I have taken a personal loan from axis bank and without my knowledge axis bank executive has provided me life insurance in personal loan which i am paying extra money for life insurance, now i am making a follow up with axis bank to cancel my life insurance because i dont want it, they have a tie up with "hdfc life" i called them they said that will cancel the policy after getting scanned document from me, so i have shared required document to axis bank. I want insurance amount to be refund asap, would request you to please look into it. I will not pay any cancellation charges for insurance.
Worst service by axis bank, i am going to put this on social media as well.

after that I tried recharging many times but it never happened
when ever I would call customer care they would say write us an email we cannot do anything.
now I have written to cancel my fast card but still no response in 20 days
