Hi
I had fraudulent transactions happened on my debit card with out my concern or otp as below on 19th nov 19

19th nov 19 from ecom pur/google *googl/g.co/helppay#/191

I lost inr 820 with out my involvement, i never deal with this site for any transaction in the past.
Request you to help me and refund back my amount.
And i dont want this again in future.
Please let me know if you need any other information.

    Unauthorized multiples transactions had happened suddenly within minutes without any concern.

    Multiple transactions occur through details -

    I had never used this card on the related payments.
    Please investigate this as soon as possible and refund my money back.

    I have saving accunt in axis bank last many years, but now a days from some time onwords my accunt debited consolidation charges from more than 5 months. in well maintaine accunt n regular used.
    for what reason i cant under stand. how can this preventable nd Revesible????????????????????????????????????????
    This is to bring to your notice that my debit card was expired in September 219 and new card was issued which not yet linked with my account.
    I am continuously following up for that by regular visit to bank but the staff is not able to do so more over they are not able to tell me actual time

      Sir when i visited axis bank regarding my loan payments they told me that the intrest rates have been decreased for loans but they didn't inform me regarding same and hence i was not able to get the benifit of revised rates. So in my view it is banks responsibility to inform their customers regarding any change in policies. So it is my humble request that the revised rates be applied to my loan amount as well

      No action regarding my complaint have been taken yet
      I dont know why axis bank is alone is doing this kind of activity in salary account, they are doing business not service. Dont go with Axis bank, it would suggest you to go with ICICI bank. They are not deducting any money in my account.

      Have created axis asap account through my mobile, by submitting all the necessary documents like aadhar, pan card, mobile number etc. My account got working on the first day and i was supposed to pay rs. 350/- for physical debit card., Suddenly After few days My account has been Revoked by Axis bank
      I got my 220.29 USD paymemt on 6 novber 2019. but yet i have not received my payment.. i contacted axis branch of amreli in which i have an account . they demamded declaration form from me . i have given declaration form on 11 november 2019 though i could not get my payment of 220.29 USD

        One of my colleague in bahrain. His mobile has no network and he is not receiving otp for his online transactions even to his gmail id. I have requested customer care to do the needful. They said the account holder must talk to us, else no information will be provided. I asked them to give the customer care number to reach from bahrain.. They simply repeating that information will be provided only to the account holder. I don't know, what is there in providing the customer care number... Do they have common sense? I am asking the customer care number only to make the account holder to call them... Why can't these silly things are not taken care by axis bank.. It must be sorted out immediately

          In the year of 2017
          21st jan rs.500+tax
          18th mar rs.498+74
          15th apr rs. 55
          11th nov rs. 80
          And in the year 2018
          10th march rs.765+175 as tax
          So total coming around rs.2000 rupees and kindly make sure u reverse all this or issue as dd

          and i dont want to know your own term for so called "consolidated charges" which is a clear cheating on consumers as we can see clearly and i want reversal of these charges as soon as possible

          We Have an EDC Swipe Machine (Axis Bank) In Our Showroom At
          Near Bisen Petrol Pump, Kudwa Road, Gondia Ketan Motors Pvt Ltd. Machine Is Not Working Properly During The Transaction, Settlement Not Success Yet Because Of Network Problem Machine Did Not Show Network.

          Sir from axis bank in current account has deducted 3250 in two times in same day and 14/11/2019 was deducted without any transaction in the name of google argo mart.
          The amount was deducted 2times same day before happened in last month also they told to change debit card. If it continuous why want keep our money in bank.

              On Dated 5th Aug, 19 I have received a call from Axis Bank Nariman point branch saying that there is fraud transaction has been done on My Credit Card because I was not received any massage or any mail for the transaction happened and they have asked me to blocked the card. I have given permission to them for blocking the card but still the Fraud transaction has been done till 8th Aug 19.
              Between this period, I was communicating to Axis bank call center for outstanding amount and they were updating me there is no any outstanding amount on your card.
              On 14th Aug I have received a complaint No. 54284181 from Axis bank for my fraud transaction and for blocking of My card on same time they have given me some landline Number for permanently blocking my Credit card, I have called on that Number and request for permanently blocking and they have update me the card has been blocked permanently and that person have update me about the dispute the fraud transaction, so I have again call on Axis bank call center for taking the total amount of dispute then have given me only one single amount for dispute i.e. INR 4171.25 and I have raised the dispute for this amount on website of axis bank.
              In the Month of Aug, 19 they have send me the credit card statement with the Outstanding amount of 44220 where as earlier they have updated me there is no any outstanding amount on your card and also they have blocked my Axis card. Also the Axis bank person has been visited my Home for recovery, I have update to them also it is fraud transaction and axis bank only update me about the fraud transaction.
              Between this period, I have visited to nearest police station for taking FIR of Fraud transaction, but police refuse to give and they said if the card is blocked on 5th Aug then why the transaction is done till 08th Aug, 19 and they have requested for Bank letter to give FIR.
              Meanwhile, I were receiving a call from Axis bank recovery department for payment of outstanding amount and I have requested them for rechecking the history of above credit card as it was blocked cause of Fraudulent transaction happened.
              On 5th Nov, 19 Axis bank has debited my account of 9108 and showed me a negative balance of INR -41, 474, so we have called again to the Axis bank on same but unfortunately nobody have answer the call. We have again called to Axis bank on 6th Nov, 19 and file complaint against the same with complaint No.[protected] and they have given me assurance that they have raise the escalation for this case and I will receive a call from Axis bank for resolution but still I did not receive any call and I visited to the nearest Axis Bank branch, where they have update me that my account has been turn into lean account.

