On 4th may 2019, international transaction of 64k was done on my credit card, while my phone was switched off (Battery drained out).

After which, i blocked the card and raised a complaint with cyber crime branch, bangalore.

I could see the amounts got reverted on my account (Replacement card).
I did a transaction on 20th july at bits pilani using this replacement card and made the payment next month in august for the amount which was due, i. E 45336 and all the dues were cleared. After which i never used that card for any transaction.

In month of september an amount of rs 22358 is charged on my card, which, i was not aware of.

When i got repeated calls from axis collection team, i tried to reach them on their numbers, but none of their numbers were reachable, neither were they responding to my queries.

I even asked them to send me the detailed statement showing the transaction, and if something is due from my end, i will definitely go ahead and make the payment.

But i didn't get any statements. I wanted the statements right from month of may, because, i am unable to see those disputed transactions as my card was blocked.

Now they have blocked that amount on my savings account and my savings account balance is now showing negative.

Kindly help me with this issue.

    I had purchased axis fastag online on 2nd dec. The fastag has not been received and there is no response from axis bank other than sending fastag wallet is and asking to recharge.
    There is no link to track delivery status of axis fastag. Customer support number toll free number does not have any tracking option either.

    Also, there is no response from axis bank support for the e mail send in two days as they replied.

    I had asked for refund and there is no response as well.

    I booked fastag on 27 nov but there is no response from axis bank and moreover no option to track instrad they send messages to recharge my tag

      I have ordered an axis fastag on december 4 2019, via axisfastag. There is no delivery status so far. Even bluedart tracking id has not been furnished. The helpline doesn't work either. This is pathetic service by axis bank.

      But I have received a message from ETC that the Fastag is delivered via Bluedart. Now either Axis was lying then or you must be lying now.

      Why would Axis send delivery confirmation without tracking Id of consignment? Really expected much better from a company like Axis Bank. At least have the courtesy to reach out to your customers, let them know about the delay and communicate your target date for delivery!

        I have applied online on 29/11/19 for my fastage, but i didn't received it yet.
        I asked for the same thing 3 day back.
        There was reply from your side that your executive will revert back to me in 2 days.
        But its 3rd day i didn't received any response from your side.
        What kind of bad service you are giving to customer.
        Your customer care number is also remain busy, no body is picking call even after 15 to 20 min continuous on hold

        Kindly revert back on this.
        I am waiting since 14 days for my fastage and it has not delivered yet.
        My fastage number
        I[censored] unable to deliver it in time then refund my money back.

          Have ordered fasttag which has been not received yet even after one week, no way out or update or to track the order from axis bank.. Also no support number or mail id.. It was better i would have bought from paytm as purchased for my other car and got it in 3 days.. Very poor disappointed services from axis bank as i paid the amount and there is nothing no update on the order.. Either axis bank should deliver or cancel it with refund. Vehicle no up78fk8896

          #axisbank there more number of fastag orders at Paytm but they are delivering just in 3-4 days..although if axis bank is not able to cater the orders then should stop taking it and do not mention 7 days delivery- if going to take 15-20 days or probably a month..

            I have apply for fastag on 3rd dec 2019. I even got confirmation about fastag will get dispatched with in 7 working days which means i should received my fastag latest by 11th dec 2019. But still i have not received the same. I got msg from axis about my fastag has been dispatched on 10th dec 2019. When i tried to checked on bluedart courier site with my vehicle registration number as ref. No. There also i did not got any info.

            I had applied and paid necessary amount for obtaining Axis bank Fastag. Payment acknowledged, and fastag ID: [protected] given. Promised that the fastag will be delivered in 7 days but not received yet. I have written to customer support dedicated to fastag by email and tried contacting them by phone, there is no response yet.

              This compaint is regarding axis bank fast tag. There is issue of non receiving physical tag.
              I had applied for fast tag on 04/12/2019. It was mentioned that tag will be received within 7 working days from date of appliction. But till today i didn't received tag in physical form. I got mail with wallet id and etc customer id.

              There is no tracking option is available on axis bank fast tag site

                I had a pre approved loan of rs 5, 00, 000 from that i required an amount of rs 3, 00, 000 while processing it was showing showing somewhat near by 6, 000 as a processing fees. So i applied for rs 3, 10, 000 so after processing fees they should credit my account with nearby 3, 04, 000 but they credited only an amount of rs. 3, 01, 000 near by. When i called customer care they told me that u have purchased an insurance which i dont & if i have purchased any insurance you should mail me a copy of insurance or insurance number i even dont know which company insurance they have given to me.

                Totally false commitment charge me extra rs. 3, 000 request you to please refund me back

                    I have applied and paid for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal on dated november 29th, 2019. I have just received wallet id but the physical fastag is not received yet. My fastag payment receipt no:[protected]

                    I have already sent my complaint on fastag. [protected]@axisbank.com through my registered email id. But i received this email "your message to fastag. [protected]@axisbank.com couldn't be delivered".

