am alloted with ID. But till date (17 Dec 2019) I have not received my FASTag to display in my vehicle.

                                      This complaint is regarding axis bank fast tag. There is issue of non receiving physical tag.
                                      I had applied for fast tag on19th dec 2019. It was mentioned that tag will be received within 7 working days from date of application. But till today i didn't received tag in physical form. I got mail with wallet id and etc customer id.

                                      There is no tracking option is available on axis bank fast tag site./bluedart.

                                        I have applied for the axis bank fastag on 6th dec. 200 bucks were deducted, however neither a wallet id has been generated as of now nor it has been dispatched from the last 16 days now. This is a pathetic service, as i am not sure why money was not refunded, if there has been no information shared with me yet. I have to travel out of town in next 3 days now, so tell me what should i do, wait in a long queue and start abusing axis bank for such a pathetic service or will i get any revert soon.. Attached is the payment receipt.
