I have credit card of axis bank. On 18/11/19 unauthorized international transaction done from my credit card of amount 16700.
I have not participate or authorized the above transaction. The card is in my possession all the times.
I submit the all documents to bank for resolution.
I raise the complaint to axis bank. My complaint no. Is 57015821.

I have an saving account. Today 09/11/2019 suddenly 469+GST 18% rupees deducted from my Acount as consolidated charges for A/c.
Please help last month also deducted.

    I am not getting monthly e-statements from bank since july 2019.
    When i write to axis customer care centre, they send me statement with an advise not to respond on that mail. I cannot communicate with anyone in complaint cell of axis to resolve my grievance. My issue has been persisting for almost 6 months. If this bad service from axis bank continues, i have no other choice except to close the bank accounts when i visit india. My customer id:[protected]

      My issues is I am able to check the account balance from atm with debit card but unable to with draw money. When I tried to withdraw money I got the following message: "Sorry, this card is not authorized for use at this point."

      I tried many times even in other bank atm's, but same message.

          I had mistakenly transferred money from my account to unknown person acc (Wanted to transfer it to my friends account but mistakenly transferred to unknown person). On the same day i called icici cc (Customer care) and they asked me to go to my home branch and complain about it. On the next day i have submitted application in home brach with all details. The assistant manager replied to me that he will send this request to the bank where the unknown person holds the account. On further query my bank says that there is no response from icici bank. It has been almost been five month but i have not received my money. Kindly help me.

              Harassment from axis bank credit card deptt

              No response since march 2019, to wrongful billing from axis bank and their constant avoidance to address the complaint, inspite of complaining to the principal nodal officer of axis bank repeatedly.

              I summarise below the complaint.

              1. I purchased a air ticket from american airlines for my sister on 27 march 2019, which i cancelled immediately thereafter since i had wrongly purchased a non refundable ticket. American airlines immediately confirmed to me by e mail that they had "voided" this transaction and would not charge me anything for this transaction.
              2. Thereafter i purchased a refundable ticket with the same particulars for which was charged to my credit card. My sister travelled on this ticket without any problems.
              3. American airlines sends email voiding the transaction march 2019

              4. Based on this, axis bank reverses the debit with a corresponding credit in my april credit card statement.
              5. On the request of one of axis bank customer service executive, american airlines sends another e mail to me giving all details and reconfirming the voiding of the transaction. (See encl)
              6. Suddenly, after six months, axis bank re-raise this debit in my sept statement!!! Plus interest thereon!!

              7. Since this i have been corresponding continuously with axis bank customer service as well as pr nodal officer — but no relief. Instead only apologies and copy/paste replies of "having taken up with the relevant deptt."

              I am a senior citizen and am feeling totally harassed and extorted with the response from axis bank.

                I have received a confirmation that the amount rs 1100 is passed on to axis bank fastag account number and my vehicle number

                However axis bank is not showing credit to my fastag.

                When i lodged complaint with axis bank portal, they are closing the case with out any explanation or action

                  A few days ago i was visited my nearest axis bank branch (Jyoti colony) because i need a new current account for my business.
                  And they check my doc. And say your account will be open within 7-8 days.
                  But after 15 to 16 days branch says your request is canceled due to some issue.
                  But in starting i told him about this issue and they say not a big problem, so the whole point is branch waste my time and doesn't give me complete information.
                  And the two people are completely liable for this.