                    I am getting axis bank alert to recharge fastag wallet as there is 0 balance. How could i recharge it without fastag physically not received.

                      Dear sir/madam

                      On 12 dec 2019 someone call me from axis bank credit card department. He told me that your saving account is block because you are not pay the bill.
                      He told me to mail on leo. [protected]@axisbank.com and mention to request for unblocking the account.

                      My due amount was 20868, i mentioned in mail to deduct 16000 and rest of the amount i will pay on 14 dec 2019.
                      Now at the end of the day one massage came in that mention that 17485 is debited toward my credit card bill and balance was showing in 0.
                      Now on 14 dec 2019 again my balance showing in minus kindly help in this matter. I am looking forward for your response.

                        I applied for the two more tag for two of company owned vehicles on 9th december i applied for the fast tag for this vehicle as well but not received any details as of now while transaction has been done and 400 rs total has been deducted. I have received details online but nothing more from axis. When contacted cc they say only that server busy. And keep call on hold. Today they took hold call for 30 min and did not respond. If not able to provide service why you opt for this. I will be writing to govt consumer complaint also. Need compensation for for call charges as now it is not free. Axis worst service ever had,

                        very very poor service from axis bank. I got an axis bank fast card with my new car.
                        after that I tried recharging many times but it never happened
                        when ever I would call customer care they would say write us an email we cannot do anything.
                        now I have written to cancel my fast card but still no response in 20 days

                          I have got the fastag from axis bank and was using it. Recently when i tried to re-charge my wallet through their online portal, the system continuously giving error and not allowing me to top-up. Now my fastag is neither useful as no amount left in it nor it can be recharged for me to use. I had raised 5 service requests in their portal and all of them were closed by the bank;s customer service without resolution to my problem.in fact my last request was closed yesterday but when i tried recharging again the same message and not able to recharge/top-up. I had written to axis bank support to cancel and refund me deposit amount, no updates from the customer service team. I tried calling their customer support number, no one will respond, had to disconnect after holding the call for more than 5 minutes. Overall experience if very stressful and taken my lot of time and patience and finally my problem not resolved. I need help to resolve this problem immediately and my deposit refund

                            I have taken a personal loan from axis bank and without my knowledge axis bank executive has provided me life insurance in personal loan which i am paying extra money for life insurance, now i am making a follow up with axis bank to cancel my life insurance because i dont want it, they have a tie up with "hdfc life" i called them they said that will cancel the policy after getting scanned document from me, so i have shared required document to axis bank. I want insurance amount to be refund asap, would request you to please look into it. I will not pay any cancellation charges for insurance.

                            Worst service by axis bank, i am going to put this on social media as well.

                              I applied for the one more tag which is having receipt number[protected] and vehicle rc number hr05 am4631 i applied for the fast tag for this vehicle as well but not received any details as of now at my mobile number [protected] while transaction has been done and 200 rs has been deducted from my axis bank account i did 2 transaction on same day which is having transaction time as mentioned below transaction time for[protected] dec[protected] am transaction time for[protected] dec[protected] am please check on priority and resolve my issue.

                                I had applied for a fastag on 3rd dec. It was supposed to have been delivered in 7 days. It is more than 12 days and there is no sign of it. I had also raised a service request, but there is no response to that also. None of the phone numbers on their website are functional. Looks like nobody in axis bank is bothered about customer service. I got a message saying the fastag has been dispatched through bluedart and that the tracking number is my vehicle number. If i try this in bluedart's website to track, it says it is invalid number. I think they are lying about the dispatch details. Request all users to stay as far away from this bank as possible.

                                  Done 400 rs payment to buy fastag but received a message that fastag have been generated with available balance zero rupees.

                                  Also while tracking with vehicle no reference no. Dl9caa9885, no results found for the same and the toll free number is not responding to any calls have tried number of times same response.

                                  Very poor service from axis bank.

                                    I have applied for fastag on 6th december at online from axis bank.

                                    I was supposed to receive the fastag within 7 days at my doorstep. But its has been already late and i am still waiting for the same to be delivered.
                                    As by upcoming monday the fastag is becoming mendatory. Even after contacting the concerned branch they were not helping out the situation at all.

                                      I had applied for axis bank fastag on nov 24 2019 after making necessary payment, which i have not yet received, although i have received the wallet id etc. I have checked with the closest axis bank branch and they only told me to contact their customer service number, which as usual no one answers nor i have got any idea on when the fastag would be delivered.

                                        I have applied for fastag from axis bank on 29th nov 19 and still i havent received any physical tag. Today is 12th dec and only three days left for compulsory fastag on all tolls.. I daily travels through 3 toll plaza.. If i don't receive my tag in 2 days who will be responsible. For extra pay at toll i want govt to look in to these matter seriously after 14 days also i haven't received my tag
