This compaint is regarding axis bank fast tag. There is issue of non receiving physical tag.
I had applied for fast tag on 21st nov 2019. It was mentioned that tag will be received within 7 working days from date of appliction. But till today i didn't received tag in physical form. I got mail with wallet id and etc customer id.

There is no tracking option is available on axis bank fast tag site....

axis fastag delivered and no update on delivery.

Hi My self Ramu have purchased Fastag from online portal of Axis Bank on Dt. 01.12.19.
But till today it is not delivered physically. However, wallet ID is created and receiving messages from Axis bank.
There is no email /tracking information for correspondence regarding Fastag delivery and your helpline numbers continuously unanswerable.
this is not expected from AXIS bank....

fastag not received - applied more than 2 weeks back

I had applied for a fastag at axis bank, tiruvalla, kerala on 25.11.2019 and had been told that i would receive the same within 7 working days. Today is 11th december and have still not received the same though i have received wallet id. I would be travelling next week and with cut off date for fastag as 15th dec, i require it very urgently. Having taken it at axis bank, i am unable to take it at another bank, since my phone number is linked...

fastag not received and no response from the etc fastag operations team

Hi,

I had applied for fastag on 22nd nov 2019 through axis bank's official website. Except for the acknowledgment receipt i did not receive any updates and tracking details. Multiple calls to the provided customer care number were not answered even once. I have also mailed to the etc. [protected]@axisbank.com thrice and still no response regarding the delivery status of the tag....

didn't receive fastag

I applied for axis fastag on 05/12/2019 and i paid all the charges. I received fastag wallet id but i didn’t receive fastag physically. Estimated time to receive fastag was 7 days. But till date i haven’t received my fastag. Fastag becomes mandatory on 15/12/2019 and today is 11/12/2019 due to which it is a matter of concern. So kindly look into it and make the delivery as soon as possible....

fastag not received from axis bank

I have applied for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from axis bank. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag....

not received fastag which was apply before 10 days

I have applied for Fastage from AXIS BANK portal on 2nd Dec 2019.
Noone is answering on Customer care number[protected].
As per Govt rule from 15th Dec onwards we all have to follow fastag rule.
But till date I have not received my physical fastag sticker.
I have to start traveling from 13th Onwards, but since I have not received my sticker I am not able to plan. Please resolve it...

After that no tracking available from axis bank regarding delivery of my fast tag. They committed to give it within 7 days. Its such embarrassing that even i can't track the delivery process too. Its very much painful that not a single response...

I have paid Rs.200/- and applied for FASTag from Axis Bank web site on November 26th.

Till today (Dec 10) I have not received the tag.

Customer care number[protected] is fake. It doesn’t work.

There is no customer care email id. Axis Bank is a fraud Bank. RBI should ban Axis Bank.

Axis Bank is unfit to do FASTag business....

cancelation of one assist from axis bank

I got a call from axis bank about one assist i just hear it and they told that amount 500 some thing will detect but they 1899 from my axis bank savings account for one assist. fastag not received even after 15 days

I ordered fastag from Axis bank and its been more than 15 days, however, I have not heard anything from them. They have not provided any tracking no and their customer care have no idea about these orders. At least, they can provide a tracking no so that I would know the status. 15th December is almost here and I don't want pay extra amount at the toll and stand in long cash queue. Please provide status asap.

online fund transfer reversed without reason

I had made a request for on line transfer of funds from my axis bank account to my fathers account at idfc first bank. The payee/beneficiary was registered and a trial amount of rs.10, 000 was first transferred successfully to the beneficiary.
Subsequently another online request was made to transfer rs.25, 00, 000 to same beneficiary. The amount was debited from account but two hours later the amount was credited back to my savings...