                    Date of incident - 21st November, 2019

                    Toady me and my son decide to get him enrolled for a badminton class. Hence we went to a nearby academy, they told me that i need pay quarterly fee of INR 10200. Thats the time i decide to pay his bill through my Axis Bank credit card. But the amount got declined, which left me a great embarrassment. I thought might be some issue with the bank server. Unfortunately this is the only credit card i use and carry. I need call my wife to make the payment. Then i reached home and just to check what is the issue with them because my got got declined some on couple of my previous transaction as well.
                    I checked my Mobile banking and got the biggest surprise that without my knowledge they reduced my credit limit. This made me extremely annoyed because I have been using their card quite extensively and making all the payment on timely manner. And I use this card for most of my business travel as well. Never felt so betrayed by any bank before.
                    I called their customer care to check this again and the response i get from them was Statement 1"Sir every 6 months bank increase or decrease the credit limit so this is done automatically". Statement 2 "You can wait for offer from the bank to increase the limit". This is time i felt like Axis bank treat their customer no less than a dog. Whenever they want they will through the treat and customer has to catch and they will take it back whenever they want.
                    This is extremely disheartening for the customer who is been associated with this bank for last 8 years, i have a SB account, Personal Loan account, Credit Card all with AXIS. Now i seriously feel like a dog to wait for them to through a treat called increase my credit limit.

                    Its such an embarrassment for a father in front of his son that he could not pay even for hobby class. I feel so ashamed and humiliated after the entire incident.

                    Very unfortunate that in India we cannot sue the bank on such an unprofessional act. This incident has made me think, are these bank are reliable, how can a customer trust in an emergency situation. On a whole i cannot trust AXIS bank in future. Good lesson learned, you should not trust this bank at all.

                            I have saving accunt in axis bank last many years, but now a days from some time onwords my accunt debited consolidation charges from more than 5 months. in well maintaine accunt n regular used.
                            for what reason i cant under stand. how can this preventable nd Revesible????????????????????????????????????????
                            This is to bring to your notice that my debit card was expired in September 219 and new card was issued which not yet linked with my account.
                            I am continuously following up for that by regular visit to bank but the staff is not able to do so more over they are not able to tell me actual time

                              Sir when i visited axis bank regarding my loan payments they told me that the intrest rates have been decreased for loans but they didn't inform me regarding same and hence i was not able to get the benifit of revised rates. So in my view it is banks responsibility to inform their customers regarding any change in policies. So it is my humble request that the revised rates be applied to my loan amount as well

                              I dont know why axis bank is alone is doing this kind of activity in salary account, they are doing business not service. Dont go with Axis bank, it would suggest you to go with ICICI bank. They are not deducting any money in my account.

                              Have created axis asap account through my mobile, by submitting all the necessary documents like aadhar, pan card, mobile number etc. My account got working on the first day and i was supposed to pay rs. 350/- for physical debit card., Suddenly After few days My account has been Revoked by Axis bank
                              I got my 220.29 USD paymemt on 6 novber 2019. but yet i have not received my payment.. i contacted axis branch of amreli in which i have an account . they demamded declaration form from me . i have given declaration form on 11 november 2019 though i could not get my payment of 220.29 USD

                                One of my colleague in bahrain. His mobile has no network and he is not receiving otp for his online transactions even to his gmail id. I have requested customer care to do the needful. They said the account holder must talk to us, else no information will be provided. I asked them to give the customer care number to reach from bahrain.. They simply repeating that information will be provided only to the account holder. I don't know, what is there in providing the customer care number... Do they have common sense? I am asking the customer care number only to make the account holder to call them... Why can't these silly things are not taken care by axis bank.. It must be sorted out immediately

                                  I had been using the axis sb account of [protected] and my contact is [protected] (Whatsapp also available) so found many consildated charges i will mention the amt with date and kindly reverse all and save the customers.
                                  In the year of 2017
                                  21st jan rs.500+tax
                                  18th mar rs.498+74
                                  15th apr rs. 55
                                  11th nov rs. 80
                                  And in the year 2018
                                  10th march rs.765+175 as tax
                                  So total coming around rs.2000 rupees and kindly make sure u reverse all this or issue as dd

                                  Sir from axis bank in current account has deducted 3250 in two times in same day and 14/11/2019 was deducted without any transaction in the name of google argo mart.
                                  The amount was deducted 2times same day before happened in last month also they told to change debit card. If it continuous why want keep our money in bank.