              Axis bank credit card department has done a fraud with me, i have not given any signed letter to them nor my family member have signed any paper, but still they have debit my account of INR 9108 and they having the duplicate signed document with them, when check with bank to varify the signature they said its not matched but still they have not reverse my amount

              they are fraud.. for doing recovery they are doing anything

              whenever i called them they are not answering my call either they cut my phone, recently they have blocked my number and they said they are not scaring any one.. do whatever you want.

                I am axis asap account holder and today my account is deducted with rs. 5244 without my knowledge. I received a text msg showing that my asap account closed and kyc is not complete. Contacted your customer care and they are saying the same. This is so ridiculous because i have already given my details at the time of account opening and it is not completed 1 year for closing my account. And she is assured that i will receive the money from my branch or via dd to my communication address. Let me ask you one question, how could you send me the dd to my communication address? Because i have provided it already in branch, right? So you have the kyc. This is not fare for a leading bank like you. Even how you people can close customers account without any intimations? If you are going to close the account you should intimate the customer as every other banks are doing. This is under rbi rules and regulations right? For me it's not a small amount, i need my money back at the earliest. I have the call recordings and details and will move legally if you fail to do so. Expecting a quick response from your side

                  I have created axis asap account through my mobile, by submitting all the necessary documents like aadhar, pan card, mobile number etc. My account got working on the first day and now after 11 months o[censored]sing my account suddenly on 17th nov 2019 my account was closed due to pending kyc but i didn't got any kyc update from bank before nor i got any mails or calls then how i am supposed to turn back to bank. Even the basic procedure of partial freezing was not done before closing my account and now i have been asked to collect the demand draft from bank for my balance amount in close account but where i am supposed to use that demand draft when i don't have any alternate amount. And now i can't even open new account as it is showing some errors

                    I am an axis bank customer. At 2nd october, i did a transaction to axis bank account [protected] sonali sahoo for rs 3300.

                    I see the amount had been deducted twice with same transaction i'd. When i ask the receiver, they show me only one payment received.

                    I have been trying a lot to customer care by wasting a lot of money, but they don't provide any help or cut the call.

                      I have applied to open a current account with axis bank derawal nagar, delhi branch on 28th oct 2019 in the name of my firm. On 5th nov 2019 when the proprietor visited the bank and signed the balance documents they gave us the cheque book and told the account will be active by 08. 11. 2019 that is friday. So i issued cheques accordingly for 11.11.2019 and so on. For opening they took cheque of Rs 1, 00, 000/-. Now i have issued 2 cheques which both got returned resulting in the loss of goodwill agaisnt our compnay and my Rs.1, 00, 000 is still with the bank. Since 15th nov 2019 i am asking them to refund my money but everytime i go they say sir today account will be active. Nothing happened till 18th nov 2019. Please help me getting my money from these theifs who are sitting and have opened a bank name axis bank. No reponse is been given by manager against why it got delayed or by any other staff. I want my money plus i want my loss of goodwill charges and my reimbursement charges which i occured to travel to bank again and again.
                      When i ask me to give reasons for delay in writing they refuse. Left with 2 options either to bcome a criminal and fight with people in bank for asking my money bank or complaining here.

                        I have applied to open a current account with axis bank derawal nagar, delhi branch on 28th oct 2019 in the name of my firm. On 5th nov 2019 when the proprietor visited the bank and signed the balance documents they gave us the cheque book and told the account will be active by 08.11.2019 that is friday. So i issued cheques accordingly for 11.11.2019 and so on. For opening they took cheque of rs 1, 00, 000/-. Now i have issued 2 cheques which both got returned resulting in the loss of goodwill agaisnt our compnay and my rs.1, 00, 000 is still with the bank. Since 15th nov 2019 i am asking them to refund my money but everytime i go they say sir today account will be active. Nothing happened till 18th nov 2019. Please help me getting my money from these theifs who are sitting and have opened a bank name axis bank. No reponse is been given by manager against why it got delayed or by any other staff. I want my money plus i want my loss of goodwill charges and my reimbursement charges which i occured to travel to bank again and again.

