I have booked a online fastag for my four wheeler by paying rs.200/- and loaded an amount of rs.200/- in my wallet account as per the sms received.It wa more than 15 days i booked but till date i have not received fastag which was promised to be sent by courier within 7 days.No response from customer care all entre.

    I have applied for fastag on 29th november at kolhapur branch of axis bank.

    I was supposed to receive the fastag within 7 days at my doorstep. But its has been 15 days already and i am still waiting for the same to be delivered.
    As by upcoming monday the fastag is becoming mendatory. Even after contacting the concerned branch they were not helping out the situation at all.

I tried many times with axis customer care number for fast tag related problems, but i here only the music from that number (More than 5 minutes). when i cross the toll the ask for tag and not considered the wallet ID. ...

        Bought a fastag on 5th december 2019 and received a message of despatch on 10 december 2019 via bluedart, so i tried tracking on bluedart on 12th december but to my disappointment it said wrong tracking number, as it was mentioned my reference number is my vehicle number i was searching with it repeatedly but still same thing. I also called bluedart customer service they also said they can't find any with that number, so i doubt that axis bank is doing fraud with us

          I attempted to recharge my fast tag card received by Axis through its official portal and made a payment of Rs 500 from Axis bank debit card. Amount has been deducted but same is not reflecting in wallet.

          Tried calling customer care on[protected] "so called 24x7" and there after selecting "option 1: facing difficulty in toll plaza" it never connects and just plays a tone. Worst and pathetic service ever.

          Need a action against them ASAP.

            I applied for fast tag from Axis bank portal.I paid the amount.after few days I received a message that my fast tag is shipped through Blue dart courier.The AWB number in the message says there is no courier for this bill number.When I logged in to the Axis bank portal and checked my Profile page, my details such as house address, PAN are missing.The Axis bank customer care number is also not reachable.

              I Have purchased fast tag from axis bank on 2nd Dec-19. Till 12 th Dec i have not received fast tag, courier details etc. The delay in fast tag is making me to pay toll fee daily.

              when i approached Bank officials regarding updates they are showing helplessness and also customer care number [protected] is not working.

              I Have not received any update from Blue dart courier also.

                  I have purchased fasttag online with axis bank on 25-11-19 it's been more then 3 to 4 week yet not received fasttag. And 24*7 customer care provided by axis bank[protected] is useless i call them more then 100 time no one received call then what is use of 24*7 service if you can't received a call i mail them 3 to 4 time didn't get response there also. This is way you provide services to your customer if you can't provide product stop selling it. I request you to send product or refund my money.

                          axis bank is not refunding money

                          I had made one transaction of amount rs 5029 via gpay on 27th november, 2019 to mi company on mi.com. The money got deducted from my account successfully. My bank icici has shared the rrn/transaction number, mi's bank account number in which the money got credited and their ifsc code. I have shared the received information to mi company but still they are saying that they have not received the money.

                            I ordered fastag from axis bank website on 28th november. Till date, there has been no information whatsoever regarding as to when it will be delivered. A text message was received that it will be delivered within 7 days. And clearly, it has been more than that. I understand there might be processing delays, however, customers should atleast be intimated or an option should be provided to track progress. Greatly disappointed with the service.

                              I had submitted all kyc documents and a fastag has been successfully processed by axis bank on 2nd dec 2019. I received a sms stating that the fastag will be despatched within 7 working days. Subsequently, i received sms giving my wallet id number and links for recharging. I have still not received my fastag and checking in blue dart per axis bank directions also shows that no fastag with my vehicle id has been despatched.

                                  I had applied for fast tag in nov 2019 and it was mentioned that tag will be delivered within 7 working days from date of application.                                     This is the 4th time i'm writing this complaint. It has been a month and i haven't received my money yet. What's wrong with this bank. They are making a fool out o[censored]s. Sweeping 20000+ rs from an account in the name of account closing.
                                    Tried calling the customer care number about this but there's no response. Rs 20498 is debited from my account without any prior notice. They just completely swept my account now it has zero balance. I don't know who to contact about this. I saw many people complaining about the same issue some of them have received a reply but it isn't resolved yet. I hope i get my money back. I'm so frustrated right now. I'm not receiving any response from you. This is my third time submitting a complaint it has been 3 weeks i still haven't received my money back no message frthe om bank either

                                      Till today 12 the december, no news, no updates on fastag delivery status.
                                      Other channel players like paytem are doing great in fastag delivery.
                                      Some serious issue with axis bank in managing fastag.
                                      Axis bank shouldn't be in granting mode,
                                      It is too bad.