                          On[protected], few fraud transactions took place from my axis savings account for an amount of INR 10000. I instantly blocked my credit and debit cards. Upon processing the fraud request I was reimbursed my whole amount. This matter was settled right here. A rental company from the UK was supposed to reimburse an amount of INR 21, 295.09 to my credit card, however since the card was now blocked due to fraud transactions, reimbursement was not getting processed. Upon contacting the branch head, he said "I tried to activate credit card but I got confirmation from the credit card team that card has permanently blocked. Neither It can be activate again nor amount withdraw/transfer." So My amount is still blocked.
                          In parallel, I applied for a new credit card. A representative visited my house, explained about a few credit cards and I chose ABC credit card. She processed my application and then told me about XYZ credit card. I instantly told her why she didn't tell me about XYZ card as i want that and not ABC. She said let ABC card come to you, you don't activate it and tell the customer care you don't need ABC card and they will permanently block it. Upon receiving ABC card, I did as asked, and called customer care. In a few days, I received a statement asking for INR11800 for credit card activation fee. I called customer care to revert the charges and block the card, they said they will get back to me within 15-20 working days. In a few days, an amount of INR 11800 (the card activation fee) got automatically debited from my savings account. I never initiated this conversation, nor my account is set for auto payments or auto debit. The payment due date was also far away when the auto debit happen.
                          So now basically,
                          A. Axis servers are not secure and fraud transactions took place from credit card team

                          B. They have robbed me of total INR[protected] . - the reimbursement amount stuck in the old card and 11800 the new card activation fee)

                              My online account on axis bank is closed though i was using it actively from last one year. The account still have thousands of rupees saved and also submitted the documents online while creating account. Still the account is closed. The android app showing balance as zero and 404.
                              I have lost hope not sure what to do. How could a standard bank close your account without your consent when you have thousands of rupees into it. They could have followed me by making a simple call atleast.

                              I am looking into it on options how to complaint about this and get back my money atleast. A private bank cheating a customer of one year long relationship is just pathetic and unacceptable. How could i trust axis bank in future anymore.
                              Please provide any suggestion on how to get my money back or atleast sue to the bank for the forgery.

                                I had axis bank salary account from my previous company. I have changed my company at mar-17 and since i am not using axis bank salary account. I have recently checked my balance and it showing -38000, it like for 2.6 years axis banked has charged me 38, 000 rs which is extremely high. I also tried to contact but not get satisfactory answers. Please help me. Already raised complaint on it but no action taken by Axis Bank.

                                  So i had certain dues on my credit card as i didn't had a job for 3-4 months i couldn't pay the due. I went to my nearest axis bank branch and asked for a settlement, as i had just joined a new job paying in one go wasn't possible for me. The guy in the branch said that i can pay the settlement amount in 4 emi's and i agreed on that, gave that in writing as well, i got a call day after telling me to pay the first emi and i did as they said, but the very next day axis bank put a lien on my account stating that i have not paid the dues. I went to the same guy again he said that the lien will be removed as i have paid my first emi. He told me that the lien would be removed within 2 days, it's been more than 2 days my lien is not removed and i have an urgent payment to make. Axis is making my life so miserable. Even after paying the dues they are taking away peoples hard earned money.

                                    fraudulent transaction (ecom pur)

                                    Rs. 2069, have been deducted from my account and the statement doesn't mention who were they paid to. I haven't made this transaction as i was out of town at the time. Need to understand what happened here.

                                    I have checked the communications from the bank and i didn't even receive a text message for this transaction, else i would have caught it then and there....

                                    My name is naveen m. I got loan sanctioned successfully for rs. 1, 20, 000/-. Loan id is 11304707 from axis bank but it is now total 7 days the amount is not credited to my account.

                                    I submitted my all documents on 6th nov 2019. Paid everything as requested by your agent. I took the printout for the loan approval copy signed on it and gave it to your agent. (This should be done by your agent but still i did the photoxerox and hand it over to the agent).

                                    On 13th agent told me that it will get credited on 14th, i waited then on 14th agent told me it will get credited on 15th i again waited now on 15th they said it will get credited on 16th and now its 3pm and i am still waiting for the amount in my bank account.

                                    What is happening here? One thing your manager and agent have to do that too they are uneligible to do. I already told the agent 100 times that i need this amount asap because this is for the marraige purpose, he kept promising me everyday that tomorrow u will get tomorrow u will get but it was just a hoax.

                                    This is my mistake that i opted for axis bank. Even pnb is better than axis if you guys dont have good team to even handle a loan process properly then why wasting customers time???

                                    On 6th nov itself i told your agent that my couple of friends are looking for loan i will refer them to you but now i will never do that because i dont want them to suffer as i am suffering.

                                    Its 2019 and axis bank takes more than 7 days to credit a amount wow... Even citibank gave me loan in just 10 minutes. Very bad experience i will never refer this bank to anyone.

                                    Bad team, totally confused management and distributing loan to people. Hilarious.

                                    Now i want you to take proper action here and credit my account with the money sanctioned today itself. I am waiting
